[FoxNews] A convicted serial killer is suspected of killing his pedophile cellmate less than a month after he arrived at prison, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Juan Villanueva, 53, who was serving a life sentence with the possibility of parole for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14, was found unresponsive by North Kern State Prison officials during a welfare check at 8:49 a.m. Friday, according to CDCR.
By 9:03 a.m., Villanueva was pronounced dead.
He shared a cell with 51-year-old Ramon Escobar, who pleaded guilty last year to killing five men and wounding seven others after fleeing Houston where he ultimately pleaded guilty to the 2018 slayings of his aunt and uncle.
After fleeing Texas, Escobar began a string of deadly assaults in Santa Monica, where prosecutors said he beat his victims with bolt cutters or a baseball bat while they were asleep on the streets or the beach during a two-week crime spree that claimed five lives and left seven others wounded.
All but one were homeless, according to authorities.
Escobar is originally from El Salvador and had been deported six times before the murders, according to authorities.

So California really does have the death penalty. Just outsourced to prison inmates.

...well at least for those in the walls. Still allowing the death penalty on the sheep on the streets, in their businesses, and in their homes with catch and release.

Lesson learned. Maybe he ought not to have roommates going forward.

Not sure how a serial killer gets a roommate, but perhaps this was by design. At least you are good for something, Señor Escobar, microbe that you are.

Suspected? Wow, even by modern journalism standards that is had to imagine. The upside of this is the continued moderating effect it has on the ability of CCPOA members to manage the MDSO units. GenPop cellblock assignments tend to be very dangerous for child molesters when proximate to Lifers, especially Aryan Brotherhood et al.
(California Correctional Peace Officers Association, perhaps the most powerful LE union in America, and Mentally Disordered Sex Offenders are routinely segregated in Special Housing Units isolated from the General Population at all times)

The typical progression is a killer who kills again in prison draws a federal murder beef with the potential of the death penalty. I'd imagine the enlightened state of Cali works to impede that.

Not sure how you can assert a federal "murder" case, since it wasn't a federal institution, and didn't involve a federal judge or officer. What am I missing?
[NYPOST] A man wanted for allegedly opening fire on a straphanger during a fight on a Manhattan subway is a comedian who was slated to take the stage Saturday night in Times Square, police said. Very funny. Ha ha.
The alleged crime clown, Marcos Cofresi, 30, who performs under the names Leo and Leonardo Cofresi, is on the bill at the LOL Comedy Lounge on West 46th Street. Get the hook.
Whether he shows up is another story. It's New York. He'll probably make bail.
Cofresi is currently in the cross-hairs of the NYPD. But they're not allowed to shoot him.
The Bushwick, Brooklyn resident allegedly blasted a 34-year-old man in the stomach and forearm last month, while they rode a southbound N train, police said. "Good evening ladies and germs! I just flew in from the coast and boy, are my arms tired!"

"Aaaiiieee! I am undone!"
"Now, take my wife. Please!"

[GEO.TV] Hong Kong police have made four arrests for the murder and dismemberment of a 28-year-old model, following a financial dispute with her ex-husband's family, authorities said on Saturday.
The partial remains of influencer Abby Choi — who last week appeared on the digital cover of fashion magazine L'Officiel Monaco — were found in a village house set up as a butchery site, police said.
"We are still looking for the head," superintendent Alan Chung told news hounds, after disclosing that a woman's limbs had been discovered inside a refrigerator.
The house was equipped with an electric saw and a meat grinder which seemed to have been used in the crime, Chung said.
Human tissues were also found in utensils found at the scene of the crime, he added.
Choi's ex-husband, a 28-year-old man surnamed Kwong, was arrested for murder Saturday afternoon as he was attempting to flee the city by boat, the superintendent said.
The man's father, mother and elder brother had been arrested on the same charge a day earlier.
"We believe the victim and her ex-husband's family had many financial disputes involving huge sums," Chung said.
"Someone was dissatisfied with how the victim handled her assets, which became a motive to kill."
Choi was first reported missing on Wednesday.
She was allegedly last seen by her ex-husband's brother, who also worked as her chauffeur. Police said the family had earlier lied to mislead Sherlocks.
The village house had been recently rented and was unfurnished — suggesting it was set up to dispose of Choi's body, he added.
Around a hundred coppers were on Saturday combing a cemetery suspected to be the dumping ground for some of Choi's remains, Chung said.

