Hypothetical: Someone stole, *ahem*, acquired" financial documents off of the desk Arthur "Pinch" Sulzberger and published it in the WSJ. Would the NYT be in a thundering dudgeon and demanding legal action? ...But that's different because it was done to ... the Government?
