Second Commander Linked to IS Group Killed in Afghanistan
[AnNahar] Afghan forces have killed a holy warrior commander suspected of having links to the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. group in an air strike, officials said Monday.

Hafiz Waheed, a successor to Abdul Rauf Khadim who died in a U.S. drone strike last month, was killed along with nine others in the Sangin district of Helmand
...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan...
province late on Sunday, according to a defense ministry statement.

"All the bully boyz were associated with Islamic State group," the statement said, adding that six others were maimed in the strike.

NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Originally it was a mutual defense pact directed against an expansionist Soviet Union. In later years it evolved into a mechanism for picking the American pocket while criticizing the cut of the American pants...
forces, who remain in the country in a limited training mission, were not involved in the operation, a front man said.

Zamen Ali, a senior Afghan army officer in southern Afghanistan, told Agence La Belle France Presse that Waheed took over the anti-government militia Khadim had commanded following his death on February 9.

Khadim, Waheed's uncle, was a former Taliban capo and Guantanamo detainee who allegedly changed his allegiance to IS, raising fears the jihadist group was seeking to expand its operations in Afghanistan following the end of NATO forces' 13-year combat mission at the end of 2014.

But IS has never acknowledged having representatives in Afghanistan, and a senior Taliban capo told AFP on condition of anonymity that Khadim had "not formally joined IS and IS had not recognized him".

Rasol Zazai, an army front man in Helmand province told AFP that Waheed's followers were active in several areas of Sangin district, where the military began an operation in February.

Afghan security officials have launched a major operation against bully boyz in Helmand designed to weaken the Taliban before the start of the so-called "fighting season".

Puntland military court executes three Shaboobs
BOSSASO, Somalia -- A military court in Somalia’s north eastern state of Puntland has executed three alleged Al Shabaab members in the Gulf of Aden port city of Bossaso on Monday, Garowe Online reports.

Speaking at a press conference in the state capital of Garowe, Puntland Security Minister Hassan Osman Allore said that a firing squad executed-Mohamed Abdi Ahmed (Olol), Xajow Sheikh Nur Osman and Ismeal Abdulkadir Jama-for taking part in planned assassinations and a wave of terror attacks, mainly in Bossaso. Allore added that the executed people were convicted of being active Al Shabaab members.

In 2014, Puntland security forces captured the three in Bossaso and on March 9, they appeared before Puntland military court.

In response to unrelenting rampage by Al Qaeda linked Al Shabaab militants, Puntland government stepped up criminal hearings, sentencing dozens of terror suspects to death while others were handed life imprisonment and jail terms ranging from two to ten years.

There are unconfirmed reports of one dead and several injuries.

(IS) positions in Sirte yesterday.

The bomb went kaboom! outside a 166 Battalion base in the Libya Dawn stronghold last night. The only casualty from the attack has been identified as Mahmoud Al-Shaoush, a member of the battalion, Rooters news agency reported.

The online news portal Bowabat Al-Wasat claimed the blast originated from a gold Hyundai which had been parked outside the brigade headquarters for several hours before the kaboom.

While no group has come forward to claim responsibility for the bombing, yesterday 166 Battalion said it had inflicted heavy casualties on Islamic State in Sirte. It was the first time Misratan forces had clashed with the bad boy group.

However,
we can't all be heroes. Somebody has to sit on the curb and applaud when they go by...

Meanwhile,

a series of pictures have been posted on pro-Islamic State websites claiming to show the destruction of one of 166 Battalion's camps in Sirte.

There have been unconfirmed reports of sporadic festivities inside the town today. The Pro-Dawn Libya Observer has claimed that 166 Battalion forces killed six IS fighters at a checkpoint in Sirte's southern Abu Hadi district.

Studies at Sirte University have been suspended in light of the security deterioration over the last two days.

In a statement, a group identifying itself as the "Joint Force of Misrata Brigades" has said it will embrace the decision by the rump General National Congress (GNC) to create a national guard.

It said the proposal was a an "important step towrads building a national army including all the honourable rebels who aim to protect goals of 17 Feb revolution".

The brigades supplied their own list of eight criteria for the leaders of such a force, explaining: "The national guards should be headed by national figures who do no relate to political parties, as some parties propagandise and promote controversial figures."

