13 Wounded In Massoud Day Shooting Spree
Idiots on parade
[ToloNews] Saturday was the 16th anniversary of Massoud's assassination and the start of the Martyrs Week – a day marked officially in the Loya Jirga tent in Kabul.
"We must have gunsex!"
However, dozens of Massoud supporters drove through the streets of Kabul for hours, in convoys, shooting indiscriminately into the air – their cars adorned with pictures of Massoud.

Angry Kabul residents said such behavior was unacceptable especially as many of these shooting incidents took place close to security check points.

Kabul garrison commander on Saturday said they had identified a number of culprits and that these people would be arrested.

The MoI said on Sunday that as a result of the shooting, 13 people, including a woman, were wounded and 12 people have been arrested in connection with the shootings.

"Thirteen civilians including a woman and a police officer have been wounded. The wounded are in stable condition, except forone person who was shot in his abdomen," interior ministry spokesperson, Najib Danish said.

One Kabul resident, Abdul Wasee, said: "They even shot along the airport road, which is used a lot by foreigners. We want the security forces, and especially the interior minister, to do something about this."

"We want government to stop such action. Such incidents only get broadcast on TV, but no action is ever taken against them," another Kabul resident, Zalgai, said.

Members of the Meshrano Jirga (Upper House of Parliament) meanwhile discussed the issue in their Sunday session. Senate members asked government to seriously investigate the incident and detain those behind the shootings. Senators also slammed government for not controlling such convoys in the city and over its inability to safeguard people's lives.

"Is this government? Is government's job silence? Government says that we maintain the provinces security, but they cannot maintain Kabul's security," Nazar Mohammad Faqiri, a senator said.

"Such moves make the people angry and concerned and must be stopped," Gulalai Akbari, another senator said.

The Interior Ministry however said those detained in connection with Saturday's shootings will be subjected to investigations in accordance with the law.

#8  Saturday was the 16th anniversary of Massoud's assassination

As an aside, Massoud Day commemorates the September 9, 2001 assassination of Ahmad Shah Massoud. A law establishing the holiday on that date in the Afghan calendar was passed by the Afghan parliament in 2012. The reference to the 16th anniversary of 2001 suggeste this article dates to about Sept. 9, 2017. Tolo News is really dreadful about hiding the date of publication beyond “today” and “yesterday”, and they post a list of undated Related Stories in a sidebar next to the top story of the day. I posted a number of older stories in the same way when I was first getting used to Tolo News’ little quirks.

Drivers Protest Extortion on Key North Afghanistan Highway
[ToloNews] Balkh and Samangan residents said the government and the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
are extorting drivers in Mazar-Dara-e-Soof highway.

All government security checkpoints, as well as the Taliban, are extorting truck drivers along the 91-kilometer highway from Mazar-e-Sharif city to Dara-e-Sof district in the northern province of Samangan, a group of drivers and locals claimed.

The drivers ‐ who mostly carry coal in their trucks ‐ said they must give money to each checkpoint along the way while they also must pay Afs4,000 ($50) to the Taliban for each truck.

The drivers, joined by residents of Samangan and Balkh, held a protest outside the Balkh Provincial Council office on Friday.

Many of these drivers did not appear on camera for their own safety.

But one of them, Sher Mohammad, who dared to talk, said: "The Taliban get Afs4,000 from each vehicle every day and earn almost Afs3 million ($38,000) on a daily basis."

Jawed Mubariz, a resident of Samangan who is a student of Balkh University, said he has not been able to go to his home in Dara-e-Sof district over the past three months due to insecurity.

"I am afraid of the highway because it is not secure," said Mubariz.

Members of the provincial councils of Balkh and Samangan confirmed that the problem exists on the highway.

"There are a few government checkpoints on the way to Dara-e-Sof as well as in Sholgar-Mazar highway. All of them are extorting (from drivers)," the head of Samangan Provincial Council, Raz Mohammad, said.

