Haqqani Asks Taliban Forces to Observe Personal Hygiene and Wear Fragrances
[KhaamaPress] Sirajuddin Haqqani
...son of Pashtun warlord Jalaluddin Haqqani, still titular head of the Haqqani Network....
, the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
government’s Acting Minister of Interior Affairs, asked the forces under his charge to practice good hygiene stay clean and wear fragrances.

In his presentation to the Taliban forces on Monday, the 7th of November, the Taliban Acting Interior Minister, Haqqani, raised the matter of hygiene and urged them to maintain it.

Online social networks are rife with short tapes of Sirajuddin Haqqani’s speeches. In the video, he can be heard laughing with the Taliban soldiers asking them to observe personal hygiene as cleanness is pure and a sign of faith.

The Afghan people, particularly those in Kabul, the Afghan capital, challenged the Taliban’s practices of attire in the first year of the group in power and mockingly urged them to take a bath on time.

This comes as the Taliban proposed an enveloping outer garment, the Burqa, as a preferred garment for women after declaring the hijab mandatory for women.

Who is Libya's new Interior Minister?
[LIBYAREVIEW] The Prime Minister of Libya’s Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdel-Hamid Dbaiba has assigned Emad Trabelsi to run the tasks of the Minister of Interior until further notice.

Trabelsi is "one of the most prominent violators of human rights
...which are usually open to widely divergent definitions...
and international humanitarian law in Libya," according to Head of the National Commission for Human Rights in Libya (NCHRL), Ahmed Hamza.

In September, Dbaiba assigned Trabelsi as the Under-Secretary-General of Libya’s Ministry of Interior.
"Such appointments of personalities with legal and human rights reservations cannot be accepted, as Dbaiba does not attach any importance to the state’s legal and human rights obligations," Hamza said in September.

He claimed that "Dbaiba would do anything in return for buying loyalty to protect him, and to ensure that he remains in the usurped authority, as a de facto authority that imposes its existence by force of arms." He pointed out that the PM, "does not attach any importance to human rights, and its victims. Trabelsi should be behind bars, and not as an official in Libya’s Ministry of Interior."

It is not the first time that GNU has appointed a militia leader to a sensitive security position. The Chief of the Libyan Intelligence Service, Hussein al-Ayeb appointed Mohammed Bahroun, as Head of the Anti-Terrorism Office in the western region.

Bahroun is wanted by the Attorney General on terrorism charges. He was involved in several deadly armed festivities with other militias in the west of the country. He claimed that: "There is no good in war and from whoever calls for it. We will not be among its advocates; but if we are dragged into one, we would not hesitate to fight."

Notably, Libya’s Parliament announced the unanimous appointment of Fathi Bashagha as the new Prime Minister on 10 February 2022. But Dbaiba warned that the appointment of a new interim government could lead to war and chaos in the country. He renewed his pledge to only hand power over to an elected government.

Sokolov: ISIS won the war for the minds of Muslims in Surgut
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] Artur Gadzhiev, a 19-year-old native of Dagestan who carried out a massacre in Surgut on August 19 after swearing allegiance to IS leader al-Baghdadi, was reportedly on the so-called “preventive register for extremism” in Dagestan. The case of an attack on passers-by in Surgut can be repeated at any time in any of the cities in the north of Western Siberia, as well as in other regions of Russia, said  Denis Sokolov , head of the RAMCOM Center for Socio-Economic Research of Regions.

Over the past decades, both "official Islam" and moderate Salafism have become uncompetitive for the ideology of the Islamic State terrorist organization banned in Russia, Sokolov is sure. In an interview with the "Caucasian Knot", the expert told what he thinks about the state of modern Islam in Russia, as well as about the prerequisites and consequences of the massacre in Surgut.

Court approves the sentence of a resident of Dagestan for participation in the IG
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] The court of appeal upheld the sentence of a resident of Dagestan, Inge Mamedova, who was sentenced to 8.5 years in prison for participating in a terrorist organization in Syria.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in March Abdurashid Magomedov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan, said that 1,967 residents of Dagestan were on the wanted list as members of international terrorist organizations. According to him, in 2021, 104 Dagestanis who left for Syria to participate in terrorist organizations were put on the wanted list, and 23 were detained upon their return from there.

