[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Project Veritas on Thursday released part two of its whistleblower investigation into former US Attorney General Bill Barr.
On Tuesday, Project Veritas released a bombshell story from a whistleblower alleging former US Attorney General Bill Barr along with media figure Armstrong Williams is running an illegal immigration visa fraud scheme for elites and billionaires.
Patricia Lelis, whistleblower, former Brazilian journalist at Howard Stirk Holdings, who is in hiding abroad, told Project Veritas that she was prosecuted after reporting Bill Barr and Armstrong William to the FBI.
On Thursday, Project Veritas released video of Lelis explaining how Bill Barr plotted prosecutions of Trump to block his political comeback.
''Bill Barr was like, we should bring RICO because it's a very difficult type of charge to defend,'' Lelis said.
Texts and emails reveal Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Bill Barr worked together on the RICO case targeting Trump and more than a dozen other defendants.
Her notes reveal that Barr provided a list of targets, including Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Stewart Rhodes, Enrique Tarrio, Jeffrey Clark, Oath Keepers, and Proud Boys. Following this meeting, many of these individuals were subsequently subpoenaed to testify before the January 6 Committee or faced charges related to January 6th or the 2020 election, demonstrating Barr’s apparent influence in driving the legal actions against them.

/\ After an Idaho jury found Weaver not guilty on almost all charges, federal judge Edward Lodge slammed the Justice Department and FBI for concealing evidence and showing “a callous disregard for the rights of the defendants and the interests of justice.” A Justice Department internal investigation compiled a 542-page report detailing federal misconduct and coverups in the case and suggested criminal charges against FBI officials involved in Ruby Ridge.
Some 33 years have apparently not changed much.

There are civil cases possible against Barr personally for the entire list of people. I would watch to see where the funds come from to support his defense. That should identify more enemies.

[NYPOST] The Biden administration abused its power by turning the entire mechanism of the federal government into a Democratic voter mobilization campaign, according to newly unearthed White House documents viewed exclusively by The Post.
The worst offender was FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the Department of Homeland Security, which was controlled for four years by Biden's Machiavellian border buster Alejandro Mayorkas.
When responding to an emergency or a natural disaster, FEMA employees were directed to make voter registration a ''key priority.''
They politically targeted vulnerable people in their hour of need instead of focusing on providing federal assistance.
Left-wing NGOs were brought in to ''educate'' FEMA staff about ''equity and voter access for individuals affected by disaster,'' says a Trump administration official.
''FEMA's job is to make sure Americans who have suffered catastrophic loss due to some disaster in their community [can access] food, water and shelter — Under President Biden, FEMA, like every agency, produced a plan on how they would leverage these crisis situations for political [purposes]. I can't think of anything more disgusting.''
FEMA snubbed GOP
FEMA employees were so fixated on voter outreach that, when they visited hurricane ...as in blow me down!... -ravaged Florida last October, they didn't even bother knocking on the doors of houses that had Trump signs in the yard.
Instead of assisting Hurricane Milton survivors, they were instructed to ''avoid homes advertising Trump,'' according to an Office of Special Counsel complaint.
FEMA supervisor Marn'i Washington was fired as a scapegoat after Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called foul on the scam and the Daily Wire reported that at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags had been skipped by FEMA and denied the opportunity of qualifying for federal assistance.
It stands to reason that if FEMA's priority was getting out Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... to vote, the last people they would want to visit were Trump supporters.
The Florida scandal came on the heels of the Biden administration's sluggish response to Hurricane Helene in Trump-supporting rural areas of North Carolina and Tennessee.
Whether it was Hurricane Helene, the Maui wildfires, Hurricane Ian, or the East Paleostine train derailment in Ohio, FEMA always came up short during the Biden years.
The agency's inadequate performance is more understandable when you realize that providing actual disaster relief to victims had become simply a side dish to the partisan political priorities of the Democratic Party.

In order to commit that type of corruption you need a highly compromised staff. It will be impossible to accomplish disaster relief with that same staff, going forward. If a Hobby Lobby location, for instance, was perverted into a front for a prostitution ring, once the ring is uncovered, corporate is not going to resume operations with the same staff. They would close the store altogether. It would be too confusing as to who was trying to buy or sell frames versus BJs. FEMA cannot be reformed.

