Egypt's Al-Azhar sends medical aid convoy to Gaza
Not enough to make a difference, but enough to keep the Egyptian populace from fussing... and from noticing how few Gazans are allowed to exit through the border crossing.
[AlAhram] Egypt’s al-Azhar, the world's foremost institution of Sunni Islamic learning, sent medical convoys through the Rafah border to the Gazoo Strip on Sunday to "ease the burdens on Paleostinians" there, al-Ahram reported.

Paleostinians in the strip have been actively demonstrating for their right of return to their homes in territory now occupied by Israel since March; Israeli forces have killed more than 100 protesters and injured thousands since the Great Return March began.

Al-Azhar's Grand Imam Ahmed El-Tayyeb has instructed that the convoys be sent immediately to "the brotherly country" al-Ahram reported.

The convoys are carrying about 10 tons of medical supplies needed for emergency departments and surgical operations.

El-Tayyeb stressed the importance of providing all the support and help to Paleostinians in Gazoo.

Egypt has also been sending aid and medical convoys to Gazoo through the Rafah crossing border in recent weeks.

On the first day of Ramadan, Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi ordered the opening of the Rafah border for the entire month.

Police arrest and trial of praying IPOB members
[PUNCHNG] POLICE latest arrest of 21 members of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, who gathered at the residence of Nnamdi Kanu’s father, for prayers, represents a new low in the clampdown on a group, which has been relatively civil in its agitation for the actualisation of the sovereign state of Biafra. But the Fulani herdsmen have continued with their genocidal spiral without much reprimand.

The victims, which include women and kiddies, some of whom are adherents of Judaism and Christianity, were rounded up on May 13 at Afara Ukwu, in Umuahia, Abia State, and immediately charged for terrorism at a magistrate’s court. Kanu, the IPOB leader for the resurgence of Biafra, has not been seen in the public since September last year, when soldiers invaded his home upon declaring his group a terrorist organization. He is alleged to have fled the country.

Rallies of IPOB in the South-East in the past three years had been seized by the police and soldiers to exert maximum force on its members, thus leading to the arrest, incarceration and killing of some of its members. This official response is provocative and perfidious, against the backdrop of the cold response to the terrorism act by the Fulani herdsmen and appeal to Boko Haram

Ansarullah leader: Saudi Arabia, Emirates puppets of US, Israel
[PRESSTV] The Leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement says Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
and the United Arab Emirates are puppets of Washington and Tel Aviv.

Abdul Malik Badreddin al-Houthi
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The Yemeni government has accused the Houthis of having ties to the Iranian government, which wouldn't suprise most of us. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews ...
made the remarks during a televised address aired by al-Masirah TV channel on Sunday, where he accused the US and Israel of pushing Saudi Arabia towards its deadly war on Yemen.

"Thousands of infiltrations and operations by US-backed Saudi-led coalition troops have been foiled, and the Yemeni people have lived many triumphs," he said.

Houthi further accused Saudi Arabia and the UAE of financially supporting Takfiri

terrorist groups in war-torn Yemen.

"The decision of invading the Yemeni western coast has been taken and adopted by the United States of America," he added.

Noting that the Saudis are trying to abolish Yemen's freedom, Houthi stressed that it was the people of Yemen's right to defend their country.

Saudi crown prince shot, injured in last month’s incident near palace: opposition activist
[PRESSTV] A Saudi activist has revealed that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman
...Crown Prince of Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
as of 2016....

, who has not been seen in public over the past few weeks, was actually shot and injured in heavy gunfire reported from outside the royal palace in the capital Riyadh late last month.
Nothing unusual here. This is the way Moslems have always discussed matters.
Mohammed al-Mas’ari, the secretary-general of the Islamic Revival Party, citing reliable sources, said in a recent interview with Leb's al-Mayadeen TV that bin Salman was hit by bullets during the late April attack.

