[NYPOST] A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man was federally charged for allegedly threatening to kill then-President-elect Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... before he took office, the Justice Department announced Wednesday.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said Jacob Buckley, using a TikTok account under the name ''Jacob_buckley,''
…such a clever nym — no one will ever figure out who he really is!
wrote on Jan. 16, ''I hate MAGA republicans bro on god I'll kill all of them.''
He also wrote on the TikTok account, ''I'm going to kill Trump,'' and, ''Bro we going into a literal oligarchy ... derived from the Greek words oligos, a few and the verb archo, to rule, to govern, to command. Oligarchies are invariably effectual rather than established, to whit, they disguise themselves as other systems, working as the real government behind the face of of democracy, fascism, socialism, monarchy, or what have you... in 4 days and im going to kill Trump,'' according to prosecutors.
Buckley, of Port Matilda, was ''charged by criminal information for threatening Donald J. Trump as the President-elect,'' the U.S. Attorney's Office said, following an investigation by the U.S. Secret Service.
''The maximum penalty upon conviction on the Information is 5 years' imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, a fine, and the imposition of a special assessment,'' the office added.

[NYPOST] The reigning Miss United States is accusing Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) of threatening to make public sex videos and nude pictures of her — and ''harm any men'' she went out with in the future — after she ended their relationship earlier this year upon finding out he was seeing another woman.
Lindsey Langston, who was crowned in October, reported the shocking sextortion attempt by Mills, 45, to the Columbia (Fla.) County Sheriff's Office July 14, according to a document obtained by The Post.
''Since February 20th of 2025, Cory has contacted Lindsey numerous times on numerous different accounts threatening to release nude images and videos of her, to include recorded videos of her and Cory engaging in sexual acts,'' the report stated.
''The threats were made when Cory believed Lindsey to have other romantic partners in her life after the breakup.''
Langston, 25, provided screenshots of text and Instagram messages from Mills that were later entered into evidence and ''forwarded to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for further review,'' according to a front man for the sheriff's office.
[MAIL] Former FBI Director Robert Mueller, the man who led the Russia investigation into President Donald Trump, has reportedly lived in a memory-care facility for years.
Muller, 80, served as the sixth director of the FBI from 2001 until 2013 and the special counsel overseeing the federal government's multi-year investigation into Russia's ties to the 2016 Trump campaign.
The probe found that neither Trump nor members of his campaign team coordinated with the Russians on their interference.

WOW.
This is really advanced-level deep state operations.
The "I can't remember" defense taken to the logical extreme.
You have to step back and admire this kind of evil.
These swamp creatures have a whole bag of tricks, and they're emptying it out right now.
The good news is, this is it. This is all they've got.

Mueller was barely able to testify coherently at the closing of his probe. Did Congress think that his memory issues improved after 6 years? He might remember the Epstein investigation better than he remembers Russiagate. If he doesn’t plead the 5th maybe we will accidentally find out about the Whitey Bolger investigation in his rambles. Speaking of rambling, weren’t we supposed to see video or hear actual audio of Biden and Hurr? The media seems not to be interested in proof that Joe was not sharp as a tack. When we get to Russiagate, I guess the focus will need to be on Weissman with Mueller incapacitated. Let’s see more Weissman getting grilled. He deserves it.

The "Vinny the Chin" Gigante defense.
The mob boss that would wander around in a bathrobe on the street mumbling to his friends. Clearly unable to stand trial. Worked for years.

Superhose is on it. It was clear that Mueller was having cognitive impairment issues six years ago during the garbage investigation. It doesn’t get better.

Hiding out on a full nursing care Alzheimers floor when it is not medically necessary is not winning any game I can think of, no matter how loving the staff and luxurious the surroundings. Vinny the Chin would have turned himself in just to have conversations that made sense.

