CNN reporter Alex Marquardt exits after network lost $5M defamation case against Navy veteran
[NY Post] A CNN correspondent at the center of a nefarious report that cost the network at least $5 million for defaming a US Navy veteran is leaving the struggling network.

Chief national security correspondent Alex Marquardt landed in hot water earlier this year after a Florida jury ruled that he defamed Zachary Young in 2021 by claiming the former soldier illegally exploited Afghans during the Biden administration’s disastrous withdrawal from the country.

Sources told former CNN media correspondent Oliver Darcy that Marquardt was fired — citing "editorial differences" with his higher-ups at the network.
“You’re too expensive for the ad income you generate. Get outa here — we don’t want you anymore!”
Marquardt — who worked at CNN for eight years and recently spearheaded its coverage of the Russian-Ukraine war — did not mention the legal debacle or the reason for his exit in announcing the departure Monday.

New voluntary deployment lets DOD civilian workers back Homeland Security efforts amid immigration crackdown
[FoxNews] Pentagon authorizes civilian employees to volunteer at the southern border, enhancing national security efforts at DHS request
Would they accept retirees? I can just imagine how much fun some here would have, despite creaky knees and such, were you allowed to join in.
The Defense Department (DOD) is starting a voluntary program for its civilian employees to go to the southern border to support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) efforts there.

The agency released a memo Monday authorizing its civilian employees to volunteer to travel and support border operations.

"Protecting our homeland from bad actors and illegal substances has been a focus of the President and of the Secretary of Defense since Day One of this Administration," said Sean Parnell, chief Pentagon spokesperson. "Whether on the border or in our communities, allowing qualified DoD civilian employees to support DHS will accelerate the progress already made by Service members in achieving our national security goals."

This voluntary program was at the request of DHS, a U.S. official told Fox News.

It was not clear how many DOD civilian employees are expected to volunteer or what kind of work they will do. Fox News Digital has reached out to the DOD and DHS.

The memo, authored by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, reads, "Detail assignments may be either reimbursable or non-reimbursable.

"Non-reimbursable details are authorized where the expected benefit of a detail would be comparable to training or development programs that otherwise would be conducted at a DoD Component's expense."

News of the voluntary program comes as the Trump administration continues to crack down on illegal immigration and target criminal illegal immigrants for deportation.

US airstrikes in Somalia killed up to 174 people in 2025, monitoring group says
[Garowe] At least 109 to 174 people have been killed in 34 U.S. airstrikes conducted in Somalia so far in 2025, according to a report released by the New America Foundation, a Washington-based policy institute that monitors American drone and airstrike campaigns worldwide.

The organization did not specify the exact number of non-combatants killed. During Trump's first term, AFRICOM carried out 219 airstrikes in Somalia that left 6-31 civilians dead, according to the report.

The rise in airstrikes coincides with an escalation in U.S. military operations against extremist groups operating in Somalia, including al-Shabaab and ISIS-Somalia. U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) has intensified its efforts to support the Somali government in counterterrorism operations across the country.

General Michael Langley, commander of AFRICOM, recently acknowledged the uptick in strikes, saying the U.S. remains committed to “disrupting and degrading” extremist networks that pose a threat to regional and international stability.

Somalia has seen a surge in violence in recent months, with U.S. airpower playing an increasingly visible role in operations aimed at dismantling insurgent strongholds in remote regions.

Human rights groups have repeatedly called for more transparency and accountability around U.S. military actions in Somalia, particularly in cases where civilian casualties are alleged.

Islamic Cleric Al-Qasim Calls For Resistance Against Amnesty International Amid Plot To Silence Human Rights Body
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

A northern Islamic cleric, Sheik Bin Al-Qasim Asaduls, has called on Muslims across Nigeria to rise against what he described as the alleged "selective and biased" reporting of Amnesty International.
True, but not the way the honoured sheik meant.
In a video posted on his official Facebook page, the cleric accused the international human rights organisation of deliberately ignoring the killings of Muslims while amplifying incidents involving Christians.

Sheikh Al-Qasim alleged that Amnesty International has never shown genuine concern for the plight of Muslims in regions such as Maiduguri, Sokoto, or Zamfara, despite persistent insecurity and violence affecting those areas.

"Amnesty claims to defend human rights, but many of us believe it is driven by a Western agenda. They remain silent when Muslims are killed but rush to release statements whenever Muslims react to provocation or defend their Prophet," Al-Qasim said in the video.

The cleric’s remarks come in the wake of a recent Amnesty International report that highlighted human rights abuses under President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

Al-Qasim, however, suggested that the organisation is not interested in true justice but rather in stirring religious and political instability in Muslim communities.

“Amnesty International, under the guise of justice, is inciting conflict and trying to destabilise the North,” he said.
The North needs absolutely no help in that regard.
He further urged Nigerian Muslims to remain vigilant and resist what he termed foreign attempts to undermine their religion and their region.

However, Amnesty International’s report stated that within two years, 10,000 people had been killed due to terrorism.

According to their figures, 7000 of the victims were from Benue State, 2,600 from Plateau State, and 691 from Sokoto, Zamfara, and other Northern regions.

Al-Qasim said, "What does this imply? It appears they want to create a false narrative that only Christians are being killed, since Benue and Plateau are predominantly Christian states. They released this report to push their agenda.

He said, "Take for example a recent attack in a Christian community in Plateau State where over 100 people were gruesomely murdered.

Amnesty International publicised it widely. What are they trying to achieve? They want people to react emotionally and turn the issue into a religious crisis.

"We know that religious conflict is one of the fastest ways to destroy a nation’s stability and economy. So, think carefully: does this report by Amnesty International truly reflect the whole picture?
Not even close — it’s actually much worse than Amnesty International reports.
"I swear by God, out of the 10,000 people they claim were killed, I can tell you that 9,000 of them were Muslims. Every day, people are dying in Northern Nigeria—mostly Muslims. In Borno State alone, many of the victims are Muslims," Al-Qasim said.

According to him, "Amnesty International claims 7,000 were killed in Benue. But if I ask you which states in Nigeria are facing the worst insecurity, you will mention Zamfara, then Maiduguri, followed by Katsina and Sokoto. These are the states where people are being killed the most.
Moslems killed by Moslems, Christians killed by Moslems, both are true. Boko Haram ISWAP, Fulani herders, Moslem village lad on a tear, greedy neoghbours… so many different reasons for NigerianMoslems to pick up weapons to create corpses.
Previously, SaharaReporters reported that a coordinated propaganda campaign had been launched against Amnesty International (AI) following the release of its recent report detailing the killings in Nigeria’s Plateau and Benue states, SaharaReporters has learnt. Sources had told SaharaReporters that this is part of a broader propaganda campaign targeting the international human rights organisation.