The statement may be an effort by Misratan forces to distance themselves from IS whose presence they had, up until now, permitted in Sirte.

Misratan Libya Dawn forces claimed to have killed 17 Islamic State fighters and lost two of their own, in yesterday's fierce battles in Sirte.

In recent months IS forces have established bases in Sirte, Derna and Nawfilya, a small settlement south-east of Sirte. In February IS in Sirte posted images showing the execution of 21 Christians, 20 from Egypt, apparently on the Sirte shoreline. Egypt launched retaliatory air strikes. Earlier this month gunnies, believed to be IS, beheaded 8 Libyan guards and kidnapped 9 foreign hostages from Al-Ghani oilfield, south east of Sirte.

Shebab Militants Attack again in Northern Kenya
[AnNahar] Somalia's Shabaab Death Eaters have killed one man and maimed three others in a shooting in the northern Kenyan town of Mandera, officials said Monday.

The latest cross-border attack by Somalia's al-Qaeda came two days after it ambushed the local governor's convoy.

"The assailants shot up a group of shoppers killing one man instantly, while at the same time critically injuring three others," said Mandera East's deputy county commissioner, Elvis Korir, of the attack on Sunday evening.

The gunnies driving in an estate car sprayed shoppers with gunfire before escaping towards the nearby border with Somalia.

A front man for the al-Qaeda-affiliated rebels grabbed credit for the attack in a statement on Radio Andalus, a pro-Shabaab broadcaster.

On Friday Shabaab said it was behind an ambush on Mandera county governor Ali Roba on Friday morning. The governor escaped unharmed but three people in his convoy were killed, according to the Kenya Red Thingy.

Roba's convoy was previously ambushed in October 2014.

Mandera, in Kenya's far northeast, borders Somalia and is plagued by insecurity. The area has been the scene of a string of recent Shabaab attacks.

In November, Shabaab gunnies held up a bus outside Mandera town on the same stretch of road as Friday's ambush. The Death Eaters separated passengers according to religion and executed 28 non-Moslems.

Ten days later 36 non-Moslem quarry workers were also massacred.

Boko Haram militants flushed from Nigerian state Yobe
[Iran Press TV] Boko Haram

Takfiri
...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed...
turbans have been cleared from Nigeria's northeastern state of Yobe, following the reclaiming of the town of Goniri, military says.

"We announced the reclaiming of Goniri today," AFP quoted defense front man Chris Olukolade as saying on his Twitter account on Monday.

He added that Goniri was the Takfiri Death Eater's last strong hold in Yobe.

Last week, the army announced that the state of Adamawa had been cleared of the ISIL Death Eaters.

"Adamawa is free, Yobe is free, Borno is soon to be freed by our able military," Olukolade added via a separate tweet.

Earlier in the day, following days of intense fighting the ISIL Takfiri turbans were forced out of from Bama in Borno State, said defense authorities.

Before retaking the town, the turbans torched residents' homes. The fire forced large numbers of residents to flee to state capital Maiduguri.

Bama fell into the hands of the turbans on September 11, 2014.

The town of Gwoza is now the only town under the control of Boko Haram in Borno.

The three Nigerian states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe, located in Nigeria's northeastern regions, have been the core of six years of Boko Haram violence, which has claimed over 13,000 lives and displaced a further 1.5 million people.

Pentagon loses track of $500 million in weapons, equipment given to Yemen
[Washington Post] The Pentagon is unable to account for more than $500 million in U.S. military aid given to Yemen amid fears that the weaponry, aircraft and equipment is at risk of being seized by Iranian-backed rebels or al-Qaeda, according to U.S. officials.

With Yemen in turmoil and its government splintering apart, the Defense Department has lost its ability to monitor the whereabouts of U.S.-donated small arms, ammunition, night-vision goggles, patrol boats, vehicles and other supplies. The situation has grown worse since the United States closed its embassy in Sanaa, the capital, last month and withdrew many of its military advisers.

In recent weeks, members of Congress have held closed-door meetings with U.S. military officials to press for an accounting of the arms and equipment. Pentagon officials have said they have little information to go on and that there is little they can do at this point to prevent the weapons and gear from falling into the wrong hands.

"We have to assume it's completely compromised and gone," said a legislative aide on Capitol Hill, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.

