-Great Cultural Revolution
The Left and Losers
[Townhall] For the past 20 years, the left has made heroes of some of the biggest drekh in the world.

There was a time long ago when the Democrats found their heroes in people who were at least on the surface somewhat inspiring: JFK, RFK (Sr.), Martin Luther King and others were at least in their public personae people of hope and positive approach to life. That has gone. For quite some time now, the left/Democrats have thrown their lot with human garbage. The question is why.

I started to notice that the Democrats turned losers into heroes with the story of Michael Brown in 2014. Brown was a small-time criminal in Ferguson, Missouri. The actual events on the day he died seem to be as follows: he went to a store where he was recorded on camera stealing a box of cigars. When confronted by police who found him and a friend walking down the middle of the street and interfering with traffic, he attacked an officer and tried to take his gun. After he ran away from the squad car, he charged at the officer who went after him. The officer shot Brown dead. The multiple autopsies disappointed the left when the "Hands up, don’t shoot" narrative died with the bullets having entered the criminal’s front as he faced the policeman whom he charged.

So you have a criminal who was involved in criminal activity. No, he did not kill a dozen people or walk off with the Mona Lisa. But he was a criminal and the police—the same police on whom we rely for order in our society—came to deal with him. He tried to take a policeman’s gun and he turned to attack the policeman for a second time when neutralized. Though the aggressive federal investigation into the actions of the cop could not find that he did anything wrong, the policeman had to change his name and move away from his home in Ferguson.

Why would the left tie their wagon to such a horrible horse? The fellow had little redeeming in his life and the only factor that they could try to hang on to was police brutality. The autopsy and multiple state and federal investigations showed that the cops did no wrong. That should have been the end of it with everyone praising the cops. But the left had bought into the story and could not give it up. Their hero was a local criminal when the real hero should have been the cop who stopped him.

Ferguson was small potatoes compared to George Floyd and Minnesota in 2020. Floyd had an even longer rap sheet. He was high on fentanyl, which apparently was a bigger factor in his death than the actions of the arresting officers. Remember our honorable members of Congress taking a knee in memory of a guy who once put a gun to the stomach of a pregnant woman whom he was robbing. I’m not suggesting that our heroes have to be perfect, but if someone is known to have committed multiple crimes, why would the left/Democrats make him into an idol, complete with murals in Kabul and Washington? Would they have been happy to receive the counterfeit $20 bill which started his final interaction with the police?

The answer in both cases is the same: the left couldn't care less about Brown or Floyd. In these cases and others in big cities, the actions and outcomes gave Democrats a hammer to use against police, Donald Trump, Republicans, law-and-order prosecutors. Mrs. Waltz told us how much she enjoyed smelling the fires of the George Floyd fires, and as in days of yore, a police station was offered on the altar of diversity and burned to the ground. Stores were looted and burned, people were killed and injured—and for what? For a guy that not one person in Congress would let date his daughter. Their actions brought back memories of Hitler using the shooting death of Ernst vom Rath to put into motion the Kristallnacht pogrom against German and Austrian Jewry. Hitler no doubt knew nothing of the German diplomat but, like Rahm Emanuel, knew that one should never let a crisis go to waste. The Democrats would not have given either Brown or Floyd the right time of day in their lives; in their deaths, they found an opportunity to attack their political opponents for their own advantage.

One would think—maybe, hope—that the left would have a limit to the kind of dirtball that it would associate with in order to make political hay. For Republicans, even if David Duke said words of great wisdom, they would push him away with both hands. Not the left. They embraced Hamas from day one of the pogrom against the Jews. When clear evidence of mass rape, murder, torture, theft, and kidnapping became indisputable, the left never abandoned their new heroes. They wore their keffiyehs and demanded their goals: the death of Jews and the destruction of the state of Israel. Most people don’t put up pictures of mass rapists in their dorm rooms, but these are the same people who elevated a young guy who murdered an insurance CEO in cold blood. As with the blacks above, Hamas and Luigi are all but irrelevant. In both cases, the left sees an enemy—Jews/Israeli and CEOs of successful companies—being harmed and hurt. It would be like a Frenchman walking outside, only to see a Nazi killed by an Allied sniper. The Frenchmen would be thrilled. But there is a clear difference. The Nazis did real evil and did a lot of it in France and to the French people. Besides French Jews sent off to concentration camps, France had to pay enormous reparations to Germany, and many young French men were employed as slave labor. Israelis are not perfect and the CEO of UnitedHealthcare may have been involved in dubious financial activities, but neither was so evil as to justify the Democrats wildly embracing their murderers.

