Russian aggressors have concentrated almost half of their attacks in the Pokrovsk area. There, military actions are being conducted in the areas of 13 settlements.
Since the beginning of the current day, 65 combat clashes have occurred on the front. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational report as of 16:00 on Wednesday, May 21.
Thus, in the Kharkov direction, our defenders repelled two attacks by Russian aggressors in the area of ​​Vovchansk and in the direction of Malaya Shapkovka.
In the Kupyansk direction, one enemy attack was stopped in the Kindrashivka area.
In the Liman direction, nine armed clashes occurred near the settlements of Ridkodub, Grekovka, Zelenaya Dolina in the direction of Novosergeevka, Olgovka, Novy Mir and in the Serebryansky forest. Three armed clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, the enemy attacked twice in the Belogorovka area.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked twice in the area of ​​Chasovy Yar and in the direction of Predtechny.
In the Toretsk direction, the invaders advanced eight times in the areas of Dilievka, Druzhba and Toretsk. Two clashes continue.
The enemy's highest activity remains in the Pokrovsk direction . There have been 27 clashes of varying intensity near the settlements of Yablunovka, Zarya, Shevchenko Pervoye, Novaya Poltavka, Mirolyubovka, Elizavetovka, Lisovka, Dachenskoye, Kotlin, Novosergeevka, Udachnoye, Troitskoye and Kotlyarovka. Five battles are still ongoing.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the aggressor tried to advance 10 times in the areas of the settlements of Bogatyr, Otradnoye, Shevchenko, Rivnepol, Novopol, Zelenoe Pole. One clash is still ongoing.
In the Gulyai-Polye direction, the occupiers tried to attack in the Chervonoe area three times. One clash is still ongoing.
One attack by the Russian army was repelled in the Kursk direction .
Let us recall that in the course of 24 hours on May 20, almost 1,000 Russians were killed and wounded at the front. The total losses of Russian troops are approaching 1 million people.
