Longtime CNN producer John Griffin slapped with $15M civil suit amid federal child trafficking case
[FOX] John Griffin, the longtime CNN producer fired last month over child trafficking allegations, has been named in a Connecticut civil lawsuit alleging "despicable acts" of "horrific sexual abuse" and exploitation.

"For several years prior to 2020, the defendant solicited young girls, including the minor plaintiff, for the purpose of knowingly persuading, inducing, enticing and coercing them to engage in sexual activity, sexual exploitation, and/or sexual trafficking," the lawsuit, filed last week in Bridgeport, alleges.

Criminally, Griffin faces one trafficking charge along with two counts of attempted trafficking in federal court in Vermont after allegedly soliciting parents with underage children.

#2  I had an adult literacy student many years ago who also discovered she was pregnant at the age of fifteen when the baby fell out. She was a daydreamy sort of girl in the hills of Kentucky who’d taken nine years to get as far as fourth grade, but most of that was social advancement — she’d stopped learning anything useful halfway through first grade, though she caught up quickly the year I tutored her. At any rate, she was a big, big-boned girl, and just assumed she was continuing to get fat. The boy married her, the marriage was a successful one, and she knew exactly what she was doing for their second child.

Once I gave her the tools she needed to learn how to learn, she pushed her daughter to get a high school diploma. Her son added honour cords to his, followed by graduating from the police academy at the top of his class. Though she never went for a GED herself, she loved being able to read to and with her daughter’s son, and ended up leading a bible study group in her church

#4  I was merely the midwife, dear M. She did all the hard work after I spent a grand total of 30 minutes a week with her in one of the meeting rooms at the public library. Her goal was to read the bible, so after we did the day’s lesson on words starting with that particular letter of the alphabet, I’d help her sound out the assigned verse in her bible, then the verses before and after, using it as an excuse to practice looking up words and discussing what the verses meant. She was a bright woman, and needed no more than that to go galloping off on her own. I was humbled to see what real learning looked like — I had it so easy in comparison.

One of the things I deeply regret about being sick is that I wasn’t able to take up tutoring again once the trailing daughters needed me less. It was a small thing that impacted three generations and beyond.

Cops seek suspects in gang assault that left good Samaritan dead
[NYPOST] Cops are hunting for a group wanted in a gang assault on New Year’s Day that led to the death of a good Samaritan who was struck by a train in the Bronx.
The deadly incident unfolded around 2:40 a.m. inside the Fordham Road subway station when one of the suspects approached a 38-year-old man and "displayed a knife" before the group began "physically assaulting him," the NYPD said.

The victim tumbled onto the tracks as a train approached — and that’s when a 25-year-old man jumped onto the roadbed to try to rescue him. The younger man was instead struck and killed by the oncoming train.

Police didn’t release the dead man’s name.

The assault victim — who was not hit by the train — was taken to an area hospital for a broken arm, cops said.

New photos from the station show about a dozen people who appear to be in their teens and early 20s who fled the station, according to police.

Furious Arizona mom blasts Delta for refusing to let her buy a gender ‘X' airline ticket for her non-binary child, 21, with customer services telling her that the airline only recognizes male and female genders
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News]
  • An Arizona mother put Delta Airlines on blast for refusing to let her buy a gender 'X' plane ticket for her non-binary child

  • Dawn Henry, 52, complained to customer services - and was told that the airline recognizes male and female genders only

  • Henry called out the airline in a series of tweets on Thursday, claiming she was attempting to buy a surprise plane ticket for her nonbinary 21-year-old

  • That's when she discovered Delta only allows for male and female gender options

  • A spokesperson for the airline told NBC News that it is not an easy fix, and will require multiple departments and time to accomplish

  • However, they did say the nonbinary option will be added sometime this year

  • In October, the United States first ever gender 'X' passport was given to an intersex Navy veteran who had been campaigning for the option since 2015

Russian Foxtrot Class Submarine for Sale, Grizzled Ex Soviet Sub Commander Not Included
[AutoEvolution] Jeremy Clarkson once famously quoted that he'd choose to serve on a submarine if he were ever conscripted into military service. Well, Jezza, you don't even need to sign up anymore. He could just use some of his Diddly Squat Farm money to buy this abandoned Russian submarine.

The Foxtrot class Russian submarine, as NATO designated it, represented the dull mass of the Soviet and then the Russian navy from the late 1950s all the way until less than a decade ago. The 90 meters long (294 ft 11in) sub was powered by three Kolomna 2D42M diesel engines rated at 2,000 horsepower each.