Since the release of its report last week detailing unchecked killings in Plateau and Benue states, there has been a coordinated effort, said to be led by government officials, featuring influencers like Dan Bello, Arewa Mufarka, Sharfaddeen Bature and others who have launched an aggressive propaganda offensive against Amnesty International.

Nastura Ashir Sharif, a northern Nigerian man who once benefitted from Amnesty International’s support after his arrest and detention for speaking out, is now involved in a campaign against the organisation. Sharif had been detained for several days following a peaceful protest in Katsina State, where he voiced concerns about critical issues affecting citizens, including the wave of student kidnappings in the north-western states. After his arrest, he was transferred to Abuja and held in detention.

Once a beneficiary of Amnesty’s advocacy, Sharif has since become a vocal critic, leading what appears to be a wider effort to discredit the international human rights group.

Amnesty International’s recent report detailing rising violence and mass killings in Nigeria’s Middle Belt region has sparked backlash from various political and community leaders, especially in northern Nigeria.Nigerian cultural tours

Back in 2020, Amnesty International called on Nigerian authorities to immediately and unconditionally release Sharif, who had been detained for defending the right to life and demanding an end to worsening insecurity in northern Nigeria. At the time, Amnesty International stated that Sharif was simply urging the authorities to fulfill their responsibilities, and his arrest was viewed as an attempt to intimidate and silence peaceful advocates for freedom of assembly and expression.

He layered on top of that a strong distrust of the EU, plus a love of Israel and a hatred of being colonized by Islam after spending some time travelling throughout the Middle East as a young man. Politically he is a plain vanilla European nationalist populist: classical liberal in terms of economic and personal freedom issues, and a rejection of mass immigration of Moslem colonists.

His homosexuality is immaterial to any of that.

Egyptian news outlets paint connection between Colorado attacker and Muslim Brotherhood
[Jpost] US President Donald Trump echoed the theme on Truth Social, writing that the attack showed why “the Muslim Brotherhood must stay banned and its sympathisers removed.”

Egyptian news outlets have seized on Sunday’s arson attack in Boulder, Colorado, to revive allegations against the Muslim Brotherhood, branding the Egyptian-born suspect, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, as a supporter of the outlawed movement even though US investigators have provided no such finding.

Soliman, 45, is accused of hurling Molotov cocktails and blasting a makeshift flamethrower at elderly participants in a weekly walk on Pearl Street that calls for the release of 58 Israeli hostages held by Hamas. 12 people were injured, including a Holocaust survivor; one victim remained in critical condition on Monday evening, police said.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is treating the incident as a suspected lone-actor hate crime. Court filings show that Soliman entered the United States on a B-1/B-2 tourist visa in August 2022, overstayed when it expired in February 2023 and received a one-year work permit that lapsed this past March. Homeland Security officials said he had made a failed asylum attempt in 2005. He is being held in Boulder County Jail on five felony counts, including attempted first-degree murder and use of incendiary devices, with bail set at $10 million.

The Cairo-based news portal Egypt Telegraph ran a prominent banner reading, “Mansoura man behind Colorado attack ‘liked’ Ikhwan pages,” claiming that archived screenshots from a Facebook account bearing Soliman’s name showed repeated endorsements of Muslim Brotherhood content and the slogan “Islam is the solution.” The site did not publish the images.

Several pro-government talk shows echoed the report, arguing that the Boulder flames reflected what they called a pattern of Brotherhood-inspired violence exported abroad since the movement was banned in Egypt in 2013. While commentators uniformly condemned the assault as terrorism, they insisted it underscored the need for Western governments to keep the Brotherhood on terror watch lists.

WORDS OF WARNING
Independent analysts urged caution. “Free-Palestine rhetoric is not unique to the Brotherhood, and so far we have only a single media claim about old social-media posts,” said Amr Fathy, a researcher at the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs. “Any organisational link must come from forensic evidence, not speculation on television.”

US law enforcement agencies have not commented on Soliman’s political affiliations. A spokesperson for the FBI’s Denver field office declined to discuss “any associations or material support” while the investigation is under way.

The Anti-Defamation League noted that fringe Arabic-language social-media accounts praised Soliman as a “hero,” but said mainstream Arab outlets reported the attack as straight crime news. “The Egyptian media focus on the Brotherhood is a domestic political lens, not a reflection of verified facts,” an ADL statement said.

Egyptian newspapers also highlighted that Soliman’s US visa was issued after 2021, with columnists faulting what they called lax American screening.
A Biden-Harris Politburo failing. Things have changed since January 20th.
A front-page editorial in the state-run Al-Gomhuria urged Washington to “re-examine its hospitality to extremists,” while a commentator on Ten TV cited the case as proof that “Brotherhood ideology remains a global threat if left unchecked.”

US President Donald Trump echoed the theme on Truth Social, writing that the attack showed why “the Muslim Brotherhood must stay banned and its sympathisers removed.”
Interesting. Will CAIR, etc soon be driven from these shores? A very happy thought…
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry, for its part, condemned the Boulder assault and said its embassy in Washington had supplied US authorities with “open-source references to the suspect’s online activity.”i
When? Did they warn us before Mr. Soliman bared his heart, his chest, and his Molotovs to the world, or after?
Run For Their Lives, the Colorado-based group whose march was targeted, vowed to continue walking every Sunday until the hostages are freed. “Terror will not silence us,” the group said in a statement.
The article is datelined yesterday at 22:00, so about the same time (if that’s meant to be EDT instead of Israel local time) as we did here. I’m impressed with our performance in comparison to their journalism professionals… ;-)

Day 2 Round-up: Probable Muslim Brotherhooder Mohamed Sabry Soliman waited a year, until daughter graduated HS before carrying out attack
[X]

What odds he will turn out to be connected, dear Reader? Day 1 can be seen here.
[JerusalemPost] The United States District Court charged Mohammed Sabry Soliman, 45, with a federal hate crime after wounding eight individuals demonstrating in support of the hostages held by Hamas
..a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
holy warriors in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
on Sunday.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation confirmed on Monday that Soliman, a resident of El Paso, was arrested and was the main suspect behind the Colorado attack. He has since been charged with a federal hate crime.