[FoxNews] The investigation is being run out of Albany and focused on possible deprivation of rights allegations
The Department of Justice convened a grand jury to investigate New York Attorney General Letitia James, marking an escalation in President Donald Trump's fight with New York's top prosecutor.
The investigation is being run out of Albany and focused on possible deprivation of rights allegations, two well-placed sources familiar with the probe told Fox News Digital.
The investigation, which came at the direction of Attorney General Pam Bondi, is in an early stage, but Fox News Digital has learned that James's office received subpoenas for documents this week, including for information related to her civil fraud lawsuit against Trump.
James, a Democrat who was elected attorney general in 2018, has long been a target of Trump. James successfully brought civil charges against him for business fraud in 2022 and has had an instrumental role in challenging his current administration's executive actions in court.
A spokesperson for James suggested the latest action by the DOJ was a "weaponization" of its prosecutorial power.
"Any weaponization of the justice system should disturb every American," the spokesperson said. "We stand strongly behind our successful litigation against the Trump Organization and the National Rifle Association, and we will continue to stand up for New Yorkers’ rights."
A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on the grand jury investigation.
James began investigating the Trump Organization soon after she took office, eventually securing a $454 million judgment against the then-former president and some of Trump's company's executives, including two of his sons.
A New York judge found Trump and his business partners grossly overstated Trump's wealth to obtain favorable loans and other financial benefits. Trump is appealing the decision. James said at the time that financial fraud was not a "victimless crime."
"If average New Yorkers went into a bank and submitted false documents, the government would throw the book at them, and the same should be true for former presidents," James said.
James also has been a leading figure in bringing litigation challenging the second Trump administration's executive actions. James and other Democratic attorneys general have sued to fight spending freezes on federally funded social programs, mass firings of federal employees and restrictions on transgender care for minors, among other matters.
Convening a grand jury is the first step in an investigation and could potentially lead to an indictment. The panel examines evidence, including documents and witness interviews, and determines if probable cause exists to bring charges against a person. The process can take weeks or longer, and it is historically much easier for a grand jury to secure an indictment than it is to obtain a subsequent conviction.
News of the investigation comes as tensions have continued to build between Trump and James.
In April, the Trump Federal Housing Finance Agency asked Bondi to investigate James over mortgage fraud, and the DOJ opened a separate investigation into that matter. James received subpoenas from a grand jury as part of the inquiry, the Washington Post reported.
Fox News confirmed on Friday that Pardon Attorney Ed Martin, who is also leading a weaponization task force, is heading up the mortgage fraud investigation into James, as well as leading a similar investigation into Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., James' mortgage case is based in Virginia, and Schiff's is in Maryland.

Epstein related indictments? No journalists have even asked Bondi, or any other official if there is evidence of any other adults having sex with minors. Let’s see that asked. Let’s pull the curtain on that issue immediately.

[PJMEDIA] President Trump is putting America first again. This time, he's going after the rigged system that counts illegal aliens in the U.S. Census, skewing congressional representation and rewarding sanctuary states with more power. On Thursday, Trump announced he's directing the Department of Commerce to conduct a new, corrected census — one that actually counts American citizens and excludes those here illegally.
''I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024,'' Trump announced in a post on Truth Social. ''People who are in our Country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!''
Naturally, the mainstream media isn't thrilled. CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... described Trump's proposal as ''a dramatic shift from longstanding census practices'' while insisting that the census ''has historically counted all residents regardless of immigration status.''
But, this is hardly just about illegal immigration. In fact, this move is long overdue.
The 2020 Census, overseen by the Biden administration and its Deep State allies, was an unmitigated disaster — and the fallout is still being felt. Even the Census Bureau itself — hardly a bastion of conservative thought — admitted that its 2020 Census was incorrect in at least 14 states.
According to the Bureau's own Post-Enumeration Survey (PES), eight states were overcounted while six were undercounted. But here's where it gets truly absurd: The Census Bureau claims it can't identify which groups were miscounted or where the errors occurred, citing ''sample sizes within most states do not support such estimates.'' Translation? They know it was wrong, but they can't — or won't — say how or where.

What if the census takers in 2020, weren’t all citizens?
The count in 2020 wasn’t accurate because of Covid. That is the legal argument I would make. The Dems will seek to tie this up in court beyond the midterms. Their strategy for court battles will be to win if they can but to delay regardless. Expect a lot of scorched earth stuff as well. Their long term goal is total control so short term chaos serves their purposes as well.