These diesel engines run in conjunction with three electric motors ranging from 1,350 to 2,700 horsepower. The end result is a sub that could endure speeds of 15 knots (28 km/h) while underwater for as many as three to five days at a time. Its ten torpedo tubes were a threat to any NATO ship passing through its jurisdiction. This ship has room for a crew of 12 officers, 10 warrants, and 56 seamen.

With their retirement from front line service in 2014, this is just one of the Foxtrot subs that may very soon be open to civilian sale. Many already serve as museum ships, with two examples located in Los Angeles and San Diego, respectively. This particular example was actually retired in 1993 to be preserved as a museum ship, which it's served as since 1998.
The San Diego B-39 exhibit closed. It was wearing out, with hull rust
he online description on mysubmarines.com claims the ship is largely as it was when it left the Russian Military, with no vital drivetrain or navigational components removed. Whether as a one-of-a-kind rich people's toy or as an educational museum ship, this submarine has the potential to be far more useful than an antiquated pile of floating scrap. Check out the gallery above to see more of what this vessel has on offer.

Pricing and shipping information is reserved for only the most serious prospective buyers. So you better have your paperwork and credit score in order if you're ready to spend your days LARPING as a Soviet submarine commander.

CDC Director Walensky Admits 75% of covid fatalities have 4+ comorbitities
[PostMillennial] Speaking to Good Morning America, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky confirmed that "the overwhelming number of deaths, over 75 percent, occurred in people who had at least four comorbidities, so these are people who were unwell to begin with."...
Are we then to assume that much can be learned from a terminal test population ?
Walensky spoke to Fox News' Bret Baier, saying "In some hospitals that we've talked to, up to 40 percent of the patients who are coming in with COVID are coming in not because they're sick with COVID but because they're coming in with something else and have had COVID or the omicron variant detected."

Interesting that Brandon pushed back SOTU to March 1. He's not gonna pass any significant legislation for them; Manchin will see to that.

The only explanation must be that he along with everyone now can see that Omicron will rip through the population, burn out and be for the most part finished before March 1. That will be his announcement that the Shitshow is over .... "Mission accomplished!"

#3  More from this lawyer - response to the ridiculous fLying Walensky somersault this am that confirms what we always knew: they're overstating actual COVID fatalities by a factor of at least 4.

Back in the early summer of 2020, a group of us used public records requests to get ahold of the medical examiners’ notes for the first 40 or so reported Covid deaths in Florida. Shortly after that, the state changed the way they organized the death paperwork so that it became impenetrable to public records. So we never got any more.

I spent months, throughout the summer, going case by case, explaining in C&C just
how sick almost every single Covid fatality was — how sick they were BEFORE they got Covid.

My favorite example was the roofer who, according to the ME’s notes, was struck by lightning, tell three stories, crushed his vertebrae, cracked his skull, and was taken to the hospital where he died in a coma, never having woken up. But FOR SOME REASON the hospital stopped trying to save his life just long enough to swab him for Covid, thank goodness, and he was included in the first 40 reported Covid deaths in Florida.

But while there were a few — a very few — healthy deaths in the mix,
the most common profile was a very elderly person with THREE or more of: chronic heart disease, Alzheimer’s, high blood pressure/hypertension, diabetes, and physical injuries from recent falls.

#5  They vastly overcounted deaths-from-COVID. By a factor of at least 4, maybe 5 or more.

So fvcking obvious. We all knew this from Day One... any pathologist could have told them -- in fact several did, before they were suppressed / canceled.

The only question left is: Who will pay?

Who will be punished for these monstrous errors, disgusting lies and gross incompetence?

Nebraska announces $500M plan to claim water from Colorado
[aol.com] LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts announced a $500 million plan Monday to divert water out of Colorado under a 99-year-old compact between the states that allows Nebraska to seize access to Colorado land along the South Platte River and build canals.

Ricketts said Nebraska would invoke its rights under the South Platte River Compact amid concerns that Colorado's plans for the river could reduce water flows into his state by as much as 90%, taking a potentially huge toll on Nebraska's agricultural and power industries and likely affecting water supplies in the state's two largest cities, Omaha and Lincoln.

"We are very concerned about what is going to happen with these projects," Ricketts, a Republican, said at a news conference. The reduced streamflows "are going to have a dramatic impact on our ability to feed the world."

#5  75 Abrams tanks, 29 assault breacher vehicles, 17 joint assault bridge vehicles, and six armoured recovery vehicles.

The way things are going in Oz, the feral government may well need to do some crowd control. But I would buy Bradley's and such for that role, rather than main battle tanks. Their shopping list suggests they are planning for something bigger.

