SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Leonard Glenn "Fat Leonard" Francis currently at the center of the biggest bribery scandal in U.S. Navy history has escaped San Diego, according to the U.S. Marshal.
The San Diego police department alerted U.S. Marshals after a welfare check where the former defense contractor was under house arrest.
"Francis cut off his GPS monitoring ankle bracelet Sunday morning," said Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Omar Castillo in a statement to ABC 10News.
Francis pleaded guilty in January 2015 and has been under house arrest in San Diego while awaiting sentencing.
According to prosecutors, Francis provided expensive meals, fancy hotel accommodations, prostitutes and other gifts to Navy members in exchange for information regarding ship schedules and influence over ship movements.
More than two dozen other people have also pleaded guilty or were convicted in the case.
Supervisory Deputy Castillo said neighbors witnessed U-Haul moving trucks outside Francis' home in the days before his escape.
After several health issues, Francis has been on house arrest since 2018 and under the supervision of a federal agency. He was set to be sentenced on September 22.
U.S. Marshals say it's possible Francis already escaped into Mexico.
Which must be a life sentence of a different sort — ACA Joe chose to retire to America instead.

Fat Leonard knew a LOT that would be very, very valuable to the PRC in wartime, and I would be stunned if he hadn't been feeding them that information while enriching himself. They may not be nice guys, but they do remember those who helped.

He could hike to Tijuana from San Diego if he's in reasonably good condition and that's assuming he didn't get a ride. Twenty miles max. If he stopped for a rest some place he could have blended in with the local homeless population. If he was only halfway intelligent he would have had a bug out bag and overseas bank account. If he made it to Mexico he could have hopped on board a ship or an airplane bound for almost anywhere by now but preferably a country without a US extradition treaty. Sounds like fun.
Why in the hell would you place somebody like that under house arrest instead of making him wait for sentencing in county jail?

A Mexican girlfriend of mine from our time in Germany — she was the happy souvenir of her husband’s work in her country — took her little blond children to visit her family in Mexico City in the mid-1990s. She came back shocked that her family would not allow her to wander the city with them as she had done on her own throughout her childhood, not even to the bottom of the driveway to buy an ice cream from the truck that drove through the neighbourhood, lest they be kidnapped.
Or, during the Chavez years, Mr. Wife’s business trips to Caracas, where the hotel concierge insisted on calling him a taxi to go to the bar across the street — again, lest he be kidnapped. There were several countries that Mr. Wife did not invite me to join when his company sent him there, despite the availability of corporate security.
[FoxNews] Troopers in Arizona uncovered 46 pounds of suspected fentanyl pills hidden inside the compartments of a car during a traffic stop, authorities said Friday. Karine Jean-Pierre: "Enough to kill the tens of hundreds of millions that President Biden has gotten jobs for"
The incident happened on Aug. 24 on I-10 near Red Rock after a trooper stopped the driver of a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta sedan for moving violations, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.
The trooper noticed multiple signs of criminal activity during the traffic stop and searched the vehicle, revealing 46 pounds of the illicit and deadly pills, the department said.
An investigation determined the pills were being smuggled from Nogales, Mexico, to the Phoenix area.
Authorities identified the driver as 20-year-old Izayah D. Ocasio, of Phoenix.
Ocasio was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail on charges including possession, transportation, and sale of narcotic drugs.

Never heard that one before. I would've used 'intense'.
Definition of immersive: providing, involving, or characterized by deep absorption or immersion in something (such as an activity or a real or artificial environment)

[Townhall] Liz Truss was elected leader of the ruling Conservative Party on Monday, succeeding Boris Johnson as the United Kingdom’s next prime minister.
Formerly the UK’s foreign minister, Truss defeated opponent Rishi Sunak, formerly the country’s finance minister, 57 percent to 42 percent.
Her new role will be cemented after the Queen formally approves the new government.
Truss does not automatically become prime minister on Monday as ritual dictates that the outgoing prime minister (in this case Boris Johnson) first has to tender his resignation to Queen Elizabeth II, who then appoints Truss.
As the queen is currently staying in her Scottish residence Balmoral Castle, that event will take place there rather than in Buckingham Palace in London as the 96-year-old monarch experiences continuing mobility issues.
Johnson and Truss are set to travel up to Balmoral on Tuesday and relations between the two politicians are cordial — Truss was among the high-level ministers that remained loyal to Johnson in the final death throes of his leadership, which by the end had been engulfed by several political controversies and scandals, while other top officials jumped ship. (CNBC)
"I campaigned as a Conservative, and I will govern as a Conservative," Truss said after her victory.
"I will deliver a bold plan to cut taxes and grow our economy," she added. "I will deliver on the energy crisis, dealing with people’s energy bills but also dealing with the long-term issues we have on energy supply."
When I saw the small picture in the graphic I was about to conclude that that at least she looks nicer than Boris. But here I'm getting more of an Angela Lansbury/Hillary Clinton vibe. Hope we don't see an uptick in UK suicides.

