Making it harder for the Democrats to cheat, state by state.
[FOXNEWS] A voter filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater and other officials, claiming that in at least 16 counties voter rolls have not been properly maintained and that this leaves them vulnerable to fraud in November's election.
Tony Daunt, a Republican active in his state and county parties, alleges that the Michigan voter registration rates in these counties are "suspiciously high" because their voting records have not been cleaned out to remove ineligible voters, including those who have died, moved, or been convicted of felonies.
"Retaining voter rolls bloated with ineligible voters harms the electoral process, heightens the risk of electoral fraud, and undermines public confidence in elections," says Daunt’s complaint, which was filed in federal court in the Western District of Michigan.
The lawsuit cited data compiled by the Honest Elections Project, which includes information from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2014-18 American Community Survey and the latest count of registered voters from Benson’s office.
In one county, the number of registered voters actually exceeded the number of people of voting age.
"Comparing the registered voter count to the 2014-18 American Community Survey reveals that Leelanau County has a registration rate of 102%," the complaint says. In 15 other counties mentioned in the lawsuit, that percentage is above 90 percent.
Daunt claims that a failure to remove ineligible names from the voter rolls could result in voter fraud, even a small amount of which could impact close elections. In 2016, President Trump won Michigan by just 0.4 percent.

The integrity of elections must be protected. This must be fought for all the way.

Didn't Stalin say that what matters is who counts the votes? Given the Stalinist tendencies coming to a head in many states isn't that what we need to be concerned with?
[El Mundo] This is regulated by the New Normal Decree for the stage that starts from June 21 and will last until there is a vaccine
So possibly six months, or possibly never...
The decree of New Normality that regulates the stage that begins in Spain from June 21 , when there will be no limits to the mobility of Spaniards with the end of the state of alarm , finally fixes at 1.5 meters the interpersonal distance that It is necessary to comply to avoid contagion by coronavirus , both in open and closed places. Until now, the government was somewhat lax in this and always aimed at two meters, as a preferable option, and one as necessary. After a negotiation with Citizens , who will vote in favor of this new regulation in Congress, has been established to be 1.5 meters.
In addition, the obligation to use mandatory masks is established when it is not possible to preserve this safety distance for months, at least until there is a vaccine or clear therapies against the virus. The Executive has put an end to this new phase of coexistence with the virus but at the moment it is totally unclear. As explained in a press conference by the Minister of Health, Salvador Illa , until "we defeat the virus" and in a motivated way the health emergency can be terminated.
It is a royal decree of urgent measures of prevention, containment and coordination to face the health crisis caused by Covid-19 , which must now be validated by Congress and which has been negotiated with Citizens and PNV and subject to the prior criteria of the autonomous communities. In fact, this new regulation obliges, above all, a strict control of the health situation of the autonomies.
Sanctions
It is necessary to carry out PCR tests on all people who present symptoms and establish measures to guarantee the health system capacity, with contingency plans that include a minimum of professionals and available beds in case of outbreaks.
In this new stage with no time limit, the mask continues as one of the most important methods against the virus, in addition to hand washing. Its compulsory use persists when a distance of 1.5 meters cannot be guaranteed, with penalties of 100 euros for non-compliance, and its presence is widespread in all areas of public life: work center, schools, shops and even the street in the event of crowds or a high population density. In fact, many citizens use it on public roads even when social distance is preserved as a way to avoid infections.

[Washington Examiner] - The American public overwhelmingly wants funding for police to be increased or maintained, according to a new poll that shows people having strong support for first responders.
In a new survey for the National Sheriffs Association and provided exclusively to Secrets, 53% called for increased funding for law enforcement. Another 26% want to maintain current spending, and 11% want a decrease.
It also backed the top job of police officers: arresting and jailing criminals.
[NYPOST] A former judge appointed to oppose the Justice Department’s request to drop its case against Michael Flynn urged sentencing to move ahead in a court filing Wednesday, arguing the government’s request to dismiss the case has only “pretextual” justification.
Ex-Judge John Gleeson said in a DC federal court filing that “[t]he facts surrounding the filing of the Government’s motion constitute clear evidence of gross prosecutorial abuse. They reveal an unconvincing effort to disguise as legitimate a decision to dismiss that is based solely on the fact that Flynn is a political ally of President Trump.”