During an interview with police, Soliman admitted to watching YouTube videos on how to make Molotov Cocktails and purchased the materials to make them, according to federal court documents. He also stated that he wanted to kill all Zionists, wished all Zionists dead and said he would repeat the attack if given the opportunity.

Soliman told officials that he had been planning the attack for a year but wanted to wait for his daughter to graduate from university before carrying it out.

On Sunday afternoon, a man threw Molotov cocktails and used an improvised flamethrower to target participants of a weekly walking group that raises awareness for the hostages in Hamas captivity. Officials currently believe it was a lone-wolf attack.

Soliman, who was heard screaming "Free Paleostine" and "end Zionism" before launching the attack at a group raising awareness of the plight of the 58 hostages held captive by Hamas, was booked into Boulder County Jail on multiple charges. These include first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder, one count of first-degree assault, one count of causing serious injury to an at-risk adult or someone over 70, and one count of using explosives or incendiary devices.

He is currently being held on a $10 million bond.

Before being taken to jail, the FBI confirmed he was taken for medical assessments at a nearby hospital.

"Our strength as a society comes from our shared values, and our commitment to protecting one another. Any attempt to divide us through fear or harm has no place in Boulder, Colorado, or anywhere in our nation," said FBI Denver Special Agent in Charge Mark Michalek. "We stand in full solidarity with those targeted. And we will continue to ensure that justice is pursued swiftly, support is provided to victims and their communities, and preventative action is taken to protect everyone’s safety."

"Boulder is not immune to tragedy, sadly, and I know a lot of people are scared right now and questioning how this happened and why. Boulder has recovered before from acts of violence before, and we will again recover. I urge this community to come together. Now is not the time to be divisive
...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled...
," Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn said.

"When this call came out today, our officers rushed to the scene as quickly as they could to protect our community and arrest the suspect and I’m very proud of their response. I also greatly appreciate all of our law enforcement and community partners who responded to help as well. I want to assure our Boulder community that we will have increased presence at many events and locations throughout the city to ensure safety."

The FBI raided Soliman’s house following the attack, the New York Times

...which still proudly claims Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reported. An unknown woman was allowed to enter the property.

Neighbors told the media that they did not know Soliman well but that a family with three kids lived at the raided address, according to the New York Post.
Interesting. Are the family Lso here illegally? Do they need to be sent back to wherever they came from while Papa serves his prison sentence?
WHO IS MOHAMED SABRY SOLIMAN?
Originally from Egypt, Soliman arrived in the United States in 2022 with a non-immigration visa that would have allowed him to stay until February 2023, according to the Homeland Security Department.

He was later granted work authorization in March 2023, which should have allowed him to stay in the US only until March 2025.

Assistant Secretary of DHS Tricia McLaughlin said Soliman had tried to claim asylum in 2022.

Despite being granted access to the states in 2022, he had a failed asylum claim in 2005, sources told CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
Exactly the kind of person the Biden-Harris Politburo actively sought to grant entry to.
The Times of Israel adds:
The suspect who allegedly attacked a group of pro-hostage demonstrators in Colorado planned the attack for a year and wanted to kill “all Zionist people,” according to an affidavit filed in a federal court in Colorado on Monday.

The suspect, Mohammed Sabry Soliman, 45, is charged with attacking the rally on Sunday with a homemade flamethrower and Molotov cocktails, wounding eight. He was arrested at the scene of the attack.

The affidavit, filed by an FBI agent in the US District Court of Colorado, was based on Soliman’s interview with law enforcement after the arrest.

After he was arrested, a black plastic container with a yellow lid was found nearby. Inside were at least fourteen unlit Molotov cocktails made of glass wine bottles or Ball jars with gasoline inside and red rags hanging out of the top.

Also nearby was a “backpack weed sprayer” loaded with gasoline. Authorities have said Soliman used a “makeshift flamethrower” during the attack.

Law enforcement found a silver Toyota Prius parked a few blocks away that was registered to Soliman. Inside were a red gas container and papers with the words “Israel,” “Palestine,” and “USAID,” the affidavit said.

Soliman told law enforcement he researched how to make Molotov cocktails on YouTube. He assembled the firebombs and bought gas at a gas station on his way to Boulder. He lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado, about two hours away, with his wife and five children.

He targeted the hostage rally after learning about the group in an online search and saw that the group was planning to meet at 1 p.m. He arrived at the scene at 12:55 p.m. and waited for the demonstrators.

“Soliman stated that he hated the Zionist group and did this because he hated this group and needed to stop them from taking over ‘our land,’ which he explained to be Palestine,” the affidavit said. “He stated that he had been planning the attack for a year and was waiting until after his daughter graduated to conduct the attack.”

Soliman said he left an iPhone with messages to his family hidden in a desk drawer at his home. His wife turned an iPhone over to police.

The affidavit confirmed that Soliman is the individual seen in video from the scene of the attack. Video also showed him shouting, “End Zionists.”

The police department in Boulder, Colorado, said on Monday morning that none of the victims had perished, despite the suspect being held on a preliminary charge of murder.

“No victims have died,” the police department said in a statement.

The police department said it would hold a press conference on the attack later Monday and that more details would be forthcoming.

Police released a mugshot of the suspect, who had a bandaged ear and bruising on his face.

Soliman was set to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. local time, the police department’s daily booking report said. He was being held in the Boulder County Jail on a $10 million bond.

Other preliminary charges against Soliman included using explosive or incendiary devices during a felony, assault with a weapon, and crimes against at-risk elderly. The victims were four men and four women between the ages of 52 and 88. One of the victims was reportedly a Holocaust survivor.

Colorado firebombing suspect appears in court with head bandaged
[IsraelTimes] Mohammed Sabry Soliman, suspected of firebombing a pro-Israel rally in Colorado Sunday, appears in a Boulder County jail court for the first time since his arrest a day ago.

Soliman wears an orange jumpsuit and what appears to be a bandage wrapped around his head.

He does not make any statements, except affirming that he understands a protection order that bars him from contacting the victims of the attack.

The court schedules a June 5 hearing for the filing of formal charges against him.