Seriously? Seriously? In other news, Britain has cautioned France against drinking warm beer.
[SCMP] China has slammed alleged US hacking of its top state-funded university, urging Washington to "stop stealing [from] and attacking other countries" and help to maintain cybersecurity.
This comes after a joint investigation by the university and cyber sleuths concluded that Trojan attacks which saw nearly 140 gigabytes of high-value data stolen in recent years from networks across China had originated in the United States.
The Chinese foreign ministry condemned the alleged hacking, saying "China firmly opposes any form of cyberattacks".
"Maintaining cybersecurity is the common responsibility of the international community, and we are willing to work with the international community [for] ... a shared future in cyberspace," spokeswoman Mao Ning said after the findings were made public on Monday. "This is pretty embarrassing, but we told General Secretary Xi that hot Slavic women were probably not trying to meet him, despite the fraternal solidarity between our two peoples. But he keeps clicking on the attachments. Men!"

Nah, the U.S. of A. doesn't meddle.
[REMIX] Polish conservative politicians and commentators have criticized U.S. Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski for his high-profile meeting with an association of judges calling for open defiance against the Polish government’s judicial reforms
U.S. Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski took to Twitter to post about his meeting with members of the Association of Polish Judges (Iustitia), an association best known for criticizing the present government and participating in political demonstrations against it.
The post attracted much criticism on social media and it was taken as a demonstration of Brzezinski’s support for the opposition. There were also reminders of Brzezinski being a keynote speaker at an opposition conference Campus Polska organized by Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski.
Conservative commentator Rafał Ziemkiewicz did not hide his disapproval of the ambassador’s actions in his tweet on the meeting.
"If the U.S. ambassador does not know that the association which he backed is effectively an opposition party, than he is not suitable to be in his job. If he does know, even more so."
Ziemkiewicz went on to express his frustration with the ambassador., writing, "Can’t such a superpower like the USA find at least one sensible candidate for ambassador in our country?"
— Rafał A. Ziemkiewicz (@R_A_Ziemkiewicz) August 30, 2022
Ziemkiewicz believes that the ambassador should not meet people who question the legitimacy of the Polish legal system. He asked rhetorically whether the Polish Embassy in the U.S. met with activists arguing that the U.S. Constitution is subordinate to U.N. resolutions.
The ambassador’s meeting with pro-opposition judges was also criticized by former foreign minister and MEP Witold Waszczykowski.
"The Ambassador met with lawyers who are engaged in political actions against the Polish government. These people are not acting in defense of the rule of law. They are trying to bring down the Polish government. Ambassador, do you also want to bring down the Polish government?" posted Waszczykowski on Twitter.

[Amazon] One Nation Under Blackmail is a damning indictment of the consequences resulting from the nearly century old relationship between both US and Israeli intelligence and the organized criminal network known as the National Crime Syndicate. This book specifically explores how that nexus between intelligence and organized crime directly developed the sexual blackmail tactics and networks that would later enable the sexual blackmail operation and other crimes of deceased pedophile and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Other books on Jeffrey Epstein focus on the depraved nature of his crimes, his wealth, and his most famous/politically-connected friends and acquaintances. This book, in contrast, reveals the extent to which Epstein’s activities were state-sponsored through an exploration of his intelligence connections.

[cureus.com] Background - We have previously demonstrated that ivermectin used as prophylaxis for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), irrespective of the regularity, in a strictly controlled citywide program in Southern Brazil (Itajaí, Brazil), was associated with reductions in COVID-19 infection, hospitalization, and mortality rates. In this study, our objective was to determine if the regular use of ivermectin impacted the level of protection from COVID-19 and related outcomes, reinforcing the efficacy of ivermectin through the demonstration of a dose-response effect.

One of the safest drugs on the entire planet. I believe they used it in India, too.
But Big Pharma (Pfizer, Moderna, et al.) cannot get Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) if there is an alternative treatment available. No wonder that Ivermectin and HCQ were demonized in and by the media.

/\ No wonder that Ivermectin and HCQ were demonized in and by the media.
They are both relatively inexpensive and effective. Other treatments and remedies must be developed. Inexpensive and effective are an anathema to government.

Now that people are catching on to how it works and how clear the disinformation against it is, this cheap wonder drug has tripled in price. I was getting it for a buck and a half per pill and now its at four bucks. Remember you have to take the Zink, D and the rest of the protocol for it to be fully effective as both a prophylaxis and a treatment. Also, if used as a treatment, find a doc that will work with you. Once the Ivermectin is done you will need to go on antibiotics until your immune system recovers. I'm no doctor but it got me through COVID-d, this is the recommended treatment plan, talk to your doc.

