Terrorism police arrest four men
A fourth man has been arrested under anti-terrorism laws, following a series of raids in Manchester and Bury.
The 31-year-old, who is believed to be of north African origin, was arrested at an address in Stretford, Greater Manchester, police said.
Another one of those famous "North Africans".
He was detained at around 1100 GMT under the Terrorism Act 2000. Three other men, aged 30, 32, and 35, were arrested under the same act following separate raids by Greater Manchester Police (GMP) at 0500 GMT on Wednesday. All four men are being taken to London to be questioned by anti-terrorist detectives.
A police spokesman said the arrests were not connected with the death of Detective Constable Stephen Oake, who was fatally stabbed during a counter-terrorism operation in the city on 14 January.
Related to the mosque raid then?
Special Branch officers working with GMP's Tactical Aid Unit and Anti-Terrorist Branch officers carried out the raids.
They were assisted by officers from Scotland Yard.
Police said the arrests were part of the ongoing UK-wide investigations into terrorism. The first three men were held after the raids, at Cooper House in Camelford Close and Thomas Court in the Hulme area of Manchester and Deal Street in Bury.
Four seperate guys held in four seperate jails after four seperate raids. Sounds like somebody's got a list.

Middle East
Ariel to Yasser: ''What part about 'hell, no!' don't you understand?''
Ariel Sharon has rebuffed an offer by Yasser Arafat to resume peace talks - an indication the Israeli prime minister will stick to his tough policies in his second term.
"Arafat? Arafat? Avner, do we know anybody named Arafat?"
Sharon won a ringing endorsement for his military crackdown on the Palestinians in elections yesterday, and his right-wing supporters want to see him take an even tougher line.
"Hey, Moshe! Good news! Sharon won!"
"Hooboy! Now we might survive..."

Commenting for the first time on the Israeli vote today, Palestinian leader Arafat said he was ready to resume peace talks. Asked by Israeli TV's Channel 10 if he was willing to meet with Sharon, Arafat replied: "Tonight. If he's ready, I'm ready."
"If I can just get out of this hell-hole, and get somebody to listen to me, I'll be back on top, a world-class statesman in no time... Hand me a baby wipe, please."
But Sharon's office said in response that Arafat funded and encouraged militants attacking Israelis. It said Arafat "is not and will not be a negotiating partner".
"Tell him we said to piss off..."
Israel would only negotiate with Palestinians not involved in violence, the statement added.
"Come back when he's not there."