So, what’s going on? The left and its Democratic stooges have given up on building anything useful to Americans. They have no serious plan for the economy, policing, foreign policy, the border, immigration, etc. So all they can do is cheer those who harm their perceived enemies. Remember, the anti-Israel protests started in earnest well before Israel began its military response. So, Jews were ruthlessly murdered and the left came out to attack Israel and support Hamas. We’re talking sicko land and that’s where today’s left is. "Trans" supports the very people who would readily throw them off of a tall building—such is their hatred of Israel and Jews that they would rather hang out with their executioners rather than those chased and murdered. They do not have any positive heroes and the ones they praise are criminals or worse.
IMO there are several effects in play:
(a) Most of these "credentialed elites" are garbage and know it subconsciously - so they promote "garbage is beautiful".
(b) A lot of them are really unhappy - having wormed their way into jobs (using DEI/a$$ kissing) they're totally unsuited for (cf. Kamala). Therefore they become Nihilists.
(c) There are millions with college degrees and no chance of getting a job (they consider appropriate). They are the foot soldiers of "revolution" - will riot on any issue.

Battlefield 6: The fate of the global order is decided
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin:

[ColonelCassad] From the description of the plot of Battlefield VI: Welcome to 2027.

The world is gripped by unprecedented tension. Europe is divided: key states withdraw from NATO, leaving the US and its allies alone with growing chaos.

Against the background of global instability, PAX Armada is gaining strength, a ruthless private military organization that seeks to take advantage of the situation.

The remaining NATO forces are trying to unite to stop the impending threat. The world is covered by a series of large-scale conflicts in which unforgettable characters participate and the fate of the global order is decided.

In general, it's like "Wagner" that shakes the divided Europe. But Ukraine? Ukraine was accepted into NATO by 2027?

Government Corruption
RIP Disparate Outcomes, Credentialism, and the Russian Collusion Hoax
By Clarice Feldman

[AmericanThinker] Reams have been written about the latest revelations in the Russian collusion hoax that so hamstrung President Trump’s first term. I will summarize below the most important revelations. It’s clear the Administration is taking its time to reveal the investigation’s conclusions for maximum impact -- an impact that I, like Scott Adams, believe will result in arrests of a number of people who pulled off this fraud. But first I want to discuss something which has not received the kind of attention it deserves -- the death of the legal consequences for disparate outcomes and credentialism.

THE DEATH OF DISPARATE OUTCOMES
Forty-four years ago, the federal government entered into a consent decree in which it agreed to scrap the Professional and Administrative Career Examination (PACE). It agreed then with the plaintiffs that the test resulted in disparate outcomes, (42.1 percent of white examinees passed the minimum and only 5 percent of black examinees and 12.9 percent of Hispanic examinees did). This week the department moved to vacate that consent decree and the court did so.

WASHINGTON - Today, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division ended a court-imposed decree initiated by the Carter administration, which limited the hiring practices of the federal government based on flawed and outdated theories of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In Luevano v. Ezell, the Court dismissed a consent decree based on a lawsuit initially brought by interest groups representing federal employees in 1979. The decree entered in 1981 imposed draconian test review and implementation procedures on the Office of Personnel Management -- and consequently all other federal agencies -- requiring them to receive permission prior to using any tests for potential federal employees, in an attempt to require equal testing outcomes among all races of test-takers.

“It’s simple, competence and merit are the standards by which we should all be judged; nothing more and nothing less,” said U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro. “It’s about time people are judged, not by their identity, but instead “by the content of their character.””

“For over four decades, this decree has hampered the federal government from hiring the top talent of our nation,” said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the Civil Rights Division. “Today, the Justice Department removed that barrier and reopened federal employment opportunities based on merit -- not race.”