Colorado suspect to be charged with attempted murder, hate crime; number of injured up to 12
[IsraelTimes] Mohammed Sabry Soliman, the suspect in a firebombing of a hostages march in Colorado yesterday, will be charged with state and federal charges and facing life in prison if convicted, officials say.

Acting US Attorney J. Bishop Grewell says at a press conference that Soliman, 45, is being charged with the commission of a hate crime, a federal crime which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison when coupled with attempted murder charges he will face from Colorado.

According to Grewell, Soliman attempted to buy a firearm to carry out the attack, but resorted to homemade incendiary devices when he could not acquire a firearm because he is not a US citizen.
So it could have been much, much worse. Thank goodness he wasn’t clever enough or charming enough to get a friend to buy guns for him.
Boulder county district attorney Michael Dougherty says the state will charge Soliman with 16 counts of attempted murder in the first degree — eight for attempted murder with intent, and eight for attempted murder with extreme indifference. If convicted, and the sentences run consecutively, the maximum sentence is 384 years in state prison.

Soliman will also be charged with two counts of use of an incendiary device, carrying a maximum sentence of 48 years, and 16 counts of attempted use of an incendiary device, with a maximum sentence of 192 years. Soliman threw two Molotov cocktails at the demonstrators, and investigators recovered 16 unused Molotov cocktails from the scene of the attack.

Other charges may be forthcoming, Grewell says.

Dougherty says police have identified four more victims of the attack, bringing the total to 12. The four additional victims suffered minor injuries and came forward to investigators after the initial incident.

The authorities say Soliman was not “on our radar” before the attack. Investigators are working to put together a timeline of the attack using surveillance footage and license plate readers.
Authorities said in the news conference June 2 they believe he acted alone.

The arrest affidavit said he has a valid Colorado driver's license and no prior criminal history.

Soliman, a father of five, entered the U.S. in August 2022 on a B-2 tourist visa that expired over two years ago, said Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. An affidavit said he was born in Egypt and lived in Kuwait for 17 years before moving to Colorado three years ago.

In his Toyota Prius parked nearby, investigators discovered red rags, a jug of gasoline and paperwork with the words "Israel," "Palestine" and "USAID," according to the charging document.

He told investigators that after being denied the legal purchase of a gun due to not being a citizen, he researched on YouTube how to make Molotov Cocktails, purchased the ingredients to do so and constructed them himself, the affidavit said.

McLaughlin said Soliman applied for asylum in September 2022. That claim was likely still pending. As of March, the immigration court backlog was around 3.6 million cases, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller on X described Soliman as an "illegal alien" and criticized the Biden administration, which he accused of approving a work permit for Soliman after he overstayed his tourist visa.

Uber on June 2 confirmed that Soliman had worked as a driver starting in spring 2023 although the company did not specify whether he worked driving passengers or for Uber Eats, or both. In a statement to USA TODAY, the company said his account has been terminated, prohibiting him from working there again. The company noted that he passed a background check and provided the legally required documents necessary to work as a contractor.“Mr. Soliman had no concerning feedback while driving on the Uber platform,” the company said in a statement. “We’ve banned the driver’s account and have been in touch with law enforcement.”
Only one thing held Soliman back from attacking sooner, he told authorities: Waiting for his daughter to graduate high school.

A Colorado Springs Gazette article published in April profiled a student matching his daughter’s description as a recipient of a scholarship. According to the article, she described in her scholarship application how her family had immigrated to the US after living in Kuwait, noting that her father had undergone a “difficult surgery” when she was young “that restored his ability to walk.”

The girl said the incident inspired her to pursue medical school – a dream that would have been impossible in Kuwait but within reach in America.
And now that her Papa will go to prison for the rest of his life, causing the authorities to look into the immigration status of his family, medical school in America — and university altogether — are also no longer possible for her. The only thing left for her to do is pack up her stolen America life and head bck to Egypt. Say thank you to your Papa for his loving care of you, habibti.
Now, Mohamed Sabry Soliman faces a federal hate crime charge and state charges of attempted murder.

Soliman was born in Egypt and lived in Kuwait for 17 years before moving to Colorado, according to a state arrest affidavit.

CNN reviewed a Facebook account matching his name and date of birth. On the account’s page, which was last updated about 10 years ago, Soliman said he attended high school and college in Egypt and later moved to Kuwait, where he had an accounting job, according to the page. That account featured photos of Mohamed Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood leader who served as Egypt’s president from 2012 to 2013, when he was ousted in a military coup that triggered mass protests and sit-ins in Cairo.
Ah hah! There always is a connection.
Posts on the Facebook page expressed support for the Muslim Brotherhood protests against the removal of Morsi. One post from August 2013 featured a four-finger salute with a yellow background, a symbol supportive of the Rabaa al-Adawiya Square encampment, which was violently dispersed by Egyptian security forces loyal to Egypt’s then-defense minister and current president, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

According to the newspaper article on the student whose identifying details match those of Soliman’s daughter, her father at one point underwent a serious medical procedure on his legs – one she described in her scholarship application as “nothing short of ‘magic.’”

When the family lived in Kuwait, the daughter stated, the success of the procedure inspired her to study medicine – but “the prospect of attending medical school there was not an option” as a non-Kuwaiti. “The move to the United States provides a chance to fulfill her dream,” the article said.

“Coming to the USA has fundamentally changed me,” she wrote. “Most importantly, I came to appreciate that family is the unchanging support.”
Erm. About that….
Mohamed Sabry Soliman first tried to come to the US in 2005 but was denied a visa, law enforcement sources told CNN.
I would love to know what reason was given for that rejection.
He entered the US in August 2022 as a non-immigrant visitor and in 2023 received a two-year work authorization that expired in March, a Homeland Security official said Monday.
So many different ways the selfish, lying liar lied.
With his wife and children, he moved into a two-story home on the far eastern edge of Colorado Springs and he found work, at least briefly, as an accountant. The health care company Veros Health said in a statement he was an employee starting in May 2023 but left three months later. The company did not respond to questions about his departure.
Jewish or Christian manager/colleagues? Female manager/colleagues? Black/Hispanic manager/colleagues? A mixture of the above that ticked off the miscreant’s cultural racism/sexism/religiousism?
Soliman had also worked as an Uber driver, according to the company, which noted all drivers must pass a criminal and driving history background check and hold a valid Social Security number.
And did he have a valid SS number?
The company said his account has now been banned.

