ICE officers are ready to round up and deport a million illegal immigrants with 'final removal orders' from a judge, Trump official says
[MAIL] Speaking about ICE officers, he said: 'They're ready to just perform their mission which is to go and find and detain and then deport the approximately one million people who have final removal orders.

'They've been all the way through the due process and have final removal orders.

'Who among those will be targeted for this particular effort, or not, is really just information kept within ICE at this point.'

I hope they just get things done, and talk about it later. Ideally the top recipients of this 'trip' should be MS-13 (tattoed bugers should be easy to separate), traffickers, facilitators of crossings.

Afghanistan
Politicians Note Change In Taliban’s Mindset
[ToloNews] An Afghan MP says time is needed to judge whether there is a change in the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
’s position.

Afghans who are attending the Intra-Afghan Dialogue Conference for Peace in Doha have said they have noted a significant change in the Taliban’s mindset towards some issues in society, such as freedom of speech, human rights
One man's rights are another man's existential threat.
, women’s employment, and their humanitarian rights, however, they said that the Taliban should demonstrate these changes practically.

"When the Taliban sit together around one table with the women who were not allowed to go out of their homes under Taliban rule [in Afghanistan] and were facing numerous problems, it shows a change. But today, this reflects a major change where the Taliban sit face-to-face and talk, but the time will prove what the Taliban will do in action," said Anarkali Honaryar, a delegate of the conference.

"I think we need time to judge whether there is a serious change in the Taliban. Unfortunately, a recent attack in Ghazni indicated that still there are serious issues when it comes to the interactions between the people and the Taliban. A recent incident in Ghazni showed that Taliban’s original ideas about the protection of lives of the civilians have not changed. Also on other fundamental issues, there is a need for more time to judge the Taliban," said Shah Gul Rezayee, a delegate of the conference.

There were severe restrictions on media, freedom of speech and women’s right to work and education when the hardline group was in power in 2001.

But the front man of the Taliban’s political office in Doha, Suhail Shaheen, said the Taliban will respect freedom of speech, women’s rights, and other human rights values within the framework of Islamic laws and principles.

"We agree with the freedom of the press within the structure of the Islamic principles. We want it and it is necessary for society, because media monitors the veins of society like a physician and then recommend them a solution, but freedom of the press should respect the faith and it should be used for the structure and construction of society not for destruction of individuals and society," he told TOLOnews. "Women have the right to get an education in line with the Islamic principles and media should be neutral."

Anwarulhaq Ahadi, an Afghan politician who has attended the conference, said he hopes that more discussions of this type will be held in the future to further facilitate direct talks between all warring parties.

"We pray that the rights which have been outlined in the history of Islam about women, particularly when it comes to freedom of the press. These are the issues which will be discussed in the talks," said Ahadi.

The first day of the meeting was focused on wide-ranging discussions about the women’s rights, the freedom of the press, civilians protection, ceasefire, foreign forces withdrawal, the post-peace deal government, and other relevant issues, according to few delegates interviewed by TOLOnews.

The delegates are expected to issue a joint statement at the end of the conference.

#3  But the frontman CAIR of the Taliban’s political office

Seeing a change in fundamentalist Islamists towards women would be pure heresy thus completely unlikely if not impossible.

Sahih Muslim (4:1039) - "A'isha said [to Muhammad]: 'You have made us equal to the dogs and the asses'"
These are the words of Muhammad's favorite wife, complaining of the role assigned to women under Islam.

The revered Islamic scholar, al-Ghazali, who has been called 'the greatest Muslim after Muhammad,' writes that the role of a Muslim woman is to "stay at home and get on with her sewing. She should not go out often, she must not be well-informed, nor must she be communicative with her neighbors and only visit them when absolutely necessary; she should take care of her husband... and seek to satisfy him in everything... Her sole worry should be her virtue... She should be clean and ready to satisfy her husband's sexual needs at any moment." [Ibn Warraq, Why I Am Not a Muslim p.47 quoting Ghazali's "The Revival of Religious Sciences"]

And so on.

Afghan Officials Reject Reports On JeM Relocation To Afghanistan
[ToloNews] Interior Ministry’s front man says terrorist groups are trained and equipped in Pakistain and are sent to Afghanistan.

Afghan security agencies have rejected reports by Indian media which say the Pakistain-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist group has relocated its training camps to Afghanistan.

The officials said that the terrorists' hideouts are all located in Pakistain and are supported there.

Hindustan Times reported on July 7 that India’s diplomatic missions and offices in Kabul and Kandahar have been put on high alert after intelligence inputs indicated that cadre of two terror groups, Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba
...the Army of the Pure, an Ahl-e-Hadith terror organization founded by Hafiz Saeed. LeT masquerades behind the Jamaat-ud-Dawa facade within Pakistain and periodically blows things up and kills people in India. Indian Air Force (IAF) Mirage jets attacked JeM’s Balakot terror camp at Manshera in Pakistain, retaliating to the February 14 attack by a Jaish suicide-bomber on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmire, the report said.

