Crack Found in Man's Buttocks
Well, duh!

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Police searching a downtown home found a man hiding 15 plastic bags of crack cocaine in his buttocks.

I heard a B-52s song parody on morning drive radio several years ago that seems appropriate:

There's a construction worker by the side of the road
Showin' fifteen inches of
Buuuuut Craaak! . . .

-Short Attention Span Theater-
High heels 'may improve sex life'
Wearing higher heels - although perhaps not stilettos - may improve your pelvic floor muscles and in doing so boost your sex life, a study suggests. An Italian urologist and self-professed lover of the sexy shoe set out to prove that high heels were not as bad for women's health as some suggest. The shoe has been linked to a range of problems - from corns to schizophrenia.

But in a letter to European Urology, Dr Maria Cerruto said her research showed it was time to stand up for the heel. She said her study of 66 women under 50 found that those who held their foot at a 15 degree angle to the ground - the equivalent of a two inch heel - had as good posture as those who wore flat shoes, and crucially showed less electrical activity in their pelvic muscles.

This suggested the muscles were at an optimum position, which could well improve their strength and ability to contract. The pelvic floor muscles are an essential component of the female body. As well as assisting sexual performance and satisfaction, they provide vital support to the pelvic organs, which include the bladder, bowels and uterus.

But they often weaken after pregnancy and childbirth, and as the woman gets older. There are exercises to strengthen them, but Dr Cerruto hopes her findings may eliminate the need for these.

"Women often have difficulty in carrying out the right exercises for the pelvic zone and wearing heels could be the solution," she said. "Like many women, I like high-heeled shoes," she added. "It's good to know they have potential health benefits."

Gill Brook, a women's health physiotherapist in Bradford, stressed the findings did not suggest that stilettos were a good thing for those keen on improving their pelvic floor function. "But for women who like a slightly higher heel, these are reassuring findings - although we haven't yet done away with the need for regular exercises to maintain what is such an important part of the female body."

Strong quake in Africa kills at least 40
KIGALI - A strong earthquake shook the African Great Lakes region on Sunday, killing at least 34 people in Rwanda and six in the Democratic Republic of Congo, according to officials and hospital sources. ‘According to the figures I have at the moment, 34 people are dead,’ said Rwandan local government minister Protais Musoni on Sunday afternoon.

The quake struck at 0735 GMT some 20 kilometres (12 miles) north of the DR Congo town of Bukavu.

Britain
For Once, The UK Denies Story About Their Dhimmitude
The UK government is taking the unprecedented step of writing to every embassy to stop a false e-mail rumour about Holocaust teaching being banned.

A widely-circulated e-mail has falsely claimed that schools in the UK will stop teaching the Holocaust because it might cause offence to Muslims.

Schools Secretary Ed Balls says he wants to "put an end once and for all to the myth" spread by the e-mail. He says teaching the Holocaust remains "non-negotiable" in England.

This formal government rebuttal of a hoax e-mail has been prompted by a persistent rumour that "UK schools" are set to remove the Holocaust from the curriculum.

The e-mail claims that this is a response to fears of offending Muslims - and it calls for the e-mail to be distributed in a "memorial chain" in protecting the memory of the Holocaust's victims.

There are also versions of the e-mail claiming that teaching of the Holocaust has been banned at the University of Kentucky - presumably in a confusion over "UK".

The e-mail continues to be published on many blogs and websites.

A spokeswoman for the Department for Children, Schools and Families says the department regularly has to handle inquiries about this hoax - and that it wants to put a stop to the confusion.

The BBC News website also repeatedly receives e-mails, many from international readers, asking about the validity of this supposed curriculum ban.

The government is now acting to refute the e-mail, sending a statement to embassies and the "world media".

"I want to put an end once and for all to the myth that the Holocaust is not being taught in schools or is being removed from the curriculum," writes Mr Balls.

"I am pleased to confirm that this is absolutely not the case. Teaching of the Holocaust is compulsory in all secondary schools between the ages of 11 and 14.

"We are clear that there are certain non-negotiable subjects, which are protected in schools; one of those is the Holocaust.

"There is no evidence that schools are breaking the rules and not teaching the Holocaust.

"We also fund visits for young people from every secondary school and college to go to Auschwitz."

The UK has four education systems with separate curricula. This compulsory teaching of the Holocaust applies to schools in England - but there are no suggestions of a "ban" on the subject in other parts of the UK either.

