| [ConservativeTreehouse] GE Appliances is a subsidiary of the Haier company, which is based in China. Most people do not know that. GE Appliances are Chinese appliances. The recent headline about GE Appliances moving their production from China to the USA (Kentucky), is simply an outcome of the need for GE to avoid steel, aluminum and reciprocal trade tariffs. This is not complicated.
