Addressing an event on Sunday, Hekmatyar warned of holding big protests and surrounding the Presidential Palace if Hizb-e-Islami prisoners are not released by the government.
"If you didn’t understand, be sure that this move will result in your removal," Hekmatyar said.
Abdullah said that Afghanistan needs peaceful messages that encourage mutual respect.
"My message to our own politicians will be that the country needs the message of calm, the message of peace, messages of respect. The language of insults or threats has not worked in the country and the people do not expect it," Abdullah said. "Unfortunately, from time to time when we have the microphone in a sort of agitated crowd, sometimes messages are not helpful, but I hope that we all see the interest of the nation is in working together, in unity and in the support of an acceptable, dignified and durable peace."

Nabil posted the names and pictures of the three men in several tweets, saying these individuals are directly supported by Pakistain’s intelligence agency (ISI) and are involved in the assassinations and killings of innocent people in Afghanistan.
"I have repeatedly said, based on credible and well-documented information, that some of the attacks in Kabul are carried out by small terrorist groups under the direct guidance of Pak intelligence", Nabil said.
"Obviously, the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... cannot take a stand on this, because they are not independent and Pakistain has taken them hostage" besides, "the Taliban knows very well which groups are shedding the blood of innocent and defenseless Afghans under the direct guidance of Pak intelligence" and out of fear of ISI they cannot hold their ground against such atrocities.
Rahmatullah Nabil also said that the government has imposed information sanctions on him and does not want him to share such information.
According to Nabil, he has chosen media platforms to share such information with the security and defense forces.
"The man, Haji Ahmad Shah, has close ties to the ISI and Pakistain’s military intelligence (MI), with the support of Pak intelligence he has carried out many attacks in Kabul and other provinces", Nabil said.

The third person is Saifullah Mujahid Haqqani, who is responsible for training jacket wallahs and making IEDs and bombs, Nabil indicated.
He said Saifullah has ’considerable experience’ in this field and in terrorist activities.
"Saifullah Mujahid Haqqani is directly involved in highway bombings and assassinations, which he directs and implements under the instructions of Pak intelligence (ISI)".
This comes as Targeted killings and Magnetic IED blasts escalated across Afghanistan and no group or individual claims the responsibility for any type of atrocities and murders or terrorist acts.
Nabil by criticizing the government said that all of the terrorist activities are conducted through Taliban with the direct support of Pak intelligence, and that the government has "failed to detain" the perpetrators.

Iran’s envoy to the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency said the UN watchdog was informed of the move.
A bill passed by the conservative-dominated legislature in December, despite opposition from a reformist government, mandates the government to stop "the implementation of the additional protocol" to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on February 21, if the US does not lift unilateral sanctions or other key parties to the deal with Iran do not help Tehran to bypass those sanctions.
At present, such inspections are carried out under this protocol, in addition to regular IAEA inspections. Iran is threatening that the latter will continue but the former will stop.
Khatibzadeh’s warning came just days after the IAEA confirmed that Iran has started producing uranium metal, in a further violation of the 2015 nuclear deal.
Uranium metal can be used as a component in nuclear weapons. Iran had signed up to a 15-year ban on "producing or acquiring plutonium or uranium metals or their alloys" under the so-called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), signed in 2015 with world powers.
Iran previously told the UN nuclear watchdog that it was advancing research on uranium metal production, saying it is aimed at providing advanced fuel for a research reactor in Tehran.
The European parties to the nuclear accord said Iran’s production of uranium metal undermined chances to fully realize the deal reducing sanctions in exchange for limits to its nuclear program.

Washington filed a lawsuit earlier this month to seize the cargo, alleging that Iran sought to mask the origin of the oil by transferring it to several vessels before it ended up aboard the Liberian-flagged Achilleas tanker destined for China.
Washington said the cargo contravened US terrorism regulations.
"This shipment does not belong to the Iranian government. It belongs to the private sector," Foreign Ministry front man Saeed Khatibzadeh told a weekly news conference.
He did not elaborate on what he meant by the private sector.
The Achilleas last reported its position on Sunday as anchored within the Galveston Offshore Lightering Area, which is outside the US Gulf port of Galveston, Refinitiv ship tracking data showed on Monday.

[Townhall] The Department of Homeland Security will begin phase one of the Biden administration's new approach to immigration and asylum seekers on Friday by releasing thousands of migrants in three American cities over a two-week period.
The new plan, in stark contrast to the Trump administration's "Remain In Mexico" policy, will have DHS start releasing illegal aliens in San Diego, California; El Paso, Texas; and Brownsville, Texas, according to Breitbart and the Associated Press. Around 25,000 migrants will be let into the country through the first phase.
DHS plans to process and release about 300 migrants a day in both San Diego and El Paso, with plans to release about 100 migrants a day in Brownsville.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said on Friday, when the new plan was announced, they hope to have an online system to have illegal aliens apply for asylum virtually so they do not need to present themselves at the ports of entry on the southwest border.
Illegal aliens have already been released in the United States under the reinstated "catch and release" policy in some areas of Texas. Those illegal aliens have not undergone testing for COVID-19.