"There is extortion by the Taliban and by the government checkpoints on Dara-e-Sof-Mazar highway," said Mohammad Amin, a member of the Balkh Provincial Council.

The protestors, meanwhile, warned they will pick up guns if the government remains silent towards their problem.

"You know how much money was taken from a kidnapped resident of Dara-e-Sof? Two-hundred thousand dollars. The Taliban will reject this, but it has happened in areas under their influence," said Mohammad Zahir Wahdat, former governor of Sar-e-Pul
...a city and eponymous province in northern Afghanistan, population about 500,000. Demographically it is majority Tadjik and Uzbek. There are small Pashtun, Arab, and Hazara communities, of which the Hazaras mostly don't bother anyone...
"There is a checkpoint in Dara-e-Sof and Ghulam Ali areas that take Afs200 ($2.5) from each vehicle. They are not fighting against the Taliban but against the people," said Abdullah Bayan, a resident of Samangan.

Residents said the highway has been insecure for the past two years. Security officials recently said efforts are underway to ensure the safety of the highway.

Muslim Police Officer Hired to Promote Diversity Ends Up Being Part of Grooming Gang
The soft jihad by sex is a popular one in Dar el Harb.
[SummitNews] Abused his position to target underage girls.

A Moslem police officer in the United Kingdom who was hired to promote diversity ended up being part of a grooming gang that sex trafficked children.

West Yorkshire PC Amjad Ditta, also known as Amjad Hussain, was charged with sex offences against children aged between 13 and 16.

Ditta was appointed in 2016 as a diversity officer "to boost numbers of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people applying to join the force" after then Prime Minister Theresa May said the number of black and Asian officers in the UK was "simply not good enough."

Upon his appointment, Ditta said the police force should reflect the community it serves in terms of diversity.

Three years later and it emerges that Ditta abused his position to target teenage girls.

"The allegations include several counts of rape, sexual assault, supplying drugs and trafficking...(Ditta) was a serving officer at the time of the offence he has been accused of," reports BBC News.

He has now been suspended from duty.

The other men arrested as part of the sex trafficking sting include Vaqaas Abbas, Nadeem Adalat, Sajid Adalat, Vaseem Adalat, Amjad Ditta, Christopher Eastwood, Metab Islam, Mohammed Rizwan Iqbal, Ishtiaq Latif, Asad Mahmood, Arfan Mir, Younis Mohammed aka Younis Khan, Nadeem Nassir, Shahzad Nawaz, Shazad Nazir, and Sohail Zafar.

All good traditional British names, I’m sure you’ll agree.

The UK has had numerous scandals involving Moslem grooming gangs across the country. In some cases, the abuse of children was covered up by authorities over concerns about political correctness.

#5  I think the only way is to have fringe guerilla groups, a strong nationalist corps. For veterans and trained servicemen to coordinate a militia, braving arrest and persecution by the insane governments to actively cull muslim gangs and known offenders roaming free.

A nation is not the appointed machinery that runs the roads, wields the batons, collects the tax. It is the people. If the nation itself won't fight for the nation, it can't expect anything from a bureaucracy and some bloody yellowed document from the 17th century.

The muslims understand this and act on it, and they win, while we lose wondering what went wrong with out glorious legislation and humanist enforcement of pragmatic laws. They form a micro-nation within a small burg even, and eventually attain political sovereignty within our societies.

We must learn from China instead of trying to leverage the MSM depiction of their actions to their detriment, to try to guilt them into killing themselves. The containment of the muslim as a designated enemy of our ways of life is paramount to the security of our nations.

Berlin police Foiled ISIS Terror Attack at Christmas Market
BERLIN, December 22. /TASS/. Berlin's police officers have likely foiled a new terror attack at a Christmas market organized at the Breitscheidplatz square, the scene of a 2016 attack when Tunisian Anis Amri drove a truck into the market and its guests, German Die Welt reported on Saturday citing sources in German security agencies.