The Constitution specifies a census every 10 years meaning the next mandated census is in 2030. Easy to predict the Biden Black Robes blocking an interim census. There are some words in the article that talk about "as specified by law" or some such, so in theory, Congress could authorize it in a judge-proof manner.
[BREITBART] Harris County Commissioners Court censured County Judge Lina Hidalgo following an outrageous rant and political stunt. The judge appeared unhinged as she interrupted and argued with the county commissioners, refusing to follow the rules of decorum.
Harris County commissioners voted 3-1 to censure Judge Hidalgo after what the Houston ...a city in Texas, named after Sam Houston, who would drop deader than he is now if he could see how it turned out... Chronicle kindly described as a ''heated disagreement over a proposed tax increase to pay for early childcare programs. Urban Reform, a local government watchdog and public policy group, posted a video showing the latest in a series of rants by Hidalgo, the county's chief executive officer.
Fox 26 Houston reported that Hidalgo introduced a motion for a tax increase to fund her Early REACH Program, which provides early educational opportunities for low-income communities. As Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones objected to what she called a ''half-baked'' proposal, Hidalgo began arguing, interrupting, and attempting to use children in the audience as pawns to support her position.
''I was disappointed to witness Judge Hidalgo's disruptive behavior at Commissioners Court today; it distracted from the serious issues before us,'' Commissioner Briones said in a written statement. ''As colleagues, we may disagree, but fundamental respect and decorum are non-negotiable. The democratic process is built on civil debate, and as elected leaders, we must hold ourselves to the highest standards. The people of Harris County deserve better.''
Precinct 2 Commissioner Adrian Garcia, a former Harris County sheriff, added, ''It's beyond frustrating to yet again witness Judge Hidalgo's disruptive behavior at Commissioners Court today. We must hold ourselves to the highest standards. It was particularly offensive to witness her trying to use children as props for her political agenda.''
Precinct 2 Commissioner Tom Ramsey, the lone Republican on the court, said:
I've said it before and I'll continue to say it: this is not the first and — I predict — won't be the last unprofessional moment from our County Judge. Her outbursts continue to escalate to the detriment of the County's business. Today's actions and words by the Judge to those in attendance were an embarrassment for all of Harris County. Issuing an apology would be the decent thing to do. She continues to exhibit a lack of leadership experience and maturity in the position.
Hidalgo deflected the comments about her behavior, saying, ''I'm so disappointed that they wouldn't even let us ask the voters. Obviously, it's children. I can't explain it, but I'm really proud of all of these kids, families. It breaks my heart that they're going to lose their early childhood education, their parents' work.''
Following Hidalgo's rant, she left the court, claiming to have a ''doctor's appointment.'' It was not her first time to walk out of commissioners court for a personal appointment. In July, Hidalgo left the dais to attend a ''group therapy'' session.

[DAILYMAIL.CO.UK] Seattle is on track to elect one of the farthest left candidates in its history as the city suffers severe homelessness, violent mostly peaceful crime waves and budget crises.
Katie Wilson, 43, a former union leader who has pledged to 'Trump-proof' the Democrat-led city in Washington state, holds a narrow lead in her primary showdown with incumbent mayor Bruce Harrell.
With the final results of the primary expected to take days to calibrate, Wilson holds 46.21 percent of the vote to Harrell's 44.85 percent. The final two in the race will face each other in November's general election. No other candidate broke five percent.
Wilson launched her campaign for Seattle Mayor in March, and held her announcement at one of the homelessness-ravaged city's shelters.
If elected, she has pledged to fight Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... 's crackdown on illegal immigration by refusing federal orders targeting immigrants colonists and demanding the Seattle Police Department don't 'assist in arrests for civil immigration violations', her website states.
She has also vowed to establish an 'Asylum Seeker Rapid Rehousing voucher program' that would provide migrants colonists with two years of free housing subsidies, and instate a number of climate change policies.
Wilson previously called to defund the Seattle Police Department, a policy that has seemingly not hurt her candidacy despite Seattle suffering through one of the worst crime waves in the nation in recent years.
The city's residents have a shocking one-in-129 chance of being a victim of a violent mostly peaceful crime, and was determined to be safer than just one percent of all US cities, according to crime statistics outlet Neighborhood Scout.
Wilson appeared surprised on Wednesday as the primary results tilted her way, telling KOMO that 'we were not expecting to be ahead on the first drop, right?'

In the cities that are not supportive of police, I expect to see a high rate of early retirements by officers who then take a bonus to join ICE which has eliminated age based hiring restrictions. The wage rate required to hire and retain law enforcement officers in blue cities will become crippling. Staffing rates will plummet and crime rates will climb beyond where the fudged stats ifSoros DAs can hide the problem.

