[MAIL] Russia's richest woman Yelena Baturina has refused to discuss her alleged payment of $3.5 million to Joe Biden's son Hunter.
But her brother, Viktor Baturin, 63, has told DailyMail.com the money was 'a payment to enter the American market.'
Joe Biden was the vice president when Baturina wired the money in a series of payments to a bank account held by Hunter's investment firm Rosemont Seneca Thornton in 2014, according to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
The following year, she opened up an office in the US to oversee her investments in America. In 2016, she launched her first development project, investing $10 million in commercial buildings next to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The ultra-wealthy 57-year-old has long been dogged by corruption allegations, stemming from when her late husband, who was the mayor of Moscow, awarded her with lucrative government business contracts, helping her grow the business.
The suspicion the money was given to Hunter in order to influence Joe has been a battle cry of corruption for Republicans, as it would be considered illegal to try to influence a public official into creating policies that would favor Hunter's interests.
President Trump referenced the alleged payment during the first presidential debate, but Joe Biden flatly denied his 50-year-old son had received the Russian's money.
Baturina, whose estimated fortune is around $1.3 billion, told DailyMail.com she was 'not interested' in explaining an alleged consultancy fee. Hunter's lawyer denied he received $3.5 million from Baturina, claiming he wasn't a co-founder of the investment firm.
But now, in a bizarre twist, her brother Viktor claimed 'it was a payment to enter the American market' while also suggesting she may have been 'set up' into making a payment.

These clowns have six million unopened envelopes just in the Kansas City processing center alone and this is what they're devoting resources to? Fire a few thousand of them - they're clearly unnecessary.
Oh - and half their 'auditors' can't tell a debit from a credit. Fucking losers.

[Townhall] Newly declassified documents show former CIA Director John Brennan took notes after briefing President Barack Obama on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's plans to frame then presidential candidate Donald Trump as a Russian asset. The briefing took place during the 2016 presidential election.
Fox News has the exclusive:
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified documents that revealed former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s purported "plan" to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as "a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server" ahead of the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has learned.
Ratcliffe declassified Brennan’s handwritten notes — which were taken after he briefed Obama on the intelligence the CIA received — and a CIA memo, which revealed that officials referred the matter to the FBI for potential investigative action.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence transmitted the declassified documents to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on Tuesday afternoon.
"CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service," Brennan’s notes read.
The declassified documents come after other documents, released last week, show Clinton's initial plan.
"In late July 2016, U.S. intelligence agencies obtained insight into Russian intelligence analysis alleging that U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal against U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians' hacking of the Democratic National Committee. The IC does not know the accuracy of this allegation or the extent to which the Russian intelligence analysis may reflect exaggeration or fabrication," Ratcliffe wrote in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee. "According to his handwritten notes, former Central Intelligence Agency Director Brennan subsequently briefed President Obama and other senior national security officials on the intelligence, including the ’alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.’"

