A practiced hit to a life-critical target should be assault with a deadly weapon, or even attempted premeditated murder. Especially unprovoked. It isn't just the hit, it is the fall. Lady was lucky, I guess if that is the right word, the car caught the fall instead of the curb.
An uncontrolled fall from a standing position such as feinting, or heat exhaustion, causes a whip effect upon the skull, further exasperated by a hard surface causes real damage in and of itself - never mind from a physical blow. A recent article in the Washington Post by Mark Bray, author of Antifa: Anti-Fascist Handbook, attempted to dispel "myths" about Antifa, claims that the group is not an organization, but rather a "tradition of krazed killer antifascism." The article disputed claims that Antifa "criminal masterminds violence at Black Lives Matter protests."
In printed email documents attained by Herridge, the DHS' Acting Under Secretary for Intelligence & Analysis Brian Murphy wrote to his colleagues on July 25 detailing his findings of Antifa in Portland.
Murphy urged for an immediate change of definitions for the violent mostly peaceful activity in Portland following a review of the individuals arrested by federal authorities, as well as intelligence surrounding their affiliations and activities.
"The individuals are violent mostly peacefully attacking the Federal facilities based on these ideologies," he said in regards to Antifa, which he classed as VAAI or "VIOLENT ANTIFA ANARCHISTS INSPIRED."
"We can't say any longer that this violent mostly peaceful situation is opportunistic," wrote Murphy. "Additionally, we have overwhelmingly intelligence regarding the ideologies driving individuals towards violence and why the violence has continued."
"A core set of Threat actors are organized, show up night after night, share common TTPs and drawing on like minded individuals to their cause."

Antifa is organized? There's no need for a leaked email from DHS to tell people the obvious.
It's central to a lot of BLM/Antifa symps arguments and mindset that the "protests" are legitimate. But people are becoming accustomed to them now, so this revelation is no longer an inhibition for them to continue supporting them. Too little, too late. On purpose?

SOHR activists have reported hearing six loud explosions in Al-Bokamal city in Deir Ezzor countryside. According to SOHR sources, the explosions caused by airstrikes by unknown jets but believed to be Israeli, which targeted Iranian-backed militias’ positions in “Al-Thallathat” area in the south of Al-Bokamal city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, near the Syria-Iraq border.
The airstrikes resulted in the death of ten Iranian-backed militiamen (eight Iraqis and two Syrians), while ambulances were seen rushing from Al-Bokamal city to the targeted sites. The airstrikes also destroyed ammunition depots and vehicles of the Iranian-backed militias.

SOHR sources had reported that unidentified jets, believed to be Israeli, struck at dawn a position of the Iraqi Hezbollah about five km away from Qallat Al-Rahbah on the outskirts of Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. The attack left seven militiamen of the Iraqi Hezbollah dead. The death toll was expected to rise because of the serious injuries of some casualties, in addition to unconfirmed reports about more casualties.
