In this case the billionaire is Sir James Arthur Radcliffe, chemical engineer, founder of INEOS (INspec Ethylene Oxide Specialties), and, for our purposes, the richest man in England. He’s also a “car enthusiast and experienced adventurer,” and when you put those two things together, you get off-roader, and being English that means Land Rover fan.
