[newswithviews.com] Dennis Montgomery is a software designer and former CIA/NSA/DoD/DHS contractor. Montgomery built a surveillance system known as "The Hammer." He blew the whistle on the Obama administration’s allegedly illegal use of that system to wiretap Donald Trump. (Rand Paul claims Brennan, Clapper, Comey sent spies into the Trump campaign.)
Montgomery also developed technology for analyzing surveillance video from U.S. Air Force predator drones remotely piloted from Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. Nellis Air Force Base is also the home of a charter school run by imam Fethullah Gulen. Clinton’s hand-picked CIA handlers, Graham Fuller and Mark Grossman, were selected to manage and direct Gulen’s cells in the U.S. and abroad. Link
Reminiscent of the theft of Bill Hamilton’s Inslaw Promis software allegedly by the Reagan administration’s Ed Meese, this is much the same thing. The government seems to steal from private enterprises what they want for their own.

It would explain the, to many, unexpected actions of CJ Roberts.
Mr. Montgomery has to (1) be exactly who and what he says he is; and (2) have rock-solid evidence to back up his accusations.
Without these, the entire "HAMMER"("HAMR" decoded from DOD-eze) theory falls apart.
Several people have said they debunked this but they do not offer evidence to counter a photo taken of a page in Epstein's "little black book" that has the name John Roberts in it.
As Ebbomoger Speaking for Boskone4589 thoughtfully notes, this was published last July.
[CLOVERCHRONICLE] Whistleblower: New Epstein Tapes Show Top Supreme Court Justice Being Blackmailed
JULY 7, 2020
Early Tuesday morning, a whistleblower who allegedly works in the federal circuit revealed a Supreme Court justice was seen in various "Epstein tapes" that were recently recovered by investigators:
"One of the SCOTUS [justices] is in the Epstein tapes that were recovered yesterday. I’m sure you can guess which one.
"The shocking part is the canary is telling the feds a certain nation state has been blackmailing this gentleman since prior to his nomination to SCOTUS.
"What does this mean? This justice was hand picked at the highest levels specifically because he was being controlled via blackmail. A sheep in wolf’s clothing appearing to be which he is not.
"Cat is out of the bag... or I should say almost."
The "canary" the whistleblower is referring to may very well be Jeffrey Epstein’s former madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.
The "nation state" that has been blackmailing the justice was later confirmed to be "one of the 5 eyes":
"...It’s not Israel. It’s not even Russia/China. One of the 5 eyes."
After being prodded by readers to disclose the exact country, the whistleblower stated the following:
"I don’t know which country, but UK was in bed with our deep state intelligence agencies trying to dig up dirt on Trump. I don’t think that is even questioned anymore. Outside of my area of specific knowledge though."
Also, since it was mentioned that the justice is a male (e.g. "gentleman"), some have speculated how it might be the Chief Justice.
The name "John Roberts" reportedly appears in Epstein’s infamous "little black book":

It's been asked,"What DO they have on this guy?" I have no idea, but he acts as if he's being manipulated.
It would be a horrible thing to be falsely implicated here. But it would be easier to dismiss if he didn't act as if he were being blackmailed.
Could be completely false. But when an explanation for the inexplicable is sought, inferences are drawn.

[Townhall]The most shocking thing about the recent news story that flatulent Russiagate hoaxer and American-nuking enthusiast Rep. Eric Swalwell was caught intertwined with a Chinese honey pot is...well, actually nothing about it is shocking. This is totally on-brand for the Dems and especially this particular clown. It's not clear how far he got with this Democrat-diddling doxie, but the best case for Swalwell is that he was a fool who couldn't see how unlikely it was for a DC 8 (and real world 5) to want anything to do with him other than as a mark. The worst case is that he eagerly betrayed his country for a roll in the rice with this Beijing bimbo.
Either way, he's a disgrace.
But this singularly unaccomplished punch-line, this aspiring Beto without the hype or substance (Swalwell's status as a furry is unknown, but I have my suspicions), is all too representative of his garbage party. The fact is that Red China is delighted by the opportunity to get back to business as usual with a Democrat administration – and in the case of a potential President Biden*, that's literally business as usual. The garbage media didn't think his crack-huffing, loser spawn being owned by Chinese intel –you think they don't have tape of him living out his X-rated video of David Bowie's 80s hit?– was significant enough to tell us about. But then, like the rest of the establishment, the media's corporate owners are all wrapped up with the Chi-Coms. When's the last time you saw Hollywood take a stand against the Chinese commies? That would be about the last time you saw Richard Gere on the big screen, since his career died when he did a movie pointing out their oppression of Tibet. Go look on Netflix or wherever – there's plenty of stupid woke trash about how America sucks, but nobody talks about the big Red Panda in the room. The corporations know who their real boss is.
One thing we have going for us is the residual patriotism of normal Americans. Try as they might, the garbage elite has yet to wring out all of the love of country among normal people and replace it with some gooey "citizen of the world" nonsense designed to make it easier for these globalist losers to exploit us. We do not want to be a colony of Red China. We are America, and that still means something.
After all, not all of us are gaseous bozos who swoon when some foreign tart bats her eyelashes.