Flynn has a lot to say once out from under the looming threat of Sullivan But can we get past this national crises of racial terrorism dressed up as protests. If not, his voice will be drowned out by rage and violence.

Surprised? Missed out the last 75 years of the court granting itself power and purview not under the Constitution. Life appointment means an aristocracy above the people. Got to have the secret handshake to enter.
[BREITBART] Tuesday on MSNBC, House Speaker Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments... (D-CA) said she is ignoring President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... because she believes he "doesn’t have anything to do with the reality of the situation."
Host Stephanie Ruhle asked, "When you talk about racial justice, national security, these are issues that matter to all Americans. The way the president is saying it, these are liberal rules, as though you’re trying to create a lawless society. That’s obviously not what you are doing. So when you look at the term defunding the police, how do you define it?"
Pelosi said, "Well, first of all, I don’t pay that much attention to what the president says because it doesn’t have anything to do with the reality of the situation. He is ignoring what we’re seeing right before our very eyes — denying it, wanting us to believe him rather than what we’re seeing with our very eyes. The issue of budgeting is one that should be a statement of our values. What we care about should be how we allocate our resources, and we do care about safety. So we’ll have various measures that relate to, some for the responsibilities that some in law enforcement have, that relate to domestic violence. We’re hoping it will pass legislation that has the violence against women act in it and the funding that goes with that. But I wouldn’t get hung up on one phrase or another. What we want to do is pass our bill for justice and policing.”
[FOXNEWS] President Trump will soon have a list of police reform proposals that can be accomplished through a combination of executive and legislative action -- and that effort could have some crossover with Democratic proposals, multiple sources told Fox News on Tuesday.
Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., is taking the lead on the legislative side, Fox News is told. White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, senior adviser Jared Kushner, and domestic policy adviser Ja'Ron Smith are on Capitol Hill meeting with Scott.
The potential executive actions would be taken at the Justice Department, and would be executed in conjunction with law enforcement and community leaders.
The priority of the proposals will be on putting in place protections for communities, but not tying the hands of the police, Fox News is told.
Trump met with law enforcement leaders who gave him some proposals for possible reforms on Monday, in the wake of the in-custody death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Four ex-officers have been charged in Floyd's death, which touched off nationwide protests, looting, and violence, including the burning of the St. John's Church just steps from the White House.
[DETROITNEWS] Gov. Gretchen Whitmer ...Her Excellency, the dictator of Michigan, 2020 Dem VP contender... said Tuesday she supported the "spirit" of efforts to defund the police in the wake of George Floyd’s death last month at the hands of Minneapolis police, a statement that her office later clarified did not indicate support for eliminating funding for law enforcement.
The conversation surrounding the "defund the police" movement is really about reprioritizing resources, the Democratic governor told The Root in a Tuesday interview broadcast on Instagram.
"The spirit as you just articulated is really just about reprioritizing and rebuilding communities, not just policing," Whitmer said.
State budgets are overwhelmingly focused on law enforcement and criminal justice, the governor told the African-American-oriented online publication, but they should be focused on education, health care, skills training, public transit and "leveling the playing field," she said.
"If you do all those other things, you don’t need all the money going to the police departments," Whitmer said. "So yeah, the spirit of it, I do support that spirit."
Whitmer added at the end of the 33-minute interview that "we’re not going to defund all the police but we’re going to make the investments in people. And that’s what this is all about."
When asked Wednesday about the comments, Whitmer's spokeswoman Tiffany Brown said the governor does not mean law enforcement should be defunded.
"The governor believes we need greater investment in people and communities, which means leveling the playing field through better schools, transportation, and access to health care," Brown said. "That's why the governor has proposed real reforms in policing, and will continue to advance a policy agenda that promotes racial equity here in our state." "Greater investment in people and communities" means money. Dems "invest," but there's never a return on the investment, and no investment's ever large enough.

does that mean we can defund the people guarding her and carrying out her orders?
Actually, the Gov is already a bit crosswise with law enforcement. The county sheriffs in 4 local counties already declared that they would not enforce bullshit* regulations. The usual suspects were outraged, but it was a very popular position. Out for a short drive, the other day, I saw a couple dozen yard signs saying "Thank you, Sheriff, for standing up for our rights".

