[KhaamaPress] First Vice President Amrullah Saleh said the Taliban ...Arabic for students... consider the ceasefire a political defeat, believing they make people thirsty for the grave-kind of peace like the one in 90s by incalculable killings.
According to Saleh, defeat of the Taliban is inevitable; because it is not possible to impose their method by force on people and the pluralistic society of Afghanistan, nor do the Taliban have a political agenda the people can rely on.
The main reason for increase in the Taliban’s "absurd and bloody" attacks on Afghan people is the group’s fear and ignorance of political developments, he said.
Saleh exclaimed the Taliban have underestimated the national will of the people; launched many attacks with a misconception of the grinding of the peace processor.
In many parts of Afghanistan, where violence has increased, the Taliban faced resistance by locals, Saleh said. Therefore, the Taliban will not reap any strategic or political benefits from the bloodshed; because violence as a political tool is hated and rejected.
Unfortunately, we will experience another phase of the crisis to break this mentality that is based on murder, he further said.
According to Saleh, the Taliban’s claim is unattractive and all their attention and investment is to keeping the society in darkness and ignorance so they can secure their proxy rule.
"The society has never shed tears for the death of any Talib and will never do so," he said. "A Talib himself has never cried for his own death and will not shed tears, because the string of emotions in this group [Taliban] is neutral and suffocated."
Saleh is known for his tough stance against the Taliban murderous Moslems, as he has a several times escaped deadly attack by the group.

[AlAhram] India's Foreign Ministry on Monday confirmed the kidnapped workers' release after `steadfast cooperation' from Libyan authorities and tribal elders in the region
An gang has released seven Indian workers a month after their abduction in Libya, the Indian Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
The Indian nationals, who are engineers and technicians working for an oil services company, were freed on Sunday after negotiations with the gang, the interior ministry of eastern Libya's government said in a statement. It was not immediately clear who was behind the abduction.
In recent years India, like many other countries, has imposed a travel ban on Libya because of the security situation in the mostly lawless North African country.
India's Foreign Ministry on Monday confirmed the kidnapped workers' release after ``steadfast cooperation'' from Libyan authorities and tribal elders in the region.
It said the workers, who were kidnapped on Sep. 14 while at al-Shwerif, over 400 kilometers (248 miles) southwest of Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... , were handed over to their employer, the al-Shola al-Mudia company, in the port city of Brega.
``All of them are in good health and are currently staying in the company's premises in Brega. We are trying to complete requisite formalities to enable their return to India,'' the statement said.
The police department in the Oil Crescent area posted video footage of the freed workers at the oil company, with a Libyan official reading a statement on their release.
Oil-rich Libya was plunged into chaos when a NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all.... -backed uprising in 2011 toppled longtime dictator Muammar Qadaffy ...a reminder that a single man with an idea can change an entire nation, usually for the worse... , who was later killed. The country has since split between rival east- and west-based administrations, each backed by gangs and foreign powers.
He would think so. But do any of the other parties agree?
[AA.TR] Azerbaijan's president on Monday reported his country's call for The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...Qatar's satrapy in Asia Minor... to be included in the process to resolve Baku's ongoing conflict with Armenia. In an interview with Haber Global TV, Ilham Aliyev commented on recent developments in the Upper Karabakh region, a recent humanitarian cease-fire between Azerbaijan and Armenia and Turkey's possible inclusion in the solution process between the two countries.
Aliyev argued that some members of the Minsk Group under the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... (OSCE) were geographically too far away from the region and that the influence of the Armenian diaspora in the group's co-chairs -- namely Russia, the US and La Belle France -- was simply not fair, adding that decades-long talks had not born any fruit for Baku.
Noting that Turkey was already a member of the Minsk Group and stood as an independent country capable of contributing to conflict-resolution across the region despite some Western countries' reluctance to recognize this, he cited Ankara's role in Syria and Libya as proof of his argument that Ankara could better contribute to resolving the issue if it became a co-chair of the Minsk Group.
ARMENIA: 'FASCIST' STATE
Aliyev asserted that the Armenian military violated Saturday's humanitarian cease-fire in the occupied region of Upper Karabakh, also known as Nagorno-Karabakh, and that the Azerbaijani army retaliated against these attacks. The cease-fire in Moscow was adopted for sake of humanitarian concerns and did not offer a full resolution of the conflict, he said.
According to the Azerbaijani president, Armenian forces targeted civilian settlements as Ganja -- one of Azerbaijan’s most-populous provinces -- via a missile strike that left civilians dead or maimed.
Armenian attacks on civilians within Azerbaijan's borders revealed Yerevan's true colors, said Aliyev, accusing Armenia of being a state of terror and fascism ...a political system developed in Italy, symbolized by the Roman fasces -- thin reeds, each flimsy in itself but unbreakable when bound into a bundle. Its distinguishing philosophical feature is the Corporate State. The word is nowadays thrown around by all sorts of people who have no idea what they're talking about... Moreover, disinformation campaigns aimed at harming Azerbaijan's global reputation are doomed to fail as today's sophisticated communication technology reflect what is going on in the region to the rest of the world, he added.
Stressing that the Azerbaijani army seeks to liberate its territories under occupation, Aliyev further noted that the conflict would come to an end if Armenian troops leave the occupied regions.
UPPER KARABAKH CONFLICT
Relations between the two former Soviet republics have been tense since 1991 when the Armenian military occupied Upper Karabakh.
The fresh festivities began when Armenian forces targeted civilian Azerbaijani settlements and military positions in the region, leading to casualties.
Many world powers, including Russia, La Belle France, and the US, have urged a new cease-fire. Turkey, meanwhile, has supported Baku’s right to self-defense and demanded the withdrawal of Armenia’s occupying forces.
Four UN Security Council and two UN General Assembly resolutions, as well as many international organizations, demand the withdrawal of the occupying forces.
The OSCE Minsk Group -- co-chaired by La Belle France, Russia, and the US -- was formed in 1992 to find a peaceful solution to the conflict, but to no avail. A cease-fire, however, was agreed to in 1994.