According to the newspaper, plainclothes officers took notice of two suspicious men at the market. After checking their identities, one turned out to have confirmed contacts with the Islamic State terrorist organization, while the other men had an arrest warrant issued for him by the United States. Both men were of Syrian decent and were detained. Germany's Bild tabloid reports that they are placed on a list of potentially dangerous Islamists and have experience in handling explosives.

The police are now checking a suspicious package that could have been left by the men. Die Welt's sources are claiming that it might be an improvised explosive device.

Earlier on Saturday, Berlin's police evacuated people from the Breitscheidplatz market and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church located in the same square. Due to the special operation, Berlin S-Bahn railway trains are not stopping at the Zoologischer Garten station nearby.

On December 19, 2016, terrorist Anis Amri hijacked a truck and deliberately drove into the Christmas market at Breitscheidplatz. The terror attack left 12 people dead and 48 more were rushed to hospitals. After the attack, Amri managed to flee the scene and escaped Germany. On December 23, 2016, he was killed in a shootout with Italian police in the outskirts of Milan.

Nationwide protests against citizenship law continue; many booked
[HindustanTimes] Protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the all-India National Register of Citizens (NRC) continued even as festivities between police personnel and protestors intensified in different places across the country.

Protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the all-India National Register of Citizens (NRC) continued to take on Friday, even as festivities between police personnel and protestors intensified in different places across the country.

In Madhya Pradesh, peaceful protests were held in many cities, including Ujjain, Damoh and Rajgarh, but violence broke out in parts of Jabalpur city due to which curfew was imposed by authorities. After the city’s Gohalpur and Hanumantal localities, parts of Kotwali and Adhartal were brought under curfew, Jabalpur District Collector Bharat Yadav said.

#3  Everyone crossing over illegally into India has ever remained an illegal. There are some 30k families that escaped islamic regimes in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh and made it to India, but live as refugees and illegals. Christians, hindus, atheists, buddhists, sikhs... The legislation was prompted by humanitarian concern for them to grant them citizenship. It became the CAA.

The Citizenship Amendment Act ensures that people persecuted under islamic regimes will find asylum and citizenship in India. It also implies that any muslim illegals in India will remain illegals. Which is what the ruckus is about. We decided that hindus, christians, sikhs and buddhists have no country to escape to, and India has no problem having them. We excluded muslims from the list of accepted immigrants because it's only for persecuted minorities' from three very radical islamist shitholes.

The marxists and islamists are now worried that the non-muslim vote base will swell, perpetuating a Right wing State. The ones backing this rioting are leftist political parties, pakistan Jamaat backed imaams and globalists seeking to have others cripple themselves with islamization.

That's 14% of the pop, besides 8% of those are really moderate. Nearly atheists and multicultural types. Rich, educated, unable to give a shit for shariah.

The problem is an influx of wahabist south Indian muslims from soddy Arabia, Pak funded masjids paid by hawala, immigrant bangladeshi imaams. The riff raff and student unions are just the fodder. The lynchpins are our real targets. They mesh with communists for convenience and manpower, use the marxist academia, media and lawyers for lawfare and are guided by many of the same institutions with doctrines common to western liberals. Once we have taken away the lawfaring power of these bastards, declaring most enablers as terrorist and maoist groups, the riff-raff can be effectively hunted down. We shall also find half of them won't be our citizens.

One important development in these riots was, the chief minister of northern state most affected by violence has initiated a 'reparation directive'. Because arsonists and rioters have been clearly identified through footage, the administration shall attach their capital assets, or those of their parents and auction them off to pay for damages.

Court sentences 4 to death in 2008 Jaipur serial blasts case
[HindustanTimes] Seventy one people were killed in a series of nine kabooms that destroyed the Walled City on May 13, 2008.

A special court in Jaipur sentenced four people to death on Friday, two days after holding them guilty of planting bombs at eight locations in the walled city in May 2008.

On Wednesday, the special court of judge Ajay Sharma had convicted four people for the worst terror attack in Jaipur: 71 people were killed in a series of nine kabooms that destroyed the Walled City on May 13, 2008.

