[Babylon Bee] STATE COLLEGE, PA — After the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) made a shocking ruling on Thursday that Lia Thomas, a man, would not be allowed to compete on the U.S. women's Olympic team, Thomas requested further clarification on whether he might be allowed to still just hang out naked in the women's locker room on occasion or something like that.
"That's fine if I can't compete, but can I, maybe, I dunno, just hang out naked in the women's locker room?" said Thomas to the committee, according to sources. "I can, you know, help with the swimming gear and towels and whatnot. And I'd be naked while I'm doing it. No big deal."

[OregonRightToLife] The Republican-led U.S. Congress passed the "Big Beautiful Bill" in a 218-214 vote Thursday, officially approving a provision cutting federal taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood for a year. The move is anticipated to cause the shuttering of hundreds of abortion facilities nationwide.
...The bill had undergone numerous revisions in both chambers of Congress prior to its Thursday passage. Significantly, an earlier provision to strip taxpayer dollars from Planned Parenthood for a decade was reduced to a single year in the Senate shortly before its final passage. Despite the changes, the surviving version of the bill will still temporarily cut funding to the abortion giant.
Planned Parenthood Action Fund recently estimated that the federal defunding of Planned Parenthood could trigger the closure of almost 200 Planned Parenthood abortion facilities in 24 states nationwide.
