The reservist, who served as a technology and maintenance officer in the Combat Engineering Corps’ 924th Battalion, was taken to a hospital for treatment. Gazans report strikes in northern Gaza, Khan Younis [IsraelTimes] Media outlets in Gaza say Israeli airstrikes in recent hours have targeted Jabalia and Beit Lahiya in the northern part of the Strip, as well as the Khan Younis area in the southern part of the enclave. Gazan reports say five people have been killed in strikes in Khan Younis since this morning, though it is unclear if they are civilians or combatants. Weren’t they warned to leave the other day? Then their deaths are their own fault for staying. Probably Hamas’s, too, for holding them there. There is no comment from the Israeli military. |