[19Fortyfive] Did Russia swing and miss with its MiG-35 fighter? It seems like the program never delivered its potential. The MiG-35 Fulcrum is a fourth-generation "plus plus" fighter. So, it is one of the most modern airplanes in the Russian fleet. But only six prototypes and eight serially produced jets have been built. Too bad for Moscow because the MiG-35 can track 30 targets and attack six at once with its new radar system. It was supposed to be a hit on the export market, but foreign markets never materialized.
SLOW PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT AND FEW ORDERS
The MiG-35 was built upon the MiG-29K/KUB and MiG-29M/M2. The MiG-35 first flew in 2016 after numerous delays. The Mikoyan Design Bureau planned for the Russian Ministry of Defense to order large batches of the airplane. The first prototype was displayed at an air show in 2005. In 2013, the defense ministry announced it would only buy 37 MiG-35s. So, it’s been a struggle for the MiG-35.

Considering the SU-35 has also been a flop and Egypt cancelled their orders of them in favor of Rafale, it isn't surprising the MIGs are having issues as well.
[Tsionizm] Israel didn’t start to gather safety data until a year into the vaccine program. They gathered 6 months worth of data and found that the vaccines weren’t safe so they lied to the world about it.
This is the single most important article on my Substack (which has over 700 articles).
The key facts in a nutshell:
The Israeli health authority knew the vaccines were harming people: the side effects of the vaccine are neither mild nor short term. In fact, in 65% of the neurological cases that mentioned duration, the symptoms are all on-going.
They also established causality: the side effects were caused by the vaccine. This is something no one else had been able to establish before.
They don’t know how serious the harm is because they only looked at the data for the top five categories. Cardiovascular was #6. So they have only looked at a fraction of the data.
The Israeli authorities deliberately covered up the safety issues and hid it from the world, issuing a false report essentially saying "there is nothing new to see here folks, move along."
As of September 4, 2022 no one is being held accountable and everyone is ignoring this bombshell story:
There is a press blackout on coverage in Israel of this. The Israel media refuses to even look at the evidence.
Nobody in Israel is being held accountable for this corruption. There isn’t even an investigation.
Nobody in the worldwide medical community is speaking out about the corruption either despite the fact that it affects people everywhere in the world.
There is no coverage of this in any worldwide mainstream media.
No public official (or mainstream media) anywhere in the world is even calling for an investigation, nobody wants to see the original expert report, and nobody wants to see the safety data they gathered.
This isn’t surprising that they ignore this. All negative data on the vaccine is ignored. For example, when I discovered that young Canadian doctors were dying at a more than 12X normal after the second booster, the Canadian Medical Association, whose job it is to to be an advocate for the health of doctors, refused to comment. I sent five requests and they ignored all requests. They should change their website to say that they are an advocate for the drug companies, not the health of doctors.
Specifically:
The Israel Ministry of Health (MoH) took 18 months from the launch date of the vaccine before they looked at the COVID vaccine safety data to see what it said.
They only started collecting safety data in December 2021, one year after rolling out the vaccines to the public. Few people knew this.
In December 2021, they tasked an outside expert panel led by Prof. Mati Berkowitz, a leading Israeli expert on pharmacology and toxicology from Asaf Harofe hospital, to examine the safety data they collected over the next 6 months (from early December to the end of May, 2022).
The panel presented their findings to MoH personnel on or about Jun 6, 2022 in a Zoom call that was secretly recorded. They found that the COVID vaccines were much more dangerous to people than the world authorities admitted. They found serious adverse events that were never disclosed by Pfizer or any world government. These adverse events were also not found to be short term as the public was told.
They also determined causality, something no other world health authority has ever been willing to do (because other governments never looked at the data either). Causality was both obvious and easy to prove using the re-challenge data that was collected (you can’t do this using the US VAERS data, for example).
In short, the panel determined that the government was misleading the people of Israel.
We still don’t know the whole extent of how dangerous the vaccines are because the outside team only looked at the top 5 most frequently cited events.
Both the Israeli authorities and scientists analyzing the Ministry of Health (MoH) data acted to cover up the harms by releasing a fabricated report to the public to make the vaccine look perfectly safe and claim that there was nothing wrong..
It is only thanks to the efforts of one courageous individual who released the recording of the full Zoom meeting between the MoH and their expert panel that we now know what was said at that meeting and what the data actually showed. Otherwise the world would still be in the dark.
Leaders of our "trusted institutions" all over the world said absolutely nothing after the news broke on August 20, 2022. This suggests that there is widespread corruption in the medical community, government agencies, among public health officials, the mainstream media, and social media companies worldwide: they will not acknowledge any event that goes against the mainstream narrative.
This is a level of corruption that is unprecedented. The atrocities here are clear cut. Everyone should be speaking out and calling for a full investigation and fully evaluating the safety data collected by the Israel government.

Western governments treat the vaccines with a religious zeal and China continues with extreme lockdowns, even when the illness doesn’t seem all that bad. It’s almost like they know something about the long-term effects of the disease that they are afraid to tell us.
