Libyan National Army Spokesman Denies Presence of Wagner Forces in Sirte
[LibyaReview] On Saturday, the official front man for the Libyan National Army (LNA), Major General Ahmed al-Mismari, denied the presence of Wagner’s forces in Sirte, adding that the city is under their full control.

In a statement, the LNA front man said that attempts to spread rumours, lies and fabricated news, has not and will not deceive Libyans, nor the international community. He directly addressed The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
, calling on it to immediately withdraw their forces and mercenaries from Libya.

Al-Mismari’s comment comes after anti-Wagner leaflets written in both Arabic and Russian were found in Sirte. al-Mismari described them as fake and labelled them a new provocative attempt to spread false news and deceive the Libyan people.

Notably, he has recently announced that the campaign, launched by the LNA against terrorism, will continue until all holy warriors are eliminated and their strongholds in the country are destroyed.

He also stressed that the LNA’s General Command is still committed to the Geneva ceasefire agreement for the success of the political track, sponsored by the United Nations
...where theory meets practice and practice loses...
(UN) to resolve the crisis.

LNA units have intensified their presence in the country’s East and South in order to establish security, eliminate extremism, and secure the region and neighbouring countries from the danger of terrorism and the proliferation of arms.

The LNA has repeatedly carried out successive strikes against terrorist groups in the country’s Southern cities, especially the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. of Iraq and the Levant (IS), which is trying to re-establish its presence in the desert. In September, LNA forces managed to kill the leader of IS in North Africa, Abu Moaz al-Iraqi, in the Abdel-Kafi neighbourhood in Southern Libya

Eastern Libyan Court Cancels Turkey-GNA Agreements
[LibyaReview] On Wednesday, the Libyan appeals court in al-Bayda canceled the border demarcation and security cooperation agreements between the Tripoli
...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn...
-based Government of National Accord (GNA) and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
, according to the Libyan Parliament’s website.

Earlier, the armed force of the GNA’s Sirte and al-Jufrah operations room demanded the full payment of its salaries, threatening to keep the coastal road closed until they are paid.

In December 2019, Turkey signed two MoUs with the GNA on defense and gas drilling in the Mediterranean. The maritime border agreement was rejected by several countries, such as Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, and the UAE, who described it as an illegal act that violated the illusory sovereignty of other Mediterranean states.

NOC Funds to Remain in Libyan Foreign Bank
[LibyaReview] Chairman of Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanalla stated that oil revenues will be kept in the NOC’s account at the Libyan Foreign Bank (LFB), to protect it from corruption.

During his meeting with the European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
’s Ambassador to Libya, Jose Sabadell, the chairman added that the NOC is the only entity responsible for the management of the oil sector in Libya, and the only source of income for the country.

Sanalla stressed the need to protect the NOC as a sovereign institution from any political tensions. He praised the great role played by the Berlin Conference, the support of the international community, and the United Nations
...the Oyster Bay money pit...
. As well as the statements and decisions issued to maintain the unity of the corporation, and spare it from any political conflict.

Sanalla noted that the visit shows the EU’s interest in the return of stability to Libya, especially in these difficult circumstances.

Several aspects were discussed, most notably the challenges facing the oil sector in light of current budget constraints.

Sabadell expressed the gratitude and admiration of the EU to Libya for the national position taken by Sanalla, and his keenness to protect revenues until a comprehensive and clear settlement is reached.

Sabadell stressed that the political process is going well, and the European Union continues to support the NOC as the backbone of Libya’s economy.

Peace in troubled Libya brings back traditional weavers
It looks like peace is breaking out in Libya, for the moment at least. A human interest story.
[AlAhram] For some, Tawergha's ancient tradition of weaving offers a way to earn an income -- as well as resuming a way of life that the war had stopped.

In front of a bundle of palm fronds, Halima Mohamad squats down to weave in an abandoned school in Tawergha, a town once a flashpoint in Libya's decade-long war.

Mohamad makes baskets from date palm leaves, using traditional skills handed down over the generations and reconnecting her to a way of life nearly destroyed by the chaos of conflict.