Not willing to go down alone, Brennan took notes. What many have suspected for years, has now been revealed as factual. Deep State puppet Soetoro was fully witting of the weaponization of the Agency and the Bureau against candidate, then President Trump. There was likely much more than Clinton's clandestine communications and 'home brew' server being protected. Perhaps we will learn more in the coming days.
[Just the News] State Department officials were explicitly ordered in spring 2019 to stop tracking 13 prominent Americans' social media accounts for information about the Joe Biden-Ukraine scandal because the monitoring violated federal law, according to emails that were originally redacted to hide the concerns from the American public.
"We are barred by law from actively monitoring the accounts of American citizens in aggregate — and particularly from identifying and monitoring individual, selected accounts," a State Department official wrote in an April 1, 2019 email to officials in Washington and the U.S. embassy in Kiev
The unredacted emails, obtained by Just the News, raise new questions about the accuracy of State Department officials' testimony during President Trump's impeachment proceedings. They also provide a window into how the department used redactions in a Freedom of Information Act case to hide the potentially explosive information just weeks before Election Day 2020.
The emails show State Department officials under Trump openly worried a year before the 2020 election that the emerging storyline that Vice President Joe Biden may have engaged in a conflict of interest by presiding over Ukraine policy while his son worked for a corrupt Ukrainian gas company might prove to be "the mother load [sic] and main thread to play out, possibly thru Nov. 2020."
The illegal monitoring was, in fact, ordered specifically to counter that narrative as well as another storyline that involved the liberal megadonor George Soros, the newly unredacted passages of the emails show.
The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch first raised concerns earlier this year that the U.S. embassy in Kiev run by then-Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch had created an "enemies list" by ordering the monitoring of social media accounts of prominent Americans last year when the Ukraine scandal about Joe and Hunter Biden first surfaced.
After a protracted legal fight, the State Department released memos to the group last month confirming the embassy did in fact monitor the accounts of 13 Americans, including Fox News personalities Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and Lou Dobbs, the president's son Don Jr., his lawyer Rudy Giuliani as well as this reporter, whose articles in The Hill first shined a light on the Bidens' possible conflict of interests in Ukraine.
The April 1 email was among those released, but it was heavily redacted to hide the statements showing the monitoring was ordered shut down specifically because it violated the law.
[Federalist] On Tuesday, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified and released to Congress handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan as well as a CIA investigative referral to James Comey and Peter Strzok requesting that they investigate Russian knowledge of Hillary Clinton's anti-Trump collusion smear operation.
Top U.S. intelligence officials were so concerned heading into the 2016 election that the Russians were aware of and potentially manipulating Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s plans to smear Donald Trump as a Russian agent that they personally briefed President Barack Obama on the matter, newly declassified Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) documents show. CIA officials also requested that the FBI investigate Russian knowledge of the Clinton campaign’s collusion smear operation.
Newly declassified handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan show that the U.S. intelligence community knew in 2016 that Russian intelligence was actively monitoring, and potentially injecting disinformation into, Clinton’s anti-Trump collusion narrative. The intelligence concerning Russia’s knowledge of Clinton’s campaign plans was so concerning to Brennan and other national security officials that they personally informed Obama of the matter in the Oval Office in the summer of 2016. The handwritten notes from Brennan were declassified by Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe and provided to Congress on Tuesday afternoon.
Continued on Page 49
the people who advised Brennan need to be interviewed
the people in Hillary's campaign (some now working for Biden) need to be interviewed
even more important than the interviews is obtaining original briefing docs, texts, etc. to establish the boundaries of this conspiracy (because yes, a conspiracy is what it was)
I can't believe it will take less than another few years to put this together.

One stretch suggested that the girls were performing some sort of dance to the intro music. The girls I see on video don't look like they were dressed for a performance. Perhaps naturally swaying to the intro music? Creepy.
Another stretch suggested that perhaps he meant he would be campaigning for his re-election in 4 years and he hopes they are at that event. But it comes across as creepy and brain addled, his mouth only saying 1/4 of what he had planned to say.
People who have had to deal with dementia may see that stage where a person's self control mechanisms fail, and we see deep down that Uncle Joe is aroused by children, especially girls, if not actually has been with some.
Biden supporters, if they see anything, note he doesn't wear his aviator sunglasses during this episode, so this is a casual event.