He said the news of bin Salman’s injury was leaked by sources within the royal family before widely circulating on social networking websites such as Twitter.

Elsewhere in his remarks, al-Mas'ari said the crown prince now plans to appear before the media in order to deny reports of a coup.

A number of journalists in Riyadh reported heavy fire outside the palace compound on April 21. Although Saudi Arabia’s state news agency claimed it was a shooting down of a toy drone that had gotten too close to the royal property, some wondered if the gunfire was in fact a coup led by royals against King Salman
...either the largest species of Pacific salmon or the current Sheikh of the Burnin' Sands, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Lord of Most of the Arabians....

n-led countries which a year ago imposed a wide-ranging boycott on the emirate, Doha officials said on Saturday.

A directive from the economy ministry ordered shops to immediately strip shelves of products from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt.

Inspectors will visit stores to ensure they comply with the order, the ministry said.

The government will also try and stop products such as Saudi dairy goods from entering Qatar via a third country.

Qatar's Government Communications Office (GCO) said it was trying to "protect the safety of consumers".

"Products originating from blockading states, which as a result of the blockade cannot pass the GCC customs territory, have to undergo proper import inspections and customs procedures," the GCO said in a statement.

Sayyed al-Houthi : We will defend Yemeni western coast
[SABANEWS.NET] Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, on Sunday evening vowed to defend the Yemeni western coast.

This came during a televised speech he delivered to the nation and aired by al-Masirah TV channel, reviewing the latest developments in the western coast battles.

Sayyed al-Houthi
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews ...
said it is not strange for the aggression forces to continue to commit crimes in the holy month of Ramada.

"Thousands of infiltrations and operations by US-backed Saudi-led coalition troops have been foiled, and the Yemeni people have lived many triumphs," al-Houthi said.

He noted that Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
and United Arab Emirates had paid billions of dollars to finance holy warrior groups in southern Yemeni provinces, exploiting the political problems the people suffered from in the past.

"The war on Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of. Except for a tiny handfull of Jews everthing there is very Islamic...
is a foreign military aggression," al-Houthi said. "Some mercenary leaders of the Saudi-led coalition have recently complained over the coalition acts, and become aware that the coalition forces are occupiers."

He added that the coalition troops have committed war crimes, massacres and crimes of raping women and kiddies in Hodeidah and Aden provinces, even in the holy month of Ramadan.

"Those who bet on the support of foreign forces will never reach satisfied results," he said.

He pointed out that the battle in Mocha city on the western coast is being run by UAE officers, who are under the command of Israeli-US operation room.

"The decision of invading the Yemeni western coast has been taken and adopted by the United States of America," Sayyed al-Houthi said.

The US and Israeli official statements proved their key involvement in leading the military aggression on Yemen, he added.

Sayyed al-Houthi called for military steadfastness and popular cohesion in the west coast front, vowing to liberate Aden, Mukala, Shabwa and all Yemeni occupied provinces.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Gazans plan to try to breach Israeli sea blockade
[DAWN] Paleostinians in the Gazoo Strip will try to breach Israel's blockade by boat this week in a fresh challenge to Israeli forces following weeks of deadly protests and festivities, organisers said on Sunday.

Few details were given on the plans, but organisers said the boat would depart on Tuesday at 11:00 am (0800 GMT) carrying patients needing medical care, students and job-seeking university graduates.

The boat also brings "dreams of our people and their aspirations for freedom", organiser Salah Abdul-Ati said in a presser at Gazoo City's port on the Mediterranean coast.

He called on the United Nations
...the Oyster Bay money pit...
and other international bodies to protect the boat leaving from the enclave run by the Hamas, one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbung millipede, movement.

Organisers said it would be the first attempt of its kind from the Gazoo Strip.

Its intended destination was not announced.

Boats off the strip are generally limited to six nautical miles offshore, and the Israeli navy regularly fires warning shots at Paleostinians who breach it.

The boat would likely face long odds at making it past Israeli forces.

