The 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution prohibits excessive bail, ensuring that bail amounts set by the government are not unreasonably high and that individuals are not punished before a conviction. Now, if only the LSD appointed Federal Judges would strictly follow the US Constitution in ALL cases. Side Note: Maybe the GSP tracking neck collar with a Mega Stun device built in, to prevent removal? |
