Surber: Lawsuits could end the trans fad
A cow can't sue the butcher shop, but a woman can sue her butchers. Two women in separate suits are suing doctors who sliced and diced them in the name of transgendering.

The first case was reported by Just the News, which said, "A young woman who regretted her gender transition helped shut down the U.K.'s central provider of pediatric "gender affirming care" this summer through litigation that prompted more scrutiny of the National Health Service-run Tavistock clinic.

"An older American detransitioner is following Keira Bell's lead, suing mental health professionals for allegedly rushed, sloppy and categorically false evaluations that authorized her for a taxpayer-funded double mastectomy despite the red flags she presented on mental health.

"Though she's not a minor, Camille Kiefel's lawsuit could make providers think twice about treating gender dysphoria in youth with puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, as well as surgical removal of healthy breasts and genitals for all ages.

"The gender-critical Women's Liberation Front is sponsoring Kiefel's lawsuit. Filed in Oregon's Multnomah County Circuit Court, it alleges malpractice, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress."

A more famous case filed this week was reported by the Catholic News Agency, which said, "Chloe Cole, the outspoken 18-year-old raising awareness about the dangers of gender transitions on children, is suing the doctors who performed transgender procedures on her when she was a minor.

#1  Yeah, these doctors are extremely unethical in pushing this surgical mutilation on patients with unstable mental health. They don't do the standard practices one expects with recommendations for surgery. They just say cut, cut, cut is always the right answer.

They're serving a higher ideal and aren't answerable to old-fashioned medical ethics. They need to create as many crippled, traumatized people as possible in order to further the trans agenda.

Abu Dhabi must clarify security role in Somalia
[Garowe] This week, we reported a curious observation in which Emirati troops have been clandestinely landing at the Puntland
...a region in northeastern Somalia, centered on Garowe in the Nugaal province. Its leaders declared the territory an autonomous state in 1998. Puntland and the equally autonomous Somaliland seem to have avoided the clan rivalries and warlordism that have typified the rest of Somalia, which puts both places high on the list for Islamic subversion...
port city of Bossaso in Somalia. And by Friday, neither the Federal Government in Mogadishu nor the administration of President Said Abdullahi Deni in Puntland had explained anything.

This risks creating unnecessary tensions in a country where foreign entities routinely jostle for influence. For the Emiratis, their landing could never have been surprising had it been transparent. After all, Abu Dhabi has lately enjoyed rebuilding its ties with Mogadishu under Somalia’s new President, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. Emiratis had a tumultuous time under Mohammed Farmaajo.

Is Russia's ‘hypersonic’ Kinzhal full of American hardware?
[YouTube]

Russia caught the world’s attention with the deployment and subsequent use of their "hypersonic" Kinzhal missile against targets in Ukraine. Now, evidence is mounting to suggest that Russia’s high-speed, headline-grabbing Kinzhal may actually be guided into its targets using Western—potentially even American—hardware.

Leveraging independent analyses of Russian weapon systems recovered in Ukraine conducted by UK-based firms the Royal United Services Institute and Conflict Armament Research, we’ve attempted to assess the likelihood that one of Russia’s highest-profile weapons may actually carry Western components. Based on the evidence available, we cannot say with 100% certainty that the Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missile does, but we’re surprised to report that it seems exceedingly likely.

The trolls are going to love this one.

GOP must insist on a return to pre-2020 election system in competitive states or die
[American Thinker] It’s entirely possible that the Republicans will not win the House. If they do, it will be by a razor thin margin under circumstances that should have produced a blowout.

The main reason for this second in a row reversal of all historic electoral precedent is plain to anyone who wants to look and be honest:

Florida has an electoral law that most closely recreates the US election DAY mechanics of all time prior to 2020: No mass mailing of unrequested absentee ballots to all registered voters - only those registered voters requesting an absent ballot no later than 10 days before the election get one; and their ballot is counted only if received by a specific date. In Florida there was strict enforcement of date deadlines, and larger percentages of voters than elsewhere voted at the polls.

Ergo: in Florida there was fast counting and quick results; and much less time for shenanigans.

