#3 budget to be reduced from about $2.5B/yr to $2B/yr but unlike hospitals, for example, WHO doesn't require a huge amount of medical tech equipment so almost the whole budget is personnel. too bad but no sympathy from me |

#2 I don't think that word means what they think it means. Existentialism is a family of philosophical views and inquiry that explore the human individual's struggle to lead an authentic life despite the apparent absurdity or incomprehensibility of existence. |
