-Short Attention Span Theater-
Two More Complaints Against Gov. Cuomo
Two more former aides alleged sexual misconduct against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo Saturday.
Unexpectedly -
Cuomo's director of communications, aggressively denied the allegations in a statement to The Post.

"This did not happen," he said. "Karen Hinton is a known antagonist of the Governor's who is attempting to take advantage of this moment to score cheap points with made up allegations from 21 years ago. All women have the right to come forward and tell their story ‐ however, it's also the responsibility of the press to consider self-motivation. This is reckless."
The next one is not 21 years in the past.
At the same time, another former aide, Anna Liss, said that when she worked for Cuomo as a policy and operations aide from 2013 to 2015, the governor asked her if she had a boyfriend, touched her on her lower back and kissed her hand as she rose from her desk.

Liss said she initially thought Cuomo's flirtations were harmless, but over time came to see them as patronizing. She said it diminished her from an educated professional to "just a skirt."
AC: "And the skirt is too long. You have great legs, Hon"

Stimulus Checks Will Go to Criminals & Illegals After Dems Reject GOP Attempt to Stop It

New Hampshire Secretary of State Gardner Agrees to Forensic Audit of Windham's Voting Machines AND Ballots
[Gateway Pundit] As we previously reported at The Gateway Pundit —
A November hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

The Dominion-owned machine results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by 6% or almost exactly 300 votes.

Now, after much back and forth, local activist Ken Eyring reported on Saturday that Secretary of State Bill Gardner agreed to all of the demands by the Windham officials.
Secretary of State Gardner agreed to a complete forensic audit of the Windham voting machines and the ballots!

#3  The way it worked in GA was the machines “required” new software to get ready for the senatorial special election. So the evidence was erased.

Ballots In Arizona's Maricopa County Found Shredded and In Dumpster – Days Before Senate Audit To Begin
[Gateway Pundit] Piles of shredded ballots were located today in a dumpster in Maricopa County Arizona. This find occurs only days before the Senate’s audit of the county’s 2020 election results is due to start.

For months the Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County have blocked and delayed any independent audit performed by the Arizona Senate of the County’s results in the 2020 Presidential election. As we’ve reported previously, after being subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate and then suing the Senate to prevent a Senate audit of their 2020 election results, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) agreed to have an audit if they could pick the auditors. The two firms they picked they claimed were the only two who were certified by the governmental body the US Election Assistance Commission (EAC). However, we found that these firms were not certified at the time they were selected by the MCBOS:

This is when the Arizona Senate said enough and passed a bill that would grant the Arizona legislature the authority to subpoena election records like ballots and tabulating equipment and ignore any laws to the contrary.

The Senate is now in the process of selecting an auditor(s) to perform their audit. As the day for their audit approaches the heat must have gotten too hot for those guarding the ballots in Maricopa County.

Per our source on the ground in the County, yesterday an individual went by the Maricopa County Tabulation and election center and found doors wide open with seeming uninhibited access to the facility.

Today some other interested individuals in the county stopped by the same facility and found huge piles of ballots in the dumpster outside the facility.

If the Election board of Maricopa County destroyed court ordered evidence then there is Contempt of Court issues, and also a collection of State Law violations for Ballot retention and inspection. Ultimately they should be charged with Felony Civil Rights Violations for disenfranchising voters of all races and colors.

SIDE NOTE:

De Blasio is serious about 'longshot' run against Gov. Cuomo, insiders say
[NYPOST] Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio
...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him...
has been talking to his inner circle and union allies about running for governor, and sources say he is growing increasingly confident he can win."I fell out of my chair laughing — he is honestly thinking about it," said a former senior adviser. "Because of all this Cuomo s—t, he is feeling bold."

Hizzoner played coy all week when asked if he was eyeing his embattled rival’s job. "The future will take care of itself," he said, grinning, when a news hound posed the question on Thursday.

The public comments are not only intended to rile Gov. Cuomo — but behind closed doors, de Blasio is openly talking with advisers about running against him in a 2022 Democratic primary, multiple insiders said. De Blasio is term-limited and leaves office at the end of this year, while Cuomo can seek re-election to a fourth term in November 2022.

The discussions come as Cuomo faces two widening probes — a state Attorney General inquiry into sexual harassment allegations from at least three women, and a federal investigation into his administration’s alleged cover-up of COVID-related nursing home deaths.

With Cuomo’s blood in the water, the mayor’s team has reached out to the big labor unions to gauge support, including District Council 37, which represents public employees; the Local 1199 SEIU healthcare workers union; and the 32BJ Local SEIU, which reps building workers, sources said.