*Ah, there was a dance troop, visible at the bottom-right at the very end of the video, where it looked to me like he was talking to that girl in the turquoise(?) dress.
Democrats have been threatening to pack the courts if Donald Trump got a third Supreme Court pick. Long before Ruth Bader Ginsburg died the Democrats were threatening drastic action in order to "even" out the court. Now that Donald Trump has that third nominee the calls to pack the Supreme Court have intensified.
But that is not the only option the Democrats are pondering, in addition to this the Democrats have introduced a term limits bill and now there is also talk being floated in Democratic circles of "jurisdiction stripping." According to this story, what this means is that Democrats want to limit which types of legislation will be reviewable by the court system—lower courts and the Supreme Court. Here is more:
Facing the prospect of a 6-3 conservative majority on the high court following the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
Hold it, stop everything. This new pick would give the Supreme Court a 5-4 majority. In case the liberals have not noticed, John Roberts is a liberal. Anyway back to the story:
In recent weeks professors at top-tier law schools have published articles advocating for jurisdiction stripping or other reforms that would chip away at the court’s power rather than simply alter its ideological makeup.
Some liberal proponents believe jurisdiction stripping could help Democrats shield bold future legislation from damaging court battles. In theory a Democratic Congress could pass a health-care plan or a Green New Deal with a provision stipulating that the legislation lies outside the bounds of Supreme Court review.
Under variations of the jurisdiction-stripping proposal, Democratic lawmakers could also limit the ability of lower courts to review legislation
So you pass a bill with an amendment to the legislation which says the legislation cannot be challenged in court and there is nothing that can be done about it? What happened to the separation of powers? They really are getting desperate but this idea takes the cake, they are losing their minds.
#1
Would take a constitutional amendment and I don't see that happening.
Perhaps they think they can pass a bill to first allow this and second specifies that it, itself, cannot be reviewed by the courts.
What entity would or could remove the jurisdiction of the highest court in the land? Just which court would pick up that jurisdiction - a lower court? A new Pelosi-Schiff congressional-Kangaroo Court?
#4
What entity would or could remove the jurisdiction of the highest court in the land?
The Office of the Speaker of the House. The long-term goal is a "Parliamentary Style" Government with permanent Democratic Party control -- note that I did not say 'democracy' at any point.
#5
A careful reading of the Constitution would allow limiting the power of the courts. First step is to quit making so many laws for them to 'interpret'. The second, is by legislation very specifically define 'bad behavior' granting the legislative branch more power over retention of judges. Basically, drawing a line, step over and be removed.
#6
^ Note however, that it would remove the legislative branch from gaming the whole process by shifting the blame game to the judiciary for making the call the legislative branch is too cowardly to do.
#8
This is really easy to hand authority back to the states and localities for most subjects. Here the example is abortion, but pretty much anything not called out in article 1 section 8, or an amendment is fair game to get the courts out of.
Section. 2.
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
So, pass a law in Congress signed by the President that says, the regulation of abortion is not a delegated power to the United States in the Constitution, and the powers of the United States federal government does not extend to it.
BLUF:
[Not The Bee] "We don't know exactly what she will do," Biden said, referring to Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barret. "Although expectation is that she may very well move to ... overrule Roe. And the only thing, the only responsible response to that would be to pass legislation making Roe the law of the land. That's what I would do."
#1
That is actually a rollback. Justice White defined the three trimesters in the decision. Basically it said the state had no say in the first. The viability of children due to contemporary medical science of the time meant that the state DID have a say in the third trimester. The second trimester was the gray zone because of moving developments in medical science. Roe vs Wade as a standard would shut down much of the Baal worshipers infanticide (can you say partial birth abortion?) and make a very serious dent in Planned Parenthood's operations.
#2
Be Careful What You Wish For™...
I have always mused on what would happen if the Equal Rights Act had been passed into law and it's partisans had bee told the next day that ALL Marriage, Divorce and Custody law was now "not equal" therefore Null and Void.
#3
Despite the hysteria from the left, if Roe v Wade were to be overturned tomorrow, abortion would not become illegal. All that would happen is that states could make it illegal, if they wanted to.
IIRC, even before Roe v. Wade, abortion was legal in New York State.

[Jpost] US President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... on Tuesday called off negotiations with Democratic politicians on coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... relief legislation until after the election, even as cases of the virus are on the rise across much of the country before flu season.
"I have instructed my representatives to stop negotiating until after the election when, immediately after I win, we will pass a major Stimulus Bill that focuses on hardworking Americans and Small Business," Trump wrote on Twitter a day after emerging from a hospital stay for COVID-19 treatment.

