[Free Beacon] A man featured in a campaign video with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is under federal investigation for soliciting sex with minors, according to USA Today.
Federal agents raided the Illinois home of Jerry Harris, who gained notoriety due to his role in the Netflix documentary Cheer, Monday afternoon as part of a probe into messages sent to minors asking for explicit photos and to meet for sex. The solicitations were flagged for authorities by the 21-year-old's employer.
Just three months ago the Biden campaign used Harris, who has over a million followers on Instagram, as part of Biden's push to sway young voters and "win back the internet," Time magazine reported. The Instagram live video of Harris and Biden was viewed nearly 300,000 times.
After publication of this article, the Instagram video was removed from the social media platform. The Free Beacon captures a screenshot of the image before it was deleted.

Celebrity cheerleader Jerry,
Who, queerly, was keen to make merry
With twins, and who cheerfully
Gave 'em an earful,
Soon sang like a capon canary
His many enablers to bury.
[RedState] The Atlantic’s resident fabulist, Jeffrey Goldberg, is back hard at work. A week or so ago, the reported that President Trump had deliberately blown off attending a ceremony at the US military cemetery at Belleau Woods, France, commemorating the centenary of the end of World War I. As the story developed, it became patently obvious that Goldberg was either so eaten up with TDS that he fell for an amateurish scam or he was a calculating liar who had done virtually no research on the lie he was telling. As it turned out, the emails documenting the cancellation of the trip were made public in an FOIA request. At last count, there were at least 21 on-site witnesses on the record saying Goldberg was full of sh**; one of them was John Bolton, who can never be mistaken for a Trump fan. To date, no one has come forward on the record to substantiate Goldberg’s claim.
Now Goldberg has given as slow-pitch softball interview with the man who personally kicked off the impeachment of President Trump, that would be former Lieutenant Colonel Alexander "Sweet Cheeks" Vindman.
Vindman is the guy who decided to take it upon himself to tell enough people his twisted version of events concerning a phone call between President Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky to give Adam Schiff and Fat Jerry Nadler all the excuse they needed to ram a bill of indictment through the Democrat-controlled House.
I’m just going to touch on some high points, if we can call them that, from the interview.
[Townhall] Edith Biden will be spitting
If Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden were to win the 2020 election, everyone knows he would be commander in chief in name only. Kamala Harris and progressives in the Democratic Party would be running the show until she's officially running the show, and on Monday, she appeared to accidentally admit that.
Speaking in Arizona during a virtual roundtable with business owners about the Build Back Better initiative, the California senator said, "A Harris administration together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States."
"As part of our Build Back Better agenda, we will need to make sure you have a president in the White House who actually sees you, who understands your needs, who understands the dignity of your work, and who has your back," Harris said, according to the Arizona Republic. "A Harris administration together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States..."
While she did go on to correct herself to say, "The Biden-Harris administration will provide access to $100 billion in low-interest loans and investments from minority business owners," that didn't stop many from joking that it was a Freudian slip.

If you pause the video, make it full screen (I have a 40" 4K monitor) and click through a frame at a time, you can see in a previous picture that the green writing has one form. Then he goes through a couple more pictures and shows the one that clearly shows the monitor, and the green writing has taken another form. So for some reason there seem to be words scrolling. Yet that contradicts the free-wheeling nature that one would expect from the back and forth of family photos.
Now further down the Daily Mail article, producer Ben Winston says "On zoom they see all our screens including our prompter. It’s the only way it can be done." Which I sincerely doubt, because James Corden's Chinese spyware Zoom screen only shows Biden's camera, yet Ben is claiming that every participant should see everything, including any teleprompters. Why doesn't James' screen show the teleprompter? Is he not allowed to see that for some reason? Now it's possible that he has selected Biden's camera only for display, but I don't see any alternate screens across any of the sides for selection should he need to jump to another view. It's also possible that he has set his software to show the screen of the last person to have spoken other than himself.
Still, why is the teleprompter session scrolling as I noted above? And why would Ben say that it's the only way it can be done if one of my explanations happens to be possible?
Then again, maybe Biden is as much of a tech whiz as he is a policy whiz.

They had an interview with Biden, certainly they took some publicity stills of the whole thing. Should be easy enough to clarify the issue if they just release all the footage.

If I were an ammunition company, I would not be filling big orders that would suck down extra ammunition right now. I would only sell reasonable amounts to private individuals.

I was thinking (I know, I know) about this yesterday, when WRKO says there's only one debate scheduled and normally there's three of them. With Biden's condition exposed on national TV, there's only a need for one debate.

Biden's mental vagaries of course make this a non-starter. If he had normal faculties, Biden might come out better than one would think. With Rogan I have Gell-Mann amnesia. I like Rogan and his podcast, especially the science and hunting guests, but am often shocked at his frequent massive gaps in knowledge - common historical, economic, and political knowledge. He is 50 plus years old but a Biden with all his senses could hit the right buzzwords and Rogan might fall for it. He said he was for Bernie (during the primaries) but I just attributed that to his lack of understanding or knowledge of socialism, progressives, history of Communism, and general cultural literacy of an recent j-school graduate.