U.S. military officials declined to comment for the record. A defense official, speaking on the condition of anonymity under ground rules set by the Pentagon, said there was no hard evidence that U.S. arms or equipment had been looted or confiscated. But the official acknowledged that the Pentagon had lost track of the items.

Bahrain: Bus from Iraq had bomb-making equipment
[ARABNEWS] Bahraini security forces have seized bomb-making equipment being smuggled from Iraq aboard a passenger bus for use in attacks in the kingdom, the public prosecutor said.

The public prosecutor said that authorities found 140 detonators, 41 electrical circuits, a remote control device and some cellular telephones hidden inside electrical appliances aboard the bus when it was stopped for a routine search on the King Fahd Causeway linking Bahrain with Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
.

"The bag belonged to a passenger, a juvenile, who had brought it from Iraq, at the request of a person there who is wanted for terrorist crimes, to deliver to someone in the Sitra area with the aim of using it for terrorist operations," the state news agency BNA said, quoting the prosecutor.

Sitra is a mainly a Shiite village located in the northern part of the Gulf island country. Bahrain has seen a number of deadly attacks mainly against security forces in recent years involving home-made bombs detonated remotely.

Houthis free premier, aides from house arrest
[ARABNEWS] Yemen's Iranian catspaws who overran the capital, Sanaa, and several northern provinces, on Monday released the country's prime minister and all Cabinet members from weeks-long house arrest, the premier said, describing it as a gesture of good will by the rebels aimed at defusing the political crisis.

The rebels, known as the Houthis, seized control of Sanaa last September and in January put President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and the entire government, including Prime Minister Khaled Bahah, under house arrest. The Houthis later declared they have taken over the country.

During their forced detentions, Hadi and the Cabinet members resigned in protest. Hadi eventually beat feet from house arrest, surfaced in the southern port city of Aden where he revoked is resignation and set up a base to rally supporters to his side.

The Houthi
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The Yemeni government has accused the Houthis of having ties to the Iranian government, which wouldn't suprise most of us. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews ...
power grab has dragged Yemen deeper into turmoil and threatened to split the impoverished Arabian Peninsula country.

Bahah announced his release from house arrest and that of all the ministers in a posting on his Facebook page, saying it was meant to "push the political process in a positive direction."

"I urge all political and social forces to preserve security, stability and unity of Yemen," he wrote in the posting, warning of "dangerous consequences" if Yemen sinks further into chaos. Bahah did not clarify if he also was rescinding his resignation but said he was now leaving Sanaa to visit family elsewhere.

Mother abducts Dutch children to ISIL-held Syrian city
Two Dutch children have been abducted by their mother and taken to the ISIL-held city of Raqqa in Syria, Dutch prosecutors confirmed Monday. It is the first such case reported in the Netherlands, a country which has seen dozens of other would-be fighters head to conflict zones in Syria and Iraq to join forces with the armed group.

The 32-year-old woman, a native of Chechnya, who has not been named by Dutch media,
...why on earth not??
took the boy and girl, aged 7 and 8, from their hometown of Maastricht in the Netherlands in October. Dutch police immediately emitted a national alert and an international arrest warrant, public broadcaster NOS reported.
Anyone call the coppe shoppe at the Istanbul airport?
But the mother managed to reach Syrian territory controlled by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group.

According to Dutch prosecutors, the woman had arranged for false passports for her and her children, Luca and Aysha. Prosecutors suspect that the woman received help from others to travel because she managed to dodge the warrant. Three other people left Maastricht for Syria last year, and the police are investigating the possible presence of a professional network in the city that recruits people to travel to the war zone, according to Dutch media.
We have professional networks supporting the crossing of the Rio Grande, so it makes sense that you'd have one in Turkey...
After their arrival in Syria, the woman announced via Facebook that she and her children were in Raqqa. Nothing has been heard from them since, prosecutors told Dutch media.

Dutch prosecutors say the Maastricht case represents the first time children have been abducted to ISIL-held territory. More than 4,000 foreign fighters from western European countries have joined the wars in Syria and Iraq. The Dutch Justice Ministry said a total of 180 Dutch nationals are known to have left the Netherlands for Syria. Around 35 have returned and 21 have been killed in the four-year war, which has left more than 200,000 dead and sent millions fleeing.