The starting point of the e-mail is believed to have been a report from the Historical Association in April 2007, which warned that some teachers appeared reluctant to teach areas of history which could be considered controversial with some pupils.

This included concerns about teaching the Crusades to Muslim pupils - and worries that teaching the Holocaust could prompt an anti-Semitic response.

#1  worries that teaching the Holocaust could prompt an anti-Semitic response

The worries are not pulled from thin air, dhimmi post-production or not. The concept is in the same category as "if you point out that we are violent, we'll kill you!"

In other words, muzzie's responses are fucked up and pathological.

Dhimmis complement that with their own pathologies.

9 British soldiers arrested after Cyprus resort rampage

LARNACA: Nine British troops serving in Cyprus have been arrested and charged after allegedly smashing up a pub and attacking locals in the holiday resort of Ayia Napa, authorities said on Sunday. Police said around 20 soldiers burst into the Bedrock pub in the southern coastal town and starting wrecking the place in the early hours of Saturday morning before officers intervened. British Forces Cyprus said nine soldiers had returned to barracks after being detained and charged by police with a variety of offences. “This is the most serious incident we’ve had for some time and we will ensure these men will appear in court,” BFC spokesman Dennis Barnes told AFP. afp

Posters on Kimjongilia Festival Produced
YJCMTSU.
Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) — Posters on the 12th Kimjongilia Festival to be held on the occasion of the birthday of Kim Jong Il have been produced.

Seen in the upper part of the posters are letters "Congratulations on February 16" and the logo of the festival and in their lower part letters "The 12th Kimjongilia Festival" and the period of the festival. Depicted in the center of the poster against the background of Mt. Paektu, a holy mountain of the revolution, is the immortal flower in full bloom. It indicates that this time, too, an endless stream of people will visit the venue of the festival of flowers of the sun which will present fantastic scenery and grasp once again the greatness of the leader.

There is also a poster depicting Jong Il Peak towering high in the snow-covered deep forest and red Kimjongilias in full bloom.
Apparently the Kimjongilia is a flower created just for Kimmie; blooms on his birthday every February.

'Penis massage' med student should have conviction: govt
A Brisbane judge spared him a criminal conviction so as not to jeopardise his future career, but the would-be doctor who tried to give an 11-year-old boy a penis massage might not be so lucky a second time.
And shouldn't be so lucky the first time.
State Attorney General Kerry Shine is seeking a jail term for disgraced University of Queensland medical student Shakeel Mirza, who escaped with only 12 months probation over his attempt to molest the boy in February 2006.
That's "molest," as in molesting an 11-year-old, as in grabbing his gennies.
A criminal conviction was not formally recorded after his defence lawyers successfully argued that a black mark against his name could prevent Mirza, 27, from getting a government Blue Card - or security clearance - allowing him to treat children in hospital.
And think of all the gennie massages the children of Brisbane would miss then.
But at an appeal hearing in Brisbane's Supreme Court today, barrister for the Crown, Michael Copely described Mirza's punishment as "manifestly inadequate", and accused sentencing judge David Searles of "closing his eyes" to other sentencing options.
Perhaps the judge should be required to send his children to Dr. Mirza for treatment in the future.
He asked the court to resentence Mirza to 12 months' jail - albeit wholly suspended - and record a criminal conviction. "The offence was serious enough in itself, given the age disparity of the parties and the breach of trust," Mr Copely argued.
He is a ped-o-phile. He gropes little children. He should be jugged and the key thrown away. Normal men seldom have any reason to grab the doinkers of children over the age of about a year, and then only if they're the children's parents, and even then only in the line of diaper duty. Back in my day, when brontosaurs ruled the world, we used to call those things "privates."
The Pakistani-born medical student
Of course he's a Pak. Who had any doubt?
had been appointed as a mentor to the 11-year-old boy under the Lions Club's "Aunties and Uncles" program when he tried to force his hands down the youngster's pants at the family's Brisbane home. The court heard he had been rubbing the child's head to relax him when he offered to massage the child's penis instead because "it would feel better". The boy managed to fend off Mirza's advances.
"Getcher hands orff me, you pervert! [KICK!]"
It was later suggested Mirza had been inspired to touch the boy after watching the comedy film Spaceballs, which had been playing in the room at the time.
I've seen that movie. I can't seem to recall which part makes you grab for mini-baloney.
Today, Mirza's defence barrister Brad Farr argued that in some cases, shame was enough to deter people from reoffending, and that a jail sentence - even a wholly suspended one - was not warranted.
In other cases, hanging's too good for them.
He also maintained that a criminal conviction would cast a pall over his client's promising future as a doctor. The court has reserved its decision.
Maybe he should look for a new line of work. The idea of sending my grandkids to a pediatrician noted for grabbing at their dangling participles makes me gag.