Israel starts building sea barrier to defend against Gaza attacks
[IsraelTimes] Under- and above-water wall will strip Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood, of another strategic capability, defense minister says

Work began Sunday on the construction of a fortified marine wall to prevent terror attacks from the Gazoo Strip via the sea, the Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The barrier, constructed in the area of Zikim beach, is designed to withstand the battering of the water and to be in use for many years, the ministry said.

Construction of the barrier, described by the ministry as an "impregnable breakwater," is expected to be finished by the end of the year. The statement did not say how much the barrier will cost.

It will have three levels: one under the water, then a level of armor stone, known for its durability, and barbed wire along the top. The entire barrier will itself be protected with another wire security fence.

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said the barrier would deny the Hamas terror group another strategic capability.

"Today we began setting up a sea barrier, the only one of its kind in the world, which will block the possibility of infiltration from Gazoo to Israel via the sea," Liberman said in the statement. "This is an additional setback for Hamas, which has lost another strategic capability that it has invested massive amounts in developing. We will continue to protect the citizens of Israel with might and sophistication."

The decision to build the barrier was prompted by an attack carried out during the 2014 war in Gazoo. On July 8, 2014, four Hamas naval commandos swam ashore outside Kibbutz Zikim on Israel’s southern coast.

The frogmen brought with them automatic weapons, fragmentation grenades and explosives, the latter of which they used against an Israeli tank, unsuccessfully. Some 40 minutes after they came in from the surf, the Hamas operatives were killed in a combined attack from the sea, ground and air.

Initially presented by the military as an unmitigated victory, a leaked IDF review of the incident later showed the army’s response to be slower than previously thought and the Hamas commandos’ attack to be more accomplished than it had seemed.

The defensive sea shield comes in addition to work that began last year on a massive barrier Israel is constructing along its land border with the Gazoo Strip.

The work on the 37-mile (60-kilometer) barrier began in 2016 and is expected to be finished around the end of next year. It will feature an advanced underground protection system that extends dozens of meters below the ground ‐ the army does not reveal the depth ‐ in order to detect and destroy tunnels that attempt to penetrate into Israeli territory, as well as an aboveground metal fence adorned with sensors.

The project is expected to cost approximately NIS 3 billion ($833 million), with each kilometer of the underground portion of the barrier costing approximately NIS 41.5 million ($11.5 million). The aboveground fence is significantly cheaper at just NIS 1.5 million ($416,000) per kilometer.

The military proposed building this barrier, too, following the 2014 Gazoo war.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Top official: Iran to maintain role in Syria, support resistance
[PRESSTV] Iran's top security official says the country will maintain its advisory role in Syria and continue support for resistance groups after the US demanded that Tehran put a halt to those activities.

"As long as the threat of terrorism exists in Syria and the country's legitimate government persists in Iran's advisory presence, we will stay in Syria," Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani said on Saturday.

Shamkhani, in an interview with Doha-based Al Jazeera broadcaster, stressed that Iran's presence in Syria is solely aimed at fighting terrorism at the invitation of the country's "legitimate government."

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Monday threatened Iran with the "strongest sanctions in history" if it did not comply with a list of steep demands, including the withdrawal of all forces under Iranian command in Syria.

Syria’s Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad responded by hailing Iran’s assistance to his country, stressing that the pullout of the Iranian military advisers from the Arab country was not up for discussion.

Trump's new strategies will further isolate US: Iranian FM
[PRESSTV] Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says the new strategies declared by the US secretary of state will lead to Washington's greater isolation among the international community.

"In my opinion, the new US strategies against Iran, which were announced by the country's secretary of state, will bring down more isolation on the US," Zarif said in a meeting with a number of Iranian politicians on Sunday.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Monday that Washington would increase the financial pressure on Iran by imposing the "strongest sanctions in history" on the Islamic Theocratic Republic if Tehran refuses to change the course of its foreign and domestic policy.