Neighbors who briefly spoke with CNN said they saw Soliman’s children playing near his house
Any of them born in America? Is the mother an American citizen or did she follow Mr. Soliman from Kuwait or even from Egypt? And who is she connected to?
but were not familiar with the family. One neighbor said she had no direct interactions with Soliman but described his wife as friendly.

As he began plotting an attack, Soliman told authorities, he researched how to make Molotov cocktails on YouTube. He also learned online about the group that eventually became his target – a weekly demonstration in Boulder urging Hamas to return the remaining hostages from Gaza.

Soliman said he took a concealed-carry class and learned to shoot a gun but as a non-citizen was blocked from purchasing a gun, so he turned to Molotov cocktails, according to a state affidavit.

Soliman told authorities that he purchased ingredients for the cocktails – including “glass wine carafe bottles or Ball jars,” according to the federal complaint – constructed them and purchased gas at a gas station on the way to Boulder. He also filled up a backpack weed sprayer with gasoline.

Before leaving for the attack, Soliman said, he left an iPhone hidden in a desk drawer at home with messages for his family as well as a journal.

As the group marched with signs on Sunday, Soliman waited nearby with a utility vest over his shirt; some witnesses thought he looked like a gardener, multiple law enforcement sources said. The state affidavit notes that he bought flowers from Home Depot.
Bay Area ABC7 News adds:
He "said this had nothing to do with the Jewish community and was specific in the Zionist group supporting the killings of people on his land (Palestine)," the state documents said.
To be fair, he wasn’t to know that the people he was trying to murder are older and elderly Jews, including a Holocaust survivor.
Soliman, a husband and father of five, allegedly said he had been planning Sunday afternoon's attack for one year but waited until his daughter graduated from high school last Thursday to carry it out, state and federal documents said.

He said no one knew about his plans and he expected to die during the attack, the documents said.
And now he gets to die in an American prison, pondering the life path that took him there.
Soliman appeared at his first state court hearing virtually from jail on Monday afternoon, during which the judge kept his bond at $10 million.

He acknowledged that he had received and understood a protection order barring him from contacting the victims.

Soliman is due back in court on Thursday for the filing of state charges.

He said he drove about 100 miles from his Colorado Springs home to Boulder on Sunday and picked up gas at a gas station on the way, the documents said.

Soliman allegedly "filled 8 glass containers he purchased from Target with gas, he put them in a black storage bin and in order to get as close as possible to the group he dressed himself like a gardener," according to state court documents.

He allegedly used a "makeshift flamethrower" and threw an incendiary device into a crowd of pro-Israel demonstrators at a pedestrian mall, according to the FBI.

A video posted on social media during the attack showed Soliman holding what appeared to be Molotov cocktails and saying, "How many children killed" and "end Zionist," according to the court documents.

Soliman said he "only threw two at the group because he got scared," according to court documents.
The poor darling.

The test case. Even if the courts put a hold on it, they’re still sequestered, and all the other families — at least those not natural born citizens, because we’re seeing naturalization reversed for cause — have been put on notice. More will be self-deporting in order to retain funds and stuff rather than lose all when ICE arrives with arrest paperwork.

Israel punches back at UN chief for demanding probe into Gaza aid site shooting, Amb. Huckabee chastises US news media for fomenting Jew-hate
[IsraelTimes] Israel calls a demand from United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres for an investigation into reported violence at a Gaza aid site a “disgrace.”

“Even if you look very hard, there’s one word you won’t find in the Secretary-General’s statement: Hamas,” writes Foreign Ministry spokesman Oren Marmorstein on X.

“Not a word about the fact that Hamas is the one shooting civilians and trying to prevent them from collecting aid packages.”

“Not a word about the fact that Hamas — as stated by U.S. Special Envoy Witkoff — rejected yet another ceasefire proposal and the release of the hostages.”

Guterres said on Monday he was “appalled” by reports that Palestinians were killed the previous day on their way to a Gaza Humanitarian Fund distribution site for aid, that the UN must be allowed to provide aid to Gazans, and said that there is no military solution to the conflict in Gaza.

Multiple witnesses and Hamas authorities in the Strip said at least 31 Palestinians were killed and dozens were wounded early Sunday by Israeli fire as they were on their way to a Gaza Humanitarian Fund distribution site in the southern Gaza Strip. The Israel Defense Forces said it didn’t shoot Gazans at or near the distribution site, but an Israeli military official acknowledged that troops did fire warning shots overnight around a kilometer away from the aid site.

Israel and the United States say they helped establish the new aid system to circumvent Hamas, which they accuse of siphoning off assistance.

UN agencies have refused to work with the system, which they say violates humanitarian principles.

Marmorstein says that “the real investigation that needs to be opened is why the UN continues to resist any attempt to provide aid directly to the people of Gaza.”

Huckabee claims US media ‘contributing to antisemitic climate’ that resulted in DC, Boulder attacks

[IsraelTimes] US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee accuses major American news outlets of “contributing to the antisemitic climate” that resulted in the recent attacks targeting Israeli embassy staffers in Washington and Israeli hostages activists in Colorado over the networks’ coverage of yesterday’s shooting of Gazans near an aid distribution site.

“Without verification of any source other than Hamas and its collaborators, the New York Times, CNN, and Associated Press reported that a number of people seeking to receive humanitarian food boxes from the Gaza Humanitarian Fund were shot or killed by the Israeli Defense Forces,” Huckabee says in a statement.

“These reports were FALSE. Drone video and first-hand accounts clearly showed that there were no injuries, no fatalities, no shooting, no chaos,” Huckabee asserts.

It is unclear what drone footage and first-hand accounts Huckabee is referring to. GHF released what it said was drone footage showing no incident at the site, but the clip was taken during daylight hours, while the incident that reportedly injured 31 Gazans took place at around 3 a.m.

Asked to elaborate on the information Huckabee had that led him to refute Hamas’s claims, an embassy spokesperson tells The Times of Israel it came from first-hand accounts from GHF staffers.

But the incident took place outside the GHF site before it had opened on Sunday.

The embassy staffer also cites IDF drone footage, but the footage released by the IDF was not shot at the time or place where the incident in question took place.

The spokesperson didn’t provide any further information.

While the IDF has denied firing at Gazans near the GHF aid site yesterday, it has acknowledged firing in the air at Palestinians. Doctors Without Borders said its aid workers treated Palestinians who said Israeli soldiers were the ones who shot at them.