#6  The only folks who can land 120 tanks in Australia are the US Marines. Oh, the Marines are getting rid of their tanks and purchasing safe rooms?

Government Corruption
Gov't Docs Prove Fauci Lied to Rand Paul; US Was Funding Gain of Function Research in Wuhan
[Red State] We at RedState have long said that when Dr. Anthony Fauci testified to Sen. Rand Paul about the US government’s supposed non-involvement in gain of function research in Wuhan (and funding thereof) that he lied, and now documents from the Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) bear that out.

Project Veritas released documents Monday night "regarding the origins of COVID-19, gain of function research, vaccines, potential treatments which have been suppressed, and the government’s effort to conceal all of this."

One of the documents Project Veritas obtained was a report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense written by U.S. Marine Corp Major Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA Fellow.
The report states that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses. The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violates the basis gain of function research moratorium.

According to the documents, NIAID, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, went ahead with the research in Wuhan, China and at several sites across the U.S.

Dr. Fauci has repeatedly maintained, under oath, that the NIH and NAIAD have not been involved in gain of function research with the EcoHealth Alliance program. But according to the documents obtained by Project Veritas which outline why EcoHealth Alliance’s proposal was rejected, DARPA certainly classified the research as gain of function.

"The proposal does not mention or assess potential risks of Gain of Function (GoF) research," a direct quote from the DARPA rejection letter.

Major Murphy’s report goes on to detail great concern over the COVID-19 gain of function program, the concealment of documents, the suppression of potential curatives, like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and the mRNA vaccines.

Murphy would not comment on the report’s contents when reached by Project Veritas, but issued a brief statement:
I offer no comment on the investigation or internal Marine Corps deliberations. I offer a brief comment to those that desire answers and to those that withhold them.

To those seeking answers, I offer encouragement. There are good people striving for the truth working together in and out of government, and they succeed.

To those that withhold, I pray for you. Find the moral courage to come forward. Don’t let a lie be our legacy to posterity. People will forgive. A commitment to truth is in the heart of this nation.

Semper Fi.
Ending the video, O’Keefe asked, "Who at DARPA made the decision to bury the original report? They could have raised red flags to the Pentagon, the White House, or Congress, which may have prevented this entire pandemic that has led to the deaths of 5.4 million people worldwide and caused much pain and suffering to many millions more."

#6  I took enalapril (ACE inhibitor) for many years. Never had any problems with it. Been on amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) instead for many years now. It does what I need it to do, but I wish I was still getting the off-label benefits ACE inhibitors are said to provide.

#7  This should make me glad I'm not on an ACE inhibitor. That said, I worry more about dementia than COVID, thus my interest in the ACE inhibitors purported off-label benefits.

#8  Well, it's obvious why they lied. They tried really risky research, it escaped the lab, and caused a global plague.

Aversion to punishment for one's own behavior is a core bureaucratic value. Especially when one did the thing in question.

#12  Thanks for the Ace Inhibitor info. Sounds like something I should stay away from if I want to remember where the bathroom is :-(

#13  ^ As I say, I never had any adverse eff3ects from enalapril. I knew other people who had 'em all.

Once, my primary care doc said to me, "If everyone took their meds always, on time and without side-effects like you, the world would be a more crowded place."

#14  If there is more to this story, someone please tell me.

There was an election coming in which Democrats anticipated getting clobbered and Donald Trump getting four more years in the White House. This was unacceptable to Deep State types in DARPA and elsewhere. But then the pandemic that resulted from Fauxi's gain of function research gave Democrats an excuse to implement a mail in balloting for the election which was highly suspect. Democrat Biden was then able to defeat Trump and win the White House. Are these facts related in any way? Would you put it past them?

#16  I'm just gonna say it out loud: the Dems called in a favor from the CCP who were more than happy to oblige. For CCP and Dems, it was a win-win.

US surgeons transplant a PIG heart into a human in world first op: Dying Maryland handyman, 57, who's ineligible for a human organ is 'doing well' three days after risky 'last ditch' procedure
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News]
  • David Bennett, 57, is the first human to receive a pig heart as an organ transplant

  • Surgeons in Baltimore transplanted the pig heart on Friday and Bennett is said to be recovering and doing well, but it is too soon to know long-term effects

  • Bennett was dying and ineligible for a human heart donation because heart failure and an irregular heartbeat made him ineligible

  • He also disqualified himself by failing to follow doctors' advice, such as missing appointments and refusing to take medicine

  • 'It was either die or do this transplant,' said Bennett before the operation. 'I want to live. I know it's a shot in the dark, but it's my last choice'
