Today, in the Pokrovsk direction, Russian troops attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders 38 times.
There have been 92 combat clashes on the front since the beginning of the day. The most active attack of the Russian occupiers is taking place in the Pokrovsky direction. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the evening of April 28.
It is noted that the invaders do not stop striking the border settlements of Ukraine. The settlements of Stepok, Ugroidy, Khleborob, Porozok, Prokhody, Mezenivka, Porokhon, Belaya Bereza, Studenok, Ulanovo, Osoyevka, Budivelnoye, Khrinovka, Sosnovka of Sumy Oblast, as well as Lemishine, Timofeyevka of Kharkiv Oblast suffered from enemy artillery fire.
The areas of the settlements of Miropolskoye and Petrushevka in the Sumy region came under enemy airstrikes.
In the Pokrovsk direction today the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders 38 times in the areas of the settlements of Malinovka, Lisovka, Kotlin, Udachnoye, Novosergeevka, Novoalexandrovka, Nadievka, Troitskoye, Kotlyarovka, Serebryanoye, Andreevka and in the direction of Staraya Nikolaevka, Alexandropol, Novopavlovka, Bogdanovka. Six clashes continue.
The settlements of Popov, Vladimirovka, Poltavka, Novaya Poltavka, Malinovka, Kazatskoye, Grodovka, Novoekonomichnoe, Mirnograd, Lisovka, Sukhoi Yar, Pokrovsk, and Zvirovoye were subjected to air strikes.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the defenders repelled 12 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Konstantinopol, Volnoye Pole and in the direction of Otradnoye, Bogatyr, Shevchenko. One combat clash is still ongoing. The enemy carried out air strikes on the areas of the settlements of Zelenoye Pole, Novopol and Poddubnoye.
In the Liman direction today the aggressor attacked eight times in the areas of the settlements of Katerinovka, Novoye, Kolodyazi and in the direction of Novy Mir. Currently three combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked our troops' positions eight times in the Toretsk area and in the direction of Dilievka and Dachnoye. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Kharkiv direction, seven armed clashes occurred in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchanskie Khutors and Zapadnoye. One armed clash continues to this day.
In the Dnieper direction, there were five attempts by the enemy to advance.
Five combat clashes took place in the Kursk direction today, three of which are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy launched ten airstrikes, dropped 14 KABs and carried out 164 artillery shellings, including one from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Seversky direction, the enemy carried out three offensive actions towards the settlements of Grigoryevka and Verkhnekamyanskoye.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attempts to advance forward in the direction of Markov and near Chasovy Yar and Belaya Gora, and four more clashes continue to this day.
In the Orekhov direction, the Defense Forces stopped three enemy attacks. The enemy tried to advance near the settlements of Shcherbaki, Stepovoye and Lobkovoye, one combat clash is still ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of Ukrainian units in the area of ​​Zagrizove and Novaya Kruglyakovka, one combat clash continues.
In the Gulyai-Polye direction, the enemy launched airstrikes on Gulyai-Polye.
Let us recall that over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 1,160 occupiers . Since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 949,800 servicemen.
