[Red State] The Left got their wires crossed Friday.
As reported by CNN, Mexican officials found at least 20 dead bodies ‐ most of them burned ‐ along the border, about 50 miles west of McAllen, Texas on Wednesday. Accompanying them were four charred trucks and a sedan along a dirt road in the border state of Tamaulipas.
Something crazy happened:
The incident appeared to be the result of a confrontation between two criminal gangs, Tamaulipas Attorney General Irving Barrios Mojica told journalist Carmen Aristegui in an interview for her radio show in Mexico. Aristegui is also the host of a show on CNN en Español.
He said some of the victims had been wearing "tactical vests with military-type uniforms" and bullets were found nearby that came from weapons typically only used by the military.
Barrios Mojica indicated the area where the bodies were found is being fought over by criminal gangs looking to traffic drugs, weapons and people.
Yet, the discovery was announced by the left-wing network just hours after it ran anti‐reporter Jim Acosta’s claims of staggering border tranquility.
[Free Beacon] A political action committee associated with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) has been silent about its contributions from liberal donor Ed Buck, who had a second man die in his Los Angeles apartment earlier this week.
The House Majority PAC, which helps elect Democrats in Congress's lower chamber, took $5,000 from Buck during the 2014 election cycle, but has yet to address the donations. The PAC did not respond to numerous questions from the Washington Free Beacon this week about any plans to refund or donate his contributions.
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), who took a total of $30,000 from Buck during the 2016 and 2018 election cycles, has also been mum on its donations from the megadonor. The Washington Examiner’s Alana Goodman reached out to the DCCC earlier this week about the donations but says she has yet to receive a response.
The DCCC did not immediately return a request for comment on the money it has received from Buck.
While the Pelosi-linked PAC and the DCCC have avoided addressing the donations, Rep. Ted Lieu (D., Calif.) announced after the Free Beacon inquired about donations from Buck that the congressman would give away the $18,500 he received to his campaign committee over the years to five left-wing charities and organizations. Lieu said he would be giving the funds to Lambda Legal, NAACP, GLAAD, the Trevor Project, and the Equality California Institute.

Under Florida law, the governor can suspend elected officials for criminal activity, misfeasance, incompetence or neglect of duty.
The removal of Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel
has been expected since the new governor was sworn in. While campaigning, DeSantis said he would have dismissed Israel for his role in the deadly shooting.
"Sheriff Israel has repeatedly failed and has demonstrated a pattern of poor leadership," DeSantis said in a statement."He failed to protect Floridians and visitors during the tragic Fort Lauderdale International Airport shooting in 2017. He failed in his duties to keep our families and children safe during the devastating shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb.14, 2018. These incidents demonstrate Sheriff Israel's repeated incompetence and neglect of duty," DeSantis continued.
"For these reasons, I am suspending Sheriff Israel from office effective immediately," he wrote.

More Florida Cop Follies via Ace of Spades HQ: A patrol deputy has resigned after he admittedly mailed a toy bomb to a Sheriff’s Office lieutenant as a joke causing an evacuation at the Sheriff’s Administration Building.
Makes you wonder if there is something in the water down there.
[IsraelTimes] Unnamed sources tell NY Times that officials were so alarmed by Trump’s actions they began checking whether ‐ wittingly or not ‐ he was singing to Moscow’s tune; unclear if probe closed.
Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani told the Times that he had no knowledge of the inquiry but said that since it was opened a year and a half ago and they hadn’t heard anything, apparently "they found nothing."
The White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, called the Times’ report "absurd" and said Comey was fired for being "a disgraced partisan hack." She also disputed that Trump had ever been soft on Russia.
"Unlike President Obama, who let Russia and other foreign adversaries push America around, President Trump has actually been tough on Russia," Sanders said.

NYT 'Fake News' cover for action. Notice there's no mention of Christopher Steele or his now infamous dossier. Renewed concerns of discovery at Deep State headquarters, 1000 Colonial Farm Rd, McLean and Foggy Bottom annex ?

That fire was insane. The most jail time faced by folks inside was 3 to 5 for illegal firearms selling/possession. Nothing that mandate death sentence for men, women and children.

Sorry..this is not a "Work from Home"situation. Sure, you can read the words that were spoken but that's only part of the role. The non-verbal input you receive in the moment is at least as important.
If she can't perform the function, she should step down gracefully or be removed by Roberts. Sadly, we know that Roberts has a nasty Liberal penchant so that won't happen.

It may be beyond the time for a states convention for dissolving the union. The Donks socialists now are on a hard tack for a one party system. Let them keep their NIMBY parts, the rest of us can preserve the functioning parts.

