[Washington Examiner] The FBI, apparently and finally eyeing voter fraud claims, has requested the files from an independent investigation of people who allegedly voted in several states.
The attorney conducting a "Voter Integrity Project" investigation for the conservative Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society that has called into question hundreds of thousands of potentially problem ballots said the FBI has asked for his key files.
"The FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP [Voter Integrity Project] findings that indicates illegal ballots," Matt Braynard tweeted today, adding, "By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc."

The U.S. experienced a surge in cases, hospitalizations and deaths in recent months, and public health officials warned that those numbers could jump during the winter as Americans experience "COVID fatigue." Flu deaths are remarkably low so far, two months into the flu season. Maybe because a flu + COVID death gets reported as a COVID death with an influenza comorbidity. After all, the most common comorbidity is "Influenza and Pneumonia". Fauci and other task force members urged Americans to refrain from traveling to visit loved ones over the holidays to avoid spreading the virus. But millions of Americans bucked that advice and packed airports in the days leading up to Thanksgiving.
"We have to be careful now," Fauci told ABC’s "This Week" on Sunday. "There almost certainly is going to be an uptick because of what’s happened with the travel." Or because of the season. Or both.
He added: "We may see a surge upon a surge. We don’t want to frighten people too much, but that’s just the reality. We said that these things would happen as we got into the cold weather and as we began traveling, and they’ve happened. It’s gonna happen again."
Fauci said it’s unlikely the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will relax its holiday gathering guidelines ahead of Christmas. I think it's likely many people will travel for Christmas, unless they're sick (or dead) from traveling in November.

Sunday's announcement reflects a stark departure from the city's original approach to managing the schools during the outbreak, especially by offering a plan to return students to classroom-based learning and away from 'hybrid' approaches.

[ET] The federal judge overseeing high profile attorney Sidney Powell’s election lawsuit in Georgia issued a temporary restraining order late Sunday night, declaring that election officials were barred from wiping or altering Dominion voting machines used in the November election.

Defendants listed in the case (pdf) were state election board members Chairman Brad Raffensperger, Vice Chair Rebecca Sullivan, David Worley, Matthew Mashburn, and Anh Le.
Election officials in Georgia’s Fulton County told a local news outlet Sunday that a newly purchased Dominion Voting Systems mobile server crashed that delayed the state's third recount of the presidential election and technicians from the company “have been dispatched to resolve the issue.”
11 Alive.com reported that the Georgia Secretary of State’s office is aware of the efforts to “resolve the problem.”
The report indicated that about 88% of the ballots in the state's largest county have been counted and the recount will resume again on Monday. The deadline to complete the recount is Dec. 2.
Joe Biden defeated President Trump by about 13,000 votes in the Peach State, but Trump and his legal team have challenged the results.

Greg Stenstrom, who, besides being a poll watcher, said he’s an expert in security fraud, told the hearing that he witnessed a number of chain-of-custody violations, including around mail-in ballots, the balance of votes from drop boxes, and the handling of USB card flash drives—all of which he said broke rules defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections and the election process review.
"They didn’t follow one," Stenstrom said. "It shocked me that this could happen."
He described witnessing a situation in which data on USB cards was uploaded to voting machines by a warehouse supervisor without being observed by a poll watcher, which he said he saw happen at least 24 times.
"He’s walking in with baggies, which we have pictures of and that were submitted in our affidavits," Stenstrom said, adding that Democratic poll watchers also witnessed this occurrence.
Stenstrom said he was told by an attorney that it’s normal for several USB cards to be left in machines and then brought back by the warehouse manager for input into tally systems. He added that when he later raised the issue with U.S. Attorney William McSwain and some law enforcement officers, he was told it is unusual for more than two drives to be left in voting machines.
He said he was later told that "these 24 to 30 cards that were uploaded" were unaccounted for, adding that "as of today, 47 USB v-cards are missing."

