The humanitarian sector has been roiled by funding cuts from major donors, including by former top donor the United States under President Donald Trump, and by other Western countries as they prioritize defense spending. | #2 Other countries will pick up the slack. This is a catastrophe, they aren't so hard-hearted. Thus proving that we never needed to pay for this in the first place. |