The children’s Dutch father told the newspaper De Limburger that they were taken by his ex-wife without his consent. She left another daughter with her father in Belgium, and her son from another relationship with his grandmother in the Netherlands, who allegedly was not aware of her impending departure, according to the newspaper.

The man had previously gone to the police because he suspected that his former wife was about to travel to Syria. Police interrogated her several times, but she denied the alleged travel plans and no steps were taken.
Oh. She lied. How..unusual...
By the time authorities reached her home in Maastricht, the woman was already with her mother, where she was picked up by a friend who dropped her off at the airport in Dusseldorf, according to De Limburger. She allegedly missed her flight, but still managed to board a plane with the two children two weeks later in Charleroi, Belgium, to Athens, Greece.
What were the police doing for that two weeks?
Security cameras in Istanbul, Turkey show her withdrawing money at a bank, according to De Limburger. Dutch attempts to contact the Turkish authorities went unanswered. Soon afterward, the woman called her mother to say that she was in Raqqa, Syria, in January.

Prosecutor Bart den Hartigh told NOS that it would be impossible to recover the children from Syria as long as the mother stays within the war-wrecked country. Only if she travels to another country would it be possible to try and reunite the children with their father, according to Dutch newspaper NRC.

Redhack members acquitted in terror case
[Hurriyet Daily News] An Ankara criminal court ruled on March 15 for the acquittal of ten Redhack members charged with supporting left-separatist terror organizations.

Prosecutor Saban Yavuz demanded an acquittal on the grounds the defendants were not proven guilty as charged in a summary judgment heard on March 15. The Interior Ministry was also a complainant in the case.

The group allegedly hacked the websites of the Ankara and Kirikkale police departments and a detention warrant was issued in 2012. Seven of the suspects had been incarcerated

on charges of committing an offense in the name of the organization without being a member of it. Three of them served nine months in prison while the others remained imprisoned for various lengths of time.

Hakan Yuksel, who was the prosecutor at the time, described the acts of Redhack as "debilitating state authority."

"When the standing rule of Red Hackers Association is viewed, it can be seen that their ultimate goal is to support destructive left wing terror organizations by technological means, to seize public safety information by hacking the websites of public institutions and to form a configuration scheme in order to bring communist order based on Marxist-Leninist and Moist ideology," Yuksel's ticket read.

RedHack, which was dubbed The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

Violence escalates after Pakistan church attack
[ARABNEWS] Pak police fired tear gas on Monday after Christian protesters clashed with police in the eastern city of Lahore, a day after Taliban jacket wallahs killed 17 people in suicide kabooms on two churches in the city.

Sunday's twin bombings struck in quick succession in the Christian neighborhood of Youhanabad during morning services. The bombers detonated their boom jackets outside the two churches, about 600 meters apart. At least 70 people were maimed in the attacks, the latest assault on religious minorities in this increasingly fractured country.

After the attacks, angry Christian mobs blocked the highway, ransacked bus terminals and burned two people to death who they suspected of being involved in the bombings. Christian demonstrators also blocked roads Monday in the eastern cities of Faisalabad

, Sargodha and Gujranwala.

In Lahore, they blocked a major highway that runs near the two targeted churches and forced public transport services to shut down. They later pelted the police with stones and smashed police cars and other vehicles, according to Rana Sanaullah, an official with the ruling PML-N party. He said officers were trying to calm down the situation.

Lahore's Police Deputy Inspector General Haider Ashraf told news hounds that his men were "showing restraint" but had to fire tear gas canisters when the situation deteriorated. The city Commissioner Abdullah Sumbal Khan said Pak paramilitary troops had been called in to restore order.

A least one protester died after being hit by a car, Ashraf said. Local television stations aired footage showing the car speeding away from the scene after hitting several protesters.

Ashraf put the total corpse count from Sunday's bombings at 17, after two of maimed later died in the hospital.

Christian schools remained closed as prayer services and funerals for the bombing victims took place, said Shipping and Ports Minister Kamran Michael, a prominent Christian community leader.

denounced the church attacks as an "inhuman act of terrorism" and said it reflected the bully boys' "frustration" in the face of a stepped-up military operation against them. Last June, Pakistain launched a major operation to rout turbans from their strongholds.

"We have shrunk the space for them to operate," Khan said Monday.