The Supreme Court of Dagestan upheld the sentence of a resident of the republic, Inga Mamedova, who was sentenced to 8.5 years in prison on charges of participating in an illegal armed group, Kavkaz.Realii reports today.

According to the materials of the criminal case, Mammadova participated in the activities of the Islamic State terrorist organization banned in Russia in Syria. She pleaded guilty.

The verdict was challenged by the prosecutor's office, pointing out, in particular, that the judge of the Khiva district court did not take into account the time the defendant was in custody. In addition, the decision was made by a federal judge who, at the pre-trial stage of the investigation, chose a preventive measure for Mammadova, and the verdict, according to the prosecutor's office, could indicate his bias, the newspaper writes.

"Having checked the materials of the criminal case, having discussed the arguments set forth in the appeal presentation, having listened to the explanations of the participants in the trial, the judicial panel finds the court's verdict to be upheld," the appeal ruling, published in the case card of Mamedova on the website of the Supreme Court of Dagestan, says.

In addition, the panel of judges considered "unfounded and not based on the law" the prosecutor's arguments that the criminal case had been considered by the judge who had previously chosen the measure of restraint. "Since there were no obstacles to the consideration of the criminal case on the merits by the presiding judge," the judicial act states.

Forza Meloni! Italy Closes Ports to Migrant Ships in Defiance of the Globalist European Union
[Gateway] New Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni pledged during her campaign to safeguard Italy and stop ships harboring illegal aliens from Africa. Fortunately for Italians, this lady’s not for turning unlike most of her European counterparts.

Italy has been ravaged by illegal crossings this year thanks to their previous government caring more about the European Union’s feelings rather than protecting the ports. Over 77,000 illegals have arrived in Italy this year and Italian citizens have paid the price for this cowardice. Data released by the Italian statistics agency showed that almost half of all violent sex crimes in Italy are committed by foreign nationals. Back in August, police arrested an illegal alien from Guinea for raping a middle-aged Ukrainian female refugee in broad daylight. Meloni highlighted this heinous crime as part of her campaign to secure Italy’s borders.

Meloni’s government so far has refused safe port to four ships in the Mediterranean Sea carrying over 1,000 illegal African migrants combined. This marks a return to the policy under former Interior Minister Matteo Salvini from 2018-2019, which saw illegal immigration into Italy plummet by 96% in two years. Migrant deaths at sea also went down because of the border controls, proving that secure borders save lives.

Ship with Migrants Refuses to Leave Sicilian Port Despite Meloni-led Govt Tough Stance
On Sunday, Italy ordered the Humanity 1 to vacate the port of Catania after disembarking 144 rescued migrants [out of 179, on 35 single males remain], including with children, more than 100 unaccompanied minors and people with medical emergencies.

Supposing the Italians don't cave in, the invading squatter mix will shift to those who will be let in.

French Town Experiences Turmoil Over Public Islamic Religious Tributes
[AmericanSpectator] The first wife of the Prophet Muhammad was honored on a street sign.

One does not have to believe in the theory of the "great replacement" to take seriously the gradual disappearance of the French from towns where immigrants colonists democratically took power.

Like in the town of Stains, just north of Gay Paree, where the mayor, Azzédine Taïba, and alderman, Maïmouna Haïdara, back the initiative of community activist muppet Houria Seddiki to name a street after the first wife of the Prophet Muhammad. There was no opposition to speak of, at least in local politics, as all 12 members of the left-wing city council are of Arabic and African origin — not a single one carries a traditional French name.

#2  Islamic conquest is a slow thing. Like cancer. It uses your own systems, leeches nutrition from your own sissy secular constitutionalism, and keeps growing until it's either you or them. And there's nothing you can do about it. You can only beat it by being as inhuman and brutal with them as they claim you are. But before the i-slam it was nonsense like humanism that enslaved everybody, slithered its way into laws and mental sets of societies. The Islamic has one major advantage over you. To him you're not human.

Imran claims 'malcontent' agency insiders feeding him information
[DAWN] PTI Chairman Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who who convinced himself that playing cricket qualified him to lead a nuclear-armed nation with severe personality disorders...
claimed on Monday that his advance knowledge of the attempt on his life came from "connections with intelligence agencies that operate", adding that most people who were doing so were appalled by what is going on in this country.

