Which most likely the Elite will acquire over a short period of time as they spend it. Now ask who makes up the Elite demographically? BTW: My Dads people came here as indentured servants in 1894 and have nothing to do with US pre-1866 issues. Why should I or my offspring paid for something done before we arrived.