Bet the talks continue in private so Democrats don't have to return empty handed and face GOP challengers saying that they demanded crazy stuff like funds to rebuild riot torn cities.

Then of course enthusiasm is on Democrats side. Due to the constant negativity of Trump news. Desperate they are to prop up their side and depress the other sides enthusiasm. Everyday now a constant drum beat of media and political negative news on red wave. The base has never left Trump.

[NSJONLINE] Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Cal Cunningham canceled a planned town hall appearance as a second allegation against him was made public.According to WUNC’s Jeff Tiberii, Cunningham backed out of a previously-scheduled appearance to talk to voters on Monday afternoon. "Ah did not have sex with them wimmin..."
"I’m disappointed for the organizers who worked hard to put this together; also that we will not hear from Cunningham about sexually suggestive texts he sent to a woman (not his wife, nor mother of his children). Fascinated to see when he publicly addresses this," Tiberri said in a tweet Monday. "Well, maybe ah did. It depends on the meaning of the word 'did.'"
The website NationalFile.com, which first reported the suggestive text messages, identified a second woman claiming an affair with Cunningham. "And she's got a blue dress to prove it!"
Erin Brinkman, a lawyer who previously worked on a campaign for Cunningham, said a friend of hers had been in a relationship with Cunningham since 2012. "Yeah, so tell that other brazen hussy to keep her mitts off!"
"He’s been having an affair with a good friend of mine since 2012. Not the woman mentioned in the story. Needless to say, my friend was devastated. But my feeling is, if they’ll cheat WITH you, they’ll cheat ON you!," Brinkman wrote on Facebook. Important safety tip here, ladies.
Cunningham is married with two teenage children. North State Journal has asked the campaign for comment but has not received a response as of Tuesday evening.
[NYPOST] Puerto Rico’s governor endorsed President Trump’s re-election bid on Tuesday. In an interview with Telemundo, Gov. Wanda Vázquez Garced announced her support for Trump and urged Puerto Ricans in the United States to vote for him on Nov. 3.
"I ask all Puerto Ricans who are listening to go vote," Vázquez Garced said.
The Republican official was to participate in a campaign event with Trump in central Florida on Friday but it was canceled after the president tested positive for COVID-19, according to Miami Herald news hound Syra Ortiz-Blanes.
Vázquez Garced endorsed Trump despite his opposition to the island’s statehood, something she supports.
Puerto Rico is a US territory but people on the island are ineligible to vote in the presidential election.

The Democrats Leftist definition of white supremacists - those who believe in Western Civilization, the Constitution as written, and if over 75 percent of your population is white, there should be such majority rule in the country. [BREITBART] CLAIM: Former First Lady Michelle Obama claimed President Donald Trump ...the Nailer of NAFTA... calls fallen soldiers "suckers" and "losers."
VERDICT: FALSE. The Atlantic story’s claim has never been corroborated, and it never even talked about all fallen soldiers.
In a "closing argument" video released Tuesday for the campaign of former vice president Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... , Michelle Obama claimed: "When our heroic young men and women answer the call and give their lives for our country, [Trump] calls them suckers and losers and publicly mocks Gold Star families and prisoners of war."
That never happened. Ever.
Michelle Obama is repeating a claim that Biden has made — and that Breitbart News has fact-checked:
Biden was referring to a story in The Atlantic earlier this month that claimed — citing four anonymous sources — that Trump had specifically referred to the American dead in a World War I military cemetery in Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... as "suckers" and "losers." (Biden went further, claiming Trump had been accused of referring to all veterans that way.)
No one else has corroborated the Atlantic’s claim. Even Fox News’ Jennifer Griffin, who claimed that she had "confirmed" other details in the story (from two similarly anonymous sources), could not confirm the Atlantic’s "suckers" and "losers" claim.
Moreover, more a dozen current and former Trump administration officials have publicly and demonstratively denied the claims in the Atlantic article — including former National Security Adviser John Bolton, who has become a Trump critic.
The reference to "Gold Star families" could also be a throwback to the 2016 dustup with Khizr Khan — who attacked Trump first, from the podium of the Democratic National Convention. (Trump did not even respond until prodded to do so by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos.)