“The only source for these misleading, exaggerated, and utterly fabricated stories came from Hamas sources, which are designed to fan the flames of antisemitic hate that is arguably contributing to violence against Jews in the United States,” Huckabee says.

“Media sources who willingly parrot these libelous allegations should recant their fake news stories, apologize and pledge to practice actual reporting of fact instead of engaging in dangerous propaganda that assists the terror group Hamas as they continue to hold innocent hostages for over 600 days after butchering over 1,200 people on October 7th,” he says, demanding an “immediate retraction” by the American media sites.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Trump, Netanyahu targeted by same Deep State
[WorldIsraelNews] Sara Netanyahu, the wife of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, claims ‘deep state’ elites in the US and Israel have targeted US President Donald Trump and Netanyahu.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s wife, Sara Netanyahu, took aim at what she described as a foreign-funded “deep state” in Israel, which she claimed has worked to undermine her husband’s government, comparing it to institutional efforts to stymie the Trump administration.

In an interview aired on Saturday, Mrs. Netanyahu told US TV Fox News‘ Lara Trump – daughter-in-law of US President Donald Trump – that a coalition of “small, radical left-wing elites funded by foreign countries” is working to neutralize the Netanyahu government and even force Netanyahu from power.

“You have a deep state in the US that pursues President Trump and his family, and we have the same kind of deep state in Israel that pursues my husband, me, and my sons, my family.”

The wife of Israel’s longest-serving premier pointed to the ongoing corruption trial against her husband as an example of the judiciary being co-opted by Israel’s “deep state,” borrowing terminology used by the American Right.

Should Israel accept sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria? Experts in the nationalist camp respond

“The cases are now collapsing in court because there is no truth in them at all,” Sara said of the cases against her husband.

Mrs. Netanyahu also discussed her efforts to assist freed hostages and the families of hostages, while emphasizing the agreement between Israel and the Trump administration on the need to destroy Hamas as a military force.

“I live with the pain of the hostages and families every day. I am deeply involved,” she said. “The hostages are going through hard things in the barbaric Hamas captivity. They need to be at home.”

“If they could, Hamas would murder all of us. They promise to do it, again, and again, which they did on October 7. This is why President Trump and my husband agreed, Hamas must be destroyed. This is what Israel is doing.”

IDF bars reporters from visiting W. Bank villages on tour based on ‘No Other Land’ film
[IsraelTimes] Officer seen telling group of journalists they cannot be let into Masafer Yatta — subject of Oscar-winning documentary — due to need ‘to keep the order in the area’

Israeli soldiers barred journalists from entering villages in the West Bank on Monday on a tour organized by the directors of the Oscar-winning movie "No Other Land."

The directors of the film, which focuses on Israeli settler attacks on Paleostinians in the West Bank, said they had invited the journalists on the tour to interview residents about increasing settler violence in the area.

In a video posted to X by the film’s co-director Yuval Abraham, an Israeli officer —his face concealed by a ski mask and identifiable as a major by the insignia on his uniform — was seen telling a group of international journalists that "no passage" was allowed in the area due to a military order.

"You know they are journalists. They’re coming to see the destruction in Masafer Yatta, the way you are destroying the community, the settler violence," a voice off camera could be heard telling the officer, referring to the Paleostinian village that "No Other Land" covers.

A Paleostinian man was then seen telling the officer and a soldier standing with him, whose face was also covered, that the journalists were coming to his home and should be let through. But the officer refused.

"Why didn’t you prevent the settlers when they came to burn the homes... attacking people?" the man was seen telling the officer. "Why don’t you come to do this order? Why only for journalists who are holding cameras and phones?... I have so many videos of settlers coming to attack us, shooting people here, you do nothing. Why?"

Eventually, the officer told the journalists that they were being kept out due to the need "to keep the order in this area."

Basel Adra, the Paleostinian co-director of the film who lives in the area, said the military blocked the journalists from entering two Paleostinian villages they had hoped to visit.

The Israel Defense Forces did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Since "No Other Land" gained notoriety, local villagers have faced an uptick in settler attacks, including in the villages of Tuba and Jinba. Hamdan Ballal, another of the film’s co-directors, was attacked by settlers and then arrested in March, drawing global condemnation.

Paleostinians say the settlers operate with the tacit consent of the Israeli state, which carries out home demolitions and rarely prosecutes settlers for instances of violence against Paleostinians. Locals have said the attacks are designed to intimidate them into fleeing their land.

The West Bank has seen a spike in violence since the October 7, 2023, Hamas
..the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,...
attack on Israel sparked the war in Gazoo.

In the West Bank, the military has undertaken large-scale counterterrorism operations that have killed hundreds of people — the vast majority of them combatants, according to the IDF — and displaced tens of thousands.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
SDF, Damascus swap nearly 500 prisoners
[Rudaw] The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the interim government in Damascus conducted a second round of prisoner swaps in northern Aleppo on Monday, involving approximately 500 detainees from both sides.

The SDF-linked Ronahi TV reported that a total of 469 detainees from both sides were released, including 293 Kurdish fighters and civilians, as well as 176 members of groups affiliated to the Damascus authorities.

Meanwhile,
...back at the shootout, Butch shot Black Bart's gun out of his hand......
Syria’s state-run SANA roughly estimated the figure at around 400.

The state-owned Syrian news channel, al-Ikhbariyah, on Monday relayed that the Internal Security Directorate in Aleppo had finalized preparations for the exchange, deploying forces to the al-Awarid area, near the entrance of the Kurdish-majority Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in northern Aleppo.

Ikhbariah added that the prisoner swap was carried out under the terms of the landmark agreement signed on March 10 between SDF commander Mazloum Abdi and Syria’s interim president Ahmed al-Sharaa. The Abdi-Sharaa deal outlines the integration of "all civil and military institutions in northeast Syria [Rojava] under the administration of the Syrian state."

In early April, the SDF and the Damascus administration signed a follow up agreement - reportedly in the presence of American representation. This subsequent deal established a framework for joint security oversight in northern Aleppo’s Kurdish-majority quarters of Ashrafieh and Sheikh Maqsood, and provisions for ongoing prisoner exchanges.

The second round of prisoner exchange "comes as a culmination of previous negotiation rounds within a comprehensive national vision to address humanitarian and security issues in the country’s northeast," Ikhbariah said.

