Unknown Gunmen Kill Local Singer ‘Muslim Nuristani’ and His Brother
[KhaamaPress] Unknown button men killed Moslem Nuristani, a local singer, and his brother on Monday in the Mandol district of eastern Nuristan province, according to sources.

According to provincial officials, Mr. Nuristani continued to live a normal life in his village after the Taliban

seized power in Afghanistan in 2021, and imposed restrictions on the music and entertainment industry.

Relatives of Nuristani say that the local singer had no hostility with anyone, and his death motives and that of his brother are still not clear.

Taliban authorities have not yet commented about the incident as investigations are underway into the assassination of the two brothers.

Prior to the Taliban’s return to power, Moslem Nuristani used to appear on TV channels and perform local songs. It is said that Nuristani was a popular local singer of his time in Nuristan and other parts of the country.

Since the group’s return to power, the Taliban have imposed strict restrictions on the music and entertainment industry, which lead to a complete closure of music and entertainment programs on TV channels and radio stations.

Arabia
Puppet government official assassinated in Taiz province
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] An official of the government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition was killed in a mysterious liquidation operation near Bab al-Mandab, west of Taiz province, on Tuesday.

This comes one day after a prominent military commander in the armed factions loyal to the UAE was injured in the same area.

There were conflicting reports about the details of the liquidation, as local residents reported that the director of al-Kadha’s electricity facility, Saleh Rabah, was killed in a kaboom that targeted his car while he was in the Thubab area in Bab al-Mandab, which is under the control of the UAE-loyal factions.

Local media loyal to the coalition reported that Rabah was assassinated by button men affiliated with the so-called "Guardians of the Republic" faction led by Tariq Saleh, a member of the "Presidential Leadership Council" formed by the coalition.

In a related context, the engineering staff officer of the "Second Tihama Brigade", Muhammad Jarmesh, and his son Ezzedine, were maimed by the earth-shattering kaboom of a landmine left over from the war between the districts of Hays and al-Khokhah of Hodeida province.

Tribal sheikh abducted in Aden
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] The UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) factions kidnapped on Tuesday a tribal sheikh in Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
’s southern port city of Aden, which has been under Saudi-led coalition control since the second half of 2015.

According to local sources, Sheikh Salah Muhammad al-Hatemi was kidnapped by three button men in a Tucson car while he was in front of his house in Enmaa city in al-Buriqa area and taken to an unknown destination.

The kidnapping of al-Hatemi came against the backdrop of an attempt by leaders of the STC factions to impose their control over lands in the Ras Omran housing scheme, which has been suspended for the past few years.

The Ras Omran area and other areas in Aden witnessed widespread looting and seizing of state lands and citizens alike by the STC faction leaders during the past seven years.

Multiple children aged around three are stabbed by 'Syrian asylum seeker' in French playground 'carnage': Mass-stabbing sparks 'absolute panic' among families before knifeman is overpowered
Most recent article update at 7:30 p.m. ET.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A Syrian refugee screamed 'in the name of Jesus Christ' as he repeatedly stabbed a toddler in his pram in front of his screaming mother in a frenzied attack at a French playground that saw four children knifed.

The attacker, identified as Abdalmash H,
...which sounds more Moslem than Christian...
Update at 9:59 p.m. ET: this apparently means slave of the Messiah, so it’s just an Arabic formation rather than a Moslem one...
31, clinched onto a necklace with a crucifix on it before he launched his 'abominable' rampage in a lakeside park in the town of Annecy, a tourist hotspot in southeastern France, at around 9.45am.

A total of six people - four young children and two adults - were rushed to hospital after being hurt in the rampage, some of whom are fighting for their lives tonight.

French officials say the attack does not appear to be related to terrorism, but revealed the suspect had recently been denied Swedish citizenship and split up from his wife.

Abdalmash H, who was recently divorced, had previously lived for 10 years in Sweden where he was granted refugee status in April, security sources and his ex-wife said.

'He called me around four months ago. He was living in a church,' his ex-wife said on condition of anonymity, saying he had left Sweden because he had been unable to get Swedish nationality.

He had applied for asylum in France but was rejected four days before launching his barbaric attack due to him already having refugee status in Sweden.

France's Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, who travelled to Annecy, said Abdalmash H is a Syrian national who had been granted asylum in Sweden ten years ago. At the time of his application, he stated he was a Syrian Christian.

He had entered France legally, Borne said, and was carrying Swedish identity documents and a Swedish driving license.

He was not known to security agencies and has no criminal or psychiatric record, Borne said.

The local prosecutor leading the investigation said man's motives were unknown but did not appear to be terrorism-related. He is under investigation for attempted murder.

Abdalmash H had applied for asylum in France in November last year but police sources said his application was rejected four days ago on the grounds that he already had refugee status in Sweden.

France's Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said the suspect entered France legally, adding: 'For some reasons we don't really understand, he applied for asylum in Switzerland, in Italy and in France, which he didn't need to do as he already had asylum in Sweden for the past 10 years.’

Arms, ammunition recovered from hideout in Lolab
[GreaterKashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
] Police and army in a joint operation busted an old hideout in Lolab area of Kupwara resulting in recovery of arms and ammunition, police said on Wednesday.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Kupwara, Yougal Manhas said that acting on a specific information about an old hideout and presence of some arms & ammunition in General area of Kangur Nala, Tekipora, the 28 RR deployed in Lolab immediately launched a search operation in the said area.

"The search did not yield any result despite thorough combing on June 6. However,
there's more than one way to skin a cat...
the source was quite sure of the presence of hideout & arms, ammunition. Hence, additional columns of RR under the CO and Special Forces were inducted in early hours of 7th June. The area was again combed from Kowut Top astride Kangur Nala which resulted in busting of a hideout astride Kangur Nala," he said.

The recovery made from the hideout include UBGL Russian Made 1, UBGL Grenade 1, Chinese Grenades Type1 6, Chinese Hand Grenade 2, Magzine AK47 2, 7.62mm AK 47 Rounds 60, Bino 1, Pouch 1.

The SSP said that successful recovery has certainly averted a suspected misadventure by hard boyz and their nefarious attempts to disturb the peace & tranquility in the area.

"A case under arms act has been registered and further investigation has been set into motion," Manhas added.

Terror funding case: SIA, Police attach 124 properties across J&K

They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
] In tune with the policy of zero tolerance towards anti-State activities, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) and the executive wing of J&K Police has widened the legal framework against terror funding by attaching 124 properties, land and buildings, situated across J&K at 86 locations, officials said in a statement.

They said that these properties, during the course of investigation in terrorism related cases, have been established prima facia to be either proceeds of terrorism or used in such activities which are aimed at furtherance of terrorism and secessionism.

"Invoking provisions of section 8 and section 25 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), SIA and executive wing of police, after orders from competent authorities designated under UAPA, have set into motion legal process for forfeiture of these tainted properties, by courts having relevant legal and territorial jurisdiction, " they said.

Nearly, 77 of these properties belong to proscribed organization Jamat-e-Islami, which have been notified under Section 08 of UAPA in Case FIR number 17/2019 U/S 10, 11 and 13 UA (P) Act of Police Station Batamalo being investigated by SIA.

"Exhibiting strong resolve against terrorism, the action therefore has been taken following due process of law, to deracinate the terror support system, as per requirements of international charters and conventions against terrorism, " they said.