[Jpost] Ankara hopes to play ’good cop’ for incoming Biden administration.
The "reconciliation" would involve Turkey getting everything it wanted and ruining Israel’s relations with Greece and Cyprus, especially a gas pipeline deal with those two countries and Israel this year. So "reconciliation" would mean Israel losing allies and Turkey hosting Hamas hard boyz and calling Israel a Nazi country.

[FOX] The leader of the Republican Party in Texas suggested Friday that "law-abiding states" might want to form their own "union," after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected the Lone Star State’s lawsuit over the 2020 presidential election, according to reports.
The high court’s decision was the latest legal setback in GOP efforts to overturn Nov. 3 results that gave Democrat Joe Biden a victory over President Trump, denying Trump a second four-year term.
Texas asserted it had a right "to demand that all other States abide by the constitutionally set rules in appointing presidential electors to the electoral college." It claimed that other states suffered whenever one state "violates federal law to affect the outcome of a presidential election."
But the court dismissed the case based on that issue, according to The Associated Press. It said that Texas "has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections."
After the ruling, Allen West, a former Florida congressman who has headed the Texas GOP since July, issued a response.
He is also a retired US Army lieutenant colonel who fought in Kuwait and the second Iraq war before getting caught by the changing rules for questioning active enemies in the middle of a war, a TEA Partier so successful in his first term in Congress that the Democrats gerrymandered his district to ensure he would not win again, and an outspoken spokesman for the conservative side of the Republican Party. And as he is also African-American, he upsets the Democrats greatly.
"The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, [has] decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law -- resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences," West wrote, according to KTVT-TV of Dallas-Fort Worth.
[PJMedia] I am not the renowned chronicler of all things Florida Man, Stephen Green, but it does seem as if Jonathan Guerra Blanco nevertheless deserves a place among the Florida Men, as he is among the first-ever jihad gunnies to join the hallowed ranks. (Omar Mateen ... the Afghan-"American" who decided he was a soldier of the Caliphate and shot fifty unarmed people to death in a Florida gay bar he used to frequent... , who murdered 49 people in the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando on behalf of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... in 2016, was the first, or at very least the most horrifically effective.)
The Miami Herald reported Tuesday that Guerra, who was born in Cuba and now lives near Fort Myers, is currently incarcerated in Miami and has been charged with providing material support to the Islamic State (ISIS). He was denied bail and is looking at twenty years in prison, although his lawyer, Ana Davide, said that he intends to cop a plea.
Guerra, according to the Herald, "was swept up in an FBI undercover operation that targeted an ISIS suspect known as ’Confederate A’ who allegedly collaborated with him in producing promotional and recruitment videos that were distributed on the Islamist terrorist organization’s encrypted social platforms and networks, including ’IMN1’ and ’IMN2,’ a criminal affidavit says. Guerra’s alias was ’Abu Zahra al-Andalusi.’"
The FBI stated that Guerra intended the videos to "incite and equip primarily Spanish-speaking followers to conduct operational attacks in support of ISIS." He also worked on producing translations of the ISIS propaganda material into English, Dutch, French, German and Indonesian." One of his videos threatened jihad massacres on subways in Spain, as well as attacks on the Spanish National Police. He was also responsible for the notorious article entitled, "Elabora una bomba en la cocina de tu Mama," "How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom," which al-Qaeda published a few years ago and the Boston Marathon jihad bombers followed when assembling their pressure-cooker bombs.
Guerra, a naturalized U.S. citizen, produced another video that threatened jihad attacks in the U.S. itself, featuring video footage of Las Vegas and the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. When one of his comrades got arrested in Spain, Guerra taunted the FBI, sending them a link to a graphic entitled Jamas Nos Capturaras, that is, You Will Never Capture Us.
Guerra told the same FBI operatives that all he was trying to do was "make the word of Allah...the highest," and explained: "I always strive to please Allah. I don’t want to brag, but I dedicate my life to [jihad]."
All this raises numerous important issues. The main one is the question of how it is that yet another convert to Islam somehow got the crazy idea that his new, peaceful religion encourages violence against unbelievers. Pope Francis ...Argentine liberation theologist, born Jorge Mario Bergoglio. He was elected pope in 2013. Rather than setting up shop in Avignon, where he belongs, the first Jesuit Pope chose to reside in the Domus Sanctae Marthae guesthouse instead of the papal apartments. He is big on climate change, against consumerism, and in favor of throwing a blanket over homosexual activity within the clergy. He's not real sure about the Resurrection, about Christ's divinity, and a few other things that would have gotten him burned at the stake a few hundred years ago, but he's hot for a certain South American Earth Mother Goddess... tells us that "authentic Islam and the proper reading of the Koran are opposed to every form of violence." Crooked Hillary Clinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... famously said: "Moslems are peaceful and tolerant people and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism," which is certainly true of a great number of Moslems. French President Emmanuel Macron recently declared, "La Belle France has no problem with Islam."
[NBCMiami] Jonathan Guerra - who went by the name Abu Zahr al-Andalusi - accused of trying to help ISIS.
Federal prosecutors say, since the FBI's investigation into Guerra began in October 2019, he had communicated with three different online covert employees, and pursued two of them romantically. During their communication, Guerra revealed his true identity, which included images of himself, and his role in spreading propaganda for the terrorist organization.