According to documents reviewed by Hindustan Times, both the Pakistain-based proscribed groups have joined hands with the Afghan Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
and Afghan bad boy group, Haqqani Network, across the Durand Line that separates Pakistain from Afghanistan, for training their krazed killer cadre in subversive activity. It is perhaps due to this reason that the Modi government has not taken at face value the action taken by Pakistain’s Imran Khan
... aka The Great Khan, who ain't the sharpest bulb on the national tree...
government on July 1-2 on 15 over-ground LeT leaders and five charity organizations linked to terror funding.

"The terrorists’ hideouts and terrorist networks enjoy safety inside the Pak soil and its very clear," the Interior Ministry’s front man Nusrat Rahimi told TOLOnews on Monday.

"Terrorists’ leadership have safety in Pakistain and it is very clear. Members of terrorist networks are funded in Pakistain, equipped and trained there and are being sent to Afghanistan for terrorist activities," he added.

Indian security agencies believe that the terrorist cadre’s shift to across the Durand Line has been done to avoid black-listing of Pakistain by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in its Gay Paree conference later this year. The multilateral body formed to crack down on cross-border money laundering and terror financing has been extremely critical of Pakistain and placed it on a greylist.

"When we talk about foreign intelligence agencies in Afghanistan, each one of them is pursuing their own interests in the country," said Basir Ahmad Yusufi, a political analyst in Kabul.

The Indian embassy in Kabul has not commented on the reports.

On February 25, For the first time in five decades, Indian warplanes crossed into Pak territory and conducted Arclight airstrike

s on the bad boy group’s training camp. The airstrikes followed a deadly attack on a convoy of Indian army personnel in Indian-controlled Kashmire in which 40 officers were killed.

Afghans, Taliban talk in Qatar about peace as war rages at home

on Monday for a second day of talks, with bloody bully boy attacks back home casting a pall over efforts to end Afghanistan’s years of war.

The Taliban on Sunday detonated a boom-mobile outside a government security compound in central Afghanistan killing 14 people and wounding 180, including scores of children.

The attack came at the onset of a two-day meeting between Afghan citizens and the krazed killers, meant to open the way to a grinding of the peace processor that should build on a hoped-for deal between the United States and the Taliban to end the longest ever U.S. war.

"It is very hard to sit across from those men who are waging a war against innocent Afghans, but it is also a test of our commitment to peace," said a senior Afghan official involved in the talks.

The Taliban and U.S. officials are trying to strike a deal on a Taliban demand for the withdrawal of U.S. and other foreign forces and a U.S. demand that the Taliban not let Afghanistan be used as a base for terrorism.

"We think the gap between the U.S. and Taliban is narrow now. We hope both sides will reach an agreement this month about the outstanding issues," said Qatar’s lead mediator Mutlaq Bin Majid al-Qahtani.

U.S.-Taliban talks, the seventh since last year, are set to continue on Tuesday in Doha, as U.S. officials look to clinch a deal by September ahead of an expected Afghan presidential election.

Britain
UK report urges global action against Christian persecution
[IsraelTimes] Britannia’s foreign secretary embraces a new report that concludes Christians frequently endure the heaviest burden of persecution globally, arguing that it should be labeled as "Christophobia."

Jeremy Hunt backs the report by Right Rev. Philip Mounstephen, the bishop of Truro. Hunt says that governments have preferred general language of condemnation rather than calling out persecution against Christians for what it is and giving it a name.

Hunt says today the government has not always grappled with the issue "perhaps because of a misguided political correctness or an instinctive reluctance to talk about religion."

The report recommends that Britannia push for a UN Security Council resolution urging governments in the Middle East and North Africa to protect Christians and other persecuted minorities.

Court Hears UK Terror Suspect 'Intended to Kill' Using Car outside Parliament
[AnNahar] A suspected terrorist who tried to mow down cyclists and police with his car outside parliament in 2018 "intended to kill as many people as possible," a London court heard Monday.

Salih Khater
...a Sudanese known wolf who came to Britain in 2010 as an asylum seeker after spending two years in Libya, was expelled from university in 2017 and another course the year before, and was given British citizenship just weeks before deliberately driving into his new fellow citizens wth murderous intent...
launched a "premeditated and deliberate attack" when he steered the vehicle at his targets in Westminster last August, a prosecutor said at the start of his trial.

The Sudanese-born British national failed to hit anyone in the incident and ended up crashing the car into security barriers outside the Houses of Parliament.