[AlAhram] The building has been loaned to the Vatican by the Sisters Servants of Divine Providence of Catania
A building in Rome owned by a convent will be used as a reception centre for up to 60 asylum seekers, the chaplain responsible for the Vatican's charitable works announced Monday.

The building has been loaned to the Vatican by the Sisters Servants of Divine Providence of Catania.
The reception centre will be managed by the Community of Sant'Egidio, a Catholic charity that has facilitated the arrival of displaced people from Syria and the Horn of Africa since 2015.
Pope Francis recently urged a "human reception" for asylum seekers arriving in Europe.
Last month, he expressed his solidarity with the thousands of refugees left homeless by fires at Europe's largest migrant camp in Greece.
[FreeWestMedia] International students at the Dalarna University in Borlänge do not want to live in the student residence which is offered to them in the immigrant suburb Tjärna Ängar, also known as “Little Mogadishu”. That is what a representative for Dalarna’s student union wrote in a letter to the university’s board.
In 2005 the community housing company Tunabyggen in Borlänge converted two multiple-family homes in the Somali-dense Tjärna Ängar into a student complex with a gym, study spaces, and 126 student apartments, in order to remedy the shortage of student residences in the city.
A second student housing area with another 59 student apartments lies in an adjacent building. The residence is marketed by Tunabyggen’s communal home page as a “multicultural residential area”. Together they make up more than two-thirds of the city’s student housing.

The number of international students should be reduced drastically. It's always been a game to get more money into universities but the students don't return to their homelands more civilized, instead their minds are poisoned by the universities against the west.
[AnNahar] Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... on Monday said the US was facing a "historic" defeat as an arms embargo against Tehran is to be lifted within days despite Washington's bid to have it extended.
Addressing the issue at a news conference, foreign ministry front man Saeed Khatibzadeh also lashed out at the "insanity" of the latest US sanctions against banks in the Islamic republic.
On Sunday the "historic defeat of the United States will be realised, and that came to be despite its attempts, trickery and extrajudicial moves," Khatibzadeh said.
"Iran again showed that the United States is not as all-powerful as it says," he added.
The embargo on the sale of arms to Iran is due to start expiring progressively from October 18 under the terms of a UN resolution that blessed the 2015 nuclear deal between the Islamic republic and world powers.
Washington suffered a setback in August when it failed to win support from the United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships... Security Council to indefinitely extend the embargo.
President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... unilaterally withdrew the United States from the nuclear deal in 2018 before reimposing US sanctions on Iran.
Since then, the US has slapped additional sanctions on Iran as part of a campaign of "maximum pressure", with the latest on Thursday concerning 18 banks.
"We used to say they are addicted to sanctions, but now they have reached insanity," Khatibzadeh said.
The front man added that the excessive use of sanctions had caused the Americans to "cannibalise" themselves, as well as prompted other countries to find alternatives to the US dollar.
The US claims that transactions involving humanitarian goods such as food and medicine are exempt and that sanctions are "directed at the regime".
Yet statements from experts and rights groups indicate the sanctions have had dire humanitarian consequences and caused suffering for the people of Iran.