Biden ushering in horse and buggy days. I actually wouldn't mind that happening. Truly a green new old world deal. Rotary phones even. Honey, I'm home, where's the horse comb?.

Despite closure of crossings, Palestinians enter Israel via hole in fence
[IsraelTimes] Despite Israel closing its land borders with the West Bank as part of the effort to curb rampant coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
infections, Paleostinian workers largely continued crossing into Israel, with footage showing them passing through holes in the fence.

Photos and videos have been taken since this morning in the area of the Tarkumiya crossing in the southern West Bank, where police and military authorities have made no move to stop the widespread flouting of the rules.

The closure is aimed at preventing cases among West Bank Paleostinians from making their way into Israel.

Apart from the health hazard, settler leaders also highlight the security risk, especially after an attempted stabbing attack earlier today.

-PC Follies
American taxpayers have spent jaw-dropping amount on keeping 9/11 mastermind alive
[FoxNews] Guantanamo Bay has grown into what seems to be the most expensive prison on earth

Built nearly 18 years ago to detain suspected terrorists on a U.S. naval base in Cuba, Guantanamo Bay has grown into what seems to be the most expensive prison on earth.

The U.S. government has spent an estimated $161.5 million housing the suspected mastermind of the 9/11 terror attacks — Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. And up until Saturday, Mohammed was to receive a coronavirus vaccine so that he could be tried and put to death, if convicted.
A .22 cartridge costs 2 cents (when you could buy ammo) and makes for a most satisfying conclusion.
Captured in 2003, Sheikh Mohammed confessed to being a mastermind behind some of the most prolific terror attacks in the past few decades, most notably the 9/11 attacks.

Mohammed's death penalty trial was originally set for Jan. 11, 2021, but it was delayed due to the pandemic.
Or Joe Biden, like his sire Barack, will find a way to trade him and many others for some American traitor.
A lack of vaccinations had reportedly made it difficult for federal prosecutors to move forward with war crimes hearings at the base, which is why Terry Adirim, the principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for health affairs under President Biden, signed an order Jan. 27 to vaccinate the suspected terrorists, a Pentagon spokesperson told the New York Post. Two defense officials confirmed the plan to Fox News.

The Defense Department reversed course Saturday. "No Guantanamo detainees have been vaccinated," Defense Department press secretary John Kirby tweeted. "We're pausing the plan to move forward, as we review force protection protocols. We remain committed to our obligations to keep our troops safe."

It's not exactly clear how much the federal government spends housing its Gitmo prisoners, but it's somewhere between $9.5 and $13 million per prisoner, per year. The prison currently has 40 inmates. That's compared to $78,000 spent per inmate at a "supermax" prison in Florence, Colo., home to some of the highest-risk prisoners in the U.S.

Using the $9.5 million figure NPR reached in a 2020 report, U.S. spending in the 17 years Mohammed has spent at the prison has topped $161 million.

Guantanamo has reportedly cost U.S. taxpayers over $6 billion since its inception. Included in that figure are charter planes to and from the island with few passengers, hundreds of thousands' worth of government devices that are destroyed each year to spills of classified information, Pentagon-funded defense attorneys priced at half a million dollars per year and total legal costs amounting to $60 million, even though Guantanamo has only ever had one finalized conviction.

But the New York Times tally edges the number up to $13 million per prisoner, per year. "I think it's crazy," former President Trump said of the cost.

#1  Sorry - The GD-men (Guantanamo Detainees) should be released and resettled here in America; Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles or any of the other 163 Sanctuary Cities across the USA (or whatever it is to be called after 21Jan2021).
They would be condemned to live like the rest of us,but they would be constantly looking over their shoulders for people who figured out who they really were/are/could have been in their old islamic world and their "Hit on America". Beyond that just the "new normal" the pressure of having perpetual 4 layer covid masks CDC enforced to allow travel, domestic covid medical passports, driving around with the other invaders who now have their sanctioned alien drivers licenses. The lists unfold daily with Xiden at the helm (hide all the pens so jo can't sign anymore) commaLA "here is a crayon sign it anyway".
