According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation targeted murderous Moslems operating in the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan. This brings the total number of murderous Moslems killed in operations over the past three days to 71. The military claims that the snuffies were acting under the direction of foreign intelligence agencies. ​