[FOXNEWS] A Biden-appointed federal judge issued a nationwide injunction on President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... 's birthright citizenship order, arguing that the directive is likely to be found in violation of the Constitution.
U.S. District Judge Deborah L. Boardman issued her opinion Thursday after agreeing to certify a class-action lawsuit from immigration rights group CASA.
"The Court finds that the plaintiffs have shown they are entitled to a classwide preliminary injunction. The plaintiffs have established that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their constitutional claim because the Executive Order contradicts the plain language of the Fourteenth Amendment and conflicts with binding Supreme Court precedent," Boardman wrote in her ruling.
"The plaintiffs also have shown that the class representatives and members will suffer irreparable harm — the denial of citizenship — without injunctive relief. Finally, the plaintiffs have established that the balance of the equities and the public interest weigh in favor of a preliminary injunction," she added. "The government will not be harmed by an injunction that maintains the status quo of birthright citizenship, and the plaintiffs will be harmed if the Executive Order is not enjoined pending the outcome of this lawsuit."

[NYPOST] Construction aimed at expanding Florida's remote migrant detention facility, dubbed ''Alligator Alcatraz,'' must stop for at least 14 days, a federal judge ruled Thursday.
Judge Kathleen M. Williams, an appointee of President Barack Obama, ordered the construction pause in response to a lawsuit filed by several environmental groups arguing that federal agencies did not assess the potential impacts the facility may have on the wetlands and endangered species in the Florida Everglades.
The facility can continue to operate and hold Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees, but new filling, paving or infrastructure may not be added for the next two weeks, Williams said during a hearing.
''Today's ruling by an activist judge will have no impact on immigration enforcement in Florida,'' Alex Lanfranconi, a spokesman for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, wrote on X. ''Alligator Alcatraz will remain operational, continuing to serve as a force multiplier to enhance deportation efforts.''
DeSantis, in an X post, noted that ''operations at Alligator Alcatraz are ongoing and deportations are continuing'' despite the order. Unable to connect to Postgres server!

...by several environmental groups arguing that federal agencies did not assess the potential impacts the facility may have on the wetlands and endangered species in the Florida Everglades.
It's on a pre-existing airport. All that paperwork has already been done.
Alligator Alcatraz is an immigration detention facility erected at the Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport inside Big Cypress National Preserve in Ochopee, Florida, United States.
Fascinating to me - Begun in 1968 as the Everglades Jetport ... the airport was planned to be the largest airport in the world, covering 39 square miles (100 km2) with six runways, and connected to both central Miami and the Gulf of Mexico by an expressway and monorail line. The airport would have been five times the size of JFK Airport in New York.

2 weeks. That sounds like they are engaged in delays and fakery while avoiding Supreme Court rulings that permanently alter the framework of their scams.

Attorney General Ken Paxton launched an investigation into Beto O’Rourke’s radical organization, Powered by People, for unlawful activity, including potentially operating an illegal financial influence scheme to bribe runaway Democrats who fled Texas to break quorum.
“Any Democrat coward breaking the law by taking a Beto Bribe will be held accountable,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Texas cannot be bought. I look forward to thoroughly reviewing all of the documents and communications obtained throughout this investigation. These jet-setting runaways have already lost public trust by abandoning our state, and Texans deserve to know if they received illegal bribes to do it.”
According to public reports, Powered by People has been one of the top groups bankrolling the Texas House Democrat members who abandoned Texans and vacated their offices. By providing these liberal lawmakers with the funds to flee the state, Powered by People may have violated bribery laws. Powered by People and the runaway Democrats may have also violated other Texas laws, including, but not limited to, those governing campaign or officeholder contributions and expenditures, coercion of a public servant, and abuse of office.
As part of the investigation, Attorney General Paxton has issued a Request to Examine, which demands documents and communications from the group regarding potentially unlawful activity, including its involvement in the Democrats’ scheme to break quorum.
Attorney General Paxton has announced that he will take aggressive legal action against runaway Democrats who do not present themselves before the House by the Speaker’s deadline of Friday.

"Defendants have and will continue to engage in unlawful fundraising practices and utilization of political funds in a manner that either directly violates or causes Texas Democratic Legislators to violate [the law]," Fahey wrote in her Friday evening ruling. "Consumer have and continue to suffer irreparable harm through these unlawful acts because they are making political contributions that are being used to fund personal expenses and violate state law."
