[KhaamaPress] The Indian media outlets released the details of one of the most wanted Indian terrorist who was arrested by the Afghan cops during an operation recently.
Remaining in the Wanted List of the Indian forces for almost two decades, Aijaz Ahmad Ahangar, originally hailing from Nawa Kadal of downtown Srinagar in Jammu and Kashir, was recently arrested by the Afghan intelligence operatives during a raid which also led to the arrest of ISIS Khurasan leader, Aslam Farooqi.
Ahangar had been a wanted man in Jammu and Kashmir ...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there.... for more than two decades who was arrested once for terror links and released, sometimes in 1990s, according to Hindustan Times.
He identified himself as Ali Mohammad, claiming that he was a resident of Islamabad, while being interrogated by the National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... (NDS), the intelligence agency of Afghanistan.
Counter terrorism operatives in Delhi and Kabul told the Hindustan Times that it was much later they discovered that the April 4 raid had also netted Aijaz Ahangar, the 55-year-old chief recruiter of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... Jammu & Kashmir. "It was a surprise," said an Afghan watcher.
Ahangar joined the ISIS Khurasan, the offshoot of the Islamic State terror group in Afghanistan, after a brief association with the Al Qaeda terrorist network.
[ToloNews] Javid Faisal, a front man for the Office of National Security Council (ONSC) on Saturday said that ten of the 20 people the Taliban ...Arabic for students... released in Kandahar province under the name of ANDSF personnel "are civilians," including "four minors" that they kept in detention for years.
"Only nine of the 40 people they released in Laghman ...Afghan province with a population of about 445,600, which is multi-ethnic and mostly a rural society. During the invasions of Alexander the Great, the area was known as Lampaka, wich is apparently Olde Macedonian for Laghman. The city of Mihtarlam serves as the bucolic capital of the province. The population is half Pashtun, the remainder Tadjik and Pashai. It had a repution for great wealth until it was conquered in the tenth century by Abu Mansur Sabuktigin.
He conquered it and set fire to the places in its vicinity which were inhabited by infidels, and demolishing the idol-temples, he established Islam in them, He marched and captured other cities and killed the polluted wretches, destroying the idolatrous and gratifying the Musulmans. After wounding and killing beyond all measure, his hands and those of his friends became cold in counting the value of the plundered property.
After that it was mostly notable for the production of dirt, rocks, and holy men... are ANDSF. Several were tortured," Faisal said.
"Twenty-eight of those released recently were taken by the Taliban after the group signed the Doha deal and committed to releasing 1,000 ANDSF personnel. Taliban also released 12 ALP who deserted to the group less than a month ago. They will be charged under law," said Faisal.
Faisal said that the Taliban must act upon their promises regarding the release of the prisoners and stop the "torture" of their captives in their custody.
The US-Taliban agreement signed on February 29th in Doha, Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi... mentioned a prisoner release by both sides to pave the way for the intra-Afgan talks.
"Taliban must uphold their end on prisoners by releasing ANDSF personnel from the list that the government has given them. They must also stop capturing and torturing civilians and minors. They must release all civilians in their custody immediately and commit to a ceasefire," tweeted Faisal.
[Sudan Tribune] Hundreds of people demonstrated for the third time in the capital, Khartoum, Thursday, in the vicinity of the army headquarters to demand the departure of the transitional government, headed by Abdallah Hamdok.
Hundreds? Golly.
Witnesses told Sudan Tribune that a group of protesters managed to sneak through barbed wire and security barriers into the vicinity of the army headquarters with the idea to stage a sit-in similar to the one held by the Forces for Freedom and Change (FFC) in April 2019 to call on the army to join them and oust the former regime in support of their movement.
The demonstrators rolled their eyes, jumped up and down, and hollered poorly rhymed slogans real loud against the Prime Minister, Abdallah Hamdok, and called on the Chairman of the Sovereign Council, Abdel-Fattah al-Burhan, to take power.
"The demonstrators are now on the outskirts of the army headquarters, whoever believes in God and the Day of Judgement (...), has to stand up and back the victory of the free people and revolutionaries," wrote Mohammed Ali al-Jezouli, the head of the Islamist State of Law and Development Party, on his Facebook page on Thursday.
The Sudanese police managed swiftly to disperse the protesters, who arrived at the army headquarters, with tear gas and prevented them from holding their sit-in.
On Thursday evening the Sudanese army announced the closure of all the roads leading to the army headquarters in Khartoum as of Friday 6:00 AM.
This protest is the third one carried by the Sudanese Islamists within a week. Also, it comes less than 48 hours before a complete lockdown imposed in Khartoum State to prevent the spread of coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... Various Islamic currents in Sudan believe they can incite the army to take power after the government’s failure to convince international financial institutions to support its economic plans due to U.S. sanctions on Sudan.
For its part, the government has launched an awareness campaign to explain its programme. From the other side, the Sovereign Council, the government, and the FFC held a series of meetings to review the government’s action and to mobilize internal economic resources.

