[ToloNews] Shortly after the end of the three-day ceasefire, fighting escalated in at least 15 provinces since the early hours of Sunday.
The Defense Ministry said that the Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... violated the ceasefire in 21 provinces and that 21 non-combatants were killed and 33 more were maimed in their attacks during the three days of Eid ( May 13 to 15).
But the Taliban has denied violating the ceasefire.

Egyptian authorities on Sunday opened the Rafah border crossing with the Gaza Strip and received a number of Paleostinians injured in an ongoing Israeli aggression on the coastal enclave, state-run news agency ...and if you can't trust the state-run news agency who can you believe?... The opening of the Rafah terminal, which is the only crossing point between Egypt and Paleostine's Gaza Strip, comes in solidarity with the Paleostinian people.
As many as 5,588 Paleostinians - 1,225 in Gaza and 4,363 in the West Bank - have been injured since Monday as a result of the violent mostly peaceful Israeli aggression, according to official Paleostinian numbers.

The target of the operation appears to be Hossam Abu Harbid, commander of the Islamic Jihad's northern brigade. He took the position in late 2019 after his predecessor, Bahaa Abu el-Atta, was also assassinated by Israeli military.

[IsraelTimes] Two Paleostinians died of their wounds today following festivities with Israeli forces on Thursday and Saturday, respectively, the Paleostinian Authority health ministry says.
Neither Paleostinian’s name has yet been confirmed by official sources. One was shot in the stomach near Nablus on Saturday night, while the other was shot on Thursday near Hebron, the health ministry says.
The Israeli army has said that violent mostly peaceful Paleostinian riots took place on both days. In photos and videos from on social media, Paleostinians can be hurling stones and burning tires near Israeli checkpoints.
More than fifteen Paleostinians have been reported killed in festivities with Israeli forces since Monday saw the outbreak of hostilities between Israel and Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,. The Paleostinian Authority has yet to release an official tally.
The Israeli army says that some of those Paleostinians were killed while attempting to commit terror attacks against Israeli soldiers in the West Bank.

Thank God it appears the tide has turned since the 2014 Gaza incident in which many Israeli soldier casualties occurred when surprised by Hamas terrorists emerging from hidden underground tunnels.

[Guardian] It was 1.55pm on Saturday. I had been napping on the upper floor of the two-floor penthouse that has served as AP’s offices in Gaza City since 2006. This was not unusual in recent days; since fighting began earlier this month, I had been sleeping in our news bureau until early afternoon, then working through the night.
The Israeli military, I would learn later, had targeted our building for destruction and offered up a brief advance warning; they had taken out three buildings so far this week, warning residents and occupants sometimes minutes beforehand to get out. Hurriedly, I was told: you have 10 minutes.

Not the same one as the Islamic State, though .. ... Front) arrested two members of the Guardians of Religion group in Idlib countryside, northwest Syria.
Guardians of Religion, affiliated with al-Qaeda, along with other groups, forms Fathbatu (Be Steadfast) Operations Room, which is active militarily in the western countryside of Idlib and the northern countryside of Latakia.
Local sources told North Press that the General Security Service of the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham arrested, on Sunday evening, two members said to be affiliated with Guardians of Religion in the town of al-Fu’ah, east of Idlib.
One of the arrested persons is Abu Uday Shahshabo, who is close to al Qaeda, and was severely beaten by HTS members when he was arrested, according to the sources.
The sources said that the towns of Kafriya and al-Fu’ah witnessed an intensive deployment of the General Security Agency, amid checks on pedestrians on the main roads.
On May 6, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham arrested the leader of the Guardians of Religion organization, known as Abu Maryam al-Jazaery, in the town of al-Yaqoubia in Jisr al-Shughour countryside, west of Idlib.
The relations between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and the Guardians of Religion have been strained, which led to battles and festivities between the two parties during the past months.

Local sources in Hasaka southern countryside told SANA that groups of QSD hard boyz stormed into houses of many villages in al-Shaddadi area and kidnapped 25 civilians and took them to one of the places which was turned into a prison within the city center.
Last week, QSD militia stormed into the village of Ajaja in Hasaka southern countryside and kidnapped 10 young men.