How Hillary, Obama, and the Democrats saved America
[American Thinker] With the Russia hoax revelations pouring out from Tulsi Gabbard and Kash Patel—and with more to come as more documents are found and declassified and whistleblowers step forward—conservatives are feeling validated. We had enough available information to know that the whole thing was a lie, but we’re now getting the data that makes it possible to believe the villains behind it will be brought to justice.

However, even as what amounts to criminal fraud and, possibly, sedition, are revealed, I’m incredibly grateful to Hillary and Obama for the Russia hoax, as I am to the Democrats for their absolutely vicious and unrelenting attacks to destroy Trump. That’s because what they did in the last decade was a necessary predicate to Trump’s actions today, cleaning out the rot of fifty, or even ninety, years of leftist governance.

When Trump first appeared on the scene in 2015, his commitment to conservatism was dubious, at best. Over the years, he’d been a Republican, a Reform Party member, a Democrat, a Republican, an Independent, and then a Republican again. He was a wealthy individual who led a party, Hollywood-style lifestyle seemingly inconsistent with conservative values.

Trump’s Make America Great Again platform, which ChatGPT sums up neatly, was actually standard 1980s fare. He wasn’t that interested in cultural issues such as abortion, transgenderism, homosexuality, gay marriage, DEI, critical race theory, etc. He didn’t care about the Middle East much, either; he just wanted no more wars. It was all pragmatic, 1980s functionality.

Trump tied the whole 1980s package up with a nice ribbon: Make America Great Again. I suspect it was that slogan, as much as anything else, that made the left insane.

#1  In his first term Trump did make some progress on border security, although not enough.

Unfortunately the first term had the Covid emergency which had enormous negative consequences, including declining performance in education and egregious fraud under the CARES Act. Trump's administration was partly to blame for this by declining to issue enforceable rules although the State Governments were far more blameworthy in issuing loans and grants based on obviously phony applications.

Media PSYOP 'Operation Mockingbird' Still Targeting Americans: Gabbard
[Jonfleetwood.com via Zero] The CIA’s infamous Cold War propaganda and psychological operation (PSYOP) program never died—it just turned inward...

The question isn’t whether the government is manipulating Americans, but how they’re doing it right now—through intelligence leaks, media collusion, psychological tactics, and taxpayer-funded propaganda.

That was the warning from U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard during a searing July 31 interview, where she confirmed that intelligence insiders are actively using corporate media to manipulate the American people and sabotage President Donald Trump’s agenda—echoing the tactics of ’Operation Mockingbird.’

Every major news organization or its parent companies, from FOX News to CNN, are owned by globalist-aligned asset managers like BlackRock, an offical partner of the anti-American-sovereignty World Economic Forum (WEF).

"There are people within the intelligence community who believe that their will is more important than the will of the American people," Gabbard told conservative host Benny Johnson. "[They] will weaponize intelligence by leaking it to their friends within the mainstream media with the intent of undermining President Trump’s agenda."

MOCKINGBIRD RELOADED: INTELLIGENCE TOOLS AIMED AT AMERICANS
Once a covert CIA program used to plant propaganda in foreign and domestic media, Operation Mockingbird infiltrated major U.S. newsrooms throughout the 1950s—1970s.

It was exposed during the Church Committee hearings, where Congress revealed that the agency maintained relationships with hundreds of journalists to shape public perception.

Today, Gabbard says, that same playbook is being deployed against Americans.

Only now, it’s fully digital, algorithmic, and taxpayer-funded.

"They are subverting the will of the people and therefore undermining the Constitution," Gabbard warned.

FROM CIA TO CDC: GOVERNMENT PROPAGANDA IS NOW A DOMESTIC INDUSTRY
Gabbard’s warning comes as Congress continues to uncover a parallel propaganda apparatus inside U.S. health agencies.

A damning House Energy and Commerce Committee report released in October 2024 found that the Biden Administration spent $900 million in taxpayer funds on a COVID-19 propaganda campaign that intentionally misled the public.

"The Biden-Harris administration caused Americans to lose trust in the public health system," said Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), accusing the CDC and NIH of using ads containing "erroneous or unproven information."

Newsrooms, Media, the Congress, other government agencies; one could safely assume the 'embedding' process left no stone unturned.

It didn't happen in a day. It won't get repaired in day.
