The diplomat noted that Kyiv has completely lost its sense of self-preservation and connection with reality in its desire to disrupt dialogue between Russia and the United States at any cost, for which it attacks Russian energy facilities almost daily, using terrorist methods.
She clarified that such attacks are purely provocative and demonstrative in nature, adding that since the start of the moratorium on March 18, more than 30 strikes by Ukrainian forces on energy facilities in the Russian Federation have been recorded.
“It is important to emphasize that all of these strikes were carried out using Western weapons,” Zakharova added during a briefing.