Perhaps "fraud" and failure were actually the desired goals.
The investigation into the housing fraud in Minnesota only adds to the growing number of fraudulent and mismanaged state programs, including the hundreds of autism clinics that wasted tens of millions in state tax dollars, and the $250 million fraud in a coronavirus relief program that was supposed to pay for food for children.
Minnesota Senate Republican Leader Mark Johnson excoriated Walz for the fraud and his response to the investigation.
“Today we learned Governor Walz is shutting down a housing program riddled with fraud, not to fix it, but to prevent any more embarrassment. Instead of holding anyone accountable, they’re pulling the plug before an audit can expose just how badly they mismanaged millions in taxpayer funds,” Johnson said.

I mean, let's be honest.

But then, politicians and developers have been running similar scams in California for decades and nobody ever audits them so at least Minnesota has that going for them.

[Federalist] ’John Brennan and James Clapper are known liars and are digging themselves into an even deeper hole,’ White House spokesman Davis Ingle told The Federalist.
There is a lot of talk about whether former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper are protected by a statute of limitations in their roles in fabricating the Russia hoax.
But, as current CIA director John Ratcliffe pointed out, "The statute of limitations doesn’t start to run until the last act in the furtherance of that conspiracy," and the two Russia hoaxers just restarted the clock on July 30, when they decided to pen an op-ed in The New York Times filled with even more lies in an apparent cover-up.

18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES
US Code section §2381. Treason
It just states enemies.
So wouldn't that include Foreign and/or Domestic persons.
Also under SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES.
Wouldn't Subversive Actions include, those FED's and hired LSD's imbedded and mixed in the Jan 6er's, with instructions to incite, allow and steer protesters into certain areas to do things?
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

only plausible crime that could stick is malicious sedition
and although there might be enough for an indictment, I don't think there is anywhere enough for a conviction
btw, a few J6 folk were convicted of malicious sedition (I didn't think there was enough to make that stick either and in fact I thought an intelligent juror would laugh when presented the evidence but then again, what do I know)

It's a pretty good bet they have other sources of income. They didn't get into politics for the salary. It's the, ahem, benefits that make those jobs so lucrative.

Then the $$$$ bribery $$$ source of their illegal political maneuver will be known. Which then shows 3rd party control PAID FOR Democrat Political party members answering to $$$$$ and not the VOTERS.
[NYPOST] ''Debanking'' seems like something out of paranoid dystopian fiction, but this horrific abuse of government power is already all too real.
We're almost glad the Biden crew deployed it against then-former-President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... in 2021: That not only ensures he's aware of this outrage; it points to how even the powerful are vulnerable.
It's as simple as it is scary: Government regulators give a quiet nod to financial institutions that certain people or industries are to be ''unpersoned,'' and pretty soon they get the same treatment as North Korea ...hereditary Communist monarchy distinguished by its truculence and periodic acts of violence. Distinguishing features include Songun (Army First) policy, which involves feeding the army before anyone but the Dear Leadership, and Juche, which is Kim Jong Il's personal interpretation of Marxism-Leninism, which he told everybody was brilliant. In 1950 the industrialized North invaded agrarian South Korea. Twenty-one countries of the United Nations eventually contributed to the UN force opposing the invasion, with the United States providing around 90% of the military personnel. Seventy years later the economic results are in and it doesn't look good for Juche... n tyrants, bandidosmurderous Moslems or drug kingpins: locked out of the financial system, which means social death.
The victim gets turned away at other banks, all with no way to appeal what's blandly painted as a ''business decision.''
Just try life without any ready way to cash checks or pay bills, not even a debit card — nor, if you run a business, a line of credit to pay suppliers and meet payroll.
The abuse apparently began under President Barack Obama My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it... , deployed against disfavored businesses such as gun manufacturers on the laughable ground that they posed a ''reputational risk''; it expanded under President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... to hit crypto and tech startups, as well as individuals whose opinions or political activity got labeled ''dangerous.''