Shorten it to 90 minutes, 15 minutes each solo with Rogan solo, then one hour together. Put it on Pay Per View. I'd buy that. Put the proceeds toward non-political charity, say "childhood cancer", that everyone agrees with.
[TRIBLIVE] A federal judge in Pittsburgh on Monday ruled that orders issued by Gov. Tom Wolf restricting the size of gatherings and closing nonessential businesses to protect against the spread of covid-19 were unconstitutional.
In a statement, Wolf said his office will seek an immediate stay to halt the order and file an appeal.
U.S. District Judge William S. Stickman IV wrote in his 66-page opinion that, even though the actions taken in the spring by Wolf and Health Secretary Rachel Levine were laudable, they violated the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly, and the Due Process and Equal Protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.
"It’s a complete and total victory for the counties, the businesses and the representatives," said attorney Thomas W. King III, who represented the plaintiffs in the case. "You can’t order the entire population of Pennsylvania to stay at home."
President Trump, in a tweet celebrating the ruling, said: "Congratulations Pennsylvania. Now we await the decision on the Rigged Ballot Scam, which is so bad for our Country!" He went on to retweet more than 20 references to the story.
Lyndsay Kensinger, a spokeswoman for the governor, said they are disappointed in the decision.

They made us all Japanese internees because they panicked like it was 1941.
[REDSTATE] Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing... has pretended that he had some great understanding of the pandemic in January but can’t explain why he called cutting travel with China "hysterical xenophobia" and said cutting travel with Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... in March wouldn’t stop the virus.
While Trump was acting to stop the virus, Biden was attacking that cutting of travel which Dr. Anthony Fauci confirmed, saved countless lives.
In fact, Biden didn’t actually come out in support of cutting travel until April 2. And he held rallies and didn’t do social distancing until almost the middle of March.
Where has the media been to call out Biden for this? Imagine if he had been in charge and waited until April with people pouring in from China and Europe with Biden not thinking it necessary/or it’s racist to cut travel. How exponentially worse it would have been?
So finally today, someone did bag a Biden advisor with the question.
Fox’s Chris Wallace asked Jake Sullivan why did it take Biden until April to say that cutting travel was the right thing when Trump made the right decision in January, saving thousands of lives.

I remember Biden called Trump to talk about response to the Chinese pandemic. Since he is such a retroactive genius about everything, I'm sure Biden shared everything he could think of with Trump. Perhaps Trump ought to release the recording of that conversation so we can hear all Joe's advice at the time that Trump ignored.
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] 77-year-old Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020... on Monday delivered remarks on climate change and the wildfires ravaging western states from a field in Wilmington, Delaware.
Biden blamed President Trump for the wildfires caused by arsonists and failed Democrat policies that have reduced the number of controlled burns.
"If you give a climate arsonist four more years in the White House, why would anyone be surprised if we have more America ablaze?" Biden said.
He added: If Trump wins again, "how many suburbs will be burned in wildfires? How many suburban neighborhoods will have been flooded out? How many suburbs will have been blown away in superstorms?"

Climate Arsonist; that's new.
Must be trying to get out in front of the Blamtifa arsonist stories.
[Dallas News] WASHINGTON — In an anxious fundraising appeal sent of late on behalf of his reelection campaign, Texas Sen. John Cornyn rang the alarm bell that Republicans are in "grave danger" of losing control of the Senate, and with it, "our ability to confirm conservative judges." Published on-line Sept. 10 and on the front page of Monday's newspaper.
President Donald Trump keeps raising the issue, this week releasing a list of potential future Supreme Court picks that included Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. Vice President Mike Pence has likewise made the case to conservatives that four more years means "more judges."
But the reality — in Texas, at least — is that there are currently no federal judgeships to be filled. Dateline - Washington, right? And why the long article if it's of no importance to Texans? BTW, the author cut his teeth in uber-liberal Austin, TX.
Candidate Trump raised the specter that the election of Democrat Hillary Clinton to the White House would tilt the court’s make-up for a generation. He took the unconventional step at the time of releasing a list of judges from which he would nominate to the high court. There were other, less subtle, differences between the two candidates. However,
The tactic worked.
For many Republicans wary of Trump, either due to policy or personality, the prospect of stocking the federal judiciary with conservative judges was the "main justification for holding their nose and voting for Trump" four years ago, Steinhauser [Austin-based GOP consultant] said. "I heard that again and again," he said. And Trump delivered. Again and again and again.
What’s undeniable is that Trump came into office with an unusual number of court vacancies to fill and a plan to reshape the judiciary long-term. Because Obumble had different priorities, and the Pubs slow-walked the nomination, you know, like Kavanaugh's nomination.
Take Texas, where 24 new Trump-appointed judges mean the federal courts are operating at full strength for the first time in years. You say that like its a bad thing.
In the state’s four district courts, Trump nominees make up a plurality, meaning that more of his judges sit on the bench than any other president’s. The same is true for the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which covers Texas and two other states at a step below the Supreme Court.
Republicans also nominated younger judges. The average age of the Trump appointees in the Texas courts, for instance, is 51 years old, with the youngest judge being only 40. That means some of those judges could conceivably sit on the bench for the next four decades. Seems he learned to play the game very quickly.
"Mark my words, President Trump’s impact on our federal judiciary will be his greatest and most long lasting legacy," Cornyn said in a video for the recent GOP convention, adding that he was proud to help confirm 200 "highly respected constitutional conservative judges."
"Over the next four years, America’s president will choose hundreds of federal judges, and, in all likelihood, one, two, three, and even four Supreme Court justices," Trump said, adding the the nation’s "founding principles" are at stake.
Vacancies are indeed inevitable, and not just on the Supreme Court. Nearly two dozen judges on Texas' district courts and the 5th Circuit are of retirement age. Those potential openings are a way to touch on all manner of consequential issues that help fire up base voters.
"It boils down to who’s better at messaging — the Republicans, absolutely," Lisa Blue Baron, a Dallas attorney and major Democratic donor, said with some exasperation. More about why that's a bad thing at the link. I left out most of the hand-wringing.