In an interview with CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
’s Becky Anderson on Monday, Mr Khan said three bullets were removed from his right leg while some shrapnel was left inside his left leg and that it would take him "four to six weeks" to resume his activities after the Wazirabad liquidation attempt.

Talking about the incident, Imran Khan claimed that there were two shooters and "maybe another one". "There was this guy who fired the first volley ... then there was another volley [that] came in over our heads because we were falling," he added, terming the attack a "planned liquidation attempt".

He also alleged that a cover-up of the incident was under way, saying that is why he had called for an independent investigation and for three people to resign — who Mr Khan claims are responsible for the attack: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and a senior intelligence official who he identified as Major General Faisal Naseer.

Police finally register FIR over attack on PTI chief following SC intervention

proceedings if the Punjab
1.) Little Orphan Annie's bodyguard
2.) A province of Pakistain ruled by one of the Sharif brothers
3.) A province of India. It is majority (60 percent) Sikh and Hindoo (37 percent), which means it has relatively few Moslem riots....

police failed to register an FIR regarding the liquidation attempt on former prime minister Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who ain't the sharpest bulb on the national tree...
, the provincial police finally registered the case under terrorism charges, with detained suspect Naveed being nominated as the prime accused.

The FIR lodged on the complaint of Sub-Inspector Amir Shahzad at 11:10pm on Monday under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, and Section 302, 324, and 440 of the Pakistain Penal Code was registered after a delay of three days.

Even though the Pakistain Tehrik-e-Insaf
...a political party in Pakistan. PTI was founded by former Pakistani cricket captain and philanthropist Imran Khan. The party's slogan is Justice, Humanity and Self Esteem, each of which is open to widely divergent interpretations....
(PTI) chief accused Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, and a senior intelligence officer Major General Faisal Naseer of the alleged conspiracy to kill him, the FIR did not mention any of these names.

The senior government and military men were nominated in an application filed by a PTI leader, Zubair Khan Niazi, for the registration of the case.

According to events that transpired before the registration of the case, the applicant and the police staff locked horns over the generation of an e-tag for the application. A police official who shared the details with Dawn said the staff refused to issue the e-tag without receiving the copy of the application and the contents it was carrying.

The applicant was hesitating to drop it at the front desk of the cop shoppe saying that his political party leadership wanted to keep the contents of the application secret due to the sensitivity of the matter, the official added. The issue remained unresolved until the police registered the FIR on the complaint of a sub-inspector, he added.

The FIR came after IGP Faisal Shahkar in line with the directives of the apex court ordered the Gujrat district police officer (DPO) to lodge the case so a copy of the FIR could be submitted to the SC today. He also conveyed to the DPO the decision of Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial who had ordered him to register the case within 24 hours. "The DPO had been conveyed to act as per law as per directions of the SC," Mr Shahkar said.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Rights group: Turkey water cuts worsen Syria cholera problem
Turkey vs what they consider to be Arab Untermenschen.
[Rudaw] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
isn’t ensuring an adequate water flow downstream into the Euphrates River in Syria, worsening a water crisis believed to have increased the spread of cholera in the war-torn country, a prominent rights group said Monday.

Human Rights Watch also blamed the Syrian government for "discriminatory diversion of aid and essential services" from areas controlled by U.S.-backed Kurdish fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces.

Syrian officials and United Nations
...the Oyster Bay money pit...
agencies announced in September that a cholera outbreak was sweeping the entire country. The outbreak is due to people drinking unsafe water from the Euphrates River and using contaminated water to irrigate crops, according to the U.N. and the Syrian Health Ministry.

In the government-held areas of Syria and in areas in the country’s northeast held by U.S.-backed Kurdish-led forces, there have since been roughly 17,000 cases of cholera and at least 49 deaths. In rebel-held parts of the country more than 3,000 cases have been registered.

"This devastating cholera outbreak will not be the last waterborne disease to impact Syrians if the country’s severe water problems are not immediately addressed, particularly in the northeast," said Adam Coogle, deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. "Turkey can, and should, immediately stop aggravating Syria’s water crisis."

HRW said Ottoman Turkish authorities have failed to ensure an adequate water flow downstream into parts of Syria that the Euphrates cuts through and a consistent water supply from the Allouk water station. The station is a critical source of fresh water located in northeast Syria under the control of Ottoman Turkish troops and Turkey-backed opposition fighters.