In 2009 I had a vision of a dystopian future: "Card-Check" Voting™.
Remember when they wanted to change Labor votes to "only" counting the cards (supposedly) signed by employees -- no "need" for those messy and time-consuming secret ballots that Management has the audacity to win?
Remember their push to have every "voter" vote and no need to determine if that vote was valid or not?
Voila! Every citizeninhabitant (*cough*) hypothetical entity gets to register their political party Once and all votes in the future will be tallied as if they voted. (Note: Future employment may be effected if you are so disloyal as to register in the Opposition Party...)
The Image was of a Kindergarten class signing their first Voting Cards and joining the Young Democrat Pioneers. Local#[large Number...] so they could participate in the upcoming vote to re-elect President Obama for his 10th term. Democracy had become so efficient...
[Free Beacon] House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Eliot Engel (D., N.Y.) announced he will eliminate the terrorism subcommittee in favor a new subcommittee dedicated to investigating President Donald Trump.
"We just thought, if we’re going to do something relevant in this era where Congress is going to reassert itself, where there are so many questionable activities of this Administration vis-à-vis foreign policy, that it made sense to have this," Engel told the New Yorker.
The terrorism subcommittee was created after the 9/11 terror attacks to overseer U.S. "efforts to manage and coordinate international programs to combat terrorism," according to past committee rules. According to Engel, when he proposed the new turn, there "wasn't a great clamor" to keep the terrorism subcommittee in the new Democrat-controlled Foreign Affairs Committee.
Engel said he plans to investigate Trump's private meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as "the business interests of the President" and how much Trump's financial dealings have "affected what he’s done in foreign policy."

Maybe he and his committee could start by reading every word of Mueller's report. Just so they don't waste any time re-plowing the ground, you know?

Dems dont read anything they just Parrot the "Party" line, and that "party" is looking more and more like the Party of Mao
[Free Beacon] Some congressional Democrats are already frustrated with upstart freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's tendency to butt heads with members of her own party, according to a number of lawmakers and aides.
Members of Congress tell Politico on and off the record that Ocasio-Cortez will have an ineffective legislative career if she continues to criticize party leadership. "I’m sure Ms. Cortez means well, but there’s almost an outstanding rule: Don’t attack your own people," veteran Missouri Rep. Emanuel Cleaver said. "We just don’t need sniping in our Democratic Caucus."
"She needs to decide: Does she want to be an effective legislator or just continue being a Twitter star?" an anonymous House Democrat said. "There’s a difference between being an activist and a lawmaker in Congress."
"She’s new here, feeling her way around," Rep. Kurt Schrader (D., Ore.) said. "She doesn’t understand how the place works yet."
Ocasio-Cortez's chief of staff hit back at the Democrats quoted in the Politico piece, comparing them to King George III during the American Revolution, and approvingly quote-tweeting a tweet comparing them to people who opposed civil rights demonstrations in the 1960s.
Heh, will the last liberal turn off the lights before leaving after the Socialists have claimed the building? *News flash* the socialists don't consider you their 'own people', just useful idiots.

I think that this is evidence that AOC actually is a true believer in the nonsense she spews.
If she were a typical pol she would go along to get along knowing that her nonsense is just that. BUT, she really believes it so she pushes that stone up the hill thinking it will make the difference.
[PRESSTV] Democratic US Representative Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii said in remarks aired by CNN on Friday that she will run for president in 2020, becoming the latest member of her party to pursue a challenge to Republican President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... "I have decided to run and will be making a formal announcement within the next week," Gabbard, a liberal 37-year-old Iraq War veteran as well as the first Hindu and first Samoan-American elected to the US Congress, told CNN.
US Senator Elizabeth Fauxchahontas Warren ...Dem Senatrix from Massachussetts, who traces her noble lineage all the way back to Big Chief Spouting Bull. It has been alleged that she speaks with forked tongue but she denies that... of Massachusetts on Dec. 31 announced she had formed an exploratory committee for a White House run in what is expected to be a crowded Democratic primary field before the November 2020 presidential election.
Gabbard said "the issue of war and peace" would be the main focus of her campaign.
Her office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The Democratic presidential field could eventually include Senators Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Kirsten Gillibrand, as well as former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden The former Senator-for-Life from Delaware, an example of the kind of top-notch Washington intellect to be found in the World's Greatest Deliberative Body... . Julian Castro, former President Barack Obama I inhaled. That was the point... ’s housing secretary, also formed an exploratory committee in December.
In the race to pick a candidate to run against Trump, Democrats will grapple with the tension between the party’s establishment and liberal wings that flared during the 2016 state-by-state nominating contests between former Secretary of State Perennial Presidential Campaigner Hillary Crooked Hillary Clinton ... former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away... and Senator Bernie Sanders ...The only openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated by Hillary, then went back to being a socialist... , an independent who ran under the Democratic banner.
Gabbard made headlines in 2016 by quitting a leadership post at the Democratic National Committee over the party’s decision to limit the number of debates between Clinton and Sanders, with analysts believing fewer debates benefited Clinton. Clinton ultimately won the Democratic nomination but lost to Trump.
The congresswoman then endorsed Sanders for president, becoming one of the few members of Congress to do so. Gabbard remains popular with some liberals but will have serious competition with other candidates on the left flank of the party.
Gabbard has also drawn criticism for secretly meeting with Syria’s Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Supressor of the Damascenes... , whose removal from power she opposes, during a 2017 trip to the war-ravaged country.

the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