Life in Pakistain is increasingly dangerous for religious minorities. They have been targeted by turban Sunni Moslem turbans and are also discriminated against in the wider society, where they are often limited to menial jobs like garbage collection.

The Pak Taliban group, which grabbed credit for the church attacks, has been waging an insurgency for over a decade, seeking to overthrow the government and install their own brand of fundamentalist Islamic rule. Thousands of Paks have been killed in the attacks.

Baghdad seeks airstrikes to rid Tikrit of IS; Saddam tomb leveled
[ARABNEWS] Iraq said on Monday it had put its Tikrit offensive on hold and bigwigs called for more Arclight airstrikes to dislodge Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. bandidos Lions of Islam who have laid explosives across the city and still hold its central districts.

The offensive, the largest yet against Lions of Islam who swept through northern Iraq in June, has been stalled for four days after Iraqi security forces and mainly Shiite militia pushed into Tikrit last week.

They have struggled to gain further ground against the bandidos Lions of Islam who are holed up in a vast complex of palaces built when Saddam was in power. Military officials in Tikrit said there was no fighting on Monday in the city that was home to more than 250,000 people before it was overrun last year.

Government forces are in control of most of the northern Qadisiya district as well as the southern and western outskirts of the city, trapping the bandidos Lions of Islam in an area bounded by the river that runs through Tikrit. Though Iraqi forces and allied gunnies may have the Lions of Islam in a chokehold, officials are increasingly citing air power as necessary to drive out the remaining bully boys. "We need air support from any force that can work with us against IS," Deputy Minister of Defense Ibrahim Al-Lami told Rooters, refusing to say whether he meant from the US-led coalition or Iran.

Interior Minister Mohammed Al-Ghaban said authorities had put a temporary halt to the offensive in Tikrit. "We have decided to halt military operations in Salahuddin in order to reduce casualties among our heroic forces... and to preserve the remaining infrastructure," the minister said.

the tomb of Iraq's late dictator Saddam Hussein was virtually leveled in heavy festivities. News Agency that Dare Not be Named video from the village of Ouja, just south of Tikrit, shows all that remains of Hussein's once-lavish tomb are the support columns that held up the roof.

Poster-sized pictures of Saddam, which once covered the mausoleum, are now nowhere to be seen amid the mountains of concrete rubble. Instead, Shiite militia flags and photos of militia leaders mark the predominantly Sunni village, including that of Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, the powerful Iranian general advising Iraqi Shiite militias on the battlefield.

Iraqi offensive on hold to allow Tikrit civilians to leave

-held city of Tikrit have temporarily paused to allow civilians left in Saddam Hussein's hometown to leave.

Mohammed Salem al-Ghabban says the offensive, which began early this month, has achieved 90 percent of its objectives and has squeezed the bandidos Death Eaters into a small part of the city center.

He says Islamic State forces of Evil have booby-trapped buildings in central Tikrit and that Iraqi forces, backed by Shiite militias and Iranian advisers, slowed their push to reduce their own causalities, protect the infrastructure and allow residents to leave.

The minister spoke on Monday from the nearby city of Samarra.

He did not give a timeframe for the resumption of operations, saying that is being "left to the field commanders."

Islamic Militant Group Leader Captured in Philippines
[AnNahar] Philippine security forces have locked away
Yez got nuttin' on me, coppers! Nuttin'!
the head of a small Islamic bad boy group who was involved in protecting one of the United States' "most wanted terrorists", the military said Monday.

Mohammad Ali Tambako was detained along with five accomplices as he was riding a motorised tricycle on a main road near a major southern city on Sunday night, military chief General Gregorio Catapang told news hounds.

His capture is part of an offensive against splinter groups who oppose a pact with the nation's biggest Moslem rebel group that aims to end a decades-long separatist insurgency. The rebellion has claimed tens of thousands of lives.

Tambako is head of the Justice for Islamic Movement (JIM), which has only about 70 members but has played a key role in recent deadly violence, including the massacre of 44 coppers, according to Catapang.

He said Tambako had helped to protect Abdul Basit Usman, a Filipino bomb-maker who has a million-dollar reward on his head from the United States.

"He (was) reported to be coddling the notorious bomber Basit Usman and five foreign terrorists," Catapang said.

He expressed hope that, now Tambako was in jug, Usman and the others would soon be arrested.