Pelosi facing dissent, AOC ire on 'failure' $1.9T COVID aid bill
[NYPOST] House Speaker Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi
Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments...
is facing dissent in her caucus ahead of Tuesday’s vote to confirm the passage of the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill. With the Democrats’ slim 221-211 House advantage, Pelosi can afford no more than four defections in the vote scheduled for Tuesday.

But two members of her caucus, Reps. Marcia Fudge
...Dem Congresswoman for Ohio's 11th congressional district since 2008. She won a special election to succeed Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who gave up her office when carried out feet first. The strangely-shaped, but really not gerrymandered, district includes most of the black-majority areas between Cleveland and Akron. Fudge was Chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus in the 113th Congress...
of Ohio and Deb Haaland of New Mexico, could be confirmed to Biden administration posts as soon as Wednesday.

That could further amplify gripes coming from Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez
Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore...
and other left-leaning House comrades after some of their major initiatives were stripped out of the American Rescue Plan Act — and test Pelosi’s ability to keep her troops in line.

AOC retweeted a message from her fellow Democrat, New Jersey Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, Friday night.

"What are we doing here?" Watson Coleman complained in a tweet that bemoaned the elimination of a federal minimum-wage increase and a cut to unemployment benefits. "I’m frankly disgusted with some of my colleagues and question whether I can support this bill," she added.

AOC’s fellow Squad member, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar
...Somali-American Dem representative from Minnesota. She was apparently married to her brother and may be her own grandmaw on her mother's side...
, echoed Watson Coleman’s irritation.

"We obviously are now ultimately sending money to less people than the Trump administration and the Senate majority Republicans," Omar told CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
in a Friday interview.

"Ultimately it is a failure when we compromise ourselves out of delivering on behalf of the American people and keeping our promises."

Mississippi Judge Orders New Special Election After Rampant Absentee Ballot Fraud Found
[AMGREATNESS] A judge has ordered a new special election for an alderman seat in Aberdeen, Mississippi, after more than three-quarters of absentee ballots cast in the Democrat runoff election last June were found to be invalid, the Monroe Journal reported. In a separate order, Judge Jeff Weill, of Jackson, also issued a bench warrant for the arrest of a notary who was involved in the fraudulent election.

Candidate Robert Devaull filed the election contest last July against fellow Democrat Nicholas Holliday, who was certified as the winner of the Ward 1 alderman race. The results showed Devaull receiving 44 percent of the vote, compared to Holliday’s 56 percent in the June 16, 2020 Democratic run-off. The final tally of votes was 177 for Holliday and 140 for Devaull.

Although the fraud occurred on a very small scale, the details are eerily similar to the thousands of voter fraud allegations in the 2020 general election.

According to court documents, the election was fraught with substantial irregularities regarding the accepting and rejecting of absentee ballots. The court also concluded that errors were made in accepting and rejecting challenged ballots. The judge determined that a whopping 78 percent of the mail-in ballots proved to be invalid.

The Court documents state; "an election in which 66 ballots have been handled erroneously and in which the winner led by only 37 votes is an election in which these erroneously accepted or rejected ballots could change the results of the election. Since no one knows who those 66 ballots were voted for, it is clear that the will of the voters is impossible to discern, and there can be no confidence in the integrity of the outcome of the vote."

Judge Weill also brought up evidence of criminal voter intimidation and harassment at the polling place in his decision.

"The court is of the opinion there is probable cause that several individuals involved in the disturbances during election day at the polling precinct ’willfully and corruptly violated’ one or more of the above criminal statutes," the judge said. "The court will leave to the appropriate authorities to determine whether the actions of Maurice Howard, Henry Randle and S. Nicholas Holliday amounted to prosecutable crimes."

According to the Monroe Journal, Weill was referring to Police Chief Henry Randle and former Mayor Maurice Howard, who were allegedly "involved in intimidation and harassment at the polling police on Election Day."

In a separate result, Judge Weill ordered a bench warrant and set bond at $500 for Dallas Jones, who notarized absentee ballots for the election. According to court documents, Jones admitted to clear violations of notary duties, WCBI reported.

New CDC Study Shows Masks Are Good, Restaurants Bad
[NBC/DFW via Dallas News] A new national study adds strong smelling evidence that mask mandates can slow the spread of the coronavirus, and that allowing dining at restaurants can increase cases and deaths.
Yes, it can, especially compared to being locked in your room.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released the study Friday.