A poor rainfall season and disruptions at the Allouk station, which serves hundreds of thousands of people in the region, have also contributed to the crisis, HRW said.

Syria’s 11-year conflict has killed hundreds of thousands and caused wide damage to the country’s infrastructure and medical sector.

The U.N. children’s agency, UNICEF, said it urgently needs $40.5 million to continue its work in Syria and neighboring Lebanon Hezbollahstan
...In 2020 Hezbollah blew up a considerable portion of Beirut and many of its inhabitants when its ammonium nitrate facility exploded. They blamed it on... somebody else. It wasn't them though. Trust them on that. And it ain't never coming to trial...

Azerbaijani citizen fingered as organizer of terrorist act in Iran
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] The terrorist attack in Shiraz, which killed 15 people, was carried out by a cell of the terrorist organization "Islamic State" led by an Azerbaijani citizen, the Iranian intelligence ministry said.

The attack on the Shah Cherakh mausoleum in the city of Shiraz was prepared by an Azerbaijani citizen, the Iranian Intelligence Ministry said. "The organizer and coordinator of the attack was an Azerbaijani citizen who flew from Baku to Tehran. After arriving in Tehran, he contacted the IS* coordinator in Afghanistan and the network of foreign IS* members to notify them of his presence in Tehran," the statement quoted today. agency Tasnim, the publication of which was translated from English by the "Caucasian Knot".

The person who helped carry out the attack in Shiraz was an Afghan citizen, while a Tajik citizen opened fire on the pilgrims, the ministry said.

A total of 26 people were detained on suspicion of involvement in the attack, all of them are citizens not of Iran, but of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan, the publication says.

On October 26, as a result of shooting at the Shah-Cherakh mausoleum in Shiraz, 15 people were killed and 40 more were injured, RBC reported on the same day.

The Shah Cherakh mausoleum was erected in the 14th century, it is used as a mosque and is a place of pilgrimage for Shia Muslims, the publication noted.
The Times of Israel adds:
Iran’s official news agency claims that the gunman who killed 13 people at a major Shiite shrine last month was a citizen of Tajikistan.

The murderous Moslem Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
group has grabbed credit for the Oct. 26 attack on Shah Cheragh in the city of Shiraz, one of Iran’s top five Shiite shrines. But the government has tried to blame the attack on the largely peaceful anti-government protests, without offering evidence.

Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites....
initially said 15 were killed in Shiraz but later revised the number to 13 over double-counting.

The report on IRNA identifies the gunman as Sobhan Komrouni. He died in a hospital in southern Iran, days after the Oct. 26 attack, from injuries sustained during his arrest.

Citing Iran’s Intelligence Ministry, today’s report says the gunman’s accomplice was an Afghan citizen, Mohammad Ramez Rashidi. A third suspect, from neighboring Azerbaijan, was allegedly the "main coordinator" of the attack from Iran’s capital, Tehran, the report claims.
More details from Dawn:
"These [26] turbans were arrested in the provinces of Fars, Tehran, Alborz, Kerman, Qom and Razavi Khorasan", as well as along Iran’s "eastern border", the ministry added.

The perpetrator of the attack in Shiraz, identified by the intelligence ministry as Sobhan Komrouni, died of wounds sustained while he was being arrested. The ministry said he was "a Tajik national" known as Abu Aisha.

It added that the main coordinator of attacks in Iran, an Azeri national, was also arrested, having entered the country through Tehran’s international airport from Baku. He had been in contact with an IS network abroad after arriving in Tehran, it added.

On October 31, the ministry announced that several others had been arrested, including an "operational support element" identified on Monday as Mohammed Ramez Rashidi, an Afghan national.
Afghan Digest adds:
Iranian Intelligence Service Says Afghans Participated In The Attack On The Shah Cheragh Shrine
In a bizarre move, the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence released a statement that summarized an investigation into the deadly attack on the Shah Cheragh Shrine. The statement claimed that 26 foreign nationals participated in planning, executing, and supporting the attack. The statement claimed that several of the terrorists were Afghan but only named one. The statement went on to say the foreign operatives contacted the operational headquarters of ISIS in the region. They said the operational headquarters was located in Afghanistan.