The death sentence
...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead...
was given on charges of murder (section 302 of the IPC) and committing a terrorist act (section 16 1[A] of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act), said prosecution lawyer Shrichand, who doesn’t use a second name.

Police registered eight cases for eight locations. In case no. 2, Saif-ur-Rahman, 36, was found guilty of planting a bomb at Chhoti Chaupad and sentenced to death. In case no. 4, Mohammad Sarvar, 36, was held guilty of planting bomb at Chandpole Hanuman temple and sentenced to death. In case no. 5, Mohammad Saif, 32, has been sentenced to death for planting a bomb at Manak Chowk. In case No. 8, Salman, 34, has been found guilty of planting a bomb at Sanganeri Gate Hanuman temple, and been sentenced to death.

In the remaining cases ‐ cases Nos. 1, 3, 6 and 7 ‐ the accused are either absconding or were killed or in the custody of certain other state police force. The four convicted in Jaipur face charges of conspiracy (section 120B of IPC) in these four cases.

The four convicts were brought to the court around 3.25pm and were back in Jaipur central jail around 4.40pm after the sentencing.

Defence lawyer Packer Farrukh said he will challenge the decision in the upper court. "We are seeing for the first time that a court has announced death sentence on the basis of circumstantial evidence. We will file an appeal in the high court," he said.

The public prosecutor also said he will file an appeal against the acquittal of the fifth accused, Shahbaz Hussain alias Shahbaz Ahmed alias Shanu. "I will also file an appeal against the acquittal of Shahbaz within three to four days of announcement of punishment," Shrichand said.

Shahbaz, accused of sending an email on behalf of the Indian Mujahideen
A locally recruited auxilliary of Pakistain's Lashkar-e-Taiba, designed to give a domestic patina to Pakistain's terror war against its bigger neighbor...
to claim responsibility for the blasts, was acquitted on Wednesday.

Jaipur police charged 13 people with the terror attack in four charge sheets, the first filed on November 9, 2008, and the last on February 16, 2011.

Three accused, Arif alias Junaid, Assadullah alias Haddi alias Daniel and Ahmed Siddique Bappa alias Yasin Bhatkal, were arrested by Delhi special cell and are presently lodged in Tihar jail. They are under judicial custody.

Three accused, Sajid Bada, Mohammad Khalid and Shadab alias Malik are absconding. Two accused, Mohammad Atif Ameen and Sajid Chota, were killed in the Batla House encounter of Delhi.

The eight locations targeted in the nine blasts were within a radius of 2km.

Nine ammonium nitrate bombs strapped to bicycles went off between 7.20pm and 7.45pm in the crowded areas. The bombs, wired to timing devices, were packed with metal splinters and ball bearings to maximise damage.

Seven Navy personnel, hawala operator arrested for having links with Pakistan
[HindustanTimes] The Andhra Pradesh police on Friday claimed to have busted an espionage racket with links to Pakistan and arrested seven personnel of the Indian Navy in this connection.

A release from police said the Intelligence wing in concert with Central Intelligence agencies and Naval intelligence launched Operation Dolphin’s Nose and unearthed the espionage racket.

“An FIR has been lodged and seven Navy personnel and a hawala operator have been arrested from different parts of the country. Some more suspects are being questioned,” the police release said.

Investigation is on, it added, without further details.

Police sources here said those arrested were being produced in court on Friday.

#3  Theoretically, the Navy Act,1957 has only the death penalty for treason, jpal. The guilty is given a choice of firing squad or rope.

They should hang, but they probably won't. After a court martial, the espionage cases will drag on for a decade and some humanist bastards will help them escape with a 10-20 year sentence as a civil crime or something. Or, some scapegoat will be found and shall likely suffer their sentence.

That's just my assessment though. I shall open up a bottle if they actually were given death.

Kermanshah province saw fierce festivities between protesters and security forces in November as hundreds of thousands of people across the country erupted into the streets to condemn government austerity measures intended to overcome Iran's economic crisis.
