[NYP] Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe is predominantly focused on the FBI, though the prosecution of top level officials appears "unlikely," according to a report.
Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Monday that Durham completed the CIA portion of his probe last year, shifting recently to the activities of the FBI.
One source told the network that Durham was pursuing "new and credible leads" through the end of the Trump administration without specifying further.
A spokesperson for Durham declined to comment when reached by Fox, and did not immediately respond to The Post.
Durham’s probe has led to the prosecution of one FBI official, lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who pleaded guilty last August to doctoring an email that led his agency to wiretap former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
Clinesmith was spared jail time and instead sentenced to one year probation and 400 hours of community service.

It is clear now that nothing in Washington is about being a public servant and faithful to the Constitution. Its about careers, sinecures. avoiding risk and pleasing the Imperial power. Under the third Obama Administration we are hurtling into an alien political landscape of feudalistic socialism.

Does anyone still need evidence that we live in a 3rd world banana republic?
[MSN via Lucianne] A Moscow court has sentenced Alexei Navalny to two years and eight months in a prison colony in a landmark decision for Vladimir Putin's crackdown on the country's leading opposition figure.
Navalny, who has accused the Russian president and his allies of stealing billions, was sentenced to prison for violating parole from a 2014 sentence for embezzlement. He said the case against him was politically motivated. One can only admire the efficiency of the Russian Courts since he was arrested only last week. I'm sure the Dems are taking notes.
[Hot Air] Yesterday a couple of things happened with regard to the COVID relief bill that Democrats are hoping to pass. First, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Schumer put in place a bill that would allow them to pass the relief bill using reconciliation rules which only require 51 votes for passage. So, at least in theory, they would be able to pass the $1.9 trillion package without any GOP input or support. Pelosi said last week, "I hope we don’t need it. But if we need it, we will have it."
Then yesterday afternoon, President Biden met with 10 GOP Senators at the White House to discuss the possibility of a bipartisan agreement. The GOP is pushing for a much smaller bill in the range of $600 billion, noting that another $1 trillion COVID bill passed just a few weeks ago. No agreement was reached at the White House meeting yesterday but Sen. Collins, who was leading the GOP group, called it productive.
At the center of all this negotiating is Joe Manchin, the moderate Senate Democrat from West Virginia. Earlier today, Manchin voted with other Democrats to start the reconciliation ball rolling. He released a statement about the decision:

AOC and the Squad are already recruiting commies to primary him in WV.
Hey Joe, ever consider switching parties? They would throw a bomb into the machinery - and make the GOP the majority in the senate, making Kamala Harris completely useless other than as a backstop for when they Deep State wants to toss GI Xi Joe under the bus.

Thereby contradicting his stance. There is no doubt Manchin is a whore. It's the price that's in doubt.
Biden has already cancelled Trump's price reduction on EpiPens (Manchin daughter's company). What other sweeteners does he want before dropping drawer.

Whores and blackmailers never stay bought and switching parties ends the value his vote carries for future sales. Joe is merely doing it while he is in a unique position to command top dollar for his work.

Given Bidet*'s propensity to cancel American jobs at the stroke of a pen, it's easily possible to see the FDA putting Mylan Labs out of business altogether given an excuse...

That feeling when a Democrat is a better Republican than Romney.

He'll switch parties after his grandchildren's college educations are paid for and first jobs (in gov't-connected biotech, most likely) are secured
[Breitbart] President Joe Biden claimed Monday that the United States has "never" lived up to its founding principles.
"We’ve never fully lived up to the founding principles of this nation, but our Administration is committed to finishing the work left undone. It’s long past time to confront deep racial inequities and systemic racism and fulfill the promise of America for all," Biden tweeted.

I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts right now that Joe's policies will result in more poverty and misery in the black community which will be easily measurable by the time his first term ends.

If you look at the results of Lyndon Johnson's administration, Carter's administration and Obama's administration it's all the same. Democrat policies always result in more poverty and less opportunity for all. Carter even admitted that the nation suffered from malaise during his administration. The one exception might be Clinton but I think we have Newt Gingrich to thank for that.

Yes Democrats have certainly succeeded in keeping us from living up to our 'Founding Principals'. First with Slavery (became an institution under Andrew Jackson - Democrat), then the Jim Crow laws and the Klu Klux Klan, Filibustering the Civil Rights act, followed by the Welfare state which basically 'enslaved' millions of blacks to poverty, dispair and destruction of the family unit. But i don't think Xiden is planning on ending the Democratic Party - so once again he is lying.
[PostMillennial Via Bongino Report] House Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) said that it's "time to call Republicans the terrorist." Despite her poor grammar, the message is clear, which is that she believes that those with whom she disagrees politically, her democratically elected colleagues in Congress should be classified as terrorists.
Speier's call for Republicans to be labeled as terrorists followed her complaint that Democrats are referred to as radical leftists by some in the GOP. Apparently she thinks that calling someone a terrorist is merely tit-for-tat for identifying a politician for their far-leftist ideology. FYI__ I used to sit in meetings with Ms Speier when she was on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors. I can truthfully say she is dumb as a post. Her qualifications for public office consists solely of having been shot with Leo Ryan.