If we defund the police, does that mean we can defund the people guarding her and carrying out her orders? Just asking, theoretically.
No, those are Her Governess' Licensed Diamond Couriers. They are paid privately minimum wage and occupational insurance. Their family members however have phat jobz in the public sector such as education. Oh, the hiring of licensed couriers is state tax deductible.

[FOXNEWS] With the national spotlight focused on police brutality toward minorities and the larger issue of racism in the two weeks since the death of George Floyd, the volume has been turned up on calls for Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... to name a black woman as his running mate.
It seems undeniable that as the former vice president considers one of the most consequential decisions of his White House bid — whom he’ll choose as running mate — the wave of unrest sweeping across America’s cities sparked by Floyd’s death is impacting his decision-making as it elevates the combustible issue of racial injustice.
But the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee -- in an interview with CBS News that was broadcast on Tuesday — said that the events of the past two weeks "haven’t" impacted him as he decides whom he’ll name as the party’s vice presidential nominee "except it’s put a greater focus and urgency on the need to get someone who is totally simpatico with where I am" on matters such as "the systemic things that you want to change."

My sources say that due to Biden's many gaffs, the RNC as made a deal with the DNC to level the playing field and let the first debate be between Joe Biden and Baron Trump.
Genius! Hopefully, one of the President's assistants is assigned to read the 'Burg and Trump will pose this as a helpful suggestion on his Twitter stream. "See what a helpful guy I am!"
An actual quote from the man himself, as opposed to the New York Times’ habit of quoting an anonymous, undescribed “person close to X,” who may or may not be the shoe shine man up the street.
[TheHill] Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush, the son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and the nephew of former President George W. Bush, on Tuesday made clear that he will vote for President Trump in the 2020 election.
We pragmatic Americans prefer to draw our own conclusions instead of blindly carrying on multi-generation feuds.
"Trump is the only thing standing between America and socialism,” George P. Bush said in a statement to The Dallas Morning News and The Texas Tribune.
“Even in a global pandemic where we have had to take unprecedented measures to protect public health, the economy is already returning,” he added. “It’s clear, America and Texas will continue to be stronger than ever.”
[SN] A May 29 letter signed by 28 lawmakers asks the Air Force to not cave to pressure to add a third provider in the Phase 2 launch services procurement.
Lawmakers and lobbyists are making a last-ditch effort to influence the Air Force’s game plan to procure space launch services.
The Department of the Air Force on behalf of the U.S. Space Force plans to soon announce the two winners of the National Security Space Launch Phase 2 launch services procurement.
Blue Origin, United Launch Alliance, Northrop Grumman and SpaceX are competing for two contracts to fly approximately 34 missions from 2022 to 2027.
“We are proceeding on schedule for an award in summer 2020. There are no significant issues affecting schedule,” the director of the Space Force Launch Enterprise Col. Rob Bongiovi said in a statement to SpaceNews.
The strategy to select two winners from a field of four competitors from the outset was criticized by launch provider Blue Origin. The company argued that the Air Force should select a third provider to widen the competitive playing field and create more business opportunities for the launch industry. That argument drew support from the chairman of the House Armed Services Committee Rep. Adam Smith who represents Blue Origin’s home state of Washington.
Blue Origin is the hobby company of Bezos and with a longer lifespan than SpaceX (yes hobby toys of the ultra-rich can do that) has never even launched a cricket into space let alone a sat or rocket.
Blue Origin, United Launch Alliance, Northrop Grumman and SpaceX are competing for Phase 2 contracts.
The push to add a third provider pitched Blue Origin against ULA, which has fought to prevent any change to the Phase 2 plan.
[The National] Congress Republicans on Wednesday released a comprehensive policy proposal to impose the largest sanctions measures to date on Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... that entail designating the Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... s in Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... as a terrorist organization.
The 111-page-plan, released by the Republican Study Committee in Congress and authored by 13 Republican members on the committee, strikes a hawkish tone on foreign policy by advocating increasing of sanctions on Iran, halting aid to Leb ...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... , designating the Houthis, considering sanctions against former Lebanese foreign minister Gebran Bassil and ending waivers to Iraq.
While the document acknowledges that unlike China and Russia, "Iran is not a great power or strategic competitor" to the United States, it describes it as a "significant challenge as a rogue regime backed by a military and intelligence apparatus while being the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism."
"It has given aid and comfort to Hamas, one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda, and the Taliban ...Arabic for students... , as well as other Iranian-backed terrorist militias," the Republican congressional study read.