[Rudaw] Coalition forces will resume their training mission in Iraq and Syria when "conditions permit", military officials said Thursday.
The US-led coalition to defeat the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... Colonel Myles B. Caggins III, the coalition front man, told Rudaw Radio on Monday that coalition and NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all.... commanders are in talks with Kurdistan Region Government (KRG) to resume Peshmerga training by end of next month.
Although operations have been scaled back in recent weeks, they have not stopped altogether. Coalition jets launched an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... in support of an anti-ISIS ground operation in Wadi Ashai, southern Kirkuk on Monday, killing 20 murderous Moslems, according to a statement published Friday.
The pandemic has not slowed the ISIS resurgence either. The group’s Death Eater activities have increased in recent weeks, with turbans killing an Iraqi federal police officer at a checkpoint in Hawija, western Kirkuk on Sunday.
This was the third deadly attack on Iraqi and Kurdish security forces in the disputed territories in just one week.
Two Peshmerga fighters were killed and another maimed in an ISIS attack in Kolajo in the Garmiyan area in early April, followed two days later by the killing of two Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) fighters in Tuz Khurmatu.
[YNet] - A Hamas senior official warned on Sunday that his militant group would hold Israel responsible with it fails to provide the Gaza Strip with medical supply.
"The medical means at our disposal to battle coronavirus are insufficient and we must increase the stocks we have," said Hamas senior Khalil al-Hayya. "Therefore, Israel will be responsible for an outbreak of the virus in the Gaza Strip and it must facilitate the arrival of aid shipments and it should be the one providing the medical supplies."
[JPost] Negotiations have been stuck over Netanyahu’s demands for legislation to preserve him in office.
Blue and White sources have stated that a coalition deal with the Likud is now imminent and could be settled late Saturday night.
The Jerusalem Post understands the Likud and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have backed down on demands for legislation to circumvent any High Court ruling preventing him from serving as prime minister or deputy prime minister during the period of the unity government.
And Channel 12 News reported that Blue and White leader Benny Gantz told associates that a significant breakthrough had recently been made in the coalition negotiations and that an agreement could be signed in the next 24 hours.
This report comes following strong words the Blue and White leader made in a Facebook post on Friday afternoon in which he accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of refusing to compromise in coalition negotiations because he was seeking fourth elections.
Negotiations have been stuck over Netanyahu's demands for legislation to preserve him in office, be it a prime minister or deputy prime minister, should the High Court of Justice rule he must resign due to the criminal indictment's against him and his pending trial.
Blue and White has so far refused to accept such demands, leading to the current stalemate.
On Saturday night, Blue and White MK Hili Tropper repeated the party's threats that it would advance legislation to block Netanyahu from serving as prime minister on Monday if a deal was not reached by then during an interview on Channel 12's Meet the Press program.

Call me a traditionalist, but if you're prancing about in medical gear, you are doing Army Day wrong. Think guns!
In the last year, #Iran fired ballistic missiles at its neighbors, mined and captured oil tankers, smuggled weapons into conflict zones, and shot down a civilian passenger jet. We can't risk Iran buying more advanced weapons and transferring their arsenal to irresponsible actors.

This looks like the 5.5km variant. They had started work on copying the SPIKE back in 2016. They had problems copying Rafael's fire-and-forget targeting. It's believed the DIO contracted someone to make it for them. Find them, and close that avenue.
[ALMASDARNEWS] Iran’s military took delivery of three types of domestically-developed unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), with the equipment to be used by the Air Force and Air Defence units, Defence Minister Brig. Gen. Amir Hatami announced on Saturday.
"As the drones have been equipped with various types of bombs and missiles, they can be utilized by the forces in combat missions," Hatami said, his remarks cited by Tasnim.
Additionally, the defence minister noted, the UAVs can be used as decoy targets in air defence, and for deception operations inside an adversary’s air defence network. "This one looked like a civilian airliner...oops. It was"
"These drones will help ensure a safer Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. The drones, said to include the Karrar (’Striker), Ababil-3 (’Swallow-3’) and an unnamed ’multipurpose jet-engine-powered’ drone, have operational ranges of up to 1,000 km, flight ceilings of 40,000-45,000 feet, and a flight duration of between three and eight hours.
Fars News Agency published a mashup video showing off Iran’s drone capabilities.
