Jalisco Nueva Generacion and Juarez cartel have joined forces, to maintain dominance in Chihuahua state, according to a news report in El Heraldo de Chihuahua.
The Procuradoria Justicia del Estado (PJE), apparently have released data after an increase of drug and gang related violence had been reported since last December.
Two dedicated armed elements of Juarez cartel, La Linea and La Empresa have been recorded in armed confrontations and attacks against local Sinaloa gangs, by authorities in Chihuahua city, the capital of Chihuahua state.
According to the report, the purpose of the alliance was a counter to encroachment by armed elements of the Sinaloa cartel.
Also, according to the report, CJNG has an alliance with the Tijuana cartel, even going as far as renaming the criminal organization as Tijuana Cartel Nueva Generacion.

But those at Sunday’s protest said France already has legal tools to do this, and that the bill stigmatizes the country’s No. 2 religion even though the majority of French Muslims do not espouse extremist views.
Some described it as a political ploy by Macron to win over conservative and far-right voters ahead of next year’s presidential election.

If President Macron does not act now, assuredly after the next election President Marine Le Pen will. But the little I’ve seen about the proposed law does not suggest to me a wholesale removal from the country of rejected asylum seekers and unregistered illegal aliens camped out in Paris and Calais, awaiting the opportunity to escape to England for better benefits.

[AnNahar] Greece's migration minister on Sunday dismissed fresh claims that migrants colonists are being illegally pushed out of the country as "fake news" promoted by The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... He was reacting to reports by rights groups that thousands of people had been forced back into Turkey in recent months in violation of their right to asylum.
"These are part of a broader fake news strategy promoted by Turkey, through certain non-government organizations and smuggler networks," Migration Minister Notis Mitarachi told To Vima weekly.
"Investigations until now by (EU border agency) Frontex and the (Greek) coastguard have not confirmed any of the claims," he said.
Greece has consistently denied claims by migrant support groups that it is illegally returning migrants colonists to Turkey in violation of international law, including two reports this past month.
Berlin-based rights group Mare Liberum said Friday it had documented 321 incidents from March to December 2020 involving more than 9,000 people.
They had been "violent mostly peacefully pushed back to Turkey and thus deprived of their right to asylum," said the group.
Another group, Legal Centre Lesvos, said earlier in February that it had been in contact with more than 50 survivors of 17 collective expulsions.
Mitarachi on Sunday insisted that Greece's borders were being guarded "under the framework of international law and European values."
Since its election in 2019, Greece's conservative government has strongly prioritized border security and adopted a tough migration policy.
Mare Liberum's report on Friday said that in addition to the Greek coastguard, Frontex and ships under NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Originally it was a mutual defense pact directed against an expansionist Soviet Union. An attempt to target the embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia earlier this month may have been part of a larger plot by Iran to target Israeli, American and Emirati embassies in Africa, according to The New York Times.
The official Ethiopian statement on the arrest of 15 people who it said were casing the UAE embassy in Adis Ababa did not mention who was behind the plot or the motive, but, according to the report, a 16th arrest in Sweden brought in Ahmed Ismail, believed to be the ringleader of the plot.

American and Israeli officials told the Times that the plot was arranged by Iran, with Iranian intelligence activating a sleeper cell in Addis Ababa last fall with orders to gather intelligence on the three embassies.
The plot was reportedly meant to serve as revenge for the US assassination of former Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani and the alleged Israeli assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
That was supremely ineffective. How mortifying for Iran.
Israel has not officially confirmed its involvement in the assassination.
According to the Times, Rear Adm. Heidi K. Berg, director of intelligence at the Pentagon’s Africa command, citing Western intelligence sources, stated that Iran was behind the plot and that Ethiopia and Sweden collaborated on thwarting the attacks.