[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Democratic nominee for president Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island... attributed people's ability to stay home during the pandemic to "some black woman" stocking grocery store shelves.
"The American public, the blinders have been taken off. They've all of a sudden seen a helluva lot clearer," Biden said on Sept. 15 in Tampa at a campaign event with veterans. "They’ve seen, 'Geez, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some black woman was able to stock the grocery shelf.’"
"Or 'A young Hispanic is out there, these DREAMers are out there, 60,000 of them, acting as first responders, and nurses and docs.' Or, all of a sudden, people are realizing, ’My Lord, these people have done so much, not just black, white, across the board, have done so much for me. We can do this. We can get things done.'"
Clips of the video are circulating on Twitter this week, garnering nearly 1 million views as the election gets down to its final days.

Former Senator from Delaware, a slave state, that didn't leave the union thus unaffected by the Emancipation Proclamation but affected by the 13th Amendment.
As the rest of the country acted to abolish slavery by ratifying the Thirteenth Amendment, states such as Delaware, Kentucky, and the Territory of Oklahoma refused to ratify. Delaware's General Assembly refused to ratify the Thirteenth Amendment, calling it an illegal extension of federal power over the state.
Delaware rejected several previous proposals to abolish slavery, including Lincoln's 1861 proposal to compensate Delaware's slaveholders using federal funds if they would free the Black people they held in bondage. The Delaware legislature replied to Lincoln's proposal with a resolution stating that "when the people of Delaware desire to abolish slavery within her borders, they will do so in their own way, having due regard to strict equity."
Not only did the Delaware legislature reject initial ratification of the Thirteenth Amendment, but it also rejected the Fourteenth Amendment of 1868 and the Fifteenth Amendment of 1870, which extended civil rights and voting privileges, respectively, to Black people, including the formerly enslaved. Finally, on February 12, 1901, Delaware ratified the Thirteenth Amendment abolishing slavery–more than thirty years after the rest of the nation.

'Geez, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some black woman was able to stock the grocery shelf.’
He's right, you know. 'Some black woman' is a placeholder for the millions of essential, non-elite workers (farmers, truck drivers, refinery workers, linemen, Amazon packers etc.) who took the risk (whatever that turns out to have been) that enabled the rest of the country to stay home and defend their moral high ground...
[WWeek] Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler trails his challenger Sarah Iannarone by 11 points, according to a poll of likely voters conducted by DHM Research on behalf of the Portland Business Alliance.
The results were presented at a PBA meeting last week.
Wheeler polled at 30% to Iannarone's 41%, with the remaining 29% of surveyed voters split between writing in a candidate (16%) or remaining undecided (13%)...
The results are somewhat surprising given that Iannarone [who is overtly pro Antifa as opposed to Wheeler who is covertly pro Antifa]
finished more than 20 points behind the mayor in the primary, in which Wheeler nearly received the 50% plus one of votes required to avert a runoff.
At the same time, Wheeler has faced intense criticism throughout the summer for his handling of protests and policing. And another recent poll, conducted on behalf of a City Hall police accountability measure, had Wheeler at 26% favorability

Sane Portlanders.... drive to Idaho, rent a truck (they have lots outside of the Pacific States) and drive back to get your stuff. Then get the hell out.
It won't be long before they are back in the suburbs and going after storage units.
It won't be long before a Portland address on your Drivers license prevents you from being able to buy or rent in other cities.