[PJMedia] A World Health Organization (WHO) official reportedly removed an important study on Italy’s early response to the coronavirus pandemic. Ranieri Guerra, the Italian WHO official who removed the study, previously served as director-general for preventive health at the Italian health ministry from 2014-17.
The report — extremely critical of Italy’s haphazard early response to the pandemic — was supposed to be a blueprint for governments not yet hit by the coronavirus. Kuwait funded the report, written by WHO scientist Francesco Zambon and 10 colleagues across Europe.
The Guardian:
Called An Unprecedented Challenge: Italy’s First Response to Covid-19, the document was published on the WHO website on 13 May before being taken down the next day, as first reported by the Guardian in August. The 102-page report said Italy’s pandemic plan had not been updated since 2006 and that, due to being unprepared, the initial response from hospitals was "improvised, chaotic and creative". It took time for formal guidance to become available, the report added.
Guerra was directly responsible for updating Italy’s 2006 pandemic plan, which might explain why he didn’t want a study highlighting that fact out there for all the world to see.
The outdated plan is a crucial element in the preliminary investigations being carried out by prosecutors in Bergamo — the Lombardy province hardest hit during the first wave of the pandemic — into possible criminal negligence by authorities. Covid-related deaths in Italy surpassed 60,000 on Sunday, the highest toll in mainland Europe.
That number is surely much higher as Italy ran out of hospital beds early on in the pandemic and people were dying by the thousands in their homes.
The WHO is refusing to allow Zambon to testify at the hearings in Bergamo. Apparently, the organization would prefer to bury the news that it buried a potentially life-saving report for political reasons.
Zambon, who is based at the WHO’s office in Venice, has been summoned three times to speak to prosecutors but has been prevented from doing so by the WHO, which has insisted he and the other 10 researchers involved in producing the report should have immunity from testifying. Only Guerra was heard by prosecutors in early November but the contents of the hearing have not been disclosed.
After the first summons to Zambon and the other researchers was issued, the WHO said the regional prosecutors needed to follow diplomatic channels by making their request via Italy’s foreign ministry.
And Joe Biden wants to rejoin this band of criminal bureaucratic bumblers?
Things apparently got heated between Zambon, author of the report, and Guerra, whose failures might have killed thousands. Guerra apparently threatened to fire Zambon unless he altered the report to remove criticism of the outdated plan, the criticism that makes Guerra look criminally negligent. Zambon dutifully reported the threats to his superiors but the WHO did not open an internal investigation.
The WHO refuses to explain why the report was removed except to say it "contained inaccuracies and inconsistencies." Yeah, I’ll bet.
Is Guerra guilty of dereliction of duty and criminal negligence?
"The report did not criticise the Italian government but highlighted the criticalities faced in the management of the pandemic, starting from the premise of the old pandemic plan, which was only ’reconfirmed’ and not updated in 2017," Zambon said. "The team thoroughly checked this and found that all the plans that came after 2006 were just copied and pasted — not a word or comma was changed in the text."
And we’re asked to put our faith in public health bureaucrats? I’ll pass.
