| #4 Because Suing the DOJ is actually Suing us, the US Taxpayers. True....or, since that money will be sent to some NGO if not taken, establish and win that case, funding people who have legitimate beef with the current state of things, expose the GayGB's Abu Ghraib, then use those finding and precedent to pinpoint individuals for such a follow up suit. |

| #3 There is federal law allowing imprisonment, fines and even a death penalty with respect to conspiring to deprive an individual of his civil rights, under 18 U.S.C. § 241. I expect this might be used against the perps in addition to whatever the class action lawsuit is about. |

| #2 I have a problem with this. Because Suing the DOJ is actually Suing us, the US Taxpayers. How about instead, personally suing those in the DOJ/FBI & Biden Admin guilty of enticement, creating a crime scene and false imprisonment. Then place the guilty in prison? |