The swap of the second batch of prisoners had initially been scheduled for the previous week but was reportedly postponed after Damascus refused to release several SDF female fighters. Importantly, Monday's exchange included seven female fighters of the SDF, according to a statement by the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ). The latter is the all-women branch of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) - the backbone of the SDF.

The first round of the swap took place in early April, during which the SDF secured the release of 146 captives, while the Syrian government received 97 of its detainees.

Monday’s prisoner exchange notably came a day after a delegation from northeast Syria (Rojava) met on Sunday with the committee appointed by Syria’s new leadership to finalize the implementation of the Abdi-Sharaa March agreement.

The Rojava representatives said the talks focused on "reactivating" the file on Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh, with the aim of resolving it in a manner that "serves stability and civil peace."

Salam meets Berri in Ain el-Tineh, says his doors ''always open'' for Hezbollah
[NAHARNET] Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said Monday that his "doors are always open" for Hezbollah after he met with Parliament Speaker Nabih Knobby Berri

...perennial Speaker of the Lebanese parliament, head of the Amal Shiite party aligned with Hezbollah, a not very subtle sock puppet of the Medes and Persians...
in Ain el-Tineh, as the gap between Salam and Berri's ally Hezbollah seemed to widen over the group's disarmament.

"I am leaving plenty of room for cordiality with (Hezbollah MP) Hajj Mohammad Raad and my doors are always open for him and Hezbollah," Salam said.

Raad had recently criticized Salam for recently omitting the word "Resistance®" from the "Resistance® and Liberation Day" holiday in one of his statements, but said he would not respond to Salam's comments on Hezbollah's disarmament "to preserve what's left of cordiality."

Berri on Friday told local al-Joumhouria newspaper that "if Salam escalates, we will escalate and if he chooses to calm things down, we will calm them down," after Salam said in recent comments that the era of "exporting the Iranian revolution has ended" and that the state "will not remain silent over any arms outside the state's control".

In his interview with al-Joumhouria, Berri also urged the government to prioritize the construction of war-hit regions, saying it's the government's responsibility "whether it likes it or not."

Berri had met last Friday with President Joseph Aoun at the Baabda Palace, in talks he described as "excellent."

''Region-by-region'' plan may be adopted for Hezbollah disarmament
[NAHARNET] A ''region-by-region'' plan for Hezbollah's disarmament may be proposed when ''serious dialogue'' kicks off between President Joseph Aoun and Hezbollah, a media report said on Monday.

Under such a plan, weapons would be handed over ''according to regional order and importance,'' the Nidaa al-Watan newspaper said.

The priority would be for the South Litani area, where Israel has nearly destroyed all of Hezbollah's arms depots and military bases and where the Lebanese Army has 80% cleared the area, the report added.

The next area would be the North Litani area, where the army has only seized seven Hezbollah bases and depots, the report said, adding that the third area would be Beirut's southern suburbs and nearby neighborhoods, where Hezbollah's military and political leadership is based.

The last disarmament area would be the Bekaa, the report said, noting that such a plan would be better than handing over the weapons according to caliber -- heavy-caliber then medium-caliber then light-caliber.

Iran poised to dismiss nuclear proposal presented by US, Iranian diplomat says
[IsraelTimes] Official says offer does not address Tehran’s demand to be able to continue enriching uranium, nor does it clearly set out a plan to lift sanctions

Report: US nuclear deal proposal would let Iran enrich uranium at limited lever

[IsraelTimes] The US proposal for a nuclear deal presented to Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
on Saturday allows some limited uranium enrichment within the country, Axios reports, citing two sources with direct knowledge.

The proposal, presented to Iran on Saturday by Omani Foreign Minister Sayyed
...Arabic term meaning your/his lordship. Groveling in His Exalted Presence is encouraged...
Badr Albusaidi, would forbid Iran from building new enrichment facilities and dismantle enrichment infrastructure, as well as stop Iran from new research and development of centrifuges.

However,
a person who gets all wrapped up in himself makes a mighty small package...
Iran would be able to keep enriching in above-ground facilities to three percent, the level needed to fuel a civilian nuclear reactor.

It will have to stop enriching to higher levels, as it currently does, and will have to mothball its underground enrichment facilities for a to-be-agreed-upon period.

A regional enrichment consortium would provide Iran with any additional low-enriched uranium it needs for civilian purposes.

Sanctions would be eased after Iran "demonstrates real commitment" to the terms of the deal, as determined by Washington and the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency.

"President Trump has made it clear that Iran can never obtain a nuclear bomb," says Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt in response, without denying the details of the offer.

"Special Envoy Witkoff has sent a detailed and acceptable proposal to the Iranian regime, and it’s in their best interest to accept it. Out of respect for the ongoing deal, the Administration will not comment on details of the proposal to the media."

A senior Iranian diplomat said Monday that Tehran would reject the US proposal, saying that it fails to address Tehran’s interests or soften Washington’s stance on uranium enrichment.

Both the US and Israel have agreed that any deal must include a requirement for Iran to cease all uranium enrichment activity, and US special envoy Steve Witkoff has insisted that this is a red line he will not back down from.

But the Wall Street Journal reports that Israeli officials believe the US may drop the demand and proceed with a less comprehensive agreement rather than risk collapsing the negotiations.

US approves of Syrian plan to absorb foreign jihadists into its army, Trump envoy says
They were going to anyway, President Trump’s approval or no. Birds of a feather — jihadis all
[IsraelTimes] Amid countries’ rapprochement, White House okays Sharaa government’s proposal to form unit including some 3,500 fighters from abroad — mostly Chinese Uighurs

The United States has given its blessing to a plan by Syria’s new leadership to incorporate thousands of foreign jihadists, former rebel US approves of Syrian plan to absorb foreign jihadists into its army, Trump envoy says fighters, into the national army, provided that it does so transparently, US President Donald Trump
...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down...
’s envoy has said.

Three Syrian defense officials said that under the plan, some 3,500 imported muscle, mainly Uighurs from China and neighboring countries, would join a newly formed unit, the 84th Syrian army division, which would also include Syrians.

Asked by Rooters in Damascus whether Washington approved the integration of imported muscle into Syria’s new military, Thomas Barrack, the US ambassador to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
who was named Trump’s special envoy to Syria last month, said: "I would say there is an understanding, with transparency."

He said it was better to keep the fighters, many of whom are "very loyal" to the new administration of Ahmed al-Sharaa, within a state project than to exclude them.