And a Republican blowout.

In Florida there was no collecting/harvesting of ballots. And - even more important - no voting by that substantial segment of the Democrat party base that’s too disorganized and generally out of it to either remember to go to the polls or to request an absentee ballot.

The mass mailing of millions of absentee ballots, coupled with lengthy return periods and allowed methods of return (e.g., unsupervised drop boxes) has, in a multitude of ways, expanded the Dem vote.

It may save them both the House and Senate this time.

This was foreseeable. In Florida it was fixed. What was wrong during the last two years with the rest of the Republican leadership?

This election conclusively establishes that until the corrupt electoral mechanics established in 2020 in almost all competitive states are abolished, and something like Florida’s electoral laws put into place, Republicans will be laboring not merely against the entire corporate and tech media, but under vote mechanics that give the Dems: 1. every opportunity to engage in fraud; and 2. constitute a national remedial help plan for several million Democrat-inclined incompetents who, in the absence of these mechanics, would not vote at all.

All of this adds up to an unknown but significant number of votes for the Dems that were never available to them in years prior to 2020. This advantage, coupled with numerous others (see above) is too much for the traditional conservative party to overcome. Even in circumstances like those prevailing on November 8, 2022, which, under the electoral mechanics that prevailed before 2020, would have produced a Republican blowout.

All the blather about weak candidates, wrong messaging, abortion and Donald Trump are so much barking up wrong trees. This atrocious Republican electoral outcome will have been produced by the electoral mechanics that the timid Republican establishment allowed to be adopted in 2020, and then to be extended to this election, and - for all the fight on this issue Republican leaders have shown - probably forever.

Republicans, conservatives and patriots!

It’s the electoral mechanics, stupid!

#6  Simple explanation, voter turn-out in midterms is roughly 50+%, but in mail=in voter states, each registered voter gets sent a ballot. SO there is a pool of approximately 50% of the registered voters to manipulate through"curing", ballot harvesting, purchased voting and outright fraud. When you don't have voter ID and same day in person voting, it is a candy store for one party overall.

#10  We can’t mandate new rules unless the Republicans control both Houses of Congress with veto-proof majorities. Until then, all we can do is improve things in those states we do control, and keep going through the Supreme Court when possible to keep the federal government from rolling back the improvements. Especially now that a $40 million Democrat donor has been taken out of play.

Evolution isn’t nearly as satisfying as revolution, but a journey of a thousand miles begins —and continues — with a single step.

#14  By the Constitution national elections are state controlled. Washington is 100% compromised. Giving them control of elections is like turning over a Girl Scout troop to Gislaine Maxwell. The issues can be fixed but it will take relentless effort . Florida was a joke for decades. It is a battle that we need to wage. Quitting is not an option, but the time frame is six years in the Senate minimum and probably longer to delouse the Executive Branch. The education system will take three generations. The amount of work required is sobering. To forgo doing it is a betrayal of our inheritance.

This Election Was an Unmitigated Disaster, and It's Time to Air Some Grievances
[Red State] We now have a pretty clear picture of how the 2022 election went. Far from the overwhelming predictions of a red wave (by myself included, even if my predictions were criticized pre-election as being too understated), the end result is an unmitigated disaster for the Republican Party and the country.

Democrats have been handed a fresh mandate, holding the Senate and perhaps only losing the House by a vote or two. With those margins, it’ll be easy to peel off a few blue-state Republicans to pass objectionable bills. In short, not only has nothing changed but the left has been energized by a political outcome that makes them more likely to retain and retake power in 2024.

To be frank, I’m not here for the excuses, nor those insisting we double down on losing because of petty, pathetic tribal feuds within the party. So yeah, I’m about to air some grievances and get brutally honest. Buckle up and understand that my anger is about wanting to win, not pushing any specific politician or direction. My family matters more than protecting party leaders.

With that said, let’s talk about Mitch McConnell first. That’d be the same Mitch McConnell who decided to pass gun control, give Joe Biden his infrastructure bill, break his promise on the debt ceiling, and proclaim Ukraine the top issue for Americans while shoveling tens of billions in unaccountable money overseas.