Police commandoes conducted a botched raid in Moslem rebel territory on January 25 that aimed to kill or capture Usman and another man on the U.S. list of "most wanted terrorists", Malaysian Zulkifli bin Hir.

Zulkifli was reported killed, but Usman escaped, and Moslem rebels killed 44 police commandoes after trapping them in a cornfield.

Catapang said Tambako was among the Moslem rebels who fought the police commandoes.

He said Tambako was captured near General Santos, a coastal city not known for Islamic militancy, more than 100 kilometers (60 miles) from the farming area where the massacre took place.

His group had just three grenades and four handguns, and did not put up a fight when confronted by police and soldiers, according to Catapang.

Tambako was possibly heading for a safe-house or a boat to escape the recent military campaign, officials said.

More than 65,000 people have been displaced in the fighting over the past month, according to the government.

The military says it has killed about 100 bad boys, although those figures cannot be verified.

Army Thwarts Infiltration by Militants through Ras Baalbek, Targets their Positions

NNA said that the army detected movement by gunnies trying to infiltrate through the outskirts of Ras Baalbek, targeting them with the adequate artillery weapons.

The sound of shelling and mortars could be heard in nearby areas, the news agency said.

The Syrian army's jets simultaneously shelled gunnies posts in Syria along the outskirts of Ras Baalbek.

Voice of Leb radio (100.5) reported earlier that gunnies targeted army positions in the area, compelling troops to retaliate.

A rocket also landed between the outskirts of Brital and Hawr Taala, the radio station said, adding that no casualties were reported.

The army frequently festivities with the holy warriors in their hideouts near the Syria border.

Kurdish fighters repel ISIS-led attack north Syria

group (IS/ISIS) in the village of Tel Khanzir (25 km west of Sere Kaniye "Ras al-Ain") in the province of Hasakah, in northeastern Syria.

Speaking to ARA News on the phone, Orhan Bakok, member of the YPG's Media Centre in Sere Kaniye, said that the YPG fighters were able to repel an IS-led boom-mobile, adding that the car was heading to one of the YPG's strongholds in the fighting front of the village of Tel Khanzir.

"Our units (YPG) targeted the IS-led boom-mobile before reaching its target," he added.

It was not clear how many bombs were in the car.

"A large kaboom took place indicating that the car was loaded with a large amount of kabooms," Bakok said.

Over the past week, the southern and western fronts of Sere Kaniye witnessed sporadic festivities between the Kurdish forces and the IS hardline group following repeated attacks carried out by the group on the village of Tel Khanzir, as well as on the farms in the village of al-Manajir, south of the city of Sere Kaniye.

Notably, Islamist sources reported that IS hard boyz have entered the strategic village of Tel Khanzir, but the Kurdish forces denied the news and released footages online from inside the embattled village proving the opposite.

ISIL used CWs against Peshmerga fighters thrice: Kurdish general
[Iran Press TV] A Kurdish general says he has evidence that the ISIL Takfiri
...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed...
terrorist group has subjected Kurdish forces, known as Peshmerga, to chemical attacks three times.

Speaking on Monday, Chief Commander of the Zerevani Peshmerga Major General Aziz Waisi said the attacks had taken place in northern Iraq, with the group using chlorine as a chemical weapon against the forces.

The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government's police force enumerated a December attack in the Sinjar area and two others in January west of djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
One of the January attacks took place on the 23rd day of the month.

The government of Iraq's semi-autonomous Kurdistan region also said on Saturday that it was in possession of evidence that showed the terror group had used chlorine gas against Peshmerga forces during the attack.

The Security Council of Kurdistan Regional Government said in a statement that samples of clothing and soil from the site of the attack had been examined by an independent laboratory in an unnamed country that is a member of the US-led coalition purportedly fighting ISIL. The examination discovered chlorine traces in the samples, it said.

The statement further noted that the purported truck kaboom occurred on a road between Iraq's bully boy-held city of Mosul and the Syrian border, as Peshmerga forces fought to capture a key supply line used by the holy warrior bully boys.

The council said Kurdish forces later found "around 20 gas canisters" that the truck involved in the assault had been carrying.
Champ blames Bush for rise of ISIS.
In October 2014, Iraqi officials said ISIL holy warriors might have used chlorine-filled cylinders during fighting in late September that year in the towns of Balad and Duluiya.