I’ve personally spent the last several days painstakingly analyzing 580,226 registered Georgia voters from current state-provided voter rolls who submitted a US Postal Service Mail Forwarding Change of Address request at least 30 days PRIOR TO the November 3rd election.
FACT: at least 57,793 Georgia voters cast their vote in a county that is DIFFERENT than where they previously instructed the USPS to forward their mail.
FACT: 43,507 (75%) of these individuals DID NOT vote in person on election day.
FACT: 17,514 of these voters asked the USPS to forward their mail OUT OF STATE to non-APO/DPO/FPO military addresses. 89% are over the age of 25 and likely not college students.
It’s been a few years, but most of you know I’m a former FBI Special Agent. Prior to that I worked in the US intelligence community. I’m a trained federal investigator who was assigned to Public Corruption cases. There are others more experienced than me, but this if far from my first rodeo.
With few exceptions, a person submits a USPS Change of Address request because they have permanently moved and want their mail rerouted to their new address. Under the 1993 National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), states may use that USPS Change of Address request to "identify registrants who may have changed residences" and "remove the registrant from the voter rolls after satisfying all requirements of the [NVRA]".
Many of these incidents can be legitimately explained. Not all reveal nefarious intent or coordinated efforts. Some voted Republican. Some voted Democrat. But after investigating a random sample of these voters, it’s abundantly clear that thousands, if not tens of thousands, voted in our election who do not reside in the county in which they voted...or even in Georgia.
Demand officials investigate these 57,793 and, if warranted, remove their votes from the November 3rd general election and remove them from the voter rolls before the upcoming Senate run-off.

Dane County finished its recount on Sunday, according to the county clerk, a few days after Milwaukee County finished its. Each recount produced little change in the final breakdown of the more than 800,000 ballots cast in the state. In the end, Biden's lead over Trump in Wisconsin grew by 87 votes.

Equally clear is the substantial prejudice arising from Petitioners’ failure to institute promptly a facial challenge to the mail-in voting statutory scheme, as such inaction would result in the disenfranchisement of millions of Pennsylvania voters.4
The only two Republicans on the seven-member court, Chief Justice Thomas Saylor and Justice Sallie Mundy, issued a concurring and dissenting opinion, arguing that while the challenge came too late, it raised serious constitutional objections that should be considered in future election.

[NYPOST] With Gov. Cuomo now threatening to go for "soak the rich" tax rates if he doesn’t get a federal bailout as ginormous as he wants, it’s well worth remembering just how much New York already depends on these citizens — who can easily afford to move away.Indeed, many have decamped temporarily during the pandemic — but they’re still paying taxes as New York residents. What if that changes?
Enter a new Manhattan Institute report by Michael Hendrix and Don Boyd, which looks at the fiscal consequences just for New York City — which leans on top earners less that the state government — if the 1 percent wave bye-bye.
The nearly 660,000 New Yorkers (more than 17 percent of all city income-tax filers) who qualify as top earners generated more than 80 percent of New York City’s income-tax revenue in 2018 (the latest year for which complete data are available).
They also account for a big chunk of the take from the unincorporated-business tax and sales taxes, in all "giving" over 22.6 percent of the city’s total tax revenue.
If only 1 percent of these top-earners permanently revoke their New York residency and do their business elsewhere, it could cost city government $220 million a year in tax revenue. If 3 percent go, it’s $576 million. And if 5 percent leave, it’s $933 million.
Not to mention the loss to the state, which would likely have to cut what it sends the city.
It could be far worse. In some of Manhattan’s richest neighborhoods, departure rates this year are as high as 50 percent — 10 times the study’s worst-case-scenario.. And a Sienna poll this August found that 44 percent of six-figure earners had considered leaving the city in the prior four months.
The real question is: How many will return when the virus is beaten? Everyone now knows how practical remote work can be, especially for top-paying jobs in areas like legal, accounting and financial services.
If New York politicians aren’t careful, they may turn the temporary exodus amid the pandemic into a permanent devastation of the tax base.

Under most state tax laws you're a legal resident if you're there for six months / 183 days. Cuomo & DeBlasio have been whining about lost revenues and begging Trump for a bailout since Day Fucking One. I'm inclined to think the number of people who've left permanently before June 30th is a lot more than just a trickle.
