[Korrespondent] In the Seversky direction, the Russians have already carried out 18 attacks, seven of which have already been repelled by Ukrainian soldiers.

Since the beginning of the day, there have been 95 combat clashes on the front. Our defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the lines and destroying the plans of the Russians. This is reported in the General Staff report on Sunday, March 9.
The border areas of Ukrainian settlements suffered from Russian artillery shelling, including Ulanovo, Turya, Svobodnoye in Sumy Oblast; Karpovichi, Yanzhulovka, Tymonovichi and Bleshnya in Chernihiv Oblast.
In the Kharkov direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy assaults on troops near Volchansk. In addition, the enemy launched air strikes with guided bombs on the areas of the settlements of Borovaya and Kazachya Lopan.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance towards our positions in the areas of Lozovaya, Petrovpavlovka and Zagryzovoye three times during the day.
The aggressor also increased the number of attacks to nine in the Liman direction. Attacked near the settlements of Balka Zhuravka, Novolyubovka, Mirnoye, Ivanovka and Yampolevka, 11 battles are ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy tried to advance 13 times in the areas of Toretsk, Druzhba and Dachny. Currently, six combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy initiated clashes of varying intensity 20 times. Our defenders repelled 17 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Elizavetovka, Luch, Dachenskoye, Kotlino, Nadeyevka, Preobrazhenka, Andreyevka and Ulakly. Three more clashes are currently ongoing. Enemy aviation struck Pokrovsk, Nadeyevka, Otradnoye and Zverevoy with UABs.
One attack in the Novopavlovsk direction was repelled by Ukrainian defenders near Skudnoe.
In the Gulyai-Polye direction, in the areas of Novopol and Privolnoye, two combat clashes have now ended, and four more attacks by the invaders are continuing. The settlements of Gulyai-Polye and Shevchenko were subjected to air strikes with UABs and unguided rockets.
In the Orekhov direction, the invaders advanced three times near Stepnoye and Shcherbaki, one battle continues. Novoandreyevka was subjected to NAR strikes.
The enemy did not conduct active offensive operations in the Dnieper direction.
In Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 attacks by the invaders, six combat clashes are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy carried out 12 air strikes, dropping 13 UABs, and also carried out 257 artillery shellings, including ten from a multiple launch rocket system.
While in other areas there were no significant changes in the situation.
Let us recall that over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have lost 1,180 soldiers in the war with Ukraine, as well as three multiple launch rocket systems.