The fate of foreigners who joined Sharaa’s Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else
...al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, from which sprang the Islamic State...
rebels during the 13-year war between rebel groups and Syria’s Iran-backed President Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad
Trampler of Homs...
has been one of the most fraught issues hindering a rapprochement with the West since HTS, a former affiliate of al-Qaeda, toppled Assad and took power last year.

At least until early May, the United States had been demanding that the new leadership broadly exclude imported muscle from the security forces.

But Washington’s approach to Syria has changed sharply since Trump toured the Middle East last month and met with Sharaa in Riyadh, in the first such meeting between US and Syrian leaders in a quarter century. Following the meeting, Trump agreed to lift Assad-era sanctions on Syria and named Barrack, a close friend, as his special envoy.

Two sources close to the Syrian defense ministry told Rooters that Sharaa and his circle had been arguing to Western interlocutors that bringing imported muscle into the army would be less of a security risk than abandoning them, which could drive them into the orbit of al-Qaeda or Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
The US State Department and a Syrian government spokesperson did not respond to requests for comment.

The US-Syria rapprochement comes amid reports that Israeli officials have met with Syrian counterparts about the possibility of a warming of Israeli-Syrian ties, although Jerusalem has in public expressed deep suspicion of Sharaa. Trump has said he did not consult with Israel before restoring ties with Syria.

Following Assad’s ouster in December, Israel has struck the Syrian military numerous times and moved troops into the Syrian side of the two countries’ demilitarized buffer zone, citing fears it would fall into the wrong hands.

CHINESE CONCERNS
Thousands of Sunni Moslem foreigners joined Syria’s rebels early in the 13-year civil war to fight against Assad, who was himself aided by Iranian-backed Shi’ite militias, including Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.

Some fighters formed their own factions, while others joined established groups such as the Islamic State, which briefly declared a caliphate in large parts of Syria and Iraq, before being routed by an array of forces backed by both the United States and Iran.

Foreign fighters within HTS earned a reputation as loyal, disciplined and experienced bad boys, and formed the backbone of the group’s elite so-called suicide units. They fought against the Islamic State and other wings of al-Qaeda from 2016, when HTS broke away from the group founded by the late Osama bin Laden
...... who is no longer with us, and won't be again......
The Uighur fighters from China and Central Asia are members of the Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP), which Beijing considers a terrorist group. A Syrian official and a foreign diplomat said China had sought to have the group’s influence in Syria restricted.

A Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said, "China hopes that Syria will oppose all forms of terrorism and krazed killer forces in response to the concerns of the international community."

Osman Bughra, a TIP political official, told Rooters in a written statement that the group had officially dissolved and integrated into the Syrian army.

"At present, the group operates entirely under the authority of the Ministry of Defense, adheres to national policy, and maintains no affiliations with external entities or groups," he said.

In December, the appointment of a handful of foreign jihadists who were part of HTS’s big shotship to top military posts had alarmed Western governments, raising concerns over the direction of Syria’s new Islamist leadership.

Demands to freeze the appointments and expel rank-and-file imported muscle became a key point of contention with Washington and other Western countries up until the week of Trump’s landmark meeting with Sharaa.

Sharaa has said that imported muscle and their families may be granted Syrian citizenship due to their role in fighting Assad.

Abbas Sharifa, a Damascus-based expert on jihadist groups, said the fighters being included in the army had shown loyalty to Syria’s leadership and were "ideologically filtered."

But "if you abandon them, they become prey to ISIS or other radical groups," he said.

Terror Networks
Tom Homan ‘convinced' US will see major terror attack because of Biden's lax border policies: ‘It's coming'
[NYP] Border czar Tom Homan warned Monday that he’s "convinced" the US will suffer a major terrorist attack as a direct result of former President Joe Biden’s immigration and border policies.
The wonder is that it hadn’t happened years ago — look at the big attacks in Paris, Brussels, Manchester, Beslan, the one that our vacationing lads stopped on the train, Mumbai, London’s 7/7... I am convinced that when all those Moslem illegal families fled the country in 2002 rather than have their men register with the government, they took bunch of plans for major attacks with them.
"It’s coming," Homan said of the possibility of a 9/11-style attack conducted by migrants who illegally snuck across the southern border under Biden.

The roughly 2 million so-called "gotaway" migrants that border patrol agents never apprehended during the previous administration concerns Homan more than the drug smuggling or sex trafficking that took place on the US-Mexico boundary during
Biden’s only term in office, he told Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Homan, who President Trump has tasked to oversee efforts to carry out his mass deportation plan, noted that it was alarming to him that millions of migrants went to great, and expensive, lengths to avoid detection when the Biden administration was quickly releasing illegal border-crossers into the US.

"Why did 2 million illegal aliens pay more to get away?" Homan told Hannity. "They could have paid half of what they paid to cross the border, turn themselves into border patrol agents, get released that same day, get a free airline ticket to the city of their choice, get a free hotel room, get three meals a day, plus free medical care and work authorization."

"Two million people paid more to get away," he argued. "They didn’t want to be vetted. They didn’t want to be fingerprinted. Why?"

"This scares the hell out of me and I’ve been doing this for 40 years. It should have scared the hell out of every American what the Biden administration did."

The question isn't "will", but when will we see the Liberal, Socialist, Democrat (LSD) process put in place called OPEN BORDERS, that will allow it to take place.

Then, how will the Deep State/DC Swamp then try to use it, to further clamp down on our Constitutional Rights? eg: Patriot Act II?

Given, they have already;
* spent the USA into a massive $36+T deficit,
* continue to demand more of our income and retirement saving in taxes,
* continue to line their pockets,
* imposed greater restrictions on the Bill of Rights, using planted liberal judges,
* openly lie with immunity, without fear of imprisonment,
* _ _ _ agencies that apply 2 sets or even 3 sets of laws,
* refuse to prosecute their members for clear treasonous and seditious acts.
* have control of the Media, NEWS,
* are basically BIG BROTHER monitoring mail, communications and $300+ spending,
* and infected 100's of millions and forced a clearly known dangerous VAX on citizens.
* and many other things.

All in just the last 24 years.

The next 3 years will make, or break, America and the Deep State knows it.
So they are fighting Trump and MAGA every step of the way.

Let us pray the Deep State doesn't have any success.
Because, there is no telling how the citizens will respond, if there is another July 13th. Which now stands at 12 failed attempts on Trump, since 2016.