"Using his car in the way that he did, driving in the manner and direction he did, the prosecution alleged that it is obvious that he intended to kill as many people as possible," Alison Morgan told the Old Bailey courtroom.

"His actions were not a mistake or as a result of some kind of mechanical error to his vehicle," the prosecutor added.

"They were deliberate and designed to cause maximum death and injury."

The reason for the 30-year-old's actions have remained unclear but the location and targeting of coppers suggested a "terrorist motive", according to Morgan.

However,
denial ain't just a river in Egypt...
the defendant is facing two counts of attempted murder and two alternative charges of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm, and not terrorism charges.

At the outset of the trial jurors watched CCTV footage of Khater driving his silver Ford Fiesta at cyclists before crashing into barriers protecting parliament as two uniformed coppers dived out of the way.

They heard Khater -- who was born in Sudan and granted asylum in Britannia in 2010 -- had driven around the area the previous night, before sleeping in his car nearby for several hours.

Morgan described how the defendant's mood had altered in the months before the attack, and that he had shown signs of "paranoia" about being the target of British intelligence services.

Khater, who lived in Birmingham, had also unsuccessfully applied for a fast-track British passport the day before the attack, she added.

The Grand Turk
Cyprus says Turkish drilling is ‘most serious violation of sovereignty’
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Cyprus said on Monday it ’strongly condemns’ what it said was an infringement of its sovereign rights by The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

, after Ankara sent a drill ship off the island to explore for oil and gas.

"This planned second drilling ... is an escalation by Turkey of its repeated violations of Cyprus’s sovereign rights based on the UN Law of the Sea and international law, and is a most serious violation of the illusory sovereignty of the Republic of Cyprus," Cyprus’s presidency in Nicosia said in a statement.

The drill ship, Yavuz, is the second Ottoman Turkish-owned drill ship to dock close to Cyprus in the past two months. Another ship, the Fatih, has been off the western coast of Cyprus since early May.

Former Erdogan ally resigns from AK Party, hints at forming rival party
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Former Ottoman Turkish deputy prime minister Ali Babacan said on Monday he was resigning from President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important...
’s AK Party over "deep differences" with the party’s direction and said that The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire...
needed a new vision.

Babacan, along with former president Abdullah Gul, plans to launch a rival political party this year, according to people familiar with the matter, in a move that could further erode support for Erdogan following a stinging electoral defeat in Istanbul last month.

In a statement that appeared to hint at the formation of the rival party, Babacan said it had become impossible to remain a member of the AK Party (AKP).

"Under the current conditions, Turkey needs a brand new vision for its future. There is a need for correct analyses in every area, newly developed strategies, plans and programs for our country," Babacan said.

"It has become inevitable to start a new effort for Turkey’s present and future. Many of my colleagues and I feel a great and historic responsibility towards this effort," he said, adding that he had submitted his resignation to the party.

Babacan served as economy and foreign minister in the first years of AKP government before becoming deputy prime minister, a role he held from 2009 to 2015. Gul was president from 2007 until 2014, when then-prime minister Erdogan moved to the presidency.

Antifa Defector Urges Authorities To Act Fast
A defector from Antifa says the time has come to protect Americans generally and college students in particular from the terror group. As well, the authorities must stop it from intimidating voters during the 2020 election.

Recounting his time as an intifadAntifa goon in an op-ed for Fox News, Gabriel Nadales says that the recent attack on journalist Andy Ngo in Portland, Oregon, shows just how dangerous the group has become. Yet even college professors who should know better are defending its tactics, he writes.

The group apparently attacked the young journalist, who is an avowed homosexual, because he disproved claims Let's call them smollettian claims that the city's homosexuals had been targeted in a wave of hate crimes.

Behind the Mask

"The footage of masked thugs beating him [Andy Ngo] with blunt objects and throwing milkshakes; allegedly filled with quick-drying cement is shocking to many," Nadales wrote. "But I'm not surprised by this horrific behavior - I was once behind the mask."

Nadales joined the group in 2010 during high school and claims he too participated in the terror group's violent protests, although he never, he avers, hurt anyone. "I yelled obscenities, I destroyed property and I am ashamed of my actions," he explains. "While I walked away from the movement over seven years ago, I have been following its growth and today's intifadAntifa members are far more brutal, thuggish and bold than anything I experienced."

Leftist professors Yupp. Not the loony bastiches we thought they are, he wrote, encourage the violence in the classroom, an example being Mark Bray, a visiting scholar at Dartmouth College. Bray wrote Anti-Fa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook, in which he claims that the group's violence is a "legitimate response To all reason and order."

