[Just The News] he federal government has charged six individuals with conspiring to kidnap Gov. Democratic Gretchen Whitmer.
Charges unsealed Thursday showing the individuals contemplated a violent overthrow of the state government and had gone so far as to test explosive devices and conduct firearms and training.
According to FBI documents, the mini-militia began plotting earlier this year and was motivated by the belief that Whitmer was repeatedly violating the Constitution by issuing restrictive executive orders for the coronavirus lockdown.
Discussions in early 2020 included the use of 200 men to "storm" the Capitol Building, in Lansing, to kidnap hostages, including Whitmer. The group also conducted surveillance of the governor's vacation home on at least two occasions this summer. The plot was meant to be executed prior to the Nov. 3 elections, according to the FBI's affidavit.
Whitmer is expected to deliver a statement at 3 p.m. Thursday.

Given the sterling reputation of the FBI, the timing with regards to both 3-Nov and Governor Dearest getting slapped down by the MI Supreme Court, I'm a bit suspicious.
This will be a nice media bump for Her Governorship, and could provide the Dems with an alternative to the unsatisfying on so many dimensions Harris/Biden ticket.

Six men plotted to try to kidnap Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer at her vacation home, according to a criminal complaint unsealed today in federal court.
Four of the six men had planned to meet Wednesday to “make a payment on explosives and exchange tactical gear,” the FBI says in the court filin
The government used informants and undercover agents to thwart the alleged plot.
Through electronic communications, two of the alleged conspirators “agreed to unite others in their cause and take violent action against multiple state governments that they believe are violating the US Constitution,” the FBI says.
From this and some other similar tidbits, it looks like some anarchists (not necessarily PantiFa-flavored), who were heavily infiltrated by the FBI, tried to drag some random militia guys into their plot to kidnap/kill/annoy the Governor.
The random militia guys provide the newsies and FBI license to tag this as a right-wing plot.

[NYPOST] A Florida man beat a girl unconscious for rejecting his advances while waiting in line at a Panda Express, police said.
Bruce Edward Gordon, 37, was arrested Tuesday at the Coastland Center Mall in Naples, where he claimed to cops the juvenile victim approached him in the food court without provocation and called him a "bitch" before throwing a cup of water on his shirt, WBBH reports.
Gordon, of Naples, said he then turned around and punched the girl multiple times in an act of "self-defense" before a bystander — the girl’s brother — hit him with a chair, police said.
But a witness at the food court who said he was in line at the Panda Express with the pair told officers the girl asked Gordon to leave her alone when he started flirting with her, according to the report.
An angry Gordon then called the girl a "bitch" before heading to his table. Moments later, he allegedly got up and beat the girl unconscious, punching her in the face and stomping on her as she was motionless on the floor, WBBH reports.
Gordon kept kicking the girl until her brother threw the chair, the witness told police.
The girl, whose age was not released by authorities, was later treated at a hospital for a severe concussion and injuries to her head, jaw, face and lips, WINK reports.
Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, hospital staffers told WBBH.
Gordon remained in jug on a battery charge Wednesday at the Collier County Jail, online records show.
The charge was upgraded to a felony due to a prior battery conviction, WINK reported.

Cuomo’s rhetoric shows an arrogance that he can project his power and will on the appeasing Jews. Before he did not get pushback but now the Jewish community is waking up and seeing that the governor is becoming a wannabe dictator. The pandemic has brought out the worst in a number of governors.

Intercommunal violence. South Sudan should be broken into three states to end the killing. The Dinka will never live with the Nuer and vice versa. The Equatorial tribes want little to do with either. Thus you have three states: West Nile for Dinka, East Nile for Nuer and Shilluk, and Equatoria for the various tribes of the far south.

According to case details, the woman was going to Majlishpur from Sherpur on a CNG-run auto-rickshaw on Sunday night. Rather than dropping her off at Majlishpur, the vehicle driver took her to different places after gagging her and tying up her limbs.
She was later gang-raped in an abandoned building in Aushkandi by several men. After taking turns in violating her all night, they sent her on a three-wheeler to a relative's house the next morning.
Later, some local influential individuals allegedly tried to cover-up the incident through an arbitration. When news of the incident spread, police went to the spot and rescued the rape survivor.