For Drag Queen Story Hour: Read the Koran?
You very bad man, Mr Frank. But I would totally pay to see that.
Hey, since Eid al-Fitr means "the festival of the breaking of the fast", maybe we could combine it with St Alphonso's Pancake Breakfast as a two-fer and appease both the Muslims AND the Zappa-ites.

It was the results of a recent Rasmussen survey.
BLACK AMERICANS ONLY:
"It's okay to be white."
53% agree, 26% disagree, 21% not sure
The story being pushed is Scott Adams is suddenly a racist, not the disturbing poll results showing only about half of black Americans think being white is OK. (disclaimer: it's a survey with the usual unmentioned error bars and sampling issues)
Scott in his own words
The continental United States racks up seven mentions in total. Other than New Orleans [#8], Baltimore (rank 17), Detroit (rank 23), Memphis (rank 25), Cleveland (rank 27), Milwaukee (rank 39) and Philadelphia (rank 46) make the list. [Remember, correlation is not causation. /sarc off]

With respect to the violent crime rates in Mexico, everyone should realize that Mexico has gun control laws stricter than any State in the USA.
It also has crime gangs that are probably bigger and stronger than almost any in the USA which is the reason for the violence.

[NYPOST] Another strong earthquake hit The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... Saturday morning, again rocking the region struggling to recover from a catastrophic quake two weeks ago.
The 5.2 magnitude earthquake hammered central Turkey, just days after another quake near the Syrian border. It struck near the cities of Aksaray and Emirgazi.
Saturday’s quake came as Turkey and Syria were trying to rebuild homes for the nearly two million left without shelter by the massive 7.8 magnitude Feb. 6 quake. Tents, container homes and other facilities are being used as makeshift shelter but many are yet to receive any help.
"Our houses are heavily damaged so we have taken shelter here, in a garden in our neighbourhood," said a nursing student named Alswed, 25, who was among 60 Syrians staying at a makeshift roadside settlement near the city of Antakya. The residents used plastic sheeting, blankets, bricks and chunks of concrete from damaged buildings to erect 11 shelters.

[ShabelleMedia] A fierce fighting is going on in the city of Lasanod, the capital of Sool region, between the Somaliland army and the local people.
Saturday’s fighting erupted at a military base where the commander of the Somaliland army in the region General Mahad Anbashe with reports he escaped and now on the run.
The local forces known as SCC also seized a cache of weapons such as communication, AK-47s and armored vehicles of the Somaliland stationed in Gulwadiyasha outpost.
Somaliland earlier said that its army was attacked, and it defended itself against groups that it called "terrorists".
The camp was the main target that the local fighters wanted to occupy for weeks of festivities. Its capture deals a major blow to Somaliland troops.
At least 112 people have been killed and more than 500 maimed in fierce fighting in the town of Lasanod as US, UN and EU call for immediate secession of the hostilities.
UNHCR said more than 60,000 Somali people have fled to Æthiopia after an escalation in fighting in the town, which lies in the disputed border between Somaliland and Puntland ...a region in northeastern Somalia, centered on Garowe in the Nugaal province. Its leaders declared the territory an autonomous state in 1998. Puntland and the equally autonomous Somaliland seem to have avoided the clan rivalries and warlordism that have typified the rest of Somalia, which puts both places high on the list for Islamic subversion... .

