[Breitbart] Police in New York City are looking for an African American man who they say attacked a man on a city bus just because the victim was white. The attack reportedly occurred on Monday, July 30, at about 10 AM in Brooklyn, Fox 5 New York reported.
Police say that a 29-year-old white man was riding the bus on Fulton Street when a black man approached him, yelled racial epithets, and punched him in the face causing swelling and pain.
The attacker quickly jumped off the bus at Fulton and Bond Street, witnesses said.
CCTV surveillance video released by the NYPD shows a black man dressed all in black and wearing a baseball cap backwards walking away from the bus stop. The suspect had a gray back pack. He is approximately five foot ten inches tall and weighs between 180 and 200 pounds. He also had an earring in his left ear.
Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
[Guardian] A lawsuit brought against Fox News by the parents of a Democratic National Committee employee killed in 2016 was dismissed Thursday by a judge who said it lacked the detail necessary to proceed to trial.
The US district judge George Daniels said the lawsuit brought by Seth Rich’s parents required specific instances of wrongdoing by the defendants to survive.
The lawsuit claimed Fox News turned Seth’s death into a "political football" by claiming he had leaked DNC emails to Wikileaks during the presidential campaign.
The network removed the story a week after it was posted, saying it was not initially subjected to its "high degree of editorial scrutiny".

Maybe they were reporting that KimDotCom said that Seth Rich provided him with these emails.

Fox News was just saying what was on everyone's mind. No need to sue the messenger. Unless you're turning your son's death into a financial football.

Ali Badkoobehi, 30, Saman Edalat, 39, Sina Edalat, 34, and Poria Edalat, 30, are facing multiple charges including sexual assault and kidnapping
Victim claims she met Badkoobehi in a nightclub who invited her back to his Wynn Las Vegas hotel suite to carry on drinking
When she went back, she says he pinned her down, and his three friends - the Edalat brothers - came out and took tuns raping her
'(The victim) then begged for them to stop, asking to leave,' police report said
The California dentists, who were arrested on Saturday, all deny the claims and their lawyers says they have video evidence which contradicts the rape claim
They were released on their own recognizance after surrendering their passports

[IsraelTimes] Woman who had access to sensitive information let go after probe found she regularly met with Russian intel; Secret Service accused of cover-up
A suspected Russian spy worked at the US embassy in Moscow for a decade before being quietly dismissed last year, reports said Thursday.
The woman, a Russian national, was hired by the Secret Service and came under suspicion following a routine security sweep carried out by the State Department, according to sources quoted by the Guardian, which broke the story, and CNN.
The probe found she was having regular unauthorized meetings with the main Russian intelligence agency, the FSB.
"We figure that all of them are talking to the FSB, but she was giving them way more information than she should have," an official told CNN.
The woman had access to the Secret Service's intranet and email systems, the reports said, giving her a window into potentially sensitive data including the schedules of the US president and vice president.
But "she did not have access to highly classified information," the source told CNN.
Cover-up allegation
The Guardian meanwhile reported the Secret Service attempted to contain the embarrassment by letting her go when Russia ordered the removal of 750 personnel from the American embassy during a diplomatic spat that followed allegations of Moscow's interference in the 2016 US presidential election.
"The Secret Service is trying to hide the breach by firing [her]," a source told the British newspaper.
"The damage was already done but the senior management of the Secret Service did not conduct any internal investigation to assess the damage and to see if [she] recruited any other employees to provide her with more information.
[DAWN] The White House said on Thursday that President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... received a new letter from North Korean leader Kim Pudge Jong-un ...the overweight, pouty-looking hereditary potentate of North Korea. Pudge appears to believe in his own divinity, but has yet to produce any loaves and fishes, so his subjects remain malnourished... and responded quickly with a letter of his own.
The correspondence, following up on their Singapore summit, came amid fresh concerns over Pyongyang's commitment to denuclearisation.
Trump early Thursday tweeted his thanks to the North Korean leader "for your nice letter I look forward to seeing you soon!"

[Townhall] Outsider gubernatorial candidate Bill Lee won the Republican primary for Tennessee governor Thursday, beating a crowded field of well-funded candidates, including Rep. Diane Black, who was endorsed by Vice President Mike Pence and was favored to win the nomination.
"Today is a victory for Tennesseans who want an outsider, for people who want Tennessee not only to be an even better place to live for six-and-a-half million people, but for Tennessee to lead the nation," Lee said. "Tonight, we celebrate, but tomorrow we get back to work."
Lee, a construction executive, won 37 percent of the vote, followed by Boyd (24 percent), Black (23 percent), and Harwell (roughly 15 percent).