If McConnell wanted to validate the attacks on him as leading a nefarious "establishment," what would he have done differently? It is time for new leadership, and that includes replacing the 80-year-old, deeply disliked GOP Senate leader whose biggest brag was getting through conservative Supreme Court justices with a Republican Senate. My dog could have gotten that done, and he’s old and has arthritis, which is a good description of McConnell.

#5  The Indian and the Buffalo

An Indian walks into a cafe with a shotgun in one hand and pulling a male buffalo with the other. He says to the waiter: "Want coffee."

The waiter says, "Sure, Chief. Coming right up." He gets the Indian a tall mug of coffee . . .
The Indian drinks the coffee down in one gulp, turns and blasts the buffalo with the shotgun, causing parts of the animal to splatter everywhere, and then just walks out.

The next morning the Indian returns. He has his shotgun in one hand, pulling another male buffalo with the other.

He walks up to the counter and says to the waiter: "Want coffee."

The waiter says, "Whoa, Tonto! We're still cleaning up your mess from yesterday. What was all that about, anyway?"

The Indian smiles and proudly says, "Training for a position in United States Congress . . . Come in, drink coffee, shoot the bull, leave mess for others to clean up, disappear for rest of day.

While the National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted raids across Tamil Nadu in connection with the Coimbatore blast case, the Tamil Nadu police have busted an Islamic State module and interrogated 18 suspects.

Raids by the police were conducted in MKP Nagar, Mannadi, Otteri and Pulianthope. The police also seized incriminating documents from the homes of the suspects.

Appliying Game Theory statistics: Chinese incursions into India are increasing and are strategically planned, study finds
Hattip lotp. A somewhat useful map and the second half of the article at the link. See here for the latest along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
[PhysOrg] Chinese incursions across India's west and central borders are not independent, random incidents that happen by mistake. Instead, these incursions are part of a strategically planned, coordinated effort in order to gain permanent control of disputed border areas, a new study has found.

Led by Northwestern University, Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands and the Netherlands Defense Academy, the authors assembled a new dataset, compiling information about Chinese incursions into India from 2006 to 2020. Then they used game theory and statistical methods to analyze the data.

The researchers found that conflicts can be separated into two distinct sectors: west/middle (the Aksai Chin region) and east (the Arunachal Pradesh region). While the researchers learned that the number of incursions are generally increasing over time, they concluded that conflicts in the east and middle sectors are part of a coordinated expansionist strategy.

By pinpointing the exact locations lying at the root of the conflict, the researchers believe deterrents could be established in these specific areas to defuse tensions along the entire border.

The study, "Rising tension in the Himalayas: A geospatial analysis of Chinese border incursions into India," will be published on Nov. 10 in the journal PLOS ONE.

"By studying the number of incursions that occurred in the west and middle sectors over time, it became obvious, statistically, that these incursions are not random," said Northwestern's V.S. Subrahmanian, the study's senior author. "The probability of randomness is very low, which suggests to us that it's a coordinated effort. When we looked at the eastern sector, however, there is much weaker evidence for coordination. Settling border disputes in specific areas could be an important first step in a step-by-step resolution of the entire conflict."

A world-renowned expert in AI and security matters, Subrahmanian is the Walter P. Murphy Professor of Computer Science at Northwestern's McCormick School of Engineering and a Buffett Faculty Fellow at Northwestern's Buffett Institute for Global Affairs.

INCURSIONS ON THE RISE
The longest disputed border in the world, the India-China boundary has experienced recurring conflicts since 1962. Incursions tend to occur in two distinct regions: Aksai Chin, a region north of Nepal that is controlled by China but claimed by India, and Arunachal Pradesh, a region east of Bhutan that is controlled by India but claimed by China.

To construct their new dataset, the authors compiled publicly available information about border incursions that were well-documented by international media. For the study, the team defined an "incursion" as any movement of Chinese troops across the border—by foot or in vehicles—into areas that are internationally accepted as India's territory. Then, they plotted each location on a map, identifying 13 hotspots where incursions happen most frequently.