[FoxNews] Spain's new law allows children as young as 12 to legally change gender with judge's authorization.
A transgender clinical psychologist raised concerns about potential "unexpected consequences" from a bill recently passed in Spain that allows individuals as young as 12 to legally change their gender.
Spanish lawmakers recently passed a law that permits minors between 12 and 14 to change their legal gender, with a judge's authorization, and those between the ages of 14 and 16 can do so without psychological or other medical evaluation but still need parental consent.
Anyone over the age of 16 can legally change their gender regardless of parental consent under the new law.
"That's pretty young," Dr. Erica Anderson, who practices clinical psychology in Berkeley, California, told Fox News Digital.
Anderson, who identifies as a transgender woman, has 40 years of clinical experience and served as a board member for the World Professional Association for Transgender Health from 2019 to 2021.
"I'm concerned that many young people are sort of caught up in the excitement about sexual and gender minority labels and might be adopting ideas about themselves that may not last," said Anderson.
She worries young people are "going to use such labels to make decisions for themselves."
Anderson drew parallels between the Spanish law and a similar law in Scotland that the U.K. Parliament blocked last month. The contentious disagreement surrounding transgender issues was a contributing factor to this month's abrupt departure of Scotland's first minister, Nicola Sturgeon, according to The Guardian.
Despite advocating for the legislation, Sturgeon became embroiled in a conflict regarding transgender women being allowed into female prisons following a rape case that stoked widespread outrage.
"I think Spain is trying to be progressive and remove barriers for gender-variant people," said Anderson. She explained that while she supports their efforts "in principle," she believes they are setting the age limit too low, which she warned could lead to "some unexpected consequences."
Anderson has been outspoken about her concerns that children are being pushed too early into a transgender identity. She filed an amicus brief in November against the school district in Montgomery County, Maryland, over its policy that permits teachers to hide a student's gender identity from parents.
Now it just needs to pass the Montana Senate and get signed by the governor. What are the odds of success?
[GatewayPundit] “A sexually oriented business may not allow a person under 18 years of age to enter the premises of the business during a live nude performance or drag performance," the bill states. "The owner, operator, manager, or employee of a sexually oriented business who is convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than $1,000 or more than $5,000 for the first offense, not less than $2,500 or more than $5,000 for the second offense, and for third and subsequent offenses be fined $10,000 and, if applicable, the county or municipality shall revoke the business license held by the offender."
The Daily Montanan reports that "as of Thursday morning, 149 constituents had messaged legislators in support of the bill and 270 constituents had sent messages in opposition. Opponents outweighed supporters when the bill was heard in the House Judiciary Committee earlier this month."
Transgender Montana Rep. Zooey Zephyr Winner of the Montana "Aw, what the hell. Let's Try This" Award:

[Epoch Times] Scientists in Germany have found that mRNA vaccination, not COVID-19 infection itself, caused brain and heart damage in an older adult with underlying conditions.
This study was published in October 2022 in the journal Vaccines: "A Case Report: Multifocal Necrotizing Encephalitis and Myocarditis after BNT162b2 mRNA Vaccination against COVID-19." It examined the situation of a 76-year-old German man with Parkinson’s disease.
The patient died three weeks after receiving his third COVID-19 injection. Just one "anecdote".
This research showed very clearly that the patient’s pathology was caused by the vaccines and not by natural infection.
The case report included detailed photographs of the patient’s affected tissue. The images speak for themselves: Scientists or doctors who deny the connection between vaccines and abnormal tissue findings need only review the images for themselves.
This is a question Campbell asked in his video—one for which he had no answer. Why are German pathologists conducting autopsies but American and British medical scientists are not?
Dr. Robert Lowry, a Texas-based neurologist who specializes in sports medicine, thinks not conducting autopsies is a grievous mistake. Lowry, who has been practicing medicine for over 30 years, insisted back in July of 2022 that autopsies should be conducted on every young person who dies suddenly and unexpectedly.

It still amazes me that in ca. 1976 (what a coincidence, an election year (compare to 2020)) that they yanked the Swine Flu vaccine after approx. 50 deaths (and many more maimed).
And then there's this gene therapy insanity.
How much ad revenue does the MSM receive from the pharmaceutical-industrial complex? /rhet
"So the movie goes like this," the actor explained. "The biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their homes. And people can only come out if they take the cartel’s drugs and keep taking them over and over."
Harrelson then joked: "I threw the script away. I mean, who was going to believe that crazy idea? Being forced to do drugs?

They are just getting ahead of the narrative by admitting the part of the truth that it is no longer feasible to lie about. Their hope is that Americans will lose interest. “What does it matter?” I don’t think they will be successful. There are too many dead people.

I understand.
To my point. A significant number of non-dumb people watched a man die on MNF and then be restored through prayer. Americans were treated to no answers by the medical community.
The Pfizer documents are there for anyone to see. It is at molasses speed but the movement of the narrative is inexorable.

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