Defense News Story
Air Force Gen. Carlton Everhart, who heads Air Mobility Command, believes it could happen within the next five to 10 years, he told reporters on August 2.
Everhart visited the headquarters of SpaceX and Virgin Orbit last week — he hopes to get to the Jeff Bezos’-owned Blue Origin sometime soon — to talk about how emerging space technologies could be used by the Air Force’s air mobility fleet, which transports people, cargo and fuel all over the world.
SpaceX executives “tell me that they can go around the globe in 30 minutes with a BFR,” Everhart said, referencing the next-generation, reusable rocket under development by the company.
“Think about this. Thirty minutes, 150 metric tons, [and] less than the cost of a C-5,” he continued. In comparison, it would take the service’s cargo aircraft take anywhere from eight to 10 hours to get to the other side of the world.
“The technology is there, now we need to experiment with it,” he said. “What kinds of fuel does it need? What parts do you have to have? Does it go offshore? Does it go onshore? What kind of a footprint does it take? All the logistical things that go with it from the logistical side, that’s what I’m working [on] with industry.”

150t? Just drop 150t of rebar concrete columns with aerodynamic hardened steel caps, some guidance fins and a JDAM kit. Let 50 (3t each) smack into a target at suborbital velocities released at high altitude, with a CEP of less than 20 meters, pretty much ruin anyone's day thats at the point of impact.
Dug in deep? Try **five** of the GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) (30t each) Bunker Busters.
How about a crazy back of the envelope scenario? Here ya go.
Fill it up with Mk 82 500lb bombs. Use the GBU-38 guided variety (Mk82 500lb with a JDAM kit). At nominal 500lbs apiece, that's 600 of them, guided, all hitting at roughly the same time. The worlds biggest TOT.
What would be the effect? Laid out in a 17 x 35 pattern, based on a standard steel cased Mk 82 lethal zone of 80m x 30m, this would take out a 1.36Km x 1.05Km area. If you go with the PFB-82 casing, the lethal fragmentation zone jumps to 240m by 80m, meaning 4.08km by 2.8km with the same 17x35 grid.
For reference, Central Park in NYC is roughly 4km by 1km. So you could wipe out Central Park twice over.
And dont forget the crater: roughly 15m x 10m. So imagine a grid of 15m wide 11m deep craters, that are spaced roughly 40m apart. If you go dense pack for maximizing cratering you can completely rubble an area roughly 80 meters on a side (or 87 or so meters diameter if a circle pattern deployment is used). For comparison, the Cactus Dome nuclear crater on Eniwetok was 110m across.
Rods from god? More like Concrete from Canaveral, but probably highly effective if you have a target worth the money.
My feeling is still what it was earlier, in case you missed it. I think SpaceX currently has a Ford Trimotor equivalent in a world of Sopwith Camels. They stand on the edge of being able to make a DC-3 of the space age.
And instead they're going to try to make a Spruce Goose.
[news.com.au] IF the world’s economy had a jugular vein, it would be the Strait of Hormuz. It’s a narrow channel linking the Persian Gulf to the Arabian Sea. And through it flows the lifeblood of the world ‐ oil.
And Iran has it within its grip.
US President Donald Trump has unleashed his characteristically fiery rhetoric at the Shia state, as well as abandoned an international nuclear pact while threatening sanctions.
Iran’s foreign minister replied in kind: "COLOR US UNIMPRESSED: The world heard even harsher bluster a few months ago. And Iranians have heard them ‐ albeit more civilised ones ‐ for 40 yrs. We’ve been around for millennia & seen fall of empires, incl our own, which lasted more than the life of some countries. BE CAUTIOUS!"
President Trump ordered new sanctions against Iran on Monday. Iran’s leadership has replied by threatening to shut down the Strait if it is barred from exporting oil.
Yesterday, Iranian naval commander, Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi, said his military was ready to close the strait if ordered to do so. These exercises demonstrate it is willing and capable.
All war plans lead inexorably to victory until the enemy responds. Lots of details at the link.
Illusory grip, that is. If this were a game, and I had the choice of playing Iran's hand or the world's, there wouldn't be much of a decision to make. Put a knife to the mullah's throats and they'll call the whole thing off.
Like all the missiles shot at President Trump that circle round to hit those on the Left, this one will not hit America. In fact, our many oil producers will profit from rising prices supporting increased production. The part of the world that gets their oil primarily from the Persian Gulf, however...
