The policeman injured in the clash was treated at a Fort Worth hospital and subsequently released, which is excellent news.
CBS claimed that a “federal law enforcement source” had told the outlet a total of eight individuals were arrested, including many with body armor. The suspects reportedly launched fireworks as an apparent lure to draw law enforcement to the area where the shooting occurred.
The source told CBS News that early reports indicate that more than a dozen masked individuals dressed in black arrived at the Prairieland ICE detention facility late Friday night and vandalized vehicles and security cameras in the parking lot.

(ISIS) leaders were killed during the latest phase of a military offensive in the Calmiskaad mountains of the Bari region, significantly weakening the group’s presence.
The offensive, known as Operation Hilaac, entered its fourth phase this week after Puntland Counter-Terrorism Forces cleared ISIS fighters from a 420-kilometre stretch of mountainous terrain in northeastern Somalia.
Officials named the bandidosbandidos bully boys killed in Phase 3 of the operation as:
Abdihakim Badiin (Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... ), head of policing

Authorities said Phase 4 of the operation is now underway, focusing on eliminating the remaining ISIS runaways and setting the stage for Operation Onkod, aimed at driving out al-Shabaab ... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... bandidosbandidos bully boys from the Calmadow mountain range in the neighbouring Sanaag region.
Puntland forces also presented a captured ISIS fighter, identified as Hassan Atar, a Ottoman Turkish national apprehended during recent operations. He is currently in jug and being interrogated.
The oil-rich Puntland state has stepped up counter-terrorism efforts in recent months as ISIS and al-Shabaab compete for influence in the Bari region.

[ShabelleMedia] Somali security forces killed more than ten al-Shabaab ... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... bandidosholy warriors in a series of coordinated operations across central and southern Somalia on Friday morning, the Ministry of Defence said.
According to a ministry spokesperson, the first attack took place at approximately 5:45 am local time when al-Shabaab bandidosholy warriors launched an assault on Gumarre, near Moqokori in the Hiiraan region. The Somali National Army (SNA), supported by local community fighters, responded swiftly and engaged the attackers in a two-hour battle, ultimately repelling the assault and securing the area.
"More than ten bandidosholy warriors were killed during the clash, and Gumarre is now fully under the control of our forces," the spokesperson said in a statement.
Simultaneously, joint operations by the SNA and Macawisley fighters targeted al-Shabaab hideouts in Guulane, Daaru-nicma, and Alkowsar in the Middle Shabelle region. In Guulane, two senior al-Shabaab commanders — Mohammed Adow and Ali Xabad — were neutralised. Both men were accused of orchestrating attacks against civilians and extorting communities under the guise of religious authority, officials said.
In a separate operation in Moora Godan, Raaga Ceelle district, security forces dismantled a facility used by the group to treat maimed fighters and coordinate future attacks.
Further south-west, SNA troops launched offensives in Baani, Lafaale, and Abal, near the town of Xudur in the Bakool region. The operations forced bandidosholy warriors to flee their hideouts as government forces advanced.