"All of this is very consistent," CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said during a White House briefing on Friday. "You have decreases in cases and deaths when you wear masks, and you have increases in cases and deaths when you have in-person restaurant dining."
Unless you're a (D) big-shot.
The study was released just as some states are rescinding mask mandates and restaurant limits. Earlier this week, Texas became the biggest state to lift its mask rule, joining a movement by many governors to loosen COVID-19 restrictions despite pleas from CDC-approved health officials.
So like the media said the other day, Texas Gov. Abbott is an idiot!
The new research builds on smaller CDC studies, including one that found that people in 10 states who became infected in July were more likely to have dined at a restaurant and another that found mask mandates in 10 states were associated with reductions in hospitalizations.
I remember that one. The list of qualifications at the end was impressive. There was no differentiation between indoor and patio dining, for example. Nor in the new/rehashed study, it appears.
The reductions in growth rates varied from half a percentage point to nearly 2 percentage points. That may sound small, but the large number of people involved means the impact grows with time, experts said.
The percentage is different when there's a bigger number?
"Each day that growth rate is going down, the cumulative effect — in terms of cases and deaths — adds up to be quite substantial," said Gery Guy Jr., a CDC scientist who was the study's lead author.
Unless, of course, the vaccine kicks in and affects the extrapolation.
Reopening restaurant dining was not followed by a significant increase in cases and deaths in the first 40 days after restrictions were lifted. But after that, there were increases of about 1 percentage point in the growth rate of cases and ‐ later ‐ 2 to 3 percentage points in the growth rate of deaths.

The delay could be because restaurants didn't re-open immediately and because many customers may have been hesitant to dine in right after restrictions were lifted, Guy said.
But he's guessing now; that wasn't part of the study.

The CDC Study concludes with the limitations:

The findings in this report are subject to at least three limitations. First, although models controlled for mask mandates, restaurant and bar closures, stay-at-home orders, and gathering bans, the models did not control for other policies that might affect case and death rates, including other types of business closures, physical distancing recommendations, policies issued by localities, and variances granted by states to certain counties if variances were not made publicly available.

Second, compliance with and enforcement of policies were not measured.

Finally, the analysis did not differentiate between indoor and outdoor dining, adequacy of ventilation, and adherence to physical distancing and occupancy requirements.

But it does support the current narrative.

-- 7.7 CDC's estimate of the ratio of undiagnosed or undetected American cases of COVID-19 to the known + 28686679 American cases
-- 28,646,679*7.7 = 220,579,428 total measured and presumed cases of COVID-19 among Americans
-- 328,240,000 = 2019 estimate of American population
-- 220579428/328240000 = 67.2% of the American population has already had COVID-19. Duration and nature of this immunity is still uncertain.
-- At some point this coronavirus will run out of Americans who are not immune to it. That point seems to be getting very close.

California bill would ban 'boys' and 'girls' departments in stores
[NYPOST] Big stores in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, would have to get rid of separate "boys" and "girls" departments for toys and clothes under a new bill.

The proposal would require stores with 500 or more employees to maintain "undivided areas of its sales floor" for childcare items, kids clothes and toys, "regardless of whether an item has traditionally been marketed for either girls or for boys," according to the legislation.

The bill, which refers to "unjustified differences in similar products that are traditionally marketed either for girls or for boys," would also ban signs indicating specific items are for girls or boys.

Online, any California-based businesses selling childcare items, children’s clothing or toys, would have to "dedicate a section of the internet website to the sale of those items and articles that is titled, at the discretion of the retailer, ’kids,’ ’unisex,’ or ’gender neutral.’", the bill states.

#8  Except for the inability to try things on (absurdly impossible now anyway as changing rooms are closed), this absurdity just might drive even more people to online, if that's even possible.

But, just let California be California. Like the a market bubble (real estate, stocks), that Liberal stupidity bubble will pop one day. 'When' is the question.

#9  3 Resistance to change, rather. If the culture really had changed, the shops would have already done this on their own.

This. No one understands the pop culture better than the people who market clothing to children and their moms. He buyers for Gap, Target, Abercrombie etc make their living spotting trends. They have realtime data about every trend imaginable and they're immersed in that data, 24/7.

The fact that the state, not the market, is coercing this change tells you all you need to know.

= More BS virtue signaling from our retarded political class.

NY lawmaker wants sex ed for kindergartners
[NYPOST] Get ready for the latest woke wave in education: comprehensive sex ed for kids as young as 5 — thanks to a new bill in the state Senate.Legislation sponsored by state Sen. Samra G. Brouk, a freshman Democrat from Rochester, would tie New York’s health curriculum to standards written by a left-wing interest group that advocates "Sex Ed for Social Change" — and would make those lessons mandatory statewide.

Under that group’s current standards, public and charter schools would have to teach 5-year-olds about "gender identity" and instruct 8-year-olds on hormone blockers to prevent puberty in transgender-identifying preteens.
Private school, home school, move out of state — children should not be abused in this way.

#1  Chalk up another one for public schools. You really can't make this stuff up.

#2  Better yet a restraining order for NY lawmakers. None shall approach within 500 ft of a school. 1500 ft if carrying candy, ice cream, pizza or puppy dog.
