Pakistan’s Dirty Laundry On Display: Defence Minister Admits Terror Links, ‘Did US Dirty Work For Decades’
2025-04-26
[Oneindia] Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has publicly admitted Pakistain's role in supporting terrorists, a startling statement that further damages the nation's already damaged reputation abroad. Asif freely acknowledged what India and the international world have long pointed out-Islamabad's close ties to terrorist organizations-in an interview with Sky News, confirming that Pakistain had been doing the "dirty work" for the US and Western nations for more than 30 years.

This statement couldn't have come at a more striking moment as India struggles with the terrible Pahalgam terror assault, which killed 26 innocent tourists. "We have been doing this dirty work for the United States and the West, including Britannia, for about three decades," Asif states in the now-viral video.

This is a unique and shocking affirmation from a current Pak official regarding the nation's deliberate support of turbans under the pretense of geopolitics.

Asif doubled down on the mistakes made by his nation, admitting, "That was a mistake, and we suffered for that... Pakistain's record would have been unquestionable if we had not entered the fight against the Soviet Union and then the war following 9/11. The chickens have obviously gone home to roost, and there is no one else to blame but Pakistain.

#2  Interesting that he would mention 9/11, which was an attack on the US National Command Authority (United 93's likely target was the White House) sponsored/facilitated/orchestrated by Pakistan, a declared nuclear power.

The West has put up with passive and not so passive aggressive "allies" for many decades.

The result has been more aggression, more hostility and and the West now being existentially threatened.

Yes, both "unique and shocking."