Another professor, Stanislav Vysotsky at the University of Wisconsin, Nadales noted, wrote a piece for the Israeli newspaper Haaretz And they published it proudly headlined this way: "On America's Streets, Antifa's Militant Anti-fascism Isn't Terrorism - It's Self-defense."

Professors elsewhere are recruiting for Antifa, and now the terror outfit threatens to dox if this isn't the same as fatwas I don't know what iscollege students who join conservative groups on campus.

Maryam warns of going on a hunger strike if Nawaz not allowed homemade food
[DAWN] Maryam Nawaz, the daughter of incarcerated former premier Nawaz Sharif
... served two non-consecutive terms as prime minister, heads the Pakistain Moslem League (Nawaz). Noted for his spectacular corruption, the 1998 Pak nuclear test, border war with India, and for being tossed by General Musharraf, then by the courts...
, on Monday warned that she would go on a hunger strike if the government doesn't allow her father homemade meals.

"The fake government has imposed restrictions on homemade meals for Nawaz Sharif. The staff who took his food has been waiting outside the jail for the last five hours," she said via a tweet.

"Mian sahab has refused to eat prison food. If they [the government] do not take back this restriction in the next 24 hours, then I will contact the court."

"If I don't get help from the court, then I will sit outside Kot Lakhpat jail. Even if I have to go on a hunger strike, I will do it," she warned in another tweet.

"I don't trust these oppressors; they can mix anything in Mian sahab's food," she said, adding her warning should not be considered a mere threat and that she would go through with it.

Later in the day, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif also took to Twitter to condemn the restriction on homemade food for Nawaz Sharif.

He said Mian Nawaz Sharif is a heart patient and depriving him of homemade food is a grave oppression. He demanded the government to immediately ensure the provision of home-cooked meals to Nawaz.

#1  Irony hits hard. They did the same things to Zardari and his family. And they were actually innocent. The last liberal leaders of the 'Stain. If you're not riding the corruption tiger in this shithole, you're effed. She should forget this bastard and make off to London or the UAE with the $16M she still has left.

#3  And what's this urgency for homemade food ? Prison food is any day better for a heart patient than Pakistani homemade food. What do they want to do, kill him with oily curry and butter-naans ?

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Pres. Trump adviser: 'Iran is very likely a significant spoiler' to Israeli-Palestinian peace plan
[Washington Examiner] Iranian officials could sabotage U.S. efforts to broker a deal between the Israelis and the Palestinians, according to one of President Trump’s top advisers on the issue.

"Iran is very likely a significant spoiler to our efforts ‐ if we’re lucky enough to actually get traction on negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians," Jason Greenblatt, the White House special representative for international negotiations, said Monday.

Greenblatt has been working with Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to craft a proposal that they have hoped would succeed in ending that historically intractable conflict. Iran has been identified as the force that has motivated major Arab powers to work more openly with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. But Greenblatt, speaking just days after a major international showcase of the economic components of the plan in Bahrain, struck a pessimistic note.

"It’s a little bit connected to what's going on with Iran, generally; there are other spoilers as well," Greenblatt told the Christians United for Israel Annual Summit in Washington, D.C. "We’re just going to have to do everything we can to make sure that they don’t undermine our efforts, they don’t cause mischief, significant trouble. We are watching it closely, but it’s not something I can discuss in public."

Syria: Germany rejects US demand for ground troops
[DW] Germany has rejected a US request for German ground troops to move into Syria.

German government spokesperson Steffen Seibert said on Monday that Germany would not increase its military presence in the country.

On Friday, the US had called for Germany to send ground troops into Syria.

"When I say that the government intends to continue with its ongoing measures in the framework of the anti-IS coalition, then that means no ground troops," Seibert said.

'SIGNIFICANT MILITARY CONTRIBUTION'
The German military currently provides reconnaissance jets, a refueling aircraft and other non-combat military assistance in the fight against IS.

Germany has "for years been making a significant and internationally acknowledged contribution" to fighting Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
, Seibert said.

The US has called for Europe
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
an countries, including the UK, La Belle France and Germany, to pledge more support to the fight against Islamic State.

INCREASED GERMAN PRESENCE
The US special representative for Syria and the anti-Islamic State coalition, James Jeffrey, had told the German news agency dpa and newspaper Die Welt that he wanted "Germany to provide ground troops, partly to replace US soldiers."

He said on Sunday he hoped the Bundeswehr would support the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) by providing technical assistance and other expertise to them. The SDF are based in the north of the country and now face mounting pressure from The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
During a visit to Iraq in June, Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said Germany would be ready to extend the mission beyond October, when it is due to expire. But it is the German parliament that will have to approve any extension of the mission beyond October 31.

#1  Of course they refuse to. They are a spoiled child who hates America more than any potential enemy and won't even lift a hand to aid the Greeks when stuff falls apart.