#11  "Today, Mirza's defence barrister Brad Farr argued that shame was enough to deter people from reoffending, and that a jail sentence - even a wholly suspended one - was not warranted."

From what I read about the muzz ideology, shame IS - often - enough to keep a muzzie from re-offending. For example, female muzzie teenagers that are "honor killed" by their male family members NEVER re-offend.

That a freakin' judge would let this pervert off without a criminal conviction is astonishing. Hope you're feelin' warm, fuzzy and oh so multi-culti today Judge Searles. I assume this idiot was elected but maybe I'm wrong. I do know this: he needs to be removed from office. Yesterday.

India-Pakistan
Andhra Muslims get job quota, courts cry foul
Hyderabad: Despite ongoing legal battles, Andhra Pradesh has started implementing 4 per cent quota for Muslims in government jobs. The state government, on Saturday, handed letters to 10 Muslim candidates appointing them as engineers in the Energy Department.

Shaik Gugudu Vali and Shaik Yasmeen are among the first beneficiaries of the new job-quota for Muslims. As per the amended Muslim Reservation Act, 'Shaiks' have been classified as socially and economically backward. There are thirteen other Muslim castes who will get the same benefit as the Sheiks.

An earlier attempt by the Congress government to give 5 per cent reservation to Muslims was challenged in court. It responded by reducing it to 4 per cent, and creating castes among Muslims by bringing in a new legislation.

"We brought in another legislation. Lot of work has gone behind this legislation and we started giving reservation in both educational institutions and in employment," Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy said.

Now, even this new move has been challenged in court. However, the government claims that the ongoing cases in the High Court and Supreme Court are not related to job quota.

"We took reports from legal experts including the Advocate General and they told us that in High Court and Supreme Court only a part of the Act has been challenged and it's confined to reservation in educational institutions and not employment," Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammad Ali Shabbir said.

Meanwhile, legal and constitutional experts are not buying the minister's argument.

"According to Articles 15 and 16, there can be no reservation based on caste, creed and religion," Supreme Court advocate ML Lahoty said.

But that is not the only controversy surrounding the Act. Many feel that most of the beneficiaries are neither poor nor backward like Shaik Gugudu Vali, who said, "I have five family members. All are engineers. One is working in Vidyut Souda, one in Hindustan Aeronautics, one is a software engineer and another one did her B-Tech, but she is housewife."

The government has also issued a notification to all its departments asking them to fill 4 per cent vacancies with Muslims, this even as the courts are yet to give the verdict.

Dalit thrown into boiling oil cauldron
A Dalit youth working at a confectionary here died after he was allegedly pushed into a cauldron full of boiling oil by his employer sparking protests by his family and others.
Cheeze. Deep fried him.
The incident occurred on Saturday in Bharthana area in the district when the youth refused to work for the confectionary owner Anoop Porwal due to ill health, according to family members of the victim.
And in Uttar Pradesh as well.. a state ruled by a Dalit woman, one of the most powerful politicians in India... Mayawati will have Porwal's hide
District Police Chief S.S. Aditya said a case of murder would be registered against the accused after a thorough investigation of the matter. The victim’s family alleged that Porwal and some others thrashed Satyaveer Singh and forced him to work though he had not been keeping well for the past few days.

A manhunt has been launched to nab Porwal, who fled from the spot after the incident.
Mr Porwal will soon be 'encountered'. A shutter gun and one round of bullet will be found next to his body.

6 Indonesian marines killed as Tank sinks
Six Indonesian marines were killed when their amphibious tank sank during an exercise off East Java, according to a report Sunday. A spokesman for the marines, Lieutenant Colonel Novarin Gunawan, was quoted by the Detikcom online news website confirming that six marines died Saturday in the accident. “Yes, it is true,” he told Detikcom, but declined further comments.