For my actions on January 6 I was debanked first by US Bank, then later by Fidelity.
US Bank were absolute assho7es about it. Fidelity actually sent me a letter stating "for your actions...". The letter is framed on the wall next to the piece of the capitol I took home.
I eventually was arrested in 2025, 01062025, ironic, by then nobody cared. Boasburg signed my pardon, I sent him a letter requesting a wet signature, haven't heard back.
BOA cxld my credit card, I had a few so I moved on.
It's a pain in the butt, other things are worse.
To those on this site who knew of my actions thank you for not ratting me out.

Antisemites always screech about muh freeze peach
and they're right,it's not illegal to be an piece of shit in America like it is in other countries. Even Holocaust denial is legal here. In Europe there are people in prison right now for precisely that.
But it's not illegal for a bank to refuse to do business with antisemites. It's a private business.
You can't force a private business to bake a cake for you, either.
LOL

But is is illegal to refuse to do business with someone because he is a Republican? This has nothing to do with Jew hate. Most of the world’s, and people’s, problems have absolutely nothing at all to do with the Jews.

The GIVERnment requires federally regulated banks to compare their customer lists to the GIVERnment provided ‘bad guys’ list. These banks are required to do this. The real question to Bank of America and JPM is would you have reacted in accordance to regulations if the name on the ‘bad guy’ list was Obama vs Trump. These banks will hide behind the regulations to justify their behavior. To test their loyalty to regulations Trump admin should add Clinton, Clapper, Obama, Biden, Comey…. To the ‘bad guy’ list and see how the banks suddenly balk at debanking fellow leftists.
A class action lawsuit charging Financial institutions/companies with political discrimination would reap a few $Million per person.
When was the last time BOA or some Liberal democrat NGO group members (ANTI-FA, BLM, etc) accounts were closed for threatening the President, Jewish persons and being arrested?

Oh, come ON. Biden, Brennan, Hillary etc. arent leftists. They're globalists who believe in breaking down American power and handing it to the tyrants of WEF and the Party of Davos.
[NYPOST] President Trump announced plans Wednesday for a 100% tariff on ''all chips and semiconductors'' — insisting that there would be an orderly economic transition despite potential major impacts on US businesses.
''We'll be putting a tariff, approximately 100%, on chips and semiconductors,'' Trump said at an Oval Office event with Apple CEO Tim Cook, who arrived to announce plans for $600 billion in new investments in the US.
Trump said he would exempt companies that have plans to transition their manufacturing to the US — a hint that the world's largest chip manufacturer, Taiwan's TSMC, which is building massive manufacturing plants in Arizona, would be spared.

At some point, logic dictates we need to stop freezing out OCONUS manufacturing with tariffs, to allow US based manufacturing time to rebuild and restart production here.
Otherwise, a simple 32" TV/CPU Monitor selling for $99 at Wally World now, will be $399. And that will not help Voter Wallets.
How about a simple Equal Tariff agreement?
They charge us 25%, then we do the same.
[NYPOST] CBS News host Vladimir Duthiers questioned the Trump administration's plan to establish a base on the moon and drew parallels to Earth's history of colonialism.
Oh noze! Those poor, abused Moon Maidens! Whatever will they do??
On ''CBS Mornings Plus'' on Wednesday, Duthiers and co-host Adriana Diaz discussed the White House calling for more human space exploration and administration plans to build a nuclear reactor on the moon to precede an eventual U.S. lunar base with astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Diaz asked if it was ''inevitable that we're going to have to go to the moon and try to colonize the Moon?''
Tyson said that the United States is being ''reactive'' in a race to the moon with China, and stated, to the laughter of the panel, that he does not want to ''live on the moon.''
But Duthiers questioned if colonizing the moon was a good idea.
''We know how the age of colonialism worked on this planet,'' the host said. ''Should we be trying to colonize and saying that there's a keep-out zone that no other countries can participate in having?''
Tyson replied by pointing out that it would be difficult to colonize an area that does not have people.
“Well, the — the real problem with the colonization history in Western civilization is that there were people already there,” Tyson said.
Duthiers and Diaz agreed, and Tyson added that “there are no moon beings that were displaced as far as we know.” Ah, yes. Stupid people discussing things they don't know anything about, using ideas they were fed in college bull sessions.