In the 15-year dataset, the researchers noted an average of 7.8 incursions per year. The Indian government's estimates, however, are much higher at 300 per year.

"Although the Indian government publicizes these numbers, we don't have the details behind them," Subrahmanian said. "They might be counting a series of temporally proximate events as several different incursions, whereas we count them all as part of the same one incursion. But when we plotted our data and their data on a graph, the curves still have the same shape. Both curves show that incursions are increasing—but not steadily. They rise and fall, while still trending upward."

International-UN-NGOs
Marine Ecosystem Champions
Direct Translation via Google Translate.

Commentary by blogger molcular biologist Alexander Hoffman

[ColonelCassad] One of the most outwardly harmless, but the most profound, in every sense, goals of the so-called. "sustainable development", under No. 14 (https://t.me/thehegemonist/1822) - "preservation of marine ecosystems".

On September 26, 2012, at the Blue Ocean Film Festival in Monterey, California, the founding of the NGO TerraMar Project, an environmentalist organization with the goal of "protecting the oceans", was announced. On the same days in Monterey (http://ocean-acidification.net/international-symposia/2012-symposium-on-the-ocean-in-a-high-co2-world/) the third symposium "The ocean in high concentration of CO 2".

TerraMar was founded by American-British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell. Yes, yes, the one that, together with the American financier Jeffrey Epstein, was engaged in trafficking children for pedophiles and personally participated in the molestation of minors. According to Maxwell's testimony, Epstein provided her with funds to fund TerraMar.

TerraMar's Board of Directors included such figures as the Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Partnerships (function - achieving the SDGs through PPP (https://t.me/thehegemonist/1825)) Amir Dossal, who managed a $ 1 billion grant from CNN founder Ted Turner, media manager, lawyer and film producer Stephen Haft, Stuart Beck, an American lawyer, thanks to whom Palau received a seat in the UN, and Beck became the country's permanent representative to the organization, and then - ambassador Palau in the oceans and seas, Ariadna Calvo-Platero, a representative of the British aristocratic Beaumont family, Maxwell's friend from Oxford.

Among TerraMar's "friends and supporters" is Jonathan Soros, son of George Soros. In 2013, TerraMar became (https://www.clintonfoundation.org/commitment/clinton-global-initiative/sustainable-oceans-alliance-impacting-the-sgds/) a Clinton Foundation partner as part of the Alliance for Sustainable Development Foundation's commitment oceans: impact on the SDGs”.

🌐🌊 Publicly, the TerraMar Project looked like another NGO with celebrities in the wake of the UN agenda. But, abstracting from the criminal reputation of its founder, let's consider the goals and mission of TerraMar. This is 64% of the world's oceans that are outside national jurisdictions - international waters, the creation of a "global ocean community" based on the idea of shared ownership of the commons and the inclusion of the oceans in the UN SDG agenda - Maxwell said (https://odysee. com/@yellowgenius:0/Ghislaine-Maxwell-TED-Talk-A-Way-to-Have-Our-Oceans---YouTube:3) during a TED talk in 2014, a year before the UN General Assembly resolution 70/1.

Speaking at a UN event as the founder of TerraMar, Maxwell stated (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzL5ev0vjbw&t=80s) the following: "the ocean is the next frontier, the next subject of controversy, the next space that will become a target for capture." Before the performance, she was introduced as a person who "controls the oceans around the world" and will tell "what it means to own the oceans."

TerraMar granted its own "citizenship". In particular, during interrogation in the case of trafficking in children for pedophiles, Maxwell stated that she was a "citizen" of TerraMar. Also, in 2019, the American biooceanologist and environmentalist Sylvia Earl, who is one of the founders of the project, announced her TerraMar-“citizenship”.

Thus, TerraMar was positioned in a narrow circle as a quasi-state in international waters, controlled by the "global ocean community". No more serious initiatives were carried out within the framework of the project, because the pedophile trial against Maxwell became, in fact, the basis for the liquidation of TerraMar, whose president was Epstein's girlfriend.
